I had travelled from Coimbatore to Chennai in SETC unreserved ticket which is worth of 500 rupees. It is a non-AC sleeper and semi sleeper bus. As it was an unreserved ticket, I had asked for the conductor and driver to allot me a seat if available. At that time, they said they'll say the result when the bus starts. As soon as the bus started, I asked them again waiting patiently. They called me in and gave me a semi sleeper single seat in the first row. I assumed I was alloted to that seat. They stopped the bus for refreshment for sometime in a restaurant around 10 - 10.30 pm. But just after the refreshment, I was asked to sit in the conductor seat which is beside the front door of the bus. It had no push back option, and have chances of getting fall down anytime when breaks are applied. The conductor told I was sitting in some other person's seat, and so I should go to the conductor seat which is in the front. I had no idea then why did he let me in inside the bus if seats were not there. I was totally confused, and sat there for a while assuming someone would get in the coming stops. But nobody came, and the conductor occupied my seat and slept fully there throughout the journey. I had no option but to stress myself after paying just like everyone else. The driver and conductor switched seats inbetween for some intervals for driving. But I was sitting in that front seat without any convenience. I usually see the conductor/driver would use that seat for sitting purpose sometime, and for lying, they had a separate seat beside. But they gave those conductor's sleeper seat for 2 members with the amount of 500 rupees for each. So I could not lie on my back throught the journey, or even sit stiff as nothing was there to hold when bus turns or sudden breaks are applied. I think the conductor name is Raja, as per his conversation from another passenger, and not sure about the driver's name as both of them did not have their name card in their shirts. The Vehicle number of the bus is TN 01 AN 3161. This horrible incident happened to me on the bus which started at 8.30 pm on January 21, 2024.

    Today morning 6:50 am I got bus from madurai -tirunelveli bus number is TN72 N2224 I HAVE ONE SUITCASE BELOW 20KG AND ONE BACK BAG CONDUCTOR CHARGED ME 150+83 =233 total is that right amount I was paid and conductor name is DAMODARAN he refused to show is EDP number and shouted arrogantly, he makes my travel unpleasant please take action if I was overcharged. Thanks

          On 16 Jan i booked my ticket from madurai to chennai and went payed my amount through billdesk after the payment was done the page started to reload and showed error fory ticket, I did not get any ticket and my money was also not given back.This was a huge disappointment from passanger side I tried to contact many customer care number none gave a effective answer.I am requesting you to refund the amount at the earliest.

            Hello,
            I would like to report a complaint against some Conductors providing overcharged tickets.I often board the bus from Chennai One to Perungudi. The ticket rate is 15 rupee for Non AC and 20 for AC.
            There is a conductor who always gets 19 rupee instead of 15 rupee, and if we try to ask him he behaves very rudely. This happened a lot of times. Even though people were asking in my palace, all of them ignored.
            We kindly request you to advise the Conductors.
            SInce we don't know the name, we shall share the information of the bus we travelled in.

                Many bedbugs in this bus ( Villupuram to Coimbatore) Iam writing to bring to your immediate attention a highly concerning issue I encountered during my recent travel . Unfortunately, I experienced a severe case of bedbug bites, causing considerable discomfort and distress.

                  Uncomfortable journey and danger to ride

                  I am a law student. I am rising this complaint because o[censored]ncomfortable and dangerous journey in damaged town bus which was being run by TNSTC. I have travelled from Tiruppur old Bus stand to vanjipalayam in this town bus on 04.01.24. Town Bus Name - 25 C and bus number-(TN 33 N 2840). The journey was very uncomfortable because the windows were shaking very vibrantly and making heavy noise.

                    I'm here by writing this letter to inform about an bad behaviour which I had today 5 Jan 2024 by the conductor of the bus no TN 38 N3064. His behaviour towards to customer was so rude has like he owns the entire plans forgetting he is getting paid by our tax money.
                    I was traveling for kanuvai to edayarpalayam.when he denied giving me the Balance and was ordering me and harassing me and even started ordering me being an begger to obtain Change.and when i stood about his harassment he stopped the bus and ordered me to get off the bus.i need justice for the harrasment i faced by This today!

                      I am Gokul from coimbatore I booked 5 tickets for the date 16/1/2024 at 20:42 from Kumbakonam to Coimbatore (Trip code : 2042KUMCOIKK01L ) on the date 3/1/2024 about 9:50 PM (21:50) .After the payment the amount was debited from my account but the website showed some error and I didn't receive any tickets confirmation message or mail.                         I am a consumer of this TNSTC bus services. I travelled in a town bus from Somanur to Tiruppur- (Bus No: TN 38 N 3001). I felt so much of inconvenience like the window glasses were shaking heavily causing so much of noise and made the passengers so disturbed. Also most of the seats were torn and placed empty seats. There is no proper seats for the journey. I am so much disappointed by travelling in this bus. So make some improvements and repair the glasses and seats as soon as possible.

                          I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and frustration with the recent experience I had while booking a bus ticket through the Tamil Nadu government's online portal for the Bus transport Sect service. On December 30, 2023, I booked a bus ticket from Coimbatore to Hosur.

                          However, to my dismay, the system generated an incorrect reservation number (PNR NUMBER), making it impossible for me to locate my booking details or cancel the ticket. This has caused me significant inconvenience, as the provided information does not match any existing records in the system.

                          I have attempted to reach out to the customer support service, but unfortunately, my concerns have not been addressed adequately. The lack of a proper resolution is highly distressing, and I am left with a non-functional ticket and no means to rectify the error.

                          I request prompt attention to this matter and a thorough investigation into the cause of the incorrect reservation number.

                          This incident has not only wasted my time but has also raised concerns about the reliability of the online booking system. I trust that you will take immediate action to rectify this issue and prevent such inconveniences for other passengers in the future.

                                  In morning bus from Bangalore to thiruvannamali, bus no.TN 32 N 4448, the conductor had reserved a seat by keeping his bag foor someone he knows.. on removing the bag and sitting in the seat he started to fight. As a female passenger who has paid the bus fee I feel disrespected to travel in this bus.. The seat had no reservation also and is not a disability/elderly reserved seat.I beleive every passing has a right to sit anywhere they want and no one has a right to reserve seat by keeping a bag for a passenger who is getting into bus many stops away.. Look into this matter please.

                                    Mohanraj, my wife and 2 children’s travelled from Dindukal Ticket : No (064579, 45288) which is travelling to Coimbatore Bus Stand) from Dindukal

                                    While i was travelling in dindukal Bus stand my luggage was missing in bus, I request you to trace my bag and kindly let me know. It is a Red colour Bag (Oval Zip Front Zip). Inside the bag one cell phone and 4000rs cash. I was suspecting a person co passengers told me that young person took my bag he was sitting behind my seat.

                                      I'm a daily traveller from pondicherry (Muruga theatre Stop) to chennai ( vengapakkam stop) . Today morning I got bus from muruga theatre at 10:30. Bus number was TN32N4520. I had an extremely bad experience from the conductor. While taking the ticket I said I need to go to vengapakkam, he gave me ticket to chennai, charging 190 rs. I said him that I need to go to vengapakkam. He shouted at me with bad words. Then he changed the ticket to mahabalipuram. And he forcefully get me gown in kalpakkam.
                                      "There was other people in bus who got ticket to vengapakkam", BUT HE FORCEFULLY GET ME DOWN IN KALPAKKAM . AND I THINK IT IS BECAUSE MY SKIN COLOR WAS DARK, AND MAYBE MY CASTE IS LOWER THAN HIM, AND

                                      I HOPE I WILL GET JUSTICE.
