The ticket was booked from marthandam to coimbatore for my sister, who is a college student. We were waiting in the bus stand for so long and when enquired it was told that the bus starts only from nagercoil and the passenger can be sent in some other setc bus till nagercoil. Hence the passenger boarded another sect - chennai bus to nagercoil.

On the way, the conductor of the chennai setc bus contacted the driver of the coimbatore...

I was travelled from namakkal to chennai with my two child on (08/08/2017) bus no tn: 30 n 1364, my child age are 3 ½ and 7 ½ i asked two half ticket from conductor, he told if you get two half ticket i will provide one seat and you keep your child on lap otherwise you take two full ticket then take seat he force me to bring the two full ticket. Hi,
I have boarded SETC bus from Tiruvanamali to Bangalore on 10/05/2017, 8 am.
I lost my bag in the bus.
I don't know the bus number, but it stopped in silk board by 12.30 noon around.
Kindly help me with the procedure, if needed I can come to shanti nagar bus depot.
Description of the bag:
Black in color, 3 section.
Inside the bag you can find an pink umbrella, specs set, ID card....

I am a daily user of tnstc Madurai cities bus route no 76 Madurai to kariapatti.The maintenance of the bus is very poor and unable to travel.The shock observer is not functioning.that leads to servere body pain..The matter conveyed the the depo manager MCB and the reply is not convincing. He said that one bus alone can be repaired daily. The indifferent attitude of the depo manager shows the poor interest of the travelers and their life....

Poor condition of buses and windows
Also behavior of bus conductor is very harsh and bad..
While closing the window, the window crashed over my little brother.. and the bus conductor without any concern over the little kid behaved badly saying that we harshly closed the window.. very poor bus condition and bad behavior of bus conductor.. worst experience ever.. will...

Hello sir/mam, i booked my ticket today from tirunelveli to chennai in ultra deluxe (Route no 180ud bus id-e2630) that bus got water leakage in 3 seats completely (Seat 21, 22, 2526, 19, 20) passengers are standing with losing of their sleep (Include 2 female passenger-corporation staff family). We take it in to transport manager attention through contactor, but he simply replied to claim the refund r wait for 3 hrs (At kaithar toll gate)....

In krishnagiri district at hosur, in denkanikottai to hosur route the private bus named sks bearing it's registered number as tn 70 january 6789 always fill passenger's in huge numbers than recommended. They daily carry about 100 passengers in their evening 4.00 pm trip from denkanikottai to hosur. This seems very dangerous for us to travel in bus. So please consider the grievance and take necessary action quickly....

I unfortunately forgot my laptop bag in setc deluxe bus on 23 rd Wednesday at 8.30pm to 9.00 pm where i was boarded at perangalatur and i departured at koyambed, I attached bus ticket with this email through a photo, my bag contains a laptop, clothes, Vit university ID card, some Vit fee receipts, debit card.

I am traveling Nagercoil to Madurai. Normally bus ticket rate 140 only. But. today I traveling this bus ticket fare 150. Just I clarify the details to conductor. He said bye pass rider. But this bus normal bus. Ngt time they are charged this rate .specifically madurai. Bus running in normal route also.stopped all the small city. How to solve this issue....

Myself and my wife travelled from Vikravandi Toll Gate to Perungalathur in the bus (Ticket No : No 33001, 33002) which is travelling to Chennai(Coimbade Bus Stand) from kanyakumari.

we boarded the bus in vikravandi at around 9.00 AM.

While i was getting out of the bus in perungalathur, i forgot to get back my bag from the bus. So, I request you to trace my bag in the bus and kindly let me know i will collect...

I booked a ticket from pondicherry to chennai. Travel date is[protected] @ 6 AM.. I am now posting this compliant on[protected] @ 10.30 PM. As per the rules we cant able to cancel before 4 hours. Then why cant i able to cancel my ticket even there is 7 more hours to travel. This is stupid and tnstc service and staff behaviours are very worst. I want my ticket refund... I have travelled a bus yesterday 5th oct 2014, which Route no -198. and Bus ID No. E-2389 The scheduled departure for the bus is 17:16hrs. But the bus has been started 18.00hrs. The seat which I booked is 28 and no permanent seat arrangement. Temporarily some thing made and push back lever itself not attached. Also all the seats back side no cover up and hanging inner parts....

Sir i have booked a ticket in reservation counter Mannargudi, Thiruvarur DT today and I have request them to book seat number 3&4 but they are refused to book that seat numbers even though it is available. They said our higher officials instructed us it will be allotted to Disabled only. Is there any circular sent regarding this? I believe, conductors and the employees are joint together and do not book front seats till travelling date...

Not only us, other professtional people also travelling. In these buses the heavy drunken people getting inside and they are taking alcohol inside the buses while travelling. These group of drunken people always shouting and singing by using bad words and they are teasing and scolding the...
