We are sitting in bus for 35 minutes but the conductor is not paying the toll amount and wasting time, it's night 9.36 pm at electronic city toll and people are asking him to pay 300 rs for toll and making us wait for more than 40 min. Conductor fighting with all and not co operating. It's 28 September at ecity toll. Take serious action on them or make your fast tag stuff very very sincere.

      Due to Arcot Road vadapalani bridge work all buses are diverting via Ashok nagar main road.

      I have travelling from kundrathur to Ashok nagar main road for my work.

      So kindly organise to stop the buses in this route. (like samiyarmadam or Near police station )

      It will more helpful to public. We do not have to go buses in vadapalani or Porur.

          Dear sir/madam, iam travelling from thiruvannamalai to adayar( chennai) .bus no TN 32 N 4183. Conductor told that bus departure time is 9.45 pm at thiruvannamalai bus stand but bus started from 10.00 pm. And the main problem is they allow drunken person.many of ladies and passengers here, how they allow drinker. And one drunken person sit next to me.he is having a symptoms of vomiting.its irritated and trouble for me.i complaint to the conductor, he told that "change the seat of the person on hotel".but he didn't do it.then i asked about that, he is rought to speak me and said that give back ticket and go for next bus.its is the proper behaviour.???? How he should allow drinking person in buses.they didn't follow the rules and he said that i would stand or change bus..how its looking like.he is supporting the drinking guys.i think the conductor name is kanagaraj.please take immediate proper auction on him.And i expect reply from you.please take action or else i go for consumer court.thank you

            Respected sir,
            I boarded one government bus from puducherry to villupuram ( tamilnadu) on 24.09.2021 at 7.30 pm and reached villupuram at 8.45pm night. After departed from villupuram I found that my purse was missed while traveling from Pondicherry to villupuram in that government bus. I tried contacting villupuram busstand authorities through phone but i couldnot reach them. My purse contains important documents like my original driving license, voters id, aadhar card, debit card and my passport size photos.it is a light brown colored purse. So i request you to kindly help me finding back my purse please. Thanking you

              I boarded the ultra delux bus in Bangalore silk board at 6 pm. They charged ticket price of 315rs for Vellore. hosur bus stand by 7pm, since only few passenger is available they almost waited for 1 hour to get the bus full. 8pm started from hosur and with in 40min they halted half an hour for having dinner. Then they reached Vellore by 12am.
              My concern over here is before giving ticket they should tell about the stopping in hosur for 1 hour and dinner they will stop, so that passenger will decide wheather to go or not.

                Sir/Madam, I make use of government bus( 15M, Rosemiapuram - Nagercoil) which has free ticket service for female passengers. But they are not stopping by the bus stops they need to stop and the conductors are not issuing the tickets properly. Kindly take necessary actions. Thank you.

                  Dear sir,

                  I am traveling from trichy to tanjore express bus, the bus started at trichy almost 10.20am, the conductor charged Rs.43. The driver keep on talking In his mobile more than 30minutes. Still now the bus didn't crossed vallam. Almost the travel time is 1hour. Please take necessary action.

                  The bus belongs to edapadi euhidepot.

                    Actually I travel from perambalur to no 1 tolgate by tnstc bus no TN23N2431 dated 23/09/2021 ticket no 500375.but the charged perambalur to tirchy charge 55 rupees ..so kindly take necessary action against this charge..condector told in higher side they not give stage list on my worksheet.so kindly take necessary action against this compliant..

                      In news they not even mention to ask ticket from college students but many buses new buses which were arrived recently in red colour eventhough they are govt bus they asking ticket fare from college and school students.

                        Iam from Gandarvakottai, we Need more bus, there are only few bus running Gandarvakottai to Sengipatti, these are not enough for people and people and students are waiting for more hours for a bus so, please please please increase the bus trips for or more bus to the above destination sir, and at this time iam typing this message in Sengipatti bus stop and the important thing is iam really waiting for bus for 2 hours but, I don't know when the bus will come it may take 1 hour or 2 hours or more... So please help this people for better journey sir🥺🥺🥺

                          Dear sir,
                          The conductor here was too rude to people including me while giving away tickets. He had no patience and started speaking ill of me when I just wanted a certain doubt cleared for the bus stop for my destination as I was new here. I just asked him if he gave me the right ticket as there are two stops with the same bus station name to where I am getting down. For this he got angry and shouted for absolutely no reason. No matter how stressful the job he cannot lash out like this. The stop I want to get down is L and T, there are 2 stops with same name like that in the Kondrathur route. One is L and T company and other is L and T after Bhaikada which I wanted to get off to.

                          Bus is 88C to the best of my knowledge, but please rely on bus no. Provided.

                            Not only on 21-Sep-2021, govt town buses are not picking up the passengers at Karuparayan koil bus stop in Nasiyanoor(Erode district) after 5pm, it happened frequently to elders/ladies. Sometimes don't allow the passenger to alight at the respective bus stop instead stopped at next bus stop with reason of delay in time or not for a/few passenger.

                            I dint understand how the bus conductor and drivers behave soo rude/rash to passenger who are elders alight and boarding without any respect.

                            Is it due to the govt announced free pass to women or have to show collection in bus trips. Dont know the cause, but it should be in action to prevent further worst to passengers utilize the govt buses.

                            Hope some action will be taken to avoid such an incident again in forth coming days.

                                Sir. Am doing teaching at the pillormattum government AIDED school. Coonoor. Nilgiri district. Tamilnadu. In September 20 2021 afternoon 3.15. I was traveling in the pakkasuran malai bus which was going to archedin with my big shop which contains tamilnadu government free boots for school children. The conductor come to order me to baught a luggage for the government boots. The driver school me to get out from the bus if you don't buy a ticket. The driver name is Stephanie ( pakka suran malai. Drouge via) I don't know the conductor name( not wearing name batch). Please step an action against the driver and conductor.

                                  Hello all. I am ishwarya from masinagudi. This is the general complaint against the state transport. Yesterday (20.09.2021)I travelled in local bus from aruvankadu to ooty. The bus top is fully leaked due to heavy rain.Even passenger can't even sit in the seats. Passengers, driver and conducted got troubled because of this issue. Kindly resolved the problem.

                                    I am vignesh yesterday (19/09/2021) i tried to book ticket from madurai to chennai .in your application in my mobile.After i selected the seat and i made payment through UPI transaction .Rs 505 is debited from my account and ticket is not confirmed.MY UPI Transaction id number =[protected]
                                    and this is the 3 rd time its happening to me in this month only. .Balance of rs 960 is pending.My UPI transaction id =[protected],[protected] .Kindly refund my amount.I am in need of that money.

                                      I traveled Chennai to Puducherry on[protected] via TN32N4636 Boarding Pallavaram at 6 PM...The Bus, Service type was LSS SUPERFAST and also I paid 150 rs ...Usually normal Service busses are Charging 125 Rs Only...Extra Money No Issues but Driver Stop the Busses On Every Stage like Guduvancherry, Maraimalai Nagar, Maduranthagam and Thiruchitrambalam etc...Driver Stopping Every Stage at the time people Boarding, He didn't Follow any Covid Pandamic Awareness...When a ask to the Conductor replying Unnecessary words to me...I really disappointed about TNSTC...

                                        Ridiculous and unacceptable.. If passengers start from point..driver and conductor are deciding about passengers travel...
