    Myself and my family boarded a Government bus in Kallakuruchi, travelling towards Chennai, bus number is TN 32 N 4322 at 2:45 pm, we are 3 adults and one child whose age is 10 but the conductor refused to give half ticket to her even though we have given him the proof of age. Kindly take necessary action against them.

      On Salem district, At night time no buses (including SALEM to ATTUR: SALEM to KALLAKURICHI: SALEM to VILLUPURAM and CHIDAMBARAM)won't come to Pethanaickenpalayam and PuthiraGoundan Palayam. People who travelled at night time were severely suffered and waiting for long time at salem or either Attur bus stand upto early morning. So, I kindly request you to advice them to stop the buses in night time at above mentioned areas

        Sir, currently I am travelling from Tirunelveli to Kulayaneri in 124 Puliyangudi bus. And bus fare ticket is 55 with double tickets (50+5). This bus is early runned as 74c with ordinary fare. And some other buses 124A, 124B, 206 are also runned with ordinary fare before corona lockdown. After corona lockdown are changed to 124 (sfs not mentioned) and collecting sfs fare. And all sfs buses are holddown in local stop and reaching destination at same time of local bus. This is not satisfied for many passengers in Surandai and Tenkasi area people. So, please take my complaint against Puliyangudi and Tenkasi bus depot. And, arrange to give more ordinary fare (local buses) in Surandai and Tenkasi route.

          20/07/2021 Today the government bus 102A Karamadai bus Conductor is treating the women passenger very retrospectively. I don't know that conducter name please respond my compliant.
          This incident happened 20/ 07/ 2021, morning 8:30- 8:40, Narasimhanaiken palayam bus stop. He is behave like arrogance.

            Respected sir,
            I am Zafrulla Basha from Vellore district, our town buses are also broken, the top of the sheet is damaged when it rains, water gets inside the bus, people are having a hard time, passengers are not seated because the water is slippery, so please repair our state property city buses, buses very bad conditions And now it is rainy season every day in Tamil Nadu, so please our esteemed Honourable Chief Minister Mr.Stalin Sir

              Me & my wife travelled in bus TN01AN2037

              Date 19 July 2021, Time : 4.30 am

              Route : Central railway station to SRP Tools

              Conductor name : He didn't wear badge

              I am carrying a mini trolley bag which will fit in the cabin and less than 4 kgs... He charged a luggage charges from me. I am travelling with this bag every month for the last 2 years and no one asked for luggage charges. He has collected the money and also very rude to the passengers. Do you have any specific description in the bus which consider as luggage and which are not. No announcement releases in news or any posters sticked in bus for personal luggage up to this weight collect charges. But conductor told from our head told me to collect from passengers for personal luggages also. I am ready to pay for luggage charges provided it is standard for all the buses and specifics are given inside the bus. One bus charging and another do not is not correct.i kept the luggage aside inbetween conductor seat and passenger seat, he collect the ticket and take outside from aside and kept in traveller path of the bus.

                Repected sir,

                It is informed that the local bus service from tirunelveli to tiruchendur is not providing regular service to public Aparticularly late evening beyond 8.30 pm..It is noticed that 3 or 4 buses runnning to aforesaid route are standing at tirunelveli newbustand for more than 45bmins without worying about poor peoples difficulties ...staffs associated with respective buses are not properly responding public querry about timings .and same behaviour seen with time keeper at this station..
                With heavy heart and deep saddness i express that many peoples working at private companies are mainly depending on govt buses ..and peoples are being crushed by their organisation for their business and many peoples used to stand in their companies as theri nature of job and many depart from early morning just to make bread and milk to their families ..in this worse situation waiting for buses to reach their home for long time is worsen their life a lot..i request good heart who reads this bus service issues to take appropriate action in providing the proper bus service to down droden peoples at the earliest ..

                God can be seen in poor peoples smile ..i wish to see yourself in their face ..

                  I am travelling from Chennai to Pondicherry. In this deluxe bus, no COVID guideines were followed. Social distance not maintained.Alternate seating is not followed in the bus. Passengers are allowed to stand and travel. The conductor never bothered about passengers social distance . Nearly 20 to 25 passengers were tavelling by standing. No social distance maintained in seating both in double seats and trible seats.

                    My self C. SATHISH KUMAR
                    Working as a Government employee (Senior Revenue Inspector) in Sivaganga Collectorate Revenue Department

                    Today 2.21 p.m. I got a ticket for journey from Theni to Madurai. In this journey My father, My brother and my wife including myself for full ticket and also my two children aged 4 and 5 those are eligible to half ticket as per TN TRANSPORTATION RULES. But the conductor (refused to tell his name) got anger and said his owner not to allow half ticket and forces to full ticket even a child also.

                    So, he tender a ticket for 6 full ticket and also a stranger person including in that ticket.

                    So, for Rs. 350/- he tender ticket.

                    Immediately spoke to Madurai RTO through my mobile phone but he said compliant to RTO THENI.

                    So, that I Mali my compliant to take necessary action to the BUS CONDUCTOR AND HIS ADMINISTRATION for the same.

                    I compliant this on behalf of public welfare also.

                        In villupuram district at gingee town no 3 & 3A (Govt) buses are not departure at scheduled time, everyday the time get differs initially the buses are departured at 7.30 & 8 am like that after CM anounces free ticket for all women the timings are getting changed to 9 & 9.30 am . We are working people who suffered lot because if we missed the bus at 8 am one of the private bus we have to wait for about 1.30 hrs to get bus to travel from gingee to tindivanam .I kindly request tamilnadu transportation govt to take action.

                            Dear sir/madam, On 12/07/2021, I tried to book a bus ticket from Kumbakonam to Chennai in SETC. Amount Rs.1040/- has been debited from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.                               Myself a girl of age 23 traveling from paramathi velur to Namakkal bus station at night 8:30. I'm traveling with in the district.But the conductor collects fare from all woman.when asked it's free for us why are u collecting amount he told rudely who told we will not collect amount.

                                Tn 29 n 2572 Tn government bus running from krishnagiri to dharmapuri starts at 8.40 am in krishnagiri... Bus is namEd as express and charged 43 rupees for krishnagiri to dharmapuri.. but bus halts all stops like ordinary bus .Some passegees purchased ordinary ticket fare and somebody charged express fare... It makes public's as fools and cheating... Take action...

                                      Sir,
                                      My vehicle number is TN 22 AB5474, Hero Honda Splendor 2 wheeler purchased in 2003 and applied for FC in 2019 AUGUST at meenambakkam RTO. While checking my vehicle they collected my original certificate of registration.Initially I was waiting to get intimation from RTO OFFICE MEENAMBAKKAM.When I have not received any information I went to RTO office to enquire. I got an unexpected reply that no such document existing and they are adament.All these days I visited RTO office several times but no use.
                                      Strangely in system it is updated and extended Validity but they refused to give printed original FC and record is untraceable.
                                      I also met RTO but he expressed his inability. I was unable to use my two wheeler for the past two years.I humbly request you to look into this matter and do the needful.

                                        Hi sir, Now, I am coming from koyambedu to nagari via bus number 201. I am seated just before the last row. Unfortunately my leg got fractured since the front seat was suddenly broken. Also, the bus full of water since it's raining now. Could your government should please take necessary action to modify the bus seats? Incase inplace of me, any old person was seated, he would have got severe pain. Please I am looking forward to your further action on this.
