Dear Sir,

I complaint registered against Conductor Mr.Ramasundaram, I was traveled vellakovil to K. Paramathy On November 7, 2021, the bus no.TN 33 N 3502 (Tirupur to Trichy)the bus was departing from vellakovil at 9:35 am.

My complaint is that the conductor was said there is no change against the vellakovil to K.paramthy bus charge 18 rupee. I have only 100 rupee I don't have 18 rupee, so I was said no issues...

The conductor is not allowing to depart from Vailankanni while the bus is going from Vailankanni - Chennai which has many unreserved tickets but he is allowing only passengers going to Chennai not inbetween. I tried with nearly 10 buses of TN registration. Kindly take necessary action on this guys. TN 68 N 0976 is the bus number...

On 6/11/2021, I have booked two tickets from pattukottai to chennai.(OB NO: OB[protected]
My amount has been debited ( Rs. 1140) but ticket is not booked. Transaction : TNSTCLTD / 862456 /....

I had booked a ticket 2 times from Ramanathapuram to chennai on 11 Nov 2021 (Bus Route:165UD and Date of Journey : 08/11/2021 ) . Amount was debited 2 times Rs.575+575=1150 was debited from my bank account, but no ticket has been booked. I request you to kindly provide the refund Bank Transaction Ref no : WT[protected] and Ref.no: WT[protected]

Actually morning shift bus conductor behaviour was soo bad.he used bad words and scolded me he allowed only madurai peoples to seated in the bus remaining people will standing during travel i raised question against him.so he scolded me in the bad words is these correct way to treat passengers? There are not prepare seats in bus and when raining season all seats are wet condition only...

I am traveling chennai to Tiruvannamalai normal chennai to Tiruvannamalai Rs.175, now bus routes are changed CMBT to TAMBARAM and TAMBARAM to Tiruvannamalai, now CMBT to Tambaram I paid Rs.32, again Tambaram to Tiruvannamalai Rs.175 paying, why ticket not issue Tambaram to Tiruvannamalai, I am traveling only for TAMBARAM to Tiruvannamalai only but I paid CMBT to Tiruvannamalai,

I have ten long size note book only as my luggage from chathram bus stand to siruganur. But conductor M.senthil kumar(0113) charged 20 rupees as luggage charges to ten note book. Bus no:TN 45-N-3423. Conductor talked as rough and his behaving is not good to passenger. So, please take proper action on them...and here after no one don't do this mistake again to passenger it's not good...say him to give respect to every pessangers....

Dear Sir / Madam, I was travelled in the city bus of Coimbatore boarding from Thudiyalur. I asked the conductor "Sivananda Colony" ticket. He said bus is going via TVS. So I asked a ticket for "Vadakovai". He given a ticket for Rs. 23. At the point of TVS he asked me to land there. I said I taken the ticket for Vadakovai which is next stop of TVS (Same fare from my boarding point). He argued and shouted me to take one more ticket for Rs....

The bus take three trip per day.but in the afternoon trip it doesn't come regularly, weekly twice or thrice only they take trip. And importantly they drop out the passenger in half of the way, then the bus bends middle of the way before the stop arrives, and I asked why means...

Sir, I want to draw you kind attention towards the rude and irresponsible behaviour of the bus conductors with the commuters. They look towards the passengers with indifference and behave with them in a very unfriendly and absurd way. They lack etiquettes and use filthy language....
