I was travelling in erode bus and i got in the bus from thenthirupathi nall road ...as soon as i got into the bus the conductor started scolding me very harshly ...he scolded me for not showing hands to the bus to stop...his behaviour was very rude to me...and started shouting in the bus unnecessarily to me...his argument was very rude to me ...so i request you to take action in the conductor who did so to me..i don't know the name of the conductor but the bus no:TN39N0358

On[protected], morning 10:45-11:45 am the bus number 25 goes from Shoolagiri to Krishnagiri. The town busses must stop if there are passengers in the bus stop...I don't know why it didn't stop at somanathapuram where 5 Muslim women are showing their hands to stop the bus ...but the bus driver didn't stoped there...I can say that because of they are muslims he dominated them. The preceding next stop where hindu men and women are there he stopped there. I can raise voice against the Muslim dominaters. He must be strictly taken actions by the relevant department.

Today (27.11.2021) me and friend got on a bus ( Bus number 11 )which goes from erode bus stand to Chennimalai. The timing of the bus from erode bus stand is 4.20 p.m. As it is run by the government, the cost of the ticket is free for female. Usually in buses conductor would come to give tickets and or else we will ask for some time. Today we got on the bus and we both were talking, within getting into bus the conductor scolded us for not getting the tickets infront of the whole bus using harsh words...it really made us embrassed...we not even opened our mouths, we just got out of the bus just for our self respect. Please take action on this matter. It's not a good thing to scold a passenger infront of all using harsh words.

When they stop the bus some people deoped in the bus . In that second they taken the bus.they did not give to pickup

Sir I am from krishnagiri, sir my brother was treatment for Madras Medical college Hospital in chennai so I have using for patient pass travel to the hospital... But today 26.11.21 bus number TN01AN1733 BUS conductor not allowed to the Patient pass please action to him.

The buses are being reduced from Mylapore to Chetpet. We people are waiting for so long time. Only a few buses are coming where it was too crowded. Sometimes buses are not coming. On behalf of all, I request you for frequent buses from Mylapore to Chetpet. At least give us minibusses. This was happening for the past few months. Kindly take action.

Hi this is from pollachi...bus No. TN 38 3152 bus(11. Pollachi to kaliyapuram) bus not stop my stop... Bus driver and conductor should not given respect to any passengers... Especially ladies... They said you should not give money so we will not stop bus at your stop... Please take any action

TN 38 N 3462 this tnstc bus is running between pollachi to Coimbatore.There is a stop named Kovilpalayam it is main stop all buses are stopped there at any time.But today This bus conductor said there is no stop is there bus didn't stop.
At 10.00 Pm in pollachi the bus is departed.Women passenger are affected by him and he Harshly speeking about me. So please immediately take action of that bus conductor.

Sir, around 1.10am(23:11:21) I get in into an express 122 thiruvannamalai to chennai express, I lost my purse at the last seat, brown color leather purse with my PAN CARD, VOTER'S ID AND DEBIT CARDS WITH MONEY APPROXIMATELY 500, I get out at kilpennathur stop. My adress is no. 09, kalaingar nagar, kilpennathur 604601, thiruvannamalai.

On 22 Nov 2021 at about 8 am near kanniyur service road towards salem direction TNSTC Bus Reg no TN 33 N 3220 hit my car while the aforesaid bus overtaking from left side of the road and take a quick right turn. My car was damaged in the front portion including bumper.
As the bus was full of passengers and morning peak hours, not to disturb public the driver promised me that he will repair my car at his own cost and give me a mobile number for contact. At the same time I rang up and had few words. He disclosed himself as Mr. Sharavanan. But he was wearing the name plate of Mr arumugham. On enquiry he replied his name was misplaced and on a hurry he worn the aforesaid name plate.
Later after half an hour I rang him and he was not responding/saying wrong number. In the evening same day I rang him and the response was same.

It was very embarrassing to me that an employee of a reputed govt organisation was cheating me.

I humbly request to take up this issue seriously that the image of your good organisation should not hamper due to such petty issues.

Daily am traveling tambaram to kavarapettai... Bus is not arriving on time.. Especially on Sundays... Between redhills to gummidipoondi... Please increase the frequency of bus sir... Almost 1 hour am waiting but no bus has come sir...

I got on the bus while it was still and when I got on the bus the conductor started using abusive words and started yelling at me like I got on the bus while it was running. Worst experience

I had booked 4 tickets(3 upper births and 1 lower seat) from Bangalore to Dindigul in 9:30 AM TNSTC AC Sleeper Seater bus on 30th October.
Unfortunately the bus was changed from AC Sleeper bus to non AC Sleeper bus in the last minute. Since I was travelling with my family, I could not cancel my trip.
Hence request you to refund my difference amount that I paid for AC service while comparing with the Non AC service provided to me.

Today morning I have traveled from Chennai CMBT to Neyveli Arch gate in Mannarkudi TNSTC Bus. The seats where Fully damaged and unclean. There was no place for the passengers to sit safely. As many people depend on Government buses kindly see through the issue and solve as soon as possible.

I am using Tnstc bus for going to work on every day route (Kanchipuram to Chengalpattu) time 5AM. This bus is not coming on every week two or three days because of this i suffer every week in my office. There is no more Bus available on 5Am to 5.50 Am. Please check and do the needful thanks in advance🤩.

A local government bus which is operating between Arani and Poosimalaikuppam village in Tiruvannamalai district, is leaking rain water inside the bus. Amount 50 percentage of passanger gets wet. People are standing on bus due to water overcomes the seats. This event implies how the FC had done. Servicing thkse buses are questionable.

Myself travelling from Salem to Bangalore 3:30 service in AC bus TN29 N 3130. In this bus air conditioning system in not working and only air flow is working . People who are travelling was not able to breath and no sufficient air circulation is there. Two of the old people are suffocating due to insufficient poor HAVC system. Request TNSTC department to take necessary action regarding maintenance of AC bus regularly and check the O2 level its minimum 19.5 % need to breath. Pls don't take this as an small issues.

I have travelled from Chittoor to Vellore in an tamilnadu rtc bus sir while I departed on vellore I have forgotten my green luggage bag sir with dress in it sir.
I have enquired in bus stands in vellore they told the bus is from tirupathi to kallakurchi travelling bus sir.
They told the number of the bus is 4509
But in the ticket the number is TN32N3495
I have travelled on 17 nov 2021
From Chittoor to Vellore
I have started on 8 30 am I have departed in vellore on 9 35 am

Can u please take an action and get my bag sir

Bus route Ambattur o.t to thirumullavoil sidco mini bus
Not arriving on time and bus arrives into sidco on 8.45 and till 9.15 not yet arrived on arikemedu kindly provide timings or one more bus to this bus route .
