I am writing to bring to your attention a problem I encountered while booking a ticket through your website on 31.10.2023. I made a payment of RS.2885 for a tickets (6.Nos) from Trichy to Tirupathi on 01.11.2023 but unfortunately, the ticket was not booked, and the payment was deducted from my account.

I attempted to reserve two tickets with SETC on October 20, 2023, from Coimbatore to Tiruchendur. My account has been debited for Rs. 900, but the ticket has not yet been reserved. Please settle this issue and issue the money back as soon as you can.

On 28/09/2023, I tried to book a bus ticket from Chennai to Rajapalayam in SETC. Amount Rs.600/- has been debited from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.i need money immediately.

I did login with Guest account as I don't have any SETC user account.

I am a doctorate in engineering. I was traveling in a bus routing from Tenkasi bus stand to Trichy in Tamilnadu on 26th July 2023 at 9.30pm in a BUS route from (Shenchotiah to chennai). Initially I bought ticket from Tenkasi to Madurai I gave rs 200 but the ticket amount is only 165 Rs. Then I gave rs 65 to get back my money of 100. Hi Team,
I have travelled from coimbatore to salem in TNSTC 1 to 1 bus this morning(07/07/2023) start time at coimbatore 5:00 am and reached salem around 8.15 am.
I missed my bag which contains all my cloths and personal things.
Could you pls help me to get my bag.

Note: actual bus route was from coimbatore to salem but in side of the bus I saw bangalore sticker.

I have travelled the air condition bus TN39N0372.

The AC is not working in the hot summer and i travelled only due to AC services

More than 60 passengers are suffers and the bus conductor and driver is stopped the bus in the highway and not refund the payment and waiting for the another bus

More than 2 hours we are waiting but there is no solution

Most of the passengers are ladies...

I along with 6 family members boarded on bus no TN 32N 4450 at chidambaram on 30.4.23 at 11.50 am. Since we are travelling to pondicherry the bus conductor asked us to get down harshly since passengers travelling to chennai can only board. Is there any such rules. No half way passengers are allowed, this is the statement given by bus conductor. Kindly take action....

The above mentioned bus had taken bus before people entering in the bus. Many of the drivers and conductors doing like this . Shame on themselves. So many school children are using the in the morning...
