I completed my interview and got offer on 21st April 2023.

While accepting the offer I selected DOJ as 28th July 2023 whereas my LWD at current company was 19th July 2023.

On 21st July 2023, I got a call from HR stating that my DOJ is revised to 16th Oct 2023 which is 3mnths delayed.

I have few financial commitment to be met and no othe job offers in hand.

How can I be punished for this decision?

I accept my offer letter from TCS in 1 February 2023, My last working day in previous organisation was 17 April 2023 . My TCS joining date is 3 may 2023 I went for onboarding my name not in the list i called recruiter he said due to BGV we postponed to may 10 2023 again i went that time also they said my joing date postponed to 17 may 2023

17 th may I went recruiter said u joining date postponed to July 3 2023 because this quarter recruitment is finished.

After two months my fourth joining date came on 3 th July 2023 but on july 1 i got one mail from tcs due to internal approval we postponed joining date to 5 th july . On 4 july first time I got joining welcome mail from tcs to joining. On 5 th july 2023 my onboarding not happened due to date is mismatch in Application form onboarding
team said u need to contact your recruiter to correct it after correct the date we onboarding you I called the recruiter and mail to recruiter to correct the date but no response my next joing date is changed in portal 10 july 2023 I went for onboarding
On 10 th july 2023 but onboarding team said still your date is not changed by recruiter first correct it and then come for onboarding till that even we changed your onboarding date in the ibegin portal do not come for onboarding day directly said to me . I called recruiter no response . I went to meet recruiter manager regarding my onboarding issue . She sent mail to recruiter to take action on it then recruiter called me and said we tried to changed your date from our end but we can't change from our side u called to previous company change the date in experience letter then only we can move forward. Actually My previous company my last working date is printed wrongly 2 days difference instead of 6th April 2019 they printed 8th April 2019 . So i called to my previous company I asked change the date quickly they give me new experience letter with correct date i called to my recruiter as u said I changed the correct date in my experience letter but
this time recruiter said even u changed also we can't onboarding you this time ur onboarding postponed to October month i[censored] want to look for another opportunities try next time tcs.

I don't know what to do .
I have already resigned my previous company from may 3 month without job and salary
I will face huge financial loss due to this and having lots off financial liabilities.

How TCS as global brand can do such things . On the basis of the TCS offer I have not look for the other opportunities.

I am expecting positive response from TCS.

I got selected in TCS virtual drive for SOC Analyst position. As per their HR instructions I have uploaded all of the necessary documents on the portal same has been verified too with the exception o[censored]AN history because at that time I was unable to login to my account because my Aadhar card's name had changed. I thus sent the UAN service history, after the Aadhar name correction i.e after a week, and informed them on an email, but as of right now, they are not responding to my emails, calls, or messages and ibegin status showing as "Evaluation in-progress"

I am requesting TCS HR please look into this issue asap .

My TCS joining date 12 June 2023 before one week of my joining date recruiter called me and informed that we have postponed your joining date to 17 July 2023 they mentioned this is TCS corporate decision, we cannot do any thing .

After that just before my second joining date on 10 th July...

On 14th Jun I got a call from TCS that I have joining on 3rd July and I have joined in the pre joining session also and again I didn't received the welcome mail for the same. I have written to my Hr regarding the same but did not received any response. Today 12th July again I got a call from TCS that again joining is postponed to October 2023. I have resigned from my previous company and become jobless. No income from last 4 months, my wife is pregnant my situation become pathetic, horrible, hopeless. Me and my family is completely broken. This is nothing but spoiling someone's career and personal life. TCS management need to look into this matter immediately.

Hi Complaint Team,

Kindly assist on my joining date concern, as per the offer letter window of 120 days, I got alloted 26 April 2023 as my date of joining and according to that i resigned from my last organization but today is 11 July 2023, it is already been more than 3 months delayed till now, I am consistently taking follow up since 26 April 2023 and joining date is postponed from 26 April 2023 to 03 July 2023 and then 17 July 2023 and now it's postponed to next quarter October 2023.

Please provide me assured date of joining asap so i can plan accordingly my financial expenditure, reason being my parents are financially dependent on me, I have to manage healthcare expenditure of them. It would be hard for me to manage.

I accepted TCS offer letter on 27th Feb, 2023. My DOJ is on 12th June, 2023. In May they called me said your DOJ is postponed to next quarter i.e., July due to some internal issues and gave 12th July, 2023 as my new DOJ. I also received Onboarding invite for 12th July, 2023 and on 10th July, 2023 they again called and said don't report to office for Onboarding your DOJ again postponed for next quarter i.e., October. They are taking decisions in last minute. Believing in TCS offer letter, I left my previous organisation. Now I am Jobless, I want to take care of my family. Please solve this issue as soon as possible, so many members facing this issue.

I am writing to discuss a matter regarding my onboarding process at TCS.

Onboarding date for my position has been postponed twice and my first onboarding date was 24 May and i did not get any prior notification or communication from the HR department. And because of this i left my old organisation.

and after i calling so many time ro HR she said what aver date is displaying in portal it will be your onbording...

Hi My Date of joining is getting postponed again and again. My EP number is EP2023CN1988366
I have accepted my offer letter for TCS on 11th Feb 2023. My joining date was 17 of May 2023 but my recruiter informed me that your joining date postpone to 5th of july 2023. Again my date of joining get postpone and recruiter inform me that your offer letter got expired because your joining has not been done within 120 day, and have to generate new offer letter and it be delayed for approximately 2 week. Now my recruiter told me that your joining will be in next quater ie first week of october.

I have already resigned from my recent company waiting from last two months and has been asked to wait for 3 months more.

Please help me with this. It's already more than 140 days after accepting offer letter still joining is getting escalated.

Suddenly I saw my DOJ has been changed to 3rd week of October with no date specified.My last working day 14th August with my current organization as I served 90 days notice period.

My emp ID is 1561999. This is regarding my FFS settlement, I was on deputation in Germany and to serve last 45 days notice period I went to India as per company policy. For these 45 days TCS asked me to pay approximately 1.8 Lacs INR as a Tax amount to clear my FFS. I was in urgent need of FFS hence I paid the requested amount.
After few weeks of FFS, I raised a Alumni ticket (#1064718) asking for clarification but now it is more than 2 months and no one is willing to provide me the justification. Simply TCS corporate HR is responding to my personal email mentioning that they are discussing the matter internally and come back to me. I have received around 10 emails from corporate HR asking for more time. I suspect some scam/fraud/mistake has happened here hence no one is willing to answer.
Requesting to please have a look. Let me know if you need more info.

In Talathi recruitment application which is going online from 26th June 2023, soldiers retiring after June 2023 do not have option to apply. As a rule, a serving soldier can apply for a civil job from the ex-serviceman quota during the last one year of his service period. Such is the letter of Govt and soldiers can apply in all other departments of Maharashtra Govt.
I request you to amend the online application system and facilitate the application of the serving soldiers who are in their last year of service.
