Hello, i have raised complaint on 18 Nov 2015 that no network is company which is located is heart of bangalore. Its in bellandur ecospace Tech park. Mr customer care told that it will be resolved on 20. But it didnt later i called it was extended to 22 then 25 then 27 still now its not resolved. So it will get resolved or should i change to another network. When i call MR customer care they are saying that i am not reachable that why we are not able to fix the issue. I dont understand i facing the network issue but you ppl saying that we can;t reach you so we cant fix it. One of Customer told me i am not professional person i dont how he judge and when i ask can i speak to your supervisor he say all my supervisor are busy it will take long time to reach them. Its is first time i heard supervisor also can't be reached. Please kindly provide me soultions. I simply wasting my money

Hello,

My mobile no is [protected] and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com and alternate contact is [protected] . My issue is still not resolved. I have 3 raised 3 complaint and they keep on saying u issue is fixed please restart u mobile it work now. But the issue has not resloved yet. I have shared details because your representative asked me to wait for tentative day that it will be fixed for sure. But it was never fixed. i still dont understand why you guys can't fix the network issue on the Metro city and if wont be complaint if i am village or some other place. But i am in heart of city and tech park area here only you guys can resolve. I liked ur network once but now i hate it very much. i am not even enjoying your service but my mobile bill is keep on increasing month by month i dont how.

      Hi, I am getting a DOCOMOs Flash alert on my mobile, like "DIVE IN NOW", with OK and CANCEL button. No matter what button is pressed it again pops up. If I click outside the flash alert, within 1 minute it will pop again. I am not able to perform any other task when this happens. It last for at least half an hour. plz help me my no is [protected] as soon as possible thanks

      We would like to inform you that, in order to stop the flash messages which you are receiving, we request you to turn off the service messages option in the message settings of your handset as Message settings > push/flash/service messages > receiving options > off mode. However, you may also visit the mobile service center for better assistance regarding the same. Kindly note that the flash message you are receiving is a feature based on handset support. It can be deactivated through the DIVE-IN option available as pop up/push messages in your handset. You will get the deactivation option to cancel this service.

        Dear Team, Use to receive irritating calls and sms past 5 years from the Tata Docomo asking payment for the non payment of bill for the telephone no. [protected] in the name of Arumugam. The call on daily basis coming to my mobile [protected], which is used earlier by the defaulter and the same number was in my name now, which is a corporate no. Many time updated the caller to remove my no, not happening and these spineless cowards are irritating me. How come such a huge company TATA DOCOMO can have wrong data base and keep on following the wrong person, feel very bad. This has to be taken on priority and solved. RAMASWAMYS ([protected])

While logging complaint, customer care person had assured me once connection will be resolved bill adjustment will be done. But issue didn't resolve so i had closed connection.               Did tariff recharge for 34 Rs. Site showed the following.

              'All local onnet mobile calls @ 1p/3 sec and All local Offnet mobile calls @ 1p/2 sec'

              After recharge, I got sms saying 'All local onnet mobile calls @ 1p/3 sec'.

              This is pure cheating.

              I am facing this sort of issue for the second time. Earlier it was sms offer. Now it is call tariff offer. That time they reverted me the amount after many follow ups.

              Please revert my amount or give the offer you promised. Else I am thinking of changing the connection to idea etc because I don't know how long will I suffer this. Also I called my advocate. Will be registering a case. Also will put in social media. This is the last warning.

                Sir, I am Rajesh Shrivastava using Tata Docom number[protected]. I have requested many times for itemised bill for may and June months. I have first registered my complain at 6 June but I got duplicate bill instead of itemised. And till now I have complained many times but they are not sending me appropriate itemised bill. And now they are saying that they can't send me itemised bill cause 6 months have passed and they will not send itemised bill for that month. Now if they hadn't send me that bill with in 6 months then it's not my responsibility why I should not get my bill . I also complained at [protected]@tatadocomo.com but they also said the same. So I want that company provide me my itemised bill for 1st may to 31st may with time of call and all other information in a well arranged order.

                  i took mobile connection in the last 10-11 months ago and i used for 2 months (account no.[protected]during first week of month, i lost mobile phone. I immediately called tata docomo call centre and informed them to block that sim card. They registered my complaint and informed that, it will be blocked immediately. But after Completing bill period the bill was come in my adress. i will pay only 1 month bill. now the notice at my home form the court side of rs. 3624. Soo kindly Resolve..

                      I Applied for a Tataphoton USB on 8th December 2014. The connection worked well till April 2015. From April onward, service was absolutely slow and kept going off every two minutes even though I was working on the internet, so had to keep on reconnecting every two minutes. When I spoke to Tata Docomo customer service, I was told a building had come up near their tower which was obstructing signals but the issue would be resolved in a month's time. This never happened until in desperation, I asked Tata Docomo to disconnect/dectivate my service with immediate effect, this was around May/June 2015 as per advice from Tata Docomo Whitefield office, when I had gone to settle the previous bill. Customer service accepted my request over the phone, but kept on charging me for service that was non-existent. I had stopped using the tataphoton by several weeks then. Since they had not honoured my verbal instruction, I finally went to the Whitefield office and had the photon deactivated. Also asked if there was any outstanding payment. The lady at the office checked and told me there was none. Finally, after several weeks, I received cancellation confirmations via Ref:[protected]. When I kept getting charges for non usage, I called customer service to check their database and correct this error, which they promised to do, They too confirmed there was no outstanding and no usage had happened since settlement of my last bill. But I kept on receiving reminders and now I've received a lawyer's notice questioning my integrity and threatening that credit verification agencies will be sent to collect! Who has breached the trust? Tatadocomo or me? The amount payable is only Rs.842/-, but it is time Companies like Tata Docomo, founded by a stalwart like Ratan Tata, behave ethically. Just because you are a large company does not mean that you can bulldoze individual customers. I want this situation addressed with integrity and ethically. Why didn't they action my deactivation request immediately? So it could accrue a paltry sum of Rs.842 and then threaten me? Am I at fault for your inefficiency? Please train your customer service and other staff to be more truthful and act with integrity.

                      I cannot and do not agree to this . Service was non-existent due to extremely poor connectivity. It was very inconvenient using Tata Docomo so I had stopped using it.
                      In order to ensure that you do not end up with more and more dissatisfied customers, suggest you check to see within your establishment to look for gaps in providing good service and rectifying lack of coordination within various departments at Tata Docomo .

                        This is related to issue i have raised for the new tata photon wifi device connectivity issue some two weeks back(tentatively between nov 6th to 8th). The first ticket raised was closed without resolution and when contacted customer care was told that it was closed because we didnt receive the call.Hence i had to raise another ticket. There was a technical person assigned who said there is fault with the device and that he will check and get back on it. Then after few days got call from headoffice asking if we received the new device and if the issue is resolved. They also said that the technical person has said he has already delivered the new device to us when we havent even received any information from him. When we try to contact him he does not respond to our call. I have made n number of calls to customer care stating my plight in this issue. But there has been no action taken so far. On 21st i made a final call and was told that he wud escalate and that within 4hours i will receive a call from the team but till today have not received any call. Its been days i am waiting for the resolution and the device is a pre-paid and this month data usuage will over on 26th. I am totally fed up with the way its going. I have few questions for you 1) Why is the ticket closed just if the customer missed a cal when you also know that we cant call u back. Isnt it that once when the customer confirm that issue is resolved you should close the ticket? 2) Why is there no information/intimation of what is happening? Isnt it that unless and untill you let us know what is the problem you are facing in replacing the device we will get frustrated thinking we havent received the device yet? 3) Why doesnt the technical person doesnt respond to calls. Also once he picked and said it will be delivered today but then till today havent recieved. 4) Why is give wrong information to head office saying the device is delivered? or the issue is closed? 5) Why isnt the customer care take proper action when customer raises a concern of their plight? and is delayed for so long days? These are all the situations where customer is pushed to go to severe extend. Please dont push me further. Kindly take necessary action else please make sure i get the refund for the device(1799) and the 300 i paid for the month towards internet. I am annoyed with such behaviour.

                          Hello, I am very much upset with the services provided by Tata Docomo. Actually just a month before I ported from Airtel to Tata Docomo in which my last month's bill with Airtel was pending and I did not pay it since the Tata Docomo's sales executive told me that my last bill of Airtel will get adjusted with my future bills of Docomo and suddenly on midnight of 20th Nov 2014, my outgoing services were barred. I called the call centre where I came to know that I have to pay my outstanding bill with my previous operator and I paid it the next day i.e on Saturday. After bill payment at Airtel Gallery, I went to Tata Docomo Gallery at Vasai-Nalasopara Link road, Vasai (E) and I showed them the SMS that I got for Airtel's bill payment, the lady sitting there told me that she has put up a request to Unbar my number and within 24 Hrs my outgoing services will restart. I waited till the next day i.e till sunday but my services did not start and when I went to the Gallery, it was closed. Again the next day i.e on Monday, I went to another Tata Docomo gallery at Sunshine Palace Near Nalasopara Station and showed the SMS of Airtel's bill payment to them but the lady sitting there asked me to bring a Printed receipt of the payment. Again I went back to airtel Gallery to collect the bill payment printout and then went to Tata Docomo's Galley at Vasai-Nalasopara link road. Then the lady sitting there scanned the payment receipt and told me the same that she has sent a mail to her manager and as soon as she get a reply, she will get back to me but still she has not reverted and I am still waiting for her reply. Now again today morning at around 8.10 AM, I called the customer care and the guy asked me all the details related to my Airtel's bill payment and he assured me that within 30 mins, my outgoing services will start, soon after an hour i.e at 9.45AM, i got a SMS saying my services has been unbarred but its still the same and even now my services are barred only. I called again the customer care but the guy over there kept my line on hold since last 15 mins and then disconnected. Here I admit that my mistake was only that I had not paid the last bill of my previous operator and due to which my outgoing services got barred and it was ok if the services would have beed kept on hold for 24 hrs, but even after visiting the Tata Docomo gallery and showing the printed bill receipt, the services are still kept on hold. Please note that in between these days I continuously tried calling to the non- operational customer care line(both 121 and 198) but as soon as I press the number to talk to the customer care, the auto generated voice was saying, kindly write to us at [protected]@tatadocomo.com. I am really really very much upset and angry by the services given by TATA Docomo. Nobody even from the Dcomo's gallery as well as the Customer care is willing to help me out of this situation. Its really pathetic. You cant imagine how much mental as well as financial loss I have beared during these days. I am a corporate user of DOCOMO and still getting such a third class service. I will make sure that nobody in our company as well as in my friends and relatives buy a docomo product and those who are currently using should port out to another operator. Also I am thinking to file a case in consumer forum. I have attached a bill payment receipt of Airtel as well as the current paid bill ack. of tata docomo.

                            my problem is resolved thanks a lot a call had came to me saying that we are speking from tata docomo and they are asking form my account number and credit/debit card.i did not give any information to them may be they were frauds.

                              I want to know from you that I have been using Tata Docomo services on my no. [protected] & [protected] since last 2-3 years but in last few days they charges me 3G Charges but the data pack I am using is 1 GB 3G & 2G unlimited. The company says that it is customers duty to shift his cellphone on 2G after 3G pack over. Please tell me how we change my services each time. Its company software mistake who allow the user to use 3G instead off 2G. On the other hand other operator not charged this type of charges. In this dispute I PORT out my one no. [protected] into AIRTEL and other [protected] into Prepaid from Postpaid. Today I have checked my No.[protected] will be shifted from Prepaid to Postpaid without any information. Now I want to know from you to short out the matter other wise I will go to Court for this matter

                                By request they changed my plan from 30 GB monthly to 10 GB monthly.. after that now I'm getting 30 GB bill again and again.. I didn't use 30 GB last month but still they cut my connection and when I asked about this they said that I have crossed 30 GB that's why they have cut my connection..

                                        Hi, I have been using tata photon wifi for more than a year. After an year, the speed has been reduced drastically and I was unable to use the data. I filed complaint several times and They said it is their network issue and it will be resolved in 7 days. Even after many days I didnt find any improvement and So I opted for closure. After that they have completely suspended the data and I could not use a single byte of it. They took 14 days to close the connection and the wifi never got connected. But I received a bill for that 14 days of Rs.380/- and the Data Usage in the Bill was 0 MB (Please find the attachment). I said I cannot pay the rent for the data which I never used. Now they have prepared a legal notice for Rs.380 /-. Should I pay the amount or I can submit the bill somewhere for the justice?
