As a passanger from methanagar got 147B bus and the bus number TN01 N-5487 the bus conductor treated the passangers by unparlimentary words . requesting to take the neccessary action on the concern person. Thanking you.

I boarded a bus to salem at Coimbatore Hopes college bus stop on 16th August 2021 at 6.15pm.. I asked the bus conductor named SEENIVASAN whether it is 1 to 1 bus or normal bus which goes to inner city of areas .. He said "YES" for my question.. then I stepped into bus.. after sometime he asked me ticket charge of Rs.135/- .. I know the cost for 1 to 1 bus is Rs.155/- something.. so again asked whether it's one to one ... He again said "yes" for my question... Then the bus goes to inner cities.. it crossed perumanallur .. I asked the conductor again.. he said it's last inner area stop hereafter it won't stop..but it goes inner area again..

Due to the false hope of conductor I boarded into bus...it was such a worst one ... Just for boarding the passenger the conductor told me false hope.. I have 45mins delay for salem, compare to 1 to 1 bus...

Also after sometime I reached Salem.. I said to conductor that don't give false hope for anyone.. After that he behaved very very rudely.. and I take him to office there.. but the station inspector incharge ( I don't know the exact posting of him.but I think he's incharge there) the responsible inspector warned the conductor.

Such a worst travel experience .. and I was 45 mins delay ...

The conductor behaved very rudely..kindly take immediate action on him

Something peculiar is happening in Madurai Maatuthavani bus stand. Today morning 5 am i was waiting to board a 1 to 1 route bus to trichy. I skipped two Kumbakonam depot bus since it was 1 to 5 route. Then came a Tirunelveli depot bus showing 1 to 1 bus route. The conductor made all the passengers to board saying it as 1 to 1. after 15 minutes, some tnstc employees in the bus stand made the conductor to announce it as 1 to 5 bus.The conductor was also frustrated as it usually runs as 1 to 1 only. Some tnstc employees are taking decision of their own without any notice and making as suffer. it took me three hours to reach trichy. I was late to my job and the day was totally spoiled because of their(tnstc employess in the bus stand) internal politics.
We need 1 to 1 buses to be plied frequently to Trichy.

I was waiting for the bus to veeravanallur, there was a bus which was going to ambassmudram, i had a laggague of small grinder, brought from Shop 2 kg one almost the wait was approximately 7kg. The conductor did not allowed to board the bus, he spoke in such a way as the bus is his own property.

We are a members of 50 and more travelling from Madurai to Trichy between 3 - 4 pm.
Normal travelling time from Madurai to Trichy is approx. 2 hours.
Since all buses are made as 1 to 5 moving into 5 and 6 village areas the travelling time has now become 3 hours and more time
For working people it creates a big problem spending 3 hours at evening and creates a problem for the next day.
So please make arrangements for point to point buses to travel

I am Yuvaraj working as Asst Manager in canara bank Hosur, Daily I am travelling from krishnagiri to hosur and I have never seen a conductor who behaves to the passenger like this, keeps on shouting all and when I tried to take tickets he was not listened and went back after 20mins he came and asked why you have not given to me before and shouting and abusing me.As I am a govt servant which I didn't done any any mistake how can he abuse me.And I am politely asked his name but he didn't say he hided his batch and shouted "you go and complaint where ever you can nothing can happen to me". Kindly take action against him. Or I will forward my complaint to any higher level until he makes sorry for that. Bus details TN29 N2871 morng 8.30 I boarded krishnagiri.he didn't tell his name.

In the afternoon around 2-3 ill be waiting in nandhanam bus stop to return to my home in west saidapet so i have to wait for 18k buses.
But in that time i have to wait for more than 45 mins to ger the bus.
Just before reaching the bus stop three buses go jointly and after that none will come. And again mostly three buses will come jointly.
Either the buses are not coming on time or the two to three buses comes same time.

That is the main reason that buses are not coming on time.

Rate is high and food quality is bad.If we ask question against the issue.they are using foul languages.Driver and conductor also supporting for the staff members.canteen should me customer friendly.I believe you will change everything as soon as possible.photo of bus and canteen is uploaded(route between madurai to salem via karur).

Am vaisali working in MNC today evening am boarding bus In spicot Tirunelveli enterece @ 5.45. in that time conductor asked every one who are not taken the ticket in that time am not heard his voice. And them am trying to reply but he is not allowed to speck me i[censored] don't want ticket you just run out the bus. I am trying to explain him he didnt accept my words. That time bus was stopted all are watched to be am soo embarrassed.his words are soo hard to me. Am soo hurted. In that time am crying. Please take action to him. We traveled in a tamilnadu government bus from tadukkupet to Arakkonam in 14/08/2021 in that the bus collecting the tickets for ladies and had no free tickets so kindly take a sivire action in that bus

TN 30N1980 This bus go to salem kondalampatti to tiruchengode. This bus conducter is give wrong ticket and don't give correct balance and behavior is very worst please take action immediately

Waiting for 1 and half hour in bus stand. The bus is not stopping at kativakam stop. The stop is next to the gulf company.

I am living in the Thairpalayam village.For our village there is insufficient bus transportation.In evening time we suffer a lot...please kindly take a step regarding this

இதனை நான் தினமும் களியக்காவிளை பேருந்து நிலையத்தில் கவனித்து வருகிறேன் .

I am Sanjeevi Raj, from Trichy my native place is madurai. Weekly once iam traveling from madurai to trichy in TNSTC bus, for past 2months iam noticing this issue.1-5 madurai to trichy route bus drivers and Conductors Cheating the public by saying "their is no 1-1 bus for Trichy to Madurai. 1-5 buses are only available" most of the family and one time users are believing their words and travel in 1-5 buses. But regular user are wait for the 1-1 Bus and use the facilities. Iam not cheated by those cheaters but I can't digest this issue. I feel the public are my family members so I registered this complaint. Please take action and do the needful. During this pandamic situation. Using one to five bus are highly risk comparing to travel in one to one buses. So must take the action to solve this issue. The officers place in tha platform also encourage the drivers and Conductors.

I waste travelling to kodikanal from karaikudi near natham, then they bus went to natham around 9.40 for changing the tyre but upto10.30A.m there was no proper work.en in depot, it affects the public, kindly do the necessary action on it.

My mother in law who is aged 60 years travelled from Pondicherry to chennai on 09 Aug 2021 evening 6.30pm.

Since my mother in law is an elderly person and asked driver to stop at the entrance of CMBT local bus stand. But driver scolded her with un parliamentary odd bad language.

He asked if the bus belongs to her father.

Kindly take necessary action against the conductor.

Dear sir/madam,
We are so glad about our chief minister's new plan without fare for ladies.
But today we are ashamed when the freefare bus 12D didn't stop at punnainager bus stop at 1.30 pm and going to Nagercoil. We are so worried when the free buses didn't stop.
If your staffs are didn't like this plan then please take fare for travel. This is absolutely shame.
Take necessary action for our convenience.

Madurai to thiruvathavur bus 66j are not maintained well . There is small whole in front sheet . Lot of iron rods are very sharp .
