In erode district, the buses way from erode to kumarapalayam (Namakkal DT) K1 and K2 are not arriving at bus station on time.ecery 15mins we get bus buses but now a days it take 30 to 45 mins to get next bus. Kindly requesting Will u please take action for these kind of things.

This bus is under mandras transportation corporarion(digital board). During rain the water droplets are getting inside from the roof on the most of the passengers seated.

The behavior of the driver was very rude. I started from Chockkalinga Nagar Bus Stop to Periyar Bus stand thru above mentioned Bus and the driver's behavior was very rude towards female passengers. He was shouted at almost all the female passengers who enters or leaves the bus.
As there was construction going on in Periyar bus stand the buses are stopping in several places where as my bus will stop near Kattabomman statue in Periyar Bus stand. Mostly the passengers will get down at the signal if possible. That day bus crossed the signal and I saw one more bus before us was stopped and the passengers got down next to the signal near the statue. So I just enquired with the driver that " Sir, shall I get down here". He started shouting at me and told that " Mudinja Thavvikko"( If possible jump). How could he shout at a passenger and talk like this?
In general I am hearing from so many female passengers that most of the drivers & conductors are behaving rudely after the free pass announced for female.
I don't know what will be action taken towards this issue. But I want to express my grievance. Thank you.

I am travel Tambaram to Tiruvannamalai.. I got bus at Tambaram but conductor give the ticket as MGR KOYAMBEDU to Tiruvannamalai it's high charges ...I am ask why you give the full ticket sir means.. they told our officer only decided to put full ticket to who all are from Tambaram too told like that... What is this very big theft from passenger to the Tamil Nadu Government ... very worst TNSTC Services.. not give truth ticket.. Our Transport minister

I travelled from tirupur to palani on[protected] at 21.45 hrs through Palani depot TNSTC(TN39A0256).
This bus entered in palani 23.30 hrs. As un time I requested to conductor and driver stop the bus at Ganapathi nagar busstop which is near by my house.but both of them not consider my request.they stopped the bus at TSP camp.No person exit from this bus without myself.why not consider my request when un time travelling.

Hi,

I am still travelling in this bullock cart bus in the route which started from Bangalore to Marthandam bus.

The bus service details are as follows,

The driver doesn't know how to ride the bus till now. I think even a bicycle can be driven much faster than this. The usual time mentioned in the site is 14 hours and now it's 14 hours of time, but still the destination is not yet reached. We have around 2 hours travel hereafter as well.

The first thing is the driver didn't stop at any hotels before 9pm. They stopped at some hotels only after 11 pm for having food.

To be sharp, now the time is 4:57 am 13th October 2021. By this time as per the schedule, I should have reached my destination location which is Marthandam. But now, I have not even reached Tirunelveli Bus stand. The bus is now waiting in the tirunelveli depot for filling in the diesel.

Atleast have some well efficient drivers for SETC as you are getting higher fares for this. Being a regular traveller in SETC, this travel was horrible and I am having heavy backpain due to prolonged sitting.

I boarded this bus at 3:00 pm from Electronic city, bangalore.

I am a regular commuter from tiruppur to coimbatore . The regular bus timing for government buses is every 15 mins. Today I am waiting from 8.15 pm. There are no buses that are reaching the old bus stand for almost an hour. This is causing lot of discomfort as we are dependent on government buses for daily commuting. This is not happening for the first time and if asked questions with conductors their response is not good. Kindly look into this matter and do the needful.

Vairamadai bus stop covers more than 18 villages to commute to the near by towns. Buses do not stop at this bus top because of fewer people waiting for the buses. This is an on going issue for almost 15 years and more. Most of the villages travel for purchasing agriculture products or selling them or for work. This bus stop is very important for the near by villages. If buses do not stop here, people need to travel to 5 to 6 kms to get a bus. please look into this since this will greatly help the students, farmers and working people. I am attaching videos for your reference. Vairamadai is located in the Coimbatore National highway and situated 5 kms from Thennilai. On behalf of the people, I like to thank you in advance for look into this on priority.

There is no busses accept by conductor to goes to perundurai form Salem many time we are go by erode then come to perundurai even family along with children we rounded in the whole bus stop Salem.

Hi, i am a student studying in ambedkar government arts collage, today I have a very bad experience in my travelling because of a conductor. He rejects my student pass which is issued by the government. He says 2nd saturday so he won't accept it, if the government bus didn't accept passes in 2nd collage, then why they conducting classes, the number of the bus is TN45N4197.
