Hello team, my date of joining is 15th May and two days before hr called me and said your onboarding process will be in August. I am experience person and already I have rejected two offers for TCS and also i released on 12th May in previous company.
Portal still showing 15th May and there is no any mail received from HR about the same.

Please help on priority because i cannot get offer immediately.

    Hi My Date of joining is getting postponed again and again. My EP number is EP2023CN1918029.
    I have accepted my offer letter for TCS on 27th January 2023. Previously my date of joining was 1st May. But as recruiter updated the wrong location so it got postponed. Once she updated it correctly it was rescheduled for 17th may. But now recruiter is saying that background verification status is not updated in system so the joining will be on the July month, while BGV is already done for me in Feb month only. Till July my offer letter will also be terminated as 105 days are already completed.

    I have already resigned from my recent company and now my notice period of 90 is also completed. Please help me with this issue. Already more than 100 days are completed from accepting offer letter still joining is getting escalated.

      Hi, my date of joining is getting postponed again and again. My EP number is EP2023CN1918029.

      Did you joined the company now. I am also facing the same issue now. How long does it take you to join the company after rescheduling the joining date.

        Document verified but still didn't get any response

        Hello Sir/Mam,

        My documents gets verified before 1 month ago on ibegin portal but still didn't get any response, I also mail to [protected]@tcs.com but they also said wait for further response by your requriter.and now when i am calling tcs help line no, calls not getting connected...

        TCS Alumni Portal Login Issue "Processing" Message

        I have successfully registered on the portal.
        The user ID is working, I get the OTP as well.
        But once the OTP is submitted the page keeps on showing "Processing" message but never loads my account.
        Already raised 3 tickets for the same, but I am unable to login.
        Need to transfer PF .
        I tried on chorme and edge both, but still not able to login
        My Emp ID is 2276897.
        Please process this request....

          Dear Team,

          I have been following TCS career to delete my EP ID EP2018CN215863. They said it will take two to three weeks to delete my account on the phone.

          But it has been passed away last 4 months nothing has been done yet. Now different team members give different views. It's rallying harassing me so that I will not be able to apply for a job in TCS in the future.

          I am sending an email from jayanta.[protected]@hotmail.com

          Request to take urgent action on this.

          See the email I received from Customer support said now that we can not delete but if your profile got selected then HR will send you the email to make necessary changes in the portal. However, even though I got selected then did not send an email to make the necessary changes in the portal. Please take an urgent action
          Dear Consumer Team,

          Still, My case has not been resolved yet. I don't know why your team is not taking any action.

          I received an email from the TCS customer support team saying that if you are selected, some of the HR from TCS will send the invite to make the necessary changes on the portal, but that's still not happened. It has been crossed more than 4 months but TCS technical support team is not doing anything.

          Attached screen shot for your reference.

              My name is Shahin N P and my employee id is 2637272. My first company was Butterfly Portal which is located in calicut and I have 5 year and 10 months experience there and then I joined IBS and now joined at TCS on 24th Apr and yesterday I got a call from hr tell that bgc is failed and only one option is resignation. The bgc failed because of my first company. When started my carrier at butterfly portal in June 2016 their salary payment is through cash. they only started pay through bank from March 2019. I show all statement from March 2019 - March 2022 and also provided HR contact number and mail with verifier and it went fine. But tcs hr called me and tell that the bgc vendor marked first company as fake. I have my offer letter xeros signed and my mail still has their offer letter mail time stamped from June 2016. Am depressed and I rejected some offer due to TCS offer. I lost faith in tcs. They even give any chance to prove. They only do online checking about company. Not verify its existence in another ways.

              TCS doing Scam. They are playing with candidate's career.
              Till today I don't get a job. And am facing mental trauma. Don't know what to do next. Bad sleep memories haunting me.

                I have received mail from the FFS team stating my FFS is completed.

                I can login to alumni portal, I tried logging, but it is stating me to register, If I tried registering it, it stat me user already registered.

                I have submitted tickets too, but no response for respective teams for it.

                Please suggest a plan of action for it.

                  I'm sahana H M, my last working day was 28th April 2023. I did register in TCS alumni portal on that day itself... Till now I didn't get access to this portal... I did talk with my seperation manager, but no use. Please consider and work on this. I need my experience and relieving letter as soon as possible.

                      PF Withdraw - Unable to reupload doc

                      Im have to withdraw PF from TCS and have raised request in portal for the same. The request was rejected with reason "upload "clear PF form", but there is no provision to re-upload the scanned doc. The request is not sent back to upload the document again.

                      I raised ticket with helpdesk and got typical BOT response. They updated the ticket stating we have taken your request during exit itself and will process the same in 30-40...

                      I attended the interview on 16 March and cleared HR and Manager round. On 20th March I got email confirming my candidature is Shortlisted and they asked me to submit all my documents. On 22 nd March 2023, I had completed my document submission within the stipulated time period. In spite of asking detailed Job description from HR, I was never provided and HR told that I will be receiving it later. With repeated follow-ups with HR on call, I was orally informed that the offer letter will be released by First week of April. I waited until second week of April and called HR again to know the status. HR told that initially the role was open for 'Chennai' location but currently it is open only for 'Bangalore ' location.
                      Due to Miscommunication from HR, I sent a follow up email too which is still not responded!!
                      Never expected such a relentless behaviour from HR of TCS with no proper onboarding steps carried out!!
                      Moreover, since my TCS i begin profile shows on hold, I am unable to apply for other Job roles which was also informed to the HR.
                      Now I urge TCS HR team to update status of my candidature in written form-as selected or rejected with justification for miscommunication via email.

                            I resigned my previous company in order to join TCS but while onbaording they are telling my bgc is negative, There was no any prior intimation for the same. I had 1 month of non technical experience which I didn’t mark in my experience thinking its not important. I was not aware of this mistake also Now they are not allowing to edit anything.                               Unable to register for alumni portal

                              I am an ex employee of tcs and trying to register to tcs alumni portal for an urgent work. However i am unable to register myself on the portal inspite of providing correct details.
