On sudeay morning 11;30 am bus arrived on thuraiyur, i am also travelled same bus. From thuraiyur to tindivanam. Bus fare is 210 rupees. Bus reached tindivam at 4.30pm. After get down checked...

While traveling in between Karur and Coimbatore the bus drivers and conductors are taking more time in canteens and stops. No regularisation in time. They are taking themselves decision. All the passengers are getting frustrated. Related superior if take the actions to keep the time, it would be helpful for regular travel.

    I was travelling in a government bus from namakkal bus stand to karaikal(paramathi) at 5.30 pm on 16/11/2021.the bus conductor tried to touch my hip region. At first I thought it was by bus's motion and also the second time he tried to touch me. I was shocked and he was also harassing the school students who were travelling. Please look into the issue and warn that conductor. It will protect many girls from him

      Hello sir/madam, I'm Gokul living in thirukalukundram, chengalpattu district. I have been recently travelling in the bus route thiruporur to thirukalukundram. I found that more than 2000 people are travelling in this route. There is no sufficient buses for this route and the buses are not acting according to the time schedule many school students and college students are travelling in this path. During morning all the buses were crowded it would be difficult for the students of school and college to travel in bus. Therefore, best remedy to curb this problem is to provide more buses for this route and also make schedule buses for every half and hour. A bus for half and hour is sufficient to solve this issue. Thank you

        In salem limit government town bus didn't stop the bus in respective bus stop. In bus stop only women passengers could wait for bus town bis drivers were not stop the bus or stop the bus far away from the bus stop. Please sir advice your drivers and conductors to give respect to the women passenger and stop the bus for correct bus stop, to give the waiting time for women passengers to get down from the bus. Please ensure your drivers and conductors service toward women passengers.

          Sir,
          We request you to revive the bus service from Poolavadi to Dharapuram at 05:00 am and 6:20 am, which is temporarily withheld during COVID lockdown.
          Now, the schools are opened and It is 25 km length. People's and school/College students are facing difficulties in reaching Dharapuram town.

              பல முறை நாங்கள் மதுரை ஆரப்பாளயம் பேருந்து நிலையத்தில் கரூர் பேருந்துக்காக காத்திருக்கிறோம். சேலம் மற்றும் ஈரோடு பேருந்து மட்டும் தான் கரூர் வழியாக செல்லும். கரூர்க்கென தனியாக எந்த ஒரு பேருந்தும் இல்லை. கரூர் மாநகராட்சி யாக மாறினாலும் இன்னும் மதுரையில் இருந்து கரூர் க்கென தனி பேருந்து வசதி இல்லை. இன்னும் சேலம் மற்றும் ஈரோடு பேருந்தில் கரூர் போகுமா என கேட்டால் போகாது என கூறி விடுவார்கள். பேருந்து புறப்படும் போது பேருந்து நிறைய ஆட்கள் எரிய உடன் கரூர் கரூர் என கூறுவார்கள். அப்போ கரூர் காரர்கள் நாங்கள் எப்படி பயணிப்பது. இது குறித்து தாங்கள் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும் என தங்களை தாழ்மை உடன் கேட்டு கொள்கிறேன்...

                Coimbatore bus stand stands for one of the most important and serviceable bus stand in India.
                But it is one of them where they takes Rs.5 for urine and as they wish Rs.10 or Rs.20 if we tell them that we are going for other thing.

                And if we ask them, they are threatening...

                As if we are coming from other planet.

                    The bus route name is sayalkudi to Madurai. From sayalkudi one particular bus starts every morning 7.35 am .regularly no problem on this bus.but every one or two months this particular bus was stopped above mentioned time.in this route stopped means many people were affected like students employees.its a peek hour. Kindly do the needful.

                      Namakkal (dt), (Thiruchengodu to erayamangkalam) bus route.

                      Government Bus time not properly maintained by the concern authority persons. Bus every day at 8.15pm not properly started on time from thiruchengodu. 10/11/2021 today also bus not there in bus stand. Concern persons says 1 hour late from bus stand. So already I complaint to this portal but no action taken regarding it. So kindly take action against this issues.

                          Dear Sir,

                          There's no bus available on 09 November 2021 at 1200h to 1500h from HAPP/HEPF/KV 2 Trichy to Mathur Roundana Trichy. There are lot of passengers (Students/HAPP Staff/HEPF Staff) being faced non availability of buses in this route. During this rain season, please instruct your staff or punish them. otherwise kindly give memo to them or suspend them. Lot of youngsters are being faced unemployment situration.
                          Inspite of repeated reminder and complaints on Drivers and conductor of HAPP/HEPF Buses are not running from HAPP/HEPF/KV-2 (Trichy) to via Mathur roundana to Trichy and back time to time. Buses are at the stretch other no bus available this route. You are requested to do the needful in prompt manner to resolve this long outstanding serious issues.

                            I was booked today's trip in Sri Krishna Travels at November 7 2021 from srivilliputtur to Chennai, now i need to change my travel Date as November 13 2021, I already Paid ₹2000 Bus fare, Kindly Request you Please help me to change my travel Date, Please Consider my Request, I unable to Cancel my travel in Red bus app, and I want to travel on coming Saturday November 13, kindly Reschedule my tickets or please Return back to my money, I Contact many people in Sri Krishna travels but all are not take Responsible for my money, and lethargycally said "Contact Red Bus", really getting disappointed, even I don't know where to go and get solution, hope I got some help after post this...

                            I called and Spoke with Owner Annamalai @[protected], he didn't Respond Properly and simply said "Ask Red Bus", and suddenly Disconnect my Call, I Called again but he didn't pick my call, This is Very worst Service I seen Ever, and Gonna Raise complaint through Transport and Consumer Complaint, I Paid 2000 already this is High Cost at this Festival Time, and their behavior is very worst I didn't suggest anyone to Krishna Travels, they not think about Customers, money minded Peoples

                            I’ve been travelling in TN bus (212H) Kancheepuram - Tripathi on 28/05/2023 at 7am. My destination upto : Arakkonam railway gate. the ticket fare is ₹25. I had gave ₹100 for the ticket. the conductor didn’t gave the ticket, since he mentioned as not having sufficient change for ₹100 and very rudely behaved like abusing me.Even though I said i’ll collect the balance amount while reaching at my destination point. but he refused me to give ticket and insisting me to travel beyond my destination point to get back my ticket balance. this type of conductor are needed to punished. kindly take necessary action against this complaint.

                              Last week i booked reservation ticket from Mayiladuthurai to chennai in SETC online website guest portal, not used individual user name ID, while booking time all details given (mobile no, mail ID), then going to payment portal, payment request received after submit all process payment amount debited from my bank account, after ticket booking i didn't received ticket details, and amount also refunded not yet, kindly give solution and solve this issue,

                                Good morning,

                                On 7 Nov 2021, I have boarded from Kallipalayam to palladam in the Bus routed Dharapuram to Coimbatore.

                                Conductor had sexually harassed me, in first I thought it was unintentional but while getting down from the bus he said bad comment on me.

                                This kind of things make very fearful to travel in TNSTC busses, kindly take necessary action to resolve this so this will not happen to others

                                  I complaint registered against Conductor Mr.Ramasundaram, I was traveled vellakovil to K. Paramathy On November 7, 2021, the bus no.TN 33 N 3502 (Tirupur to Trichy)the bus was departing from vellakovil at 9:35 am.

                                  My complaint is that the conductor was said there is no change against the vellakovil to K.paramthy bus charge 18 rupee. I have only 100 rupee I don't have 18 rupee, so I was said no issues the end stop is k.paramathy so the reached time you give me a change (remaining amount) no issues nga anna but he using valcar (bad)words. I was said anna don't use bad words and don't act irrespective against every passenger.he says ovoru passenger (bad word ) pudichu thongikitea Iruka mudiyathu nee yenga venalum complaint panniko Nan parthukaran. So I noted & take pictures his name and bus number. Iam totally unfeel against the conductor activities.

                                  Pls take appropriate action against that conductor. I sincerely hope that TNSTC will investigate the matter and take steps to make the journey better and safer for passengers.

                                      The conductor is not allowing to depart from Vailankanni while the bus is going from Vailankanni - Chennai which has many unreserved tickets but he is allowing only passengers going to Chennai not inbetween. I tried with nearly 10 buses of TN registration. Kindly take necessary action on this guys. TN 68 N 0976 is the bus number
