Dear sir/madam, On 12/07/2021, I tried to book a bus ticket from Kumbakonam to Chennai in SETC. Amount Rs.1040/- has been debited from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible. I did login with Guest account as I don't have any SETC user account. Booking Date : 12/07/2021

Myself a girl of age 23 traveling from paramathi velur to Namakkal bus station at night 8:30. I'm traveling with in the district.But the conductor collects fare from all woman.when asked it's free for us why are u collecting amount he told rudely who told we will not collect amount.

Bus is namEd as express and charged 43 rupees for krishnagiri to dharmapuri.. but bus halts all stops like ordinary bus .Some passegees purchased ordinary ticket fare and somebody charged express fare... It makes public's as fools and cheating... Take action...

Sir,
My vehicle number is TN 22 AB5474, Hero Honda Splendor 2 wheeler purchased in 2003 and applied for FC in 2019 AUGUST at meenambakkam RTO. While checking my vehicle they collected my original certificate of registration.Initially I was waiting to get intimation from RTO OFFICE MEENAMBAKKAM.When I have not received any information I went to RTO office to enquire. I got an unexpected reply that no such document existing and they are adament.All these days I visited RTO office several times but no use.
Strangely in system it is updated and extended Validity but they refused to give printed original FC and record is untraceable.
I also met RTO but he expressed his inability. I was unable to use my two wheeler for the past two years.I humbly request you to look into this matter and do the needful.

Hi sir, Now, I am coming from koyambedu to nagari via bus number 201. I am seated just before the last row. Unfortunately my leg got fractured since the front seat was suddenly broken. Also, the bus full of water since it's raining now. Could your government should please take necessary action to modify the bus seats? Incase inplace of me, any old person was seated, he would have got severe pain. Please I am looking forward to your further action on this.

Sir am a physically challanged person. By mistakely I picked a TaN01AN1602 bus at morn 9.40am.i was accepted and took a ticket .but he didn't return balance rupee.i asked a balance rupee, the conductor didn't give my balance. I asked again, the driver replied, it's your duty and not my duty that means u must bring exact fare, that's why I didn't give a balance ..moreover sometimes I lose a balance rupee and Idon't expect the balnce.but this conductor irritated and shouted me, that why I compliant about conductor. Pls kindly request you respect the disabled persons.

ஆதாவது சேலம் to நாமக்கல் 1) சாதாரண கட்டணம் - ரூ .36
2) விரைவு பேருந்து கட்டணம் - ரூ .45

நான் 09/07/2021 அன்று மதியம் 2.50 மணிக்கு சேலத்திருந்து நாமக்கல் பயணம் செய்தேன் என்னிடம் பேருந்து பயண கட்டணமாக ரூ. 45 வசூல் செய்தார்கள். இது சாதாரண பேருந்து ரூ.36 தான் பயணம் கட்டணம் என்று கேட்டத்துக்கு இல்லை இது விரைவு பேருந்து என்று சொல்லி ரூ.45 பயணம் கட்டணம் வாங்கினார் நடத்துனர்.
நான் தற்போது விரைவு பேருந்து ஆகா இயக்குகிறார்கள் என்று நினைத்து விட்டான் .

அந்த பேருந்து TN 30 N 1658 என்னிடம் விரைவு பேருந்து கட்டணம் வாங்கிவிட்டு அந்த பேருந்துதை சாதாரண பேருந்தாக இயக்கினார்கள்.

Today on 09/07/2021

Am traveling from Salem to Namakkal on T.S.T.C (salem depot) Bus no TN30 N 1658. Actually that bus is a ordinary bus (Salem to Karur) not an express. But the conductor asking express fare. As am asking to conductor, he replied that this is a express. I said ok and i paid express fare as Rs. 45 for Salem to Namakkal.

Then the bus stop as a ordinary bus
1. some places inner city of salem as usual
2. silanaickan patti
3. mallur
4. andalur gate
5. puthu chathiram
6. puthan chanthai
7. Murugan kovil stop
8. Namakkal

These are stages which the bus TN30 N 1658 stops and come. Is this is considered as a express bus stages as per Tn govt norms.

kindly investigate this corruption and this is a big corruption in TNSTC buses

Tonight @ around 20:15, I am driving my vechile on the nellai madurai bypass road with wife. I take rightside track and bus number TN72 N 2255 passing from my leftside, the bus touch my leftside door and brake the side mirror. I blow the horn to stop the bus, but the driver didn't STOP the bus and he is not give chance to move forward. Atlast I stop the bus and I ask the driver about the incident, he is not accept his mistake and his attitude is very WOSTE.

They are not 50℅occupancy on bus..they are not seriousness at least awarness of people.. Don't play with people life.. Including one of DMk party memver no wear mask.. Pls take the action..

நான் தினசரி வேலைக்கு அரசு பேருந்துதில் விழுப்புரத்தில் இருந்து மதகடிப்பட்டு சென்று வருகிறேன். இதற்கு கட்டணமாக பேருந்து ரூ.12 வசூல் செய்யப்படுகிறது. தற்போது 28 June மாதத்தில் விழுப்புரத்தில் இருந்து மதகடிப்பட்டு வரை பேருந்துதில் டிக்கெட் ரூ.15 ரூபாய் கட்டணம் வசூல் செய்யப்படுகிறது. அய்யா அவர்கள் விசாரணை செய்து இவர்கள் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்குமாறு அன்புடன் கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறேன்.
