I am writing to lodge a complaint regarding the bus service from Thirunelveli to Thinkal Nagar on the 23rd of July 2024.

Incident Details:

Route: Thirunelveli to Thinkal Nagar
Date and Time: 23rd July 2024, 8:45 AM

Rude behavior of conductor naveen

Tnstc operated from Chennai to tiruppathur(PNR T[protected], conductor name : naveen kumar has speak rude even I was reached to the boarding point 10 minutes delay.He should be punished. This is unnecessary for him to speak unpleasant words among passengers.I will attach voice note if needed...

Bus TN39N0158 Tiruppur-Salem Express. It is not "1 to 1" and not a "Non Stop" bus. Nowhere in the bus mentioned as NON STOP or 1 TO 1. It started from Tiruppur at around 9.20PM and I asked ticket for Chithode. Conductor "P.Sakthivel" denied ticket for Chithode. He said this bus is 1 TO 1. So, it cant go to chithode. Then I asked ticket for PERUNDURAI. He gave ticket for Perundurai Rs. 30(Ticket number: 001458). Another passenger got ticket for Vijayamangalam. If that bus is a NON STOP bus, then how come conductor gave ticket for Vijayamangalam and Perundurai. When the bus reached Perundurai(11.05 PM), I asked ticket again for Chithode, then also he denied. I said, there is no town bus as well, why are you denying the ticket for chithode. Also, I asked P.Sakthivel(Conductor) to show his stage sheet to confirm if there is no stop for chithode. He refused to show his stage sheet. Driver(he denied to tell his name. As driver was in driver seat, I was unable to see his name) also started scolding and asked me to step down the bus. I repeated again calmly, "I will surely step out from the bus, if you can just show the stage sheet." If there is no Stop for that bus, stage sheet should not have the stop name CHITHODE. he denied again and started scolding. As there is no townbus available after 11PM, noother option left, I asked ticket for BHAVANI BYEPASS(ticket number: 015851 Rs. 20) and reached there. Infront of me, conductor P.Sakthivel said "I have seen many people like you, do whatever you want". Lot of distress and I had to walk to reach chithode which is around 3 kilometers. Totally disappointed and feeling so stressfull.

    Refund the ticket fare-Regd

    On 11/06/2024 I booked ticket from Vedaranyam to chennai for journey date(12/06/2024) but ticket is not booked and ticket fare amount 560 Rs debited from my account. So, kindly refund my ticket fare as soon as possible.

    From Salem to Thanjavur TNSTC. Bus departure from Salem at 3:45 p.m and arrived Thanjavur at 10:00 p.m. It took 6 hours 15 minutes for the total journey from Salem to Thanjavur. It is very very worst. They stops at each and every stop but the bus is one to one bus. Date 10/06/2024

      எனது பெயர் ஷெரின். நான் 18/4/2024 அன்று 07.45 மணி அளவில் நாகர்கோவிலில் இருந்து திருநெல்வேலிக்கு செல்லும் 1 to 1 பஸ்ஸில் பணம் செய்திருந்தேன். திருநெல்வேலி பேருந்து நிறுத்தத்திற்கு பேருந்து வந்தவுடன் கூட்டமாக மக்கள் இடம் பிடிப்பதற்காக ஏறும் வழியில் நின்று கொண்டு இறங்க வேண்டியவர்களை இறங்கவும் அனுமதிக்காமல் அங்குமிங்கும் தள்ளியதால், நானும் இன்னொரு பயணியும் கீழே தள்ளி விடப்பட்டோம். அதில் எனக்கு கையில் பலத்த காயமும், இன்னொரு பயணிக்கு தலையில் அடிபட்டு சுயநினைவு இல்லாமல் அவர்களை மருத்துவமனைக்கு அழைத்துச் சென்றனர்.

      கூட்ட நெரிசலை பயன்படுத்தி சில ஆண்கள் இறங்கும் வழியில் என்னிடம் அத்துமீறியதையும் என்னால் ஒன்றும் செய்ய இயலவில்லை. கூட்ட நெரிசலை முறைப்படுத்த அரசு பணியாளர்கள் யாரும் எந்த முயற்சியும் எடுக்கவில்லை.

      எனவே, இதுபோல் மேலும் நடக்காமல் இருக்க கூட்ட நெரிசலை குறைக்க மேலும் பேருந்துகள் திருநெல்வேலி டு நாகர்கோயில் வழியில் உபயோகப்படுத்தலாம். மேலும் கவுண்டர் அடிப்படையில் டிக்கெட் விநியோகம் செய்தால் முண்டியடித்துக் கொண்டு பேருந்தில் ஏற முயற்சிக்க மாட்டார்கள். வெளியில் நின்று டிக்கெட் பெற்ற பிறகே வண்டியில் ஏற முயற்சிப்பார்கள். எனவே இவற்றை கருத்தில் கொண்டு நடவடிக்கை எடுக்குமாறு மிகவும் தாழ்மையுடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்

        I travelled in bus from IDAPPADI to BANGALORE. Bus conductor talked without respect for not having change. He talked the same way with others too. Though not having change is fault, talking without respect is unacceptable.
        People should be treated with RESPECT.

          On 27/05/2024, I tried to book 1 tickets from Chennai to Coimbatore in SETC. Amount Rs.535 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked.             Amount debited but ticket not booked
            I had booked two tickets from Karaikudi to chennai on 19 May 2024. Amount Rs. 900 was debited from my bank account, but no ticket has been booked. I request you to kindly provide the refund.

              I am doing milk business in Chennai.

              I will carry a luggage of milk from daily in 112A and 112B.

              I am getting a problem from the staff asking for commission apart from the luggage ticket. If the passanger is not willing they are abusing the passengers and asking to get down from the bus and suggesting to get another bus.

              Is this the way a govt staff behaving with the passengers.

              I am complaining the same issue for the second time but there is no response from your side.

              I am facing the same issue on daily basis..

                On today 27/04/2024 my wife tried to board 85 L bus at 12.15 noon which is travelling towards marthandam but she cant able to cross the road due to few vehicles. While crossing the road the driver of 85 L bus have using harsh words continuously infront of me. I dond like his behaviour i just asked her step down from bus on other stop as bus have started and i droped her on marthandam. Plse take necessary action against that driver who is not behaving like person who working for govt. He is behaving like he is giving free lift on his fortune. And kindly make sure this kind of drivers are not in service anymore or give him some kind of treatment.

                  I have booked ticket from salem to bangalore by 11 AM departure time. Initially i have started my journey from Chinnasalem to Salem by 8:20am. Usually it will take 2.5hrs maximum time duration from Chinnasalem to salem but bus got delayed and reached salem busstand by 11:15am . When i reached salem busstand, it could find that my reserved bus already departed but it did not receive any call from them, so i took next bus but they refused to take the same ticket which i booked . Since mistake is not mine, I request for refund that reserved ticket amount of Rs.317/-, Im feeling very bad because in KSRTC, they used to call 5-10mins prior to depart but i couldn't see that in TNSTC. Hereby i attached reserved ticket from salem to bangalore, for your reference and cross check. PNR number:L53926435

                    I have taken a bus ticket from chinnasalem to Bangalore on 21/04/2024 @9:15 pm my bus ticket fare is costed 285rs my seat was exchanged in KALLAKURICHI bus stand from a staff saying the which I was it is belongs to vip seat. The seat number is 11
                    Abd they didn't provide any alternative seats also

                      I have booked a ticket from Chennai to Kumbakonam for 4 adults.
                      Journey date: 19/04/2024 10:30 AM
                      Issue 1: I could see the journey date as 20/04/2024 and the passenger pick up time is 19/04/2024 10:30 hours.
                      Issue 2: I can see the Service start place as Chennai-PT DR.MGR BS and service end place as Kumbakonam. but the passenger start place as Kumbakonam and passenger end place as Chennai. But the Pick up point is Chennai.
                      We went to the Chennai-PT DR.MGR BS by 10 AM and checked with bus conductor by my booking was not on the list.
                      I tried to cancel the ticket but the amount is not refundable since the journey has already started.
                      There are lot of issues with the ticket.
                      Kindly do the needful.

                          I am the school student of THE TVS School who using the government bus for reaching my home for past 6 months but today [17.04.24] when i have entered at Palaganatham at (12.35 p.m) the bus [TN 58 N 1607] is moving from thirumagalam to M.G.R bus stand. I need to go to the Simmakkal bus stand which is near the to my house . Though Iwas wearing the school uniform he compeled me to get the ticket . i was asking him that "sir as per the goverment order school students who wears uniform need not to get the ticket but he replied me stating that he asked me to go to the goverment[THE honorable Cheif minister] and ask about the rules and come, or else he told that he will make us to get down from the bus. i don't have any choice at that time so i got the ticket from him.I am attach the the serial number of the ticket [062531] SO I KINDLY ASKING YOU TO TAKE ACTION ON HIM, this was taken place last day also.                             I have travelled in TNSTC vehicle bearing TN32 N 4010 from kilambakkam to Tiruvannamalai on 15.4.24 at 5.50 am from kilambakkam. The vehicle is too damaged, bus is very slow, damage seats and windows, bus is very dirty and giving more sound while running. The driver unable to drive this unconditional vehicle.

                                To Whom It May Concern,

                                I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (TNSTC) on 13th April 2024, specifically regarding the 3A Sanganapuram bus scheduled to arrive at Vadaserry Bus Stop at 1:50 PM.

                                Despite being present at the bus stop well before the scheduled time, the bus did not arrive. Furthermore, the incharge at Vadaserry Bus Stop has inaccurately reported that the bus arrived and departed as per schedule. This discrepancy has not only caused inconvenience but also raises concerns about the reliability of the service and the integrity of the reporting by the station incharge.

                                I request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate action against any misconduct. Additionally, I would appreciate a formal acknowledgment of this complaint and to be informed of the outcome of the investigation.

                                Please find attached any relevant evidence supporting my claim. I trust that TNSTC values its customers and will take prompt action to address this issue.
