As per the contract stated on Tata Docomo site for regions (Maharashtra & Goa GSM):

I took my Tata Docomo number [protected] along with me to United States. However i did not receive any coverage here (Heath Street Buffalo NY USA). So i raised a complaint with tata docomo customer care. First they asked me to recharge my account so that i maintain a minimum balance for there 99 monthly rental so i did a recharge of 110 rs. I still faced the same issue, once again i contacted their customer care this time they asked me to maintain a minimum balance of 800 rs to get a coverage although i should point this that its not mentioned anywhere on their website that i need this amount even to get a coverage. Because it is stated that only for making calls a minimum of 800 rs must be maintained. I argued this but they did not agree and refused to launch a complaint without a minimum balance of 800rs, so i recharged again with 1000rs. Currently i have 1073 rs as a balance and as per them i must get a network coverage. But it didn't happen. This continued for some more time and i did numerous attempts like selecting network manually and even buying a new phone !.. At the end they did launch a complaint for this no. PNR[protected].. And now they are giving me a stupid excuse stating that "We have poor network In your location .A new concern site Is required in your location ." If that was the case and it was not possible for them to provide me any network coverage here. Firstly that should have not be claimed on the site mentioned above. Secondly i should have not been suggested for doing multiple recharge and even changing my phone. Last two month i have been traumatized from this. Apart from the recharges costing me around 896 and buying a new phone (Moto E 4g) in 6999. I have spent many dollars in international calling.

Desirable Solution : I need Tata Docomo to not only refund me the money that i have spent on numerous solutions. But also will like to penalize the company for false promises assurances and even contracts that are promised publicly on their website.

Please do the needful. I hope the problems that i faced are not faced by any other consumer in the future.

We would like to inform you that a complaint regarding network connectivity concern which was registered vide docket number PNR[protected] has been closed stating that there is a coverage issue in your location. New cell site / Booster is required to solve the concern. We will communicate once the site is live and we cannot refund any amount from our end.

If their is no network connectivity at the cell site .. why was i asked to do multiple recharges . I dont need false promises here but exact acceptable date . I cannot wait forever for you site construction. Please let me know if this problem can be solved immediately else i have to go beyond this complaint. I was assured that i problem will be resolved by 28th Oct but i am still not getting any network coverage. No information regarding when the problem will be resolved is provided here.

    My tata photon no. is [protected]. I have [protected]@Rs.750Cap Plan. I am facing reduced speed issue since 8 Oct 2015. For that I made a complaint (reference no.[protected] on 13th Oct 2015, which was resolved within 2 hours. After few hours usage speed got reduced. I faced same problem and made a complaint (reference no.[protected] which is yet to be resolved. The complaint was closed without intimation and without resolving the problem. Today, 26th Oct, I received call from your side asking me to pay the bill. I told him about the problem I am facing since the beginning of the cycle. A complaint reference no. has been allotted to me ref.no.[protected] which is claimed to be resolved by your side.
    Because of technical problem from your side, whatever data I have CONSUMED was at REDUCED SPEED. Because of POOR SPEED, I have LOST MY VALUABLE TIME.
    Kindly RESET the data consumed as it was consumed at poor speed and confirm the good service from your side.

      Dear Sir, Subject : Extreme rude, arrogant and threatening language of your collection agent. Photon No : [protected] Data no.:[protected] I was amongst the 1st 5 customers in Pune when the 3G data card services were launched by your organization. I am working as Project Manager & my work involves lot of travelling and working from home. I had called your sales guy for 2G card but he convinced me for your 3G newly launched product saying it’s a best product for my requirement. But unfortunately I never got the committed speed from the day one. Hence, I had launched the complaint immediately about it. I was communicated at that time that since the services are in transition phase towers are yet to be erected and shortly I should experience the change in internet speed. But I never got that committed speed till date. Though I was never satisfied with the performance of the card I continued paying the monthly bill. But I stopped using the services 5 months back and informed your collection manager that unless the problem is resolved I will not pay. Every time you collection agent ensured that they will resolved the problem and also logged the complaint for the same on my behalf. But not a single time the technician came for my help. Finally 3 months back I hired service for internet from Hathway services Though there was no usage from my side and my problem still remains unresolved, your billing team promptly kept me charging for the monthly charges and continued follow up for payment. But today was the extreme experience when some lady collection manager called for payment and was extremely arrogant, rude and used extremely threatening language. I kept requesting her that looking into my case where I have not used your service from 4 months (logs can be checked), no performance of the card from the date of purchase, there has to be a waiver for those charges where I have not used the service. I am ready to settle the bill and close the account. But it was all in vain. I am writing in hope that you would understand my case and will appreciate that this is not the way of dealing with your customer.

        Hello Iam very fedup by using tata photon ...thr service providers are very vulger and careless..my device is not working from last 2 months.still they take money from my home with so many commitment ..telling that they turned on my device at the same evening.l have payment slip of 20th...i have complete record of phn calls msgs and emails dt i hv sent to remind them...now after 6 days they did nothing...their providers giving me false numbers to contact abt this...nexttime they told me yoyr device is active baki problem aap jano..every persn told me that we are fwd your complaint...no response from last 7 days..they will again generate my bill on month end.please help me to come out from this.           My mobile no is [protected] and I'm a tata docomo user of kolkata. on 25th oct 2015 i go mayapur in krishnanagar in nadia district. which is a circle of West Bengal. i trying for opening for internet from my mobile. but their server is too slow, page not open properly. after that the company will charged me about Rs.100 up. But i have 77MB internet balance. when i change my location from kolkata to krishnanagar this company don't give me any information about the internet charge or call charge by sms or any other alert. after i coming kolkata 26th oct 2015 i call tata docomo customer care, to know why the charge for this, i have 77mb of internet free in my account. but they don't adjust from my unused 77mb net balance. they deduct Rs 100 + from my main balance. i talk their senior executive for refund my balance. then he said in 3 hours i got my money back. but they refund my money only Rs 4.80. i have the voice record of the conversation. next day 27th oct 2015 i call again tata customer care for refund the balance, but they denied for the refund. now i want to punished or legal action about tata docomo company. because the company robbery our money.

                I am using 3 numbers of tata docomo 1.[protected] 2. [protected] 3.[protected] first and third i am using in chennai and second number i am using at my home town in siyana (bulandshahr, u. p) i am facing a lot of problem with first two numbers due to money deduction. i have recharged with Rs. 23 in my first number. without doing anything my balance reduced to zero. regarding this i have lodged so many complaints but neither i have received my balance nor a satisfactory answer from your representative, first your representative told that it got deducted because the validity got expired. now he is saying that it got deducted because of data connection. your representative are going on making excuses.now you are compiling me to use services of other companies. same problem i am facing with my second number also. waiting for my money and your satisfactory answer and hoping that it will not be repeated in future.

                    My no. Barred as I didn't paid my last bill... But after paying I teransferred to Tata Docomo from Tata Indicom CDMA... For only 5days they charged me 213rs while my bill is only 300rs per month. In spite of dat I paid... But also they barred my no. Till now.

                      Thanks for the half amount 500rs which has been refunded to my account as per the negotiation.

                      If I have really not consumed any data, where is my remaining amount which has been deducted.

                      I have spent my precious time for following up you to resolve my issue and I have wasted my internet data too.

                      I want the full amount which has deducted without reason and penalty of Rs. 500.

                      I thought bargain and negotiation works only in fish market, not with the such a big telecom business company “TATA DOCOMO”.

                      The customer care executive who has called before sometime “Bhaskar”[protected], let him know how to speak with the customers.

                      According to the below mail chain, which I have highlighted in red color, No refund possible mentioned by Syeda !! Why is this bargain and negotiation going on ?
                      Finally, I want my complete amount settlement without further bargains. And also I would like to go out your network in few days and I will suggest the same to all my friends and family.

                        I am prepaid customer in tata docomo, this 24 october in 10 am my balance deducted in 44 rupees, i call that call center that person sir u speaking isd call .sir i did not call at the time, you can also check CALL 121 to message i message it, the number is coming.but i did not call isd number.. docomo customer service is worst in service fully cheating in service [protected].i am also email listen [protected]@tatadocomo also mail it did not any response, if you can check give me 25 rupees the outgoing call are send person it.

                        this problem is solved yesterday amount is refund in my number [protected]..
                        same problem is comming 29 oct 47 rupees is balance deducting...any problem did not worst in service resolve the problem service ..i did not connect 121.198 did not attend one time in one day told the problem is solving after 24 hours clear told after i am calling the same issue is coming.after any harsh speaking the sim is blocked in customer executive one month after one month is release the problem..aug month this problem is coming, the same problem is this month is coming tommorow november clear the problem, any called 198 121, i calling the number is blocking..the quality of service worst in tata docomo..

                        some example..

                        i told i am recharge 30 rupees the service tax reduction after 2x are added the account, after why using unwanted balance reduction, after the problem u added less then the amount, u reeducation higher amount u added are less amount, why u are company is loss so that u are customer money is deduction in company, any problem did not resolve 24 hours clear u told did not clear, only back end person only calling, the problem is not clear...why did not understand the customer value...

                              Respected sir, i am karthikeyan... i have already used aircel prepaid simcard 5 years continuously... and then docomo agent supportive side members told to change their network(tata docomo)...now i have used tata docomo postpaid network... these network executuves having no proper responce to my problems & they given wrong guidence to me... before times i have been trying to change another netowrk three to five times... the last few month i have somany problem to this network... their bill is very cheated ... i have full proof & evidence...

                                Dear Sir, Today I recharged for 251 INR. Docomo provides 125 inr currency as a offer plus 1GB 3G data. After some time while browsing, unnecessarily 15.9 INR got deducted for Glamour villa VAS followed by 49 INR for "Bhojpurinama" video. Sir without my permission Docomo deducted 65 rupees currency, without my consent like before. Please notify Docomo to RETURN MY MONEY. OR THIS FRUSTRATED DOCOMO CUSTOMER WILL SHARE "CONS" OF DOCOMO IN SOCIAL NETWORKING SITES..Thank u sir

                                For your reference my mobile # is [protected]. After analyzing, I came to know that unwanted popups will appear with IP address 182.156 series. Even if we close it immediately, then also the currency would have already been deducted in the account. Please help me regarding this. Plz notify tata Docomo about my phone # . I need my currency back.

                                    I would like to bring to your esteem notice, how Tata Docomo forcing to pay with out providing proper service. AC No.[protected] Del No. [protected] Alternate No. [protected] Below are the details of technical complaint raised on 30th Jan'[protected]. There was a visit by Tata Docomo Engineer and the finding are as below, "Indoor coverage is weak and the tower in the locality is under maintenance. Issue to be resolved in 2 -3 months." Report Date: 20th Feb 2015 Even in this situation with out using the service, I have made payment of INR 730/- on 21st Feb'15 INR 727/- on 22nd March'15 There was no improvement nor the call from Tata Docomo on the technical service. I completely stopped using Tata Docomo service and I reached their customer service center in Vashi but they advise to call on customer care number. What should customer do and what is the use of customer service center when they do not entertain even after personal visit. I raised a complaint on #[protected] Dt. 24th Aug'15 for refund of Feb and March'15 payment. I have received SMS from Tata docomo on 5th Sept confirming resolve of complaint #[protected]. So I was under the impression that Tatadocomo is refunding my money. Suddenly now receive notice to pay further bills. I fail to understand, how Tata Docomo can ask consumer to pay bill even though their own engineer finding are not in their favour.

I tried a lot to resolve the issue with the help of customer care but their behavior is so much embarrassing. If you still face the same problem, kindly delete the existing application (error based) and download the Whatsapp Application from official website(play store) and try to reinstall again. If still face the same concern kindly revert us. Further, we request you to kindly disable (Log Out) from the Gmail and face book Accounts and make sure that if any other services are not in On Mode. For the alerts from the services also there will be a deduction of amount from your main account.

                                        I would like to bring to the notice about unfair and illegal means communication by Tata Docomo for recovering dues. I was called by an advocate named 'Devraj Joshi' Mobile no., '[protected]' pretending to be from 'Tis Hazari court, Delhi' to intimidate for the 420 case against non-payment of bill. In my case, a Tata Docomo connection has been non-usable and functional after about 8-9 months o[censored]sage. I raised a technical issue but it was never resolved, on calling the customer services I was told that the issue has been resolved and closed, with no-body ever turning up. I chose to contact head offices on this matter as the bill was already sent with no-usage or resolution of the issue. Apparently, another month’s bill has again been generated with the same. I had to close the connection on that occasion. It was the case been put up in order to falsify the negligence and ignorance of TATA Docomo staff at Bhopal. Now, the respective person named ‘Devraj Joshi’is calling the number of my mother and abusing and threatening. On asking the case number he starts abusing and intimidating to send arrestment notices. Also, the connection was on my father’s name who sadly passed away earlier this year. I called up the office at Tis Hazari court, apparently they could not find anyone named ‘Devraj Joshi’. I would request to please take strict action these fraudlent and abusive people shaming the legal judiciary of our country and also against Tata Docomo Bhopal officials if involved. This is clearly a case of “Contempt of Indian courts” and if any action is not taken from your side I will bring this issue to the notice of Tis Hazari Court, Delhi.
