Dear Sir/Madam,

I had to travel from Salem to chithode on 31 st July @ 7.50 pm

The captioning bus displayed their board to Tirupur via chithode.but The conductor said there is no route on us and forced me to take bhavani bye pass.

What is the responsibility they had to displayed board correctly and irrelevant guide me to take ticket for other locations.

Kindly take action for this and update me

Waited almost an hour for both bus driver and conductor to come and start the bus to begin the journey. Almost 50 - 60 people waited so long and started getting so frustrated as they were waiting for both driver and conductor who were taking their own time instead of doing their duty with some responsibility. I request the higher officials of our transportation to take severe action against this irresponsible government servants on behalf of 50- 60 people who waited on the bus with me during this incident that too on this unprecedented times.

We are waiting more than 2hrs for no:63 bus( thirverkadu) and no authority have proper answer. They said they are in lunch more than 2hrs.Pls take action regarding this.

BUS round tripping T.kallupatti- Peraiyur- Elumalai (MADURAI DISTRICT).
Has a "25×5 cm" hole under- 8th seat along right side (3 seating) of bus.
Have informed Conductor of the bus, and he said by tomorrow this will be resolved.
This COMPLAINT IS TO MAKE SURE THAT HE (CONDUCTOR) DOES WHAT HE SAID TO US, Thus please confirm the same from the RTO office or other sources wheather the problem is resolved within time.
ALERT- IF NOT SOLVED, ANOTHER INCIDENT OF CHILD FALLING IN A HOLE OF MOVING BUS WOULD BE INEVITABLE.

I'm Shabari Sugasini from Coimbatore. I'm a working woman who travel in bus on a daily basis.I travel from ondipudur to ramanadhapuram on bus daily. TamilNadu Honorable cheif minister M.K.Stalin sir has made free tickets for ladies in local bus but most of the buses are not stopping in the bus stop and refusing ladies to get in. and also we don't have enough buses also. we get buses 45minutes once. most of the buses are crowded so the ddriver and conductor are are not supposed to get the most of the passengers. we are suffering a lot in waiting for bus in bus stop for more than a hours. not only me my office collugues are coming from interior places who didn't get even a one bus for more than 2 hours of waitng in a bus stop. we are middle class people our only way of transport is bus so kindly help us by providing some more buses for us.

ஐயா, எங்கள் ஊர் சிதறல் இல் காலை 8 முதல் 9 மணி வரை மார்த்தாண்டம் செல்ல பேருந்து இல்லை.இதனால் நாங்கள் 8.15 am நாகர்கோவில் செல்லும் பேருந்தில் ஏறி atoor என்னும் இடத்தில் இறங்கி, மீண்டும் அங்கிருந்து மார்த்தாண்டம் சென்று வருகிறோம்.காலை பொழுதில் வேலை, அலுவலகம் செல்ல கடினமாக உள்ளது.எனவே அரை மணி நேர இடைவெளியில் பேருந்து வசதி செய்து தருமாறு கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறோம்.

Many buses plying from Hosur to Vellore stops at hotel Anandhaas on the highway near Velagalnatham, Thirupathur without any notice to the passengers causing hardship. Pl don't allow buses stopping in unauthorized hotels which might cause Covid infections too to other passengers.

In Coimbatore, we are facing a problem of bus unavailability in just one stop(I have noticed that in just one stop)
Bus stop Name: hope college, Avinasi road.
My father is a hospital patient...we have all bus facility in Coimbatore as fast...but in that hope college stop...we have been waiting for 40 mins...my father can't even stand for long time...we are seeing that our buses is crossing us... without stopping...what shall we do...in this situation...

We are facing a major problem...and it should be answered and corrected...

Because many hospital patient will go through this stop...and there are many hospital across that stop... example... Aravind eye hospital, KMCH hospital, Royal care Hospital...

My father has to go to Royal care Hospital...and we are poor to take private vehicle...and the government has released bus system for poor people...we are facing this facility as difficult...it should be properly corrected...

Ways to solve this problem: more buses should be circulated in this area...and the bus drivers who is not stoping should be noted and punished...

Respected sir hereby I requesting to make broading and dropping facility in velankanni to kanyakumari, tirunelveli, and other buses passing by Madurai need to.make broading and dropping in online bus booking option it's not shown in our app unable to book for Madurai, trichy like cities...if it's possible very much useful tourists and pilgrims...plz consider this and make possible arrangements ASAP

No:16 Cuddalore to pantruti or pantruti to Cuddalore buses condition are not looking good. there was raining inside the bus

In Cuddalore the bus no16 (Cuddalore to pantruti) was not coming for correct time. i waited for a long time.

Sorry I forgot to attach the ticket proof for the complaint I raised. Now Iam attaching it.

I booked a ticket on 25-7-21 from keelakarai to chennai.
When I went to the bus stop I missed it by few minutes. So I went in a bike reached the bus near by. But with the valid ticket and aadhar card the driver and the conductor refused to board me.
Because of this I am going to loose my job, which I am supposed to join on 26.
Please take necessary action on the driver and conductor. Also I need refund of the ticket and compensation.
I need an acknowledgment or proof of my complaint.

We booked a ticket in tnstc on 25-7-21 from keelakarai to chennai.
When I went to the bus stop the bus left only few minutes ago so I went in the bike and reached it. Even though I had a valid ticket and aadhar card the driver and conductor refused to take me in.
I am so stressed out because of this and suppose to join work on 26th. Now it’s a big question mark for my work.
I am attaching the ticket confirmation details.
Please do the needful. I want the refund of the ticket and also the compensation for the loss I am facing. Do take action against the concerned conductor and driver.

Dear sir/madam,
I booked a ticket from keelakarai to Chennai on 25-7-21. I was bit late to the bus stop so the bus left.
But I caught the bus in a few distance from bus stop. But the conductor refused to board me even though I had the ticket confirmation message and aadhar card. So I want to lodge a complaint on them
Because of this I was tensed and mentally disturbed. I am supposed to join work on 28th.
You know during this pandemic how hard to find a work.
Please accept this and give me an acknowledgment proof.
Also I want a refund and compensation amount.

I live in Villupuram district named TN32 N3015
The bus is not stopping at the bus stop at Panamalai hill station at 7.45pm. There were four women. How can they go to their areas if they do not stop at night? How do you go? I 've seen it three or four times in our area. I do not care who travels in a two - wheeler. What do women do? Poor simple people. Buses do not stop for a reason so please bring the old system into practice

My Complaint from Zafrullah Basha Gudiyatham Town (Vellore District) Everyday the Gudiyatham to Ambur (G1 bus) Town bus arrives late every morning, the actual departure schedule is 8.15 am, but the bus arrives at 8.35 am, and the departure time is 8.45 am, this time Office hours all go to offices and companies, travelers have hard time, please need, our esteemed Chief Minister MK Stalin Sir.

Myself Zafrullah Basha From Gudiyatham tpwn (Vellore district) our complaint is Each and every day morning Gudiyatham to ambur (G1BUS) town bus coming late, Bus actually Departure schedule timing 8.15 a.m, but bus coming time is 8.35 a.m, and departure time is 8.45 a.m, this time is office timings all are going to offices and companies, passenger are hard timing, please do needful, Ours Honourable Chief minister M.K Stalin sir.
