    I had booked a ticket 2 times from Ramanathapuram to chennai on 11 Nov 2021 (Bus Route:165UD and Date of Journey : 08/11/2021 ) . Amount was debited 2 times Rs.575+575=1150 was debited from my bank account, but no ticket has been booked.       Actually morning shift bus conductor behaviour was soo bad.he used bad words and scolded me he allowed only madurai peoples to seated in the bus remaining people will standing during travel i raised question against him.so he scolded me in the bad words is these correct way to treat passengers? Women?i need response from tour side.thank you.

            I am traveling chennai to Tiruvannamalai normal chennai to Tiruvannamalai Rs.175, now bus routes are changed CMBT to TAMBARAM and TAMBARAM to Tiruvannamalai, now CMBT to Tambaram I paid Rs.32, again Tambaram to Tiruvannamalai Rs.175 paying, why ticket not issue Tambaram to Tiruvannamalai, I am traveling only for TAMBARAM to Tiruvannamalai only but I paid CMBT to Tiruvannamalai,

              I have ten long size note book only as my luggage from chathram bus stand to siruganur. But conductor M.senthil kumar(0113) charged 20 rupees as luggage charges to ten note book. Bus no:TN 45-N-3423. Conductor talked as rough and his behaving is not good to passenger. So, please take proper action on them...and here after no one don't do this mistake again to passenger it's not good...say him to give respect to every pessangers.

                Dear Sir / Madam, I was travelled in the city bus of Coimbatore boarding from Thudiyalur. I asked the conductor "Sivananda Colony" ticket. He said bus is going via TVS. So I asked a ticket for "Vadakovai". He given a ticket for Rs. 23. At the point of TVS he asked me to land there. I said I taken the ticket for Vadakovai which is next stop of TVS (Same fare from my boarding point). He argued and shouted me to take one more ticket for Rs. 11. I refused since the mistake was his only. He forced me either to land there or take one more ticket, since my time not persists I taken one more ticket for Rs. 11 also. He said you may complaint where ever you can. I seen lot of passengers like u. No body can do anything. I am much disappointed with his approach. I don't want action against him. But please guide him for how to behave and guide passenger in a proper way. If suppose a passenger without more Money than the ticket fare what would the situation there. Why I was lost Rs. 11 for his lerthajic mistake. Kindly interfere and do needful.

                  Name -S2
                  Route- Tharamangalam to Olaipatti.
                  This was the only bus conming through this above route, there is no someother bus. The bus take three trip per day.but in the afternoon trip it doesn't come regularly, weekly twice or thrice only they take trip. And importantly they drop out the passenger in half of the way, then the bus bends middle of the way before the stop arrives, and I asked why means they didn't spoke anything they are not responding properly .so many passenger are suffer because of this. they alt the bus tharamangalam itself in afternoon time. please take some action for this. We all are told them (driver, conductor) but they doesn't want to hear and care . Kindly do something 🙏 thank you

                      Today[protected] boarding the bus Reg no TN68N1218 at Trichy Central bus stand to travel to Thanjavur. In the middle of the National highway in between Trichy -Thanjavur stopped in the middle of the highway While travelling by your checking inspector for checking (few kilometers before SASTRA University).
                      I appreciatiate their duty, but at the same time kindly consider the safety of the passengers also. While sudden stopping of the bus in middle of the road may lead to severve accident or may lead to multiple fatality also.
                      Kindly make necessary action to avoid these type of activities.

                        எங்கள் ஊர் தஞ்சாவூர் மாவட்டம் காமாட்சிபுரம் இங்கு 300க்கும் அதிகமான பொதுமக்கள் மாணவர்கள் உள்ளனர் அனைவரும் இந்த வழித்தடத்தில் செல்லும் அரசுப் பேருந்தையே நம்பியுள்ளனர், ஆனால் இந்த வழித்தடத்தில் செல்லும் 22, 26, 29 ஆகிய பெரும்பாலும் சரியான நேரத்தில் வராமலும் சில நேரங்களில் பேருந்து சேவையை முழுவதும் நிறுத்திவிடுகின்றனர், இதனால் குறிப்பாக மாணவ மாணவியர்கள் பெரிதும் கஷ்டப்படுகின்றனர், மாலை நேரங்களில் பேருந்து கிடைக்காததால் 5 கிலோ மீட்டர் வரை நடந்து செல்கின்றனர் வேலைக்கு செல்லும் பொதுமக்களும் பெரிதும் பாதிக்கப்படுகின்றனர், போக்குவரத்து துறை அதிகாரியை இதனை கவனித்து சரி செய்யுமாறு மிகவும் தாழ்மையுடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன். நன்றி !

                          Sir, I want to draw you kind attention towards the rude and irresponsible behaviour of the bus conductors with the commuters. They look towards the passengers with indifference and behave with them in a very unfriendly and absurd way. They lack etiquettes and use filthy language.

                            25/10/2021 BUS NO. TN.57 N.1803 (3.00 p.m) Tirunelveli to Udangudi bus is in fully damaged condition. In the rainy season, rain flow inside the bus, it causes health issues for me. So, I request you to maintain this bus properly for a peaceful travel.

                              I was traveling Pondicherry To Madurai
                              with my family (My mother, Sister in law, brother and niece ) last night (24 oct, 2021) Bus No. TN 01 AN 2576. When bus arrived at My dropping station i.e Madurai at 2 AM, Conductor of the Bus ask for 150 Rupees for Luggage.
                              I demand for luggage tickets but conductor (Name - R.Venkatensan Driver B.No 9570, Conductor B.No. 270) Very much misbehaving and throughout my luggages and continuously ask for money.
                              I give him money but he continuously misbehaving with me and my family like a Gunda (gangster).

                              I request of the management and government please take appropriate action against him or dismiss such persons from his job so that we can feel safe for traveling with government transport.

                                I booked ticket online for my wife travelling from Pollachi to Tiruchendur in SETC Bus No: E-7550 and Trip Code: 1615OOTTIC. The Boarding time was mentioned as 8:45 PM IST, but the bus reached at 9:20 PM IST. To make sure I am boarding my wife in the right bus, I asked conductor if it is the right bus i am looking for. But he has not responded correctly and speaking in the disrespectful manner. Since the ticket was booked online, my wife don't know how to show the Ticket booking message in mobile. I tried to show message in my mobile during onboarding, instead of seeing it out, he asked for the printout and not looking for the message that shown. After that the words he was using was harsh and disrespectful. Only the driver intervened and solved the issue. Please take the appropriate action against the conductor.

                                  Me and My wife got in this bus from Salem on 23/10/2021 Night 9 PM .. The bus route is Salem to Kallakurichi.. We asked the conductor whether Bus will go to Chinnasalem..He said yes and we both got into bus..He got ticket from some o[censored]s upto attur only..No reason given from him and he said will get chinnasalem ticket later from us..But once attur comes at 11 pm..he asked all o[censored]s to get out from the bus and said to go on another bus without any reason.. Driver also asked us to out with no response.. Very bad from both of them.. How can we get another bus from attur to chinnasalem at midnight.. Worst very worst... Please take action again them on behalf of our dropped passengers

                                    TN 74 N 1881 TN 74 N 1881 இந்த பஸ்ஸில் நான் நாங்குனேரி செல்ல ஏறினேன். அதாவது நேரம் தோரயமாக 6, 45 அதிகாலை பொழுதில் நடந்த இந்த சம்பவம். நான்குநேரிக்கு சென்றடையும் நேரம் (தோரயமாக) 7.10 ஆகும். புதிய பஸ் தான். அந்த பஸ் நாகர்கோவில் இருந்து மதுரை (505 லோகல் பஸ் ராகம்). இந்த பஸ் நாகர்கோவில் டிப்போ. அந்த பஸ்லில் இரண்டு கலரில் உள்ள கண்டக்டர், இரண்டு கலரில் உள்ள டிரைவர் இருப்பர். நான் கூறுவது என்ன என்றால், பஸ்ஸில் இரண்டு ஸிப்டில் ஒரு கலர் ஊதா கலர் கண்டேக்டர் மற்றும் டிரைவர். மற்றொன்று ஸிப்டில் காக்கி கலர் கண்டக்டர் மற்றும் டிரைவர். இதில் நான் கூறிப்பிட்ட நபர் காக்கி கலர் உள்ள கண்டக்டர். அவர் இந்த சம்பத்திற்கான நபர். அந்த பஸ்ஸில் உள்ள காண்டேக்டர், அதாவது காக்கி கலர் சட்டை உள்ளவர்வர். பெயர் தெரியவில்லை. ஆனால் அந்த பஸ்ஸில் ஓரு கலர் புழு கல்ர் சட்டை உள்ள காண்டக்டர் மற்றொன்று காக்கி கலர் சட்டை உள்ளவர். நான் சொல்ல வருகின்ற நபர் காக்கி கலர் சட்டை, இவர் என்னிடம் நாங்னேரி டிக் கெட் எடுத்தேன். அப்போது நான் 100 ரூபாய் கொடுத்தேன். டிக் கெட்டின் விலை 11 ரூபாய் மட்டுமே. நான் சில்லரையாக 9 ரூபாய் இருந்தது. ஆனால் 11 ரூபாய் இல்லதா காரணத்தால் 100 ரூபாய் கொடுத்தேன். ஆனால் அந்த கண்டேக்டர் சில்லரை தருமாறு கேட்டார். ஆனால் 9 ரூபாய் இருந்த காரணத்தால் 100ரூபாய் கொடுத்தேன், (டிக்கெட்டின் விலை 11 ரூபாய்). அதற்கு அந்த நபர் நீ என் சில்லரை கொண்டு வரவில்லை என்று கேட்டார். நான் 9 ரூபாய் இருக்கு என்று கூறிய பிறகு, பயணிகள் தான் சில்லரை கொண்டு வரவேண்டும் என்று கூறினார். நீ சில்லரை வாங்கிதா என்று கூறினார். நான் வந்த பஸ்ஸில் பயணிகள் எண்ணிக் கை மிகவும் குறைவு. நான் சில்லரை கேட்டேன். யாரிடமும் இல்லை என்று சொன்னார்கள். நான் அதை கூறினேன். அவர் அதற்கு நீ படித்திருக்கிறா? இல்லையா? என்று கேள்வி எழுப்பினார், மற்றும் தகாத வார்த்தைகளை கூறி, பயணிகள் தான் சில்லரை கொண்டு வரவேண்டும் என்று கூறினார். இதற்கு நான் என்ன செய்ய முடியும். நான் ஒரு சாமானியன் அலலவா? நான் வேலை தேடும் இளைஞன், அதை நினைத்து கொண்டு அமைதி காத்து கொண்டு வருத்ததுடன் சென்று விட்டேன். இது நான் பெற்ற அனுபவங்கள் போன்று இன்னும் நிறைய பேர் அனுபவங்கள் உள்ளன, இதனை போன்று சிலர் மக்களை தரக்குறைவாக செய்து கொண்டு இருக்கின்றனார், இதனை தக்க நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டுக்கிறேன்.

                                      MTC conductor behaviour is very worst against passenger.They treat passenger like animale.They not give reapect for aged people.Bus route- Ponnammalle to Tambaram.
