Iam from Gandarvakottai, we Need more bus, there are only few bus running Gandarvakottai to Sengipatti, these are not enough for people and people and students are waiting for more hours for a bus so, please please please increase the bus trips for or more bus to the above destination sir, and at this time iam typing this message in Sengipatti bus stop and the important thing is iam really waiting for bus for 2 hours but, I don't know when the bus will come it may take 1 hour or 2 hours or more... So please help this people for better journey sir🥺🥺🥺

    Dear sir,
    The conductor here was too rude to people including me while giving away tickets. He had no patience and started speaking ill of me when I just wanted a certain doubt cleared for the bus stop for my destination as I was new here. I just asked him if he gave me the right ticket as there are two stops with the same bus station name to where I am getting down. For this he got angry and shouted for absolutely no reason. No matter how stressful the job he cannot lash out like this. The stop I want to get down is L and T, there are 2 stops with same name like that in the Kondrathur route. One is L and T company and other is L and T after Bhaikada which I wanted to get off to.

      Not only on 21-Sep-2021, govt town buses are not picking up the passengers at Karuparayan koil bus stop in Nasiyanoor(Erode district) after 5pm, it happened frequently to elders/ladies. Sometimes don't allow the passenger to alight at the respective bus stop instead stopped at next bus stop with reason of delay in time or not for a/few passenger.

      I dint understand how the bus conductor and drivers behave soo rude/rash to passenger who are elders alight and boarding without any respect.

      Is it due to the govt announced free pass to women or have to show collection in bus trips. Dont know the cause, but it should be in action to prevent further worst to passengers utilize the govt buses.

      Hope some action will be taken to avoid such an incident again in forth coming days.

        நான் நீலகிரி மாவட்டம் குன்னூர் வட்டத்துக்கு அருகில் உள்ள பில்லூர்மட்டடம் பகுதியில் இயங்கிவரும் அரசு உதவி பெறும் பள்ளியில் பணி புரிந்து வருகிறேன். கடந்த செப்டெம்பர் 20ம் தேதி (2021 ஆம் வருடம்) தமிழக அரசால் வழங்கப்பட்ட இலவச காலுறைகளை பள்ளி மாணவர்களுக்கு கொடுக்கும் பொருட்டு குன்னூர் வட்டார கல்வி அலுவலகத்தில் இருந்து காலுறைகளை பெற்று 3.15 மணிஅளவில் இலவச காலுறைகள் அடங்கிய என்னுடைய கட்டைப் பையுடன் ஆர்ச்செடின் செல்லும் பக்காசூரன் மலைக்காட்சி பேருந்தில் ஏறினேன். நடத்துனர் அவர்கள் பயணச்சீட்டு எடுக்க வரும்போது என்னுடைய சிறிய விலையில்லா பொருட்கள் அடங்கிய பைக்கும் சேர்த்து லக்கேஜ் டிக்கெட் எடுக்க சொன்னார். இது ஒரு சிறிய அளவிலான பை இதற்கு ஏன் கணக்கில் எடுக்க வேண்டும் அதுவும் இல்லாமல் இது தமிழக அரசால் மாணவர்களுக்கு வழங்கப்படும் விலையில்லா பொருள் இதற்கு ஏன் லக்கேஜ் எடுக்க வேண்டும் என நான் கேட்டபோது. கண்டக்டர் அவர்களும் டிரைவர் அவர்களும் என்னை பேருந்தில் இருந்து இறங்குமாறு கட்டாயப்படுத்தினார்கள். மழை நேரத்தில் என்னை பேருந்தில் இருந்து இறக்கி விட்டு விடுவேன் என்று சொன்னதும் தமிழக அரசு இலவசமாக வழங்கும் பொருள்களுக்கு அரசு பேருந்திலேயே லக்கேஜ் டிக்கெட் எடுக்க வேண்டும் என்று கட்டாயப்படுத்தியது டன் பயணிகள் முன் நான் ஏதோ குற்றம் செய்தது போல் என்னை திட்டியதும் எனக்கு மிகுந்த மன உளைச்சலை கொடுத்துள்ளது. ஓட்டுநர் பெயர் ஸ்டீபன் (சீனியர் டிரைவர்) நடத்துனர் பெயர் தெரியவில்லை. பேருந்தில் விலையில்லா பொருட்களை சிறிய அளவிலான பையில் எடுத்துச் செல்வதை கூட லக்கேஜ் டிக்கெட் வாங்க வேண்டுமா. குழந்தைகளுக்கு இலவசமாக வழங்கும் பொருட்கள் அரசு பேருந்தில் ஏன் இலவசமாக அனுமதிக்கக் கூடாது. இதற்காக என்னிடம் தகராறு செய்த ஓட்டுநர் நடத்துநர் இருவர் மீதும் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும் என்று தாழ்மையுடன் வேண்டுகிறேன்.

          Sir. Am doing teaching at the pillormattum government AIDED school. Coonoor. Nilgiri district. Tamilnadu. In September 20 2021 afternoon 3.15. I was traveling in the pakkasuran malai bus which was going to archedin with my big shop which contains tamilnadu government free boots for school children. The conductor come to order me to baught a luggage for the government boots. The driver school me to get out from the bus if you don't buy a ticket. The driver name is Stephanie ( pakka suran malai. Drouge via) I don't know the conductor name( not wearing name batch). Please step an action against the driver and conductor.

            Hello all. I am ishwarya from masinagudi. This is the general complaint against the state transport. Yesterday (20.09.2021)I travelled in local bus from aruvankadu to ooty. The bus top is fully leaked due to heavy rain.Even passenger can't even sit in the seats. Passengers, driver and conducted got troubled because of this issue. Kindly resolved the problem.

            All buses are well maintained. One or two buaes having this issue

              I am vignesh yesterday (19/09/2021) i tried to book ticket from madurai to chennai .in your application in my mobile.After i selected the seat and i made payment through UPI transaction .Rs 505 is debited from my account and ticket is not confirmed.MY UPI Transaction id number =[protected]
              and this is the 3 rd time its happening to me in this month only. .Balance of rs 960 is pending.My UPI transaction id =[protected],[protected] .Kindly refund my amount.I am in need of that money.

                I traveled Chennai to Puducherry on[protected] via TN32N4636 Boarding Pallavaram at 6 PM...The Bus, Service type was LSS SUPERFAST and also I paid 150 rs ...Usually normal Service busses are Charging 125 Rs Only...Extra Money No Issues but Driver Stop the Busses On Every Stage like Guduvancherry, Maraimalai Nagar, Maduranthagam and Thiruchitrambalam etc...Driver Stopping Every Stage at the time people Boarding, He didn't Follow any Covid Pandamic Awareness...When a ask to the Conductor replying Unnecessary words to me...I really disappointed about TNSTC...

                  TN 32 ñ4321 travelling from tittakudi to thiruvannamalai ..driver and conductor are not allowed us to continue in the same bus..conductor informed this is main point so we need to take only Bangalore passenger...

                  Ridiculous and unacceptable.. If passengers start from point..driver and conductor are deciding about passengers travel...

                    TN74N2035, I traveling the ngl to thirunelveli point to point bus today morning 9.40 am..ticket 67 rs..conductor not give correct balance ..1 rupee not given.. i ask to give my 1 rupee.. but he say i have no changes to give that one rupee, but he have more coins...please taken that on a complaint..

                      Hi sir/ madam
                      In ranipet district some bus driver and conductor is not giving respect to the women who is in the bus. And behaving harsh to the women. And they not wait for the passenger to climbing in the bus they take the bus when women's are there to climb in the bus. ( 7 vellore to walaja ) @8:30-8:45 is the timing when the bus arrive in kannamangalam kootroad. They not stop the bus when they see the lot of women's are waiting for the bus. If the bus empty also they not stopping. They not respecting to the women's and behaving harsh to the women. They asking why you came to this bus. Go for another bus and forging women to go for another bus

                        Kindly arrange special buses for festival seasons. Many passengers affected for this issue. In 14.09.2021 night time no buses for madurai to chennai route. Private bus agent or calling for travel in private bus. So kindly consider issue.

                          Bus No:597C, TN-01, AN-1443 bus is collecting bus fares from women, school and college students ... Even though we showed the GO of free transporting facility for women and students.. They didn't consider it.. Then what it is the use of announcing such plans when it is not executing properly.. Please take some immediate actions on such bus conductors

                            In Chennai there is a s53 bus having a bus route of vangaram to ambattur .they are not following the time schedule as per the government issued tume schedule they are coming whenever they want .if the public asks they are not responding proplely because of that many of the public got affected with their timings, so kindly check and resolve this attitude from the s53 buses as soon as possible sir.

                                This person was targeting on us for traveling 2kms at this Bus. Already he had same argument but this is his second time targeting young womens particularly. He was asking us not to come at this Bus. And his rubbish words hurted us the more. Please take action on this particular person. We women doesn't need free of charge without any respect.

                                  I already registered a complaint. We are not getting right action for that. In peak hours like morning and evening not even getting frequently bus. What people do. It so rushed in bus in the covid period. It's not safe for people. Please response for this complaint.

                                    I was travelling from trichy to hosur but there wasn't sufficient buses for hosur and then we took bus to Salem and the we were kept waited for to travel to hosur but then there was also insufficient buses to hosur if we get Inna Bangalore buses the conductors are saying to get down which will go through hosur but why is this happening in chief minister from DMK Stalin's period but in edappadi's period there was sufficient buses and there was no problem during festival periods this happened exactly on 12th September 2021 after Vinayagar chathurthi however there will be no action will be taken from the government of tamilnadu

                                      Sir, I had completed Journey from Tambaram to Madurai through Bus Route No. 104 on 09/09/2021. During journey conductor not return balance money Rs. 100/- to me.                                         Today afternoon i (male) and my friend (female) travelled from guindy to thirumangalam in 170C bus no: TN 01 AN 1280 .. I asked for two tickets one for me ticket charge 16rs and a women free ticket but the conductor refused to give free ticket for women which government as order to provide it and he also scolded me for asking about the free ticket system..so kindly take neccessary action against these type of buses who were not following the rules imposed by the Tamilnadu state transport corporation and solve grivence nd forward it to my mail vikasraja.[protected]@gmail.com
