I stand in bustop and show the hand to bus name M1. But the bus is over take to another bus and they see me and not stand in my stop. Again I go with private bus take over reach that bus and I ask to driver and conductor but unresponsive talking

I work in a private organisation, My company has provided me laptop for my official works and I regularly carry my laptop during my site visits to various places like trichy, villupuram, chennai Today I started with my wife to gingee from chennai regular visit at bus, carrying my office laptop with me. I paid the usual ticket fare of rs.274 (two members)towards travel from chennai to gingee and got the ticket.The bus conductor asked me to take ticket for luggage charges against carrying laptop which weighs less than 3 kgs. But this conductor Rs 69 collected from me. I asked he this is not new laptop and this is not monitor but he said I don't know I should collect ticket that's rules.

So kindly send and explain the rules

This is regarding the overcrowding of the bus number TN 32 N 4638.
More than 80 passengers are traveling in the route from pondicherry to Chennai without following proper COVID protocol.
Many are suffocating because of crowding and inconvenience.

Me and my wife was waiting for the bus in kodaikanal for more than 1 hour. The bus came to bisttand in more than 1 hour delay. The bus driver and conductor asked us to buy the token to get in the bus. We don't know about the token rules since we are new to this place. They forced us to get down from the bus. I am traveling from ponamallee to keshavardhini in 37 number bus I gave 50rs for 19rs ticket for that he is talking so badly not having just 30rs then why the hell he is a conductor

Myself Ramya, am travelling from Gudiyatham to Marakkanam bus today, this is the one and only straight bus. Today morning 5.50 am i started travelling i gave 500rs but conductor told me to give remaining change later, i accepted, and around 10.am he gave me 275rs change, in that change one 20 rupee note is duplicate note, i asked the conductor to change the note, he asked me the reason and i informed him there is an unwanted letter printed on that note, i think that is duplicate one, for that the conductor said am not printer of this note, இந்த நோட்ட நானா அடிச்சன் என்கிட்ட திருப்பி குடுக்கிற, யார் என்ன நோட் குடுக்கிறங்க னு பாக்கிறது தான் என் வேலையா, உனக்கு வேற நோட் வேணும்னா நீ கரெக்ட் change குடுத்துட்டு உன் பணத்த நான் திருப்பி தரேன் வாங்கிட்டு போ.. the conductor is replying like this and shouted me in front of all the passenger actually fault is not mine, i just asked him for the he replied like this, am travelling with my daughter alone with limited amount, if i give somewhere else that duplicate amount they wony accept right for that purpose and fear i asked, but conductor 's rude behaviour in front of all passengers makes me feel like whatever they are giving we have to accept should not ask any questions because he is conductor, my request is kindly take necessary action against the conductors who are very rude in behaviour.

This is Nivethitha from dharapuram and I have been in living in Coimbatore for past 7 years and I am facing difficulties to get in in buses like Madurai, Ramanathapuram, kambam and the night which will pass through by my home town. Every time I have to beg to someone buses to take me in so that I reach my home early. Those buses will take me in on days like weekdays but not on weekends and festival times. Isn't that the time where we expect our govt to be more considerable?? I was not allowed in bus and it's heavily raining outside almost 9pm and I literally asked every bus on the bus stand which will pass by dharapuram and no one let me in stating that the bus won't stop at my home town. Please do take action and consider this as my humble request because we can't go and beg every time to take us in.

We have a normal village route which is a two way and the road has been blocked by a public bus for the driver and conductor to have tea in the middle of the road, and all other public people travelling over the road returning to reach the other route which make them to travel far…

This happened in the bus route of cuddalore to parangipettai(vathiyappalli) exactly at the location of...

We are sitting in bus for 35 minutes but the conductor is not paying the toll amount and wasting time, it's night 9.36 pm at electronic city toll and people are asking him to pay 300 rs for toll and making us wait for more than 40 min. Conductor fighting with all and not co operating. It's 28 September at ecity toll. Take serious action on them or make your fast tag stuff very very sincere.

Driver drive the tnstc vehicle no TN74N2035 From Nagercoil to Thirunelveli DLX one to one service near apta market at 3.55pm

Due to Arcot Road vadapalani bridge work all buses are diverting via Ashok nagar main road.

I have travelling from kundrathur to Ashok nagar main road for my work.

So kindly organise to stop the buses in this route. (like samiyarmadam or Near police station )

It will more helpful to public. We do not have to go buses in vadapalani or Porur.

Dear sir/madam, iam travelling from thiruvannamalai to adayar( chennai) .bus no TN 32 N 4183. Conductor told that bus departure time is 9.45 pm at thiruvannamalai bus stand but bus started from 10.00 pm. And the main problem is they allow drunken person.many of ladies and passengers here, how they allow drinker. And one drunken person sit next to me.he is having a symptoms of vomiting.its irritated and trouble for me.i complaint to the conductor, he told that "change the seat of the person on hotel".but he didn't do it.then i asked about that, he is rought to speak me and said that give back ticket and go for next bus.its is the proper behaviour.???? How he should allow drinking person in buses.they didn't follow the rules and he said that i would stand or change bus..how its looking like.he is supporting the drinking guys.i think the conductor name is kanagaraj.please take immediate proper auction on him.And i expect reply from you.please take action or else i go for consumer court.thank you

I boarded one government bus from puducherry to villupuram ( tamilnadu) on 24.09.2021 at 7.30 pm and reached villupuram at 8.45pm night. After departed from villupuram I found that my purse was missed while traveling from Pondicherry to villupuram in that government bus. I tried contacting villupuram busstand authorities through phone but i couldnot reach them. My purse contains important documents like my original driving license, voters id, aadhar card, debit card and my passport size photos.it is a light brown colored purse. So i request you to kindly help me finding back my purse please. Thanking you

I boarded the ultra delux bus in Bangalore silk board at 6 pm. They charged ticket price of 315rs for Vellore. hosur bus stand by 7pm, since only few passenger is available they almost waited for 1 hour to get the bus full. 8pm started from hosur and with in 40min they halted half an hour for having dinner. Then they reached Vellore by 12am.
My concern over here is before giving ticket they should tell about the stopping in hosur for 1 hour and dinner they will stop, so that passenger will decide wheather to go or not.

Sir/Madam, I make use of government bus( 15M, Rosemiapuram - Nagercoil) which has free ticket service for female passengers. But they are not stopping by the bus stops they need to stop and the conductors are not issuing the tickets properly. Kindly take necessary actions. Thank you.
