We are travelling from vellore to Chennai.The conductor of bus No.TN 23 N 2125 at 1650 hrs on 08 June 2019 denied us to allow trolley suitcase in the bus and behaving rudely.There was no any such rule for not carrying trolley suitcase, though we are ready to pay luggage fare for the same.we have reported to the BM at Vellore bus stand, but no effective response. Please take necessary action else I will be escalating to higher level.

While I was travelling to Coimbatore in bus No. TN33N2666 boarded from Salem at 7.45 pm, I have suffered more inconvenience and got upset since the rain water getting leaked from the roof of the bus and all my fellow passengers going on murmuring & questioning the worst situation got uproar. The bus running inter district taking three hours time to reach the destination should be convenient for the passengers to travel. Even though the charged amount for the travel is correct, the reason for running such a type of worst level buses is not known. Kindly arrange to take relevant action to avoid this type of buses for the trips in future.

In TNSTC Pondicherry branch, only Two Technical having T license for bus and no other doesn't have it .

if any break down occur that two people only take care of that.
so plz take immediate action for this .

The role of technical is to attend the break down but few one having bus license .

The contractors for the bath room facilities inside madurai matuthavani bus stand are over charging. They collect 5Rs. for urinal and when asked why it is overcharged, the agent of the bathroom contractor gave back my 5Rs and asked me to go somewhere else. This is highly inappropriate.

I asked for contract papers or documents authorizing the 5Rs charge, and he denied. He did not reveal the contract details, neither the contractor name, nor his name.

He rudely answered that he is not answerable to public. This is against the public's right to know for information.

I have attached the photos of the bathroom exterior and the contractor's agent (turned his face). Following remedies are seeked.

1. The agent and his contractor needs to be warned and appropriate disciplinary action needs to be taken against them for not performing their public duty and for misappropriate behaviour

2. Exact rates for using the bathroom needs to be displayed in a board or to be painted on the bathroom wall entrance.

3. The rate authorizing document and any public contractual agreements by the contractor need to be handed to public when requested.

4. Token or receipt needs to be handed in return for the money paid for the bathroom usage.

Travelling from erode to gopi on 6.5.2019 at 4.21pm started In Erode _, conductor digital board showed Sathy but it is only upto Gobi _ but conductor is சேய் g that it is not my job and misbehaving, கண்டக்டர் name is PONNUSAMY. He was saying that will you cut my head if I refuse to reply. Is this the way TNSTC MINISTRY train them to behave. I want your esteemed reply. I am Dr M Sivakumar psgr tkt no. A51414 travelled.

In matuthavani bus stand, Madurai. There is no free toilet facilities, alteast government has to provide free urinating facilities. To urinate also we have pay rs5 to toilet lenders... It is a big public place where more than 5000 people come and go, there should be at least one free toilet available for public to use, all the toilets in matuthavani bus stand is compulsory payable. Kindly take my complaint and proceed the action

On june 5th 2019, from perambalur new bus stand to chathiramanai, i have boasted into morning 4:30 regular bus.

The bus fare is 10₹. I have provided the decent 10₹ note. He didn't accept it. Attaching the copy of the same note in attachment. The conductor raised his voice by denying the provided note stating that it is not accepted by another passenger as a change.

Since conductor didn't wear the name badge. I have asked for his name, he didn't reply.

In thiruvannamalai to vellore road, government allotted bus stop in vazhiyur road, 5-puthur, tamil nadu. But there morning time bus not stopping some drivers (Bus no. 225), even inside the bus very less people only.

Is this happening most of the morning time, more people going jobs from this location.

The government town bus number 98 from salem to tholasampatti. The bus reached the remote village @8.30pm. Return to omalur @ 8.45pm and actual halt time is 11pm @ tholasampatti. But it gets halted @ 8.30pm in the village.
This happens frequently as we are resident in the place. Unable to reach home @ late night. Suffered a lot.
Kindly take necessary action.

We are planned to go konulampallam through the govt bus a34a town bus at 11.25am on 01.06.2019.
. The bus came at 11.30am
We are awaiting in the bus from 11.35am. But it is vain. Until 2'o clock. Then we returned to home without traveling. We asked the time keeper they told no conductor and driver on that day. Some people told to me it's repeated many time. So kindly consider this and take necessary actions.

I am henry from kattery, coonoor. I am working in ooty so i waited for the bus in kattery today morning. At 9.45 a bus tn 33 n 3091 came the bus stopped at kattery because it's a universal stopping but the bus driver refused me to get inside the bus. If the bus fare is high i am ready to pay but why he rejected me to let inside the bus so i need a reason why that driver did like this...

91 bus driver rash driving just before kamakshi hospital yesterday 6.43 pm. Bus was over crowded and hanging people. I was driving back from office - chennai one to home i got hit by the hanging people while the bus was rashly overtaking me and changing lane from right to left without horn or indicating or even warning. I nearly fell down in the middle of the road. Since i was driving under 40kmph i was able to control and stop by vehicle. However i was injured by this event.

I have attached the photo of the bus number and driver in this complaint. I want you to take serious action against this guy. Dismiss him from his job for rash driving. The bus was overcrowded so please take action against this bus carrying hanging people under appropriate section. I want this bus driver to be remanded under appropriate section for carrying excessive passengers and hitting my on the 200 feet road which is too much conjusted and too much busy after 6 pm onwards. I was scared to death. Hence severe action must be taken

We have to travel to chennai to arani to 28/05/2019 morning 4.45 at cmpt bus stop bus number tn 25 n 0648 then my submitted my physical challenge bass and proof contractor not accept my bass since there is a dealax bus is, not problem but contractor used unwanted question and used bad words i am replying i am upset to words please take, nessary action to contractor

I have started boarding from villupuram and i need to drop in singaperumal kovil, usually the ticket rate is rs:96 to 105, but the conductor gave me ticket till tambaram with ticket rate is rs:125. This is villupuram (Tnstc. Villupuram) bus. This bus is not point to point. This conductor also spoke very rude and they fight some passengers for providing ticket tambaram stage for maruvathur passengers. Please take some measure to reduce this type of this issue

Morning 4:30 at this time i am in tiruppur. I am traveling the bus tiruppur to ukkadam. Conductor got money from me and he didn't give tickets. When i asked to conductor "where is my tickets" and he replied "wait wait". My mom and grandma also come with me. Totally 3 tickets 105 and 1 ticket price is 35. My stop is thennampalayam take necessary step for it. Waiting for your reply

Iam waiting for last one and half hours in trichy busstand. We reached trichy busstand at 10 pm 26/05/18. All tnstc transport are travel up to coimbatore. But they not pickup the karur ticket's. What we do. We have family members with 2 child's with 6 months and 2 years baby. Bus information is tn 45n 3697 and i have attached the ticket. And they collect 4 full tickets with me.

I've been travelling around india for a while and i didn't see any state bus employees doing such kind of things. This the worst kind of bus service i've seen so far. The driver was kind of drunk and was driving so rashly. When passengers questioned he started shouting at them in tamil. I'm uploading the photo of the bus (Chennai to thirupathi) that i travelled. Please take further action (Tn21 n 1935)

Kindly please note that the drivers who drive must stop at the bus stop. Incase if it is not a stage or if it is atss i would have not made a complaint. The bus that takes people from thiruthani to vellore which is not a tss has to stop in kolatheri-632501. Since it is a village i did not drivers to have such a irresponsible attitude in a developing nation

From chennai to somewhere.. It's take 13 hours travel.. We have travel in private bus they are stop at rest in good maintain hotels.. But government annonced stop in proper hotel.. But this tnstc buses not followed that.. It's really difficult to travel. We can't eat and not use that rest rooms because that are was very local and smelled we can't able to get down from the bus.. Then how can travel 13 hours with out taking food and rest rooms.. Please take action resolved the problems.. All passengers who travel in tsctc they are affect because of this...
