Iam tavel kaniyur tollgate to peelamedu conducter give 10rs ticket . checking inspector came chinayampalayam he will put fine for conducter name Prabhu .my stop is peelamedu but he dropped I laxmimills busstop and tlk over bad words . That person not get any action I through another compliant for CTC depo.

BUS CONDUCTOR behaved wrongly with the passenger and vulgarly.He not aware of route wrongly guided 5 passenger and without Humanity asked to get down at the intermediate place.

By his mistake we all depressed.Kindly take action in him to avoid future issue.

Iam Harish Subramaniyan.U working in private sector and living at mela kalkanthar kotai, ponmalai, Trichy. I use to travel in 109B to Railway junction at 7:50pm for my Night shift work. The proper bus route is to travel via railway junction to chathiram bus stand, but the conductor tolds me to get down in TVS Tollgate because he has work, so not going via junction to chathiram bus stand. It happens regularly. The bus number is TN-55-N-0799. Please take a action.

This is venakatesh. I travelled from Andimadam(near Jayankondam, Ariyalur dt) to Singaperumal Kovil (near Chengalpattu) on 22/08/2021 at 10.05Pm to 2.05pm . I have given 200 rupees to the conductor and asked him to give the ticket to Singaperumal Kovil and he gave me a ticket for 200rupees ( Actually from andimadam to CMBT cost is 195only ) . Then I aksed him about that and he said without knowing the ticket price don't ask anything. This is special vehicle and my dopo manager told me to give special ticket to all stage person. Then I gave took one vidoe in that he is telling I have given 200rupees ticket instead of 210 rupees and some other comments. Now my concern is why should I take the ticket with extra price . Is it independent nation. The actual cost from andimadam to Singaperumal Kovil is 170rupees and I paied 30 rupees extra .

Rash driving and Rude Behavior of an Tamilnadu state government bus driver. Incident happened at Madurai, Nagamalai Pudukottai @ 8:30PM, 22-Aug-2021.

I couldn't able to notice the bus number plate, but just noticed the board, its on the way to Cumbum.

Please take action against the driver.

Traveling to kodaikanal to palani bus.started at 12 pm from kodaikanal. Reservation did for 10 rupees. From shanbagnur conductor started rudely behaving with me . I was carrying a bagpack which I should keep on the pathway. There is no other way to keep the bag. He started abusing me because I am not from tamilnadu. He abused me scolding me as I from Kerala. This racism can't be tolerated.

on 20.08.21 at 6.00 am, 2 buses are parking in front of Alandur Cement raod bus stop for tea break and disturbing public to wait in tyhe main road for bus in the rainy time / Season. Govt provide us seat in bus stop for public convenience. And it is repeated issue. Every day morning, driver sign for duty and bring the vehicle our and parking both side of alandur MKN road causing public disturbance and safety issue.
I asked the driver to move next to bus stop. But he used bad words and try to attack. Pls instruct Alandur depot team to avoid parking in front bus stop like public disturbing.

Today morning I travelled from redhills to soolaimeni. At that time there is heavy rainfall in redhills. I got uthukottai bus from redhills. During that time I thought we don't need umbrella because now we are in the bus so umbrella is not necessary for us . when I entered into the bus then only I recognised umbrella is needed inside the bus also. the condition of the bus is not good. there is no wiper in the bus . Below I attached the video also. kindly take necessary steps

When I'm returning from Coimbatore to Madurai, at night 11.30 I got that bus in Arapalayam( Thirumangalam Bus)
I ask ticket for Thirupparankundarm from conductor but he respond me rudely, I don't know his name, please take Severe Action against him or I will lodge to Higher level

For more than one hour no single bus available for the area towards sitra to kalapatti from gandhipuram coimbatore. From sitra share auto also charges more and carrying people more than seat capacity.. Even in this covid pandemic.

Now a day tn local bus free for ladies

But bus driver didn't stop the bus on their stop.

And insult all the ladies.

Driver didn't stop the bus when ladies waiting for bus .

If ladies travel in a bus they stop too much distance from bus stop

Especially today 20 August 2021 ( 1:00 P.M ) TN30 0768 bus didn't stop the bus.

Tn local now a days free for ladies.

But bus Driver didn't stop the bus on their stop and speak bad of ladies.

I travelled on 20/08/2021 -1.30AM from Chennai to kallakurichi. At the time rain came. That rain water came into bus through top roof. Passengers get disturbed and also not able to sit in their seat. Seats were soaked. All passenger are standing. I requested to TNSTC, provide a good condition bus to passengers. It will give comfort to passengers. Please consider my request and take immediate effective action for that.

I travelled from Chennai to kallakkurichi on 20/08/2021 - 1.00AM. At the timr, heavy rain came. That bus condition are very worst. Rain water came into bus through top roof. All passengers in this bus get disturbed and also not able to sit in their seat. All of them get standard. So please make sure to provide a bus as good condition. It will help to more passengers and give that comport also.

I took 99A bus from pudhunagar bus stop and got down in medavakkam. I took ticket as well. After that my purse is missing.please help

In Madurai mattuthavani bus stand 19 Aug 2021 in time of 6:10 the arupukottai route private bus, I am not sure which number is correct TN64BW5837 or 5834 something.. They not pick up passengers of nearest stop with rude behaviour, he say don't travel on our bus,

many buses are here in mattuthavani I know about it, but these private bus conductor behave rude and fight with arquement with peoples, in a time 8 or more people's waiting for these specific bus in same nearest bus stop but they ask don't travel our bus.

My point is ...
All private buses doing work with more good responsibility, they also do great travel experience with satisfied for passengers.

But some private buses is not respect for some woman's and family, it's true I am one of proof for this ...

Please give respect for passengers..

Hello, sorry to saying this. Really such a cruel kind of government bus driver's. Many people like men women & children were waiting at bus stop, they not stopped it. Even it's a morning trip full of empty seats.

Time - 6.45 at edumalai bus stop (1st trip)

Please kindly take some necessary action to stop these types of misbehaving activities.

I'm from Tiruppur District.I have travelled in the bus no "32" which is from "Tiruppur - karumbathampatti" Usually at night time its from "Tiruppur old Bus stand to Avinashi" travelled on it, at 10pm from Tiruppur railway station...
Without asking price I gave a amount to conductor. After I asked ticket price to him..
He said ₹2 extra for each Ticket...
Then I Just asked him "It's ₹7 only know sir" in polite way
I never fight or refuse to pay, I got a doubt. I just asked...
He returned money back to me and tried to whistle and
He said "Get down from bus" (on the road)
Then I said "I just asked, why are you shouting"
Conductor said : You are not the person to teach me about ticket price
Me: Usually it's only ₹7, thats why I have asked and i am living in the same district.
Conductor said : The price what's I'm telling is final, if you are ok, pay and come . Orelse get down (நா சொல்றது தான், தேவைனா வா உள்ளன இறங்கு)

Worst words from him.
I never notice his name. I think he needs a training to handle passengers. I have seen very polite conductors and drivers even the passenger are rude...
I very disappointed on this journey...
They think we got government work so no one can ask questions from us... But it seems very worst

Yesterday in omr padur bus stand nearly 5 women were waiting for a bus and women's free transport bus arrived and it didn't stop by seeing us. Same thing happened many times and we don't know what to do and for what purpose that bus is moving. Please consider it

ஓமலூர் - பொம்மிடி செல்லும் பேருந்துகளில் மாலை 6.10-கு மேல் இரண்டு பேருந்து ஒன்று மாலை 6.45-கும் மற்றொன்று 7.10- கும் வரவேண்டிய இரண்டு பேருந்துகள் வருவதில்லை கேட்டால் போதுமான பயணிகள் வருவதில்லை என்று தவறான தகவல்களை தருகின்றனர் ஆனால் உண்மையில் அந்த நேரத்தில் தான் தினமும் சேலம் வேலை செய்ய செல்லும் நபர்கள் அப்போது தான் (மாலை7.00) வருகின்றனர். இரண்டு பேருந்துகள் வராததால் அவர்கள் பெரும்பாலும் ஓமலூர்- தருமபுரி செல்லும் பேருந்துகளில் ஏற்கின்றனர் தீவட்டிப்பட்டி இறங்கி அங்கே 8.15 கு எடுக்கும் பேருந்தில் ஏற்கின்றனர் இதனால் வீட்டிற்கு செல்ல 10 மணிக்கும் மேல் ஆகிறது. இதனால் 8.30 கு வீட்டிற்கு செல்ல வேண்டியவர்கள் 1.30 மணி நேரம் தாமதமாக செல்ல வேண்டிய நிலை ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது எனவே தயவு கூர்ந்து மன உளைச்சலுக்கு ஆளாகும் மக்கள் மனத்துயரை போக்கி அருளுமாறு பணிவுடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்
