As per the contract stated on Tata Docomo site for regions (Maharashtra & Goa GSM):

I took my Tata Docomo number [protected] along with me to United States. However i did not receive any coverage here (Heath Street Buffalo NY USA). So i raised a complaint with tata docomo customer care. First they asked me to recharge my account so that i maintain a minimum balance for there 99 monthly rental so i did a recharge of 110 rs. I still faced the same issue, once again i contacted their customer care this time they asked me to maintain a minimum balance of 800 rs to get a coverage although i should point this that its not mentioned anywhere on their website that i need this amount even to get a coverage. Because it is stated that only for making calls a minimum of 800 rs must be maintained. I argued this but they did not agree and refused to launch a complaint without a minimum balance of 800rs, so i recharged again with 1000rs. Currently i have 1073 rs as a balance and as per them i must get a network coverage. But it didn't happen. This continued for some more time and i did numerous attempts like selecting network manually and even buying a new phone !.. At the end they did launch a complaint for this no. PNR[protected].. And now they are giving me a stupid excuse stating that "We have poor network In your location .A new concern site Is required in your location ." If that was the case and it was not possible for them to provide me any network coverage here. Firstly that should have not be claimed on the site mentioned above. Secondly i should have not been suggested for doing multiple recharge and even changing my phone. Last two month i have been traumatized from this. Apart from the recharges costing me around 896 and buying a new phone (Moto E 4g) in 6999. I have spent many dollars in international calling.
Desirable Solution : I need Tata Docomo to not only refund me the money that i have spent on numerous solutions. But also will like to penalize the company for false promises assurances and even contracts that are promised publicly on their website.
Please do the needful. I hope the problems that i faced are not faced by any other consumer in the future.
