Bus no.TN 29 N 2883 S/C *52+2. I had boarded the bus from Salem at 6:00am on 17th Feb 2024.Upon reaching Dharmapuri at 7:30am I checked that my red bag has been stolen. The conductor was not being helpful in such situation and was being rude from the start and continued being rude.I want help from the authorities in finding my maroon Samsonite suitcase.

    Buses going from coimbatore to salem through bhavani bypass routes are not allowing passenger to enter into the bus if they have to drop them in between stops like sangagiri (637301) and other subsequent stops before salem and after bhavani bypass stops.

    Especially after 9.30 Pm not going inside sangagiri and in the early mornings 5 to 6 am no busses are coming inside sankari. All buses are skipping sankari stops

        In total, there are over a hundred people living in this area, all of whom are farmers. Ninety percent of government buses refuse to stop and tell passengers to get off at the next stop. In town, there are two or three bus stops within a kilometre, but this one does not accept any stops at all. I have a resolution letter from a previous resolution, but it is useless, please refer attached document.

        I request you to please take a action ASAP, we required a BUS STOP.

        PLEASE SUPPORT FARMERS.

          I am writing to formally file a consumer complaint against TNSTC Salem regarding a service issue I encountered during my journey on one of your buses. The details of the incident are as follows:

          1. **Date and Time of Incident**: On January 22nd, 2024, at approximately 12:30 AM, I boarded one of your buses from Salem to Bangalore.

          2. **Bus Details**: TN 29 N 2756

          3. **Payment Details**: I paid a fare of 500 rupees to the conductor upon boarding the bus.

          4. **Issue Faced**: Despite my payment, the conductor failed to provide the correct change. I was only given 40 rupees, leaving a discrepancy of 300 rupees.

          5. **Conductor's Response**: When I raised this issue with the conductor, I was met with uncooperative behavior. The conductor denied any wrongdoing and refused to rectify the situation.

          6. **Impact on Me**: The failure to receive the correct change caused significant inconvenience and financial hardship upon my arrival in Bangalore.

          7. **Request for Resolution**: I request TNSTC Salem to thoroughly investigate this matter and take appropriate action against the conductor involved. Additionally, I seek reimbursement for the outstanding amount of 300 rupees as compensation for the inconvenience caused.

            My father is an retired driver in Tamil Nadu transport corporation. He traveled from Tambaram to Kanchipuram
            Time : 7 Am
            Bus number : TN 21 1795
            Bus depot : Kanchipuram depot
            My father has free retired bus pass but conductor asked him to take ticket (rudely) and tell him to step out of bus Infront of every passenger. My father refused and show him the bus pass but he told it's ok take ticket or step out. He took the ticket. Those actions of him affect my father's mental health and physical health (he is a Bp patient). I request you to take action against the bus conductor for insulting my father Infront of every passenger.

                I got on the bus near sastra college. I was wearing black and white. I left my lunch bag in the government bus, near the driver seat. I forgot about it and got down in TVS TOLGATE stop. It was a new lunch bag and I liked that water bottle along with other things in the bag.

                  I am small businesses man who transport milk from madharapakkam to lucas chennai through PTC regularly..

                  Regularly conductors in PTC bus are demanding commission for luggage other than luggage charge..

                  Like wise on 7th feb 2024 on 4.30 pm I get in to 112 in lucas and the conductor is demanding 150 for empty cans.
                  If it is ok then continue or else get down from the bus and go to other bus..

                  He forced me to get down from the bus because of i am not accepted for giving 150.

                  I need justice for this.
                  Ia this the way you trained to your conductor to behave with the passenger in this manner..

                  I request you to take necessary action on the particular conductor.

                  While coming with loaded laguage of 2 40lrs milk cans I will take full ticket for cans also for me 50rs each can 50rs still they are demanding 15 per can as their commission other than laguage ticket.

                  I don't know wether Tamilnadu govt is not paying them salary and instructing them to take commission and adjust.

                  These conductors are behaving like private bus conductors.

                  I experienced this in 112 and 112B.
                  Please take necessary action on this because of the negligence on this particular issue many of the small businesses doing poor people's are getting affecting.

                  In APSRT every thing going in a proper manner why it is not in PTC buses.

                      I have booked to a ticket to travel from chennai to valliyur in bus no. 198ns with pnr no T51430593 booked on 16/01/2023 with travel date 21/01/2023 and consequently cancelled the ticket on 20/01/2023 with OTP comming with my mobile no.[protected] (otp no. 19173). i have not received the refund till date, i have cancelled the ticket and no refund as of now.

                            I was waiting @podanur (Coimbatore dist) police station bus stop around 4.14PM IST. a bus numbered with 8 which is scheduled to be tripped from chettipalayam to Singanallur. The driver didn't stopped the bus even after he watched my hand signal to stop the bus

                              PNR number: T51513500
                              Before the bus start, the confirmation message will come but for me there is no message received. So, the bus conductor deny to allow me in the bus and he behave rudely. But in the name check list my name (palanisamy) in seat number 29 is mentioned. And I showed my proof (pancard) to him. But he not consider me.

                                Traveling from karaikudi to trichy via AC bus on 26/01/24 bus start time is 08.10AM at karaikudi. Gave 120rs for ticket. Ticket cost is rs115. Balance 5 will be given they said. But conductor get down. While I ask driver he is not responding properly.

                                  I'm a student, studying in Chennai. My home town is Tiruvannamalai. Every week I'll travel to Tiruvannamalai. On 24.01.2024 while travelling I was over charged than normal bus fare. Usually the bus fare would be 175 for normal bus and 205 for AC bus. That was a poornami day so bus all came rush. So from the bus depo sent a Local MTC bus for a long which itself a mistake. On that bus only I travelled they charged me 200 to Tiruvannamalai. That fare is equal to AC bus fare but they charged that for local bus.
                                  The Local bus number I travelled is AMJ 1928. I asked to that conductor he's said the depo asked him to charge this price. This is a crime. Kindly go through this issue and refund my overcharged amount. I hope you'll do.

                                    I had travelled from Coimbatore to Chennai in SETC unreserved ticket which is worth of 500 rupees. It is a non-AC sleeper and semi sleeper bus. As it was an unreserved ticket, I had asked for the conductor and driver to allot me a seat if available. At that time, they said they'll say the result when the bus starts. As soon as the bus started, I asked them again waiting patiently. They called me in and gave me a semi sleeper single seat in the first row. I assumed I was alloted to that seat. They stopped the bus for refreshment for sometime in a restaurant around 10 - 10.30 pm. But just after the refreshment, I was asked to sit in the conductor seat which is beside the front door of the bus. It had no push back option, and have chances of getting fall down anytime when breaks are applied. The conductor told I was sitting in some other person's seat, and so I should go to the conductor seat which is in the front. I had no idea then why did he let me in inside the bus if seats were not there. I was totally confused, and sat there for a while assuming someone would get in the coming stops. But nobody came, and the conductor occupied my seat and slept fully there throughout the journey. I had no option but to stress myself after paying just like everyone else. The driver and conductor switched seats inbetween for some intervals for driving. But I was sitting in that front seat without any convenience. I usually see the conductor/driver would use that seat for sitting purpose sometime, and for lying, they had a separate seat beside. But they gave those conductor's sleeper seat for 2 members with the amount of 500 rupees for each. So I could not lie on my back throught the journey, or even sit stiff as nothing was there to hold when bus turns or sudden breaks are applied. I think the conductor name is Raja, as per his conversation from another passenger, and not sure about the driver's name as both of them did not have their name card in their shirts. The Vehicle number of the bus is TN 01 AN 3161. This horrible incident happened to me on the bus which started at 8.30 pm on January 21, 2024.

                                      Today morning 6:50 am I got bus from madurai -tirunelveli bus number is TN72 N2224 I HAVE ONE SUITCASE BELOW 20KG AND ONE BACK BAG CONDUCTOR CHARGED ME 150+83 =233 total is that right amount I was paid and conductor name is DAMODARAN he refused to show is EDP number and shouted arrogantly, he makes my travel unpleasant please take action if I was overcharged. Thanks
