Lodged a request through customer care for changing the connection from postpaid to prepaid, even after registering the request they have been generating the minimum payment bill on the number . Later after paying minimum generated postpaid bills for couple of months, i requested the bill collection agent to close the connection if prepaid conversion is not possible . After all this mess still they are sending me bills .
