I am debasis bhattacharjee form kolkatta police i was travel madurai to vellore with famil as wall as i have on line booking. My pnr no is t28427356 and bus no is
Tn-01-an-0121. At ist time i was reporing by bus stand 7.15 pm and show the maximam passenger is filled. I ask conducter where was my sit?? The conductior tall me your sit is too back pls avealing near front sit so we are donne.

Near about 9.35 he was stand a bogas daba for night diner then conducter is driving as wall as 12.30 am without booking passenger was ride and 2.00 a. M. Without passenger is ride and 3.00 am without passenger ride the total bus is vender.

We are protest himmm but nobody do anything. I request himmm pls do punes those driver and conducter and want explaction. I was bad idea about your traspotration and i was never book as all as massge all frends.

    There were three ecr route pondy bus today at 10 am in koyambedu. But they were not allowing pudhupattinam passenger to get inside the bus saying the bus is point to point and will not stop in pudhupattinam. This is happening for years and why no strict action is yet taken. To my knowledge all pondy bus stops in pudhupattinam. If we ask this the bus drivers and conductors speak bad words and insult us.

      We reserved tickets from kum to chennai 201c 5 tickets. Ticket charge for one ticket in online is 296... While travelling they are asking 20 rupees extra for each tickets.. Then they gave tickets worth of 285 but i paid 316.. May i know the reason for this like while starting journey why they are asking extra amount? Please help me on this issue with permanent solution

        The Branch Manager, Erode division Thirupur branch has issued a circular dated 21.06.2019 instructing all the conductors not to accept ten rupees coins from the passengers and the same can't be accepted in the depots, which instructions are against RBI guidelines, when the ten rupees coins are legal tender in India.
        This circular is widely shared in the social media like Facebook, giving disrepute to the TN Govt Transport Corporation.
        Kindly take necessary decipliniary action against the Branch Manager and give suitable instructions to all the depots to ensure legal tender of ten rupees coins.

          Dear sir,

          I am prakash from coimbatore. My native is dindigul, there is a bus between coimbatore to ponnamaravathy from singanallur bus stand at 10.20 pm. I have to go to dindigul but the conductor and driver does not allowed into the bus. Every time i have this issue. Bus number tn 38 n3270.

          Every time i have this same issue again and again. Shameless experienced on tnstc.

            The bus timing is 10 30 but the bus is not moving even after 11 30 pm from Chennai. Bus has arrived at 10.40 but didn't move until 11.30 pM even when the passengers were in urgent. The conductor was busy in his own business and behaved rude with the passengers when they questioned about the delay of almost 1 hour.

            Please note that people reserve tickets to avoid delay to reach their destination.

              I'm a girl standing in Salem bustand around 3 am. I was going to my home by travelling about 2 hrs but driver and conductor will not allow me to travel because their only intension is to allow passenger for long distance travel.I was waiting here for more than half an hour kindly take an action.im attached their bus number.they should be punished because its illegal one.

                I am a daily passenger of 29C. Most of the times there are no timely buses and office going people suffer a lot due to this and the conductors don't come on time to collect the tickets so it's even getting late when they stop in the middle for the same. As per the rules only 25ppl should come standing in the buses but they take more than 50 ppl, and they ask us to dump inside to close the door. How's it possible? Public transports are for our convenience but now its causing inconvenience to the public. Every day we face this trouble and it's really claustrophobic. I request the concern person to take action on the same immediately as this 29C bus route is a highly crowded route. When you ppl take action for not wearing helmet, why are you not taking actions on government buses who dump the public.

                  I get in a bus no TN-38-N-4293 to kaliyakkavilai from Kottar near nagarcoil around15.05 hrs of 18/06/19.The conductor shouted that get down from the bus. I asked the reason.At that time he insult me with bad words in front of all passengers.He asked me to pay Rs 35/- to Kaliyakkavilai .I pay 35 Rs and collect my ticket.He shouting me when he pass through near to me in the travel.                     I was travelling from coimbatore to erode, I climbed the bus in ghandipuram bus ststion, The conductor collected the ticket approximately 2 km after the bus station. My father works as a technical staff in tnstc ( pollachi-1 branch) so i have the eligibility to travel with my family pass as provided by the goverment, when my pass was slightly torn at the folded edge, the conductor denied me to travel harshly and he droped me at the middle where there was no bus stop. Because of the conductor i walked over one kilometer distance to catch the nearest bus stop. He made me a great inconvenience with his worst act in public .so i want justice for his act .please help me it felt me very bad and insulted due to his behaviour .give him a required punishment for his act.

                        16/6/19 in this date i traveled kalpakkam to puducherry i paid a ticket fare 75rs per person but next day i travel puducherry to kalpakkam i paid ticket fair 100rs per person...i asked to conductor he tell the ticket rate was increased yesterday night...i travelled in normal rate bus not s.e.t.c ...the conductor not give any correct reason ..i paid totally 300rs for 3 person.

                          Salem to coimbatore all express bus conductor can't issue the ticket from kondalampatti bypass to perumanallur.. They are issuing the ticket like salem to perumanallur and they are charging 93/- rupees.. I don't know why they are doing like this.. Last 1 year i couldn't find any single bus to give a correct ticket.. If i ask the question they are not giving proper purpose and they are saying like we will charge like this.. If they want to show the cheating count like this.. Today also conductor did like this.. date: 17/06/2019 bus No TN30 N1639 ticket No: A15423..

                                I submit that I travelled Salem to Tiruvanamallai on[protected] through TNSTC - Tamil Nadu Government Bus vide vehicle No. TN30N1338. The bus is full of Passengers. Only conductor seat is vacant. The conductor goes to collect the tickets from passengers. I goes to occupy the conductor seat for rest of time. Suddenly the driver spoken rashly. I request the driver, the conductor came I will vacat. But conductor speak rashly.

                                  Driver was very rude and impolite, doesn't have any hospitality attitude, He was haressing me for questioning whether the bus reaches my destination and Bus doesn't even have the required Name Board. And required route no. Kindly take serious action on the driver, bcoz people are not willing to come in this route bcoz of his behaviour.
                                  Because I have just asked an query for that reason this much harassing is completely not acceptable..I need Government to take strict action on this type of behaviour.

                                    The buses from koyambedu to pattinapakkam is not sufficient because the bus travels via t .nage, pondy bazzar, mylapore, there are several number of people who are working in those busy areas prefer buses to travel. Also the drivers are not following the regular time to depart and arrive the destination place where after 5.30 pm the buses are not coming in the regular intervals, because of which passengers are waiting for long time and also at Saturday's, only few buses were operating others are not running since because of Saturday. This will suffer the passengers who have their office even on Saturday. So kindly do favour for the passengers.

                                      I am Santhosh. I came from Uthangarai, krishnagiri. I reached poonamalle at 1.15 AM. I want to reach Tambaram. I am waiting here till 3.02 AM, still now. But no buses came here for tambaram. One bus conductor told when we asked, that fine more buses are available, and it's going to come soon. He said it at 2.00 AM. but still nothing happened. Like me, n number of people's are waiting here for tambaram. Please rectify this issue, before it becomes a major problem. At least provide some mini buses or provide some buses one hour once. People are much struggling here.

Both govt & private buses are restricting the passengers to be boarded. But all the buses stop at particular terminal to board passengers from Veppadai to Salem.                                         This bus is passing from salem to thuraiyur via vazhapady. From vazhapady, This bus stops only in major stops like singipuram, thimmanaickanpatti, malliakarai only and avoiding in between stops between the 7kms and next 7 kms. While returning from thuraiyur to salem, they are following the same way. The TNSTC should take necessary actions on the bus driver and conductor regarding this otherwise I'll lodge a case against TNSTC as I have collected the complaints from the public.
