Unwanted pop up

Hi, I am getting a DOCOMOs Flash alert on my mobile, like "DIVE IN NOW", with OK and CANCEL button. No matter what button is pressed it again pops up. If I click outside the flash alert, within 1 minute it will pop again. I am not able to perform any other task when this happens. Incorrect billing for 3G Dongle

Wrong tariff offer

Did tariff recharge for 34 Rs. Site showed the following.

'All local onnet mobile calls @ 1p/3 sec and All local Offnet mobile calls @ 1p/2 sec'

After recharge, I got sms saying 'All local onnet mobile calls @ 1p/3 sec'.

This is pure cheating.

Complaint about tata docomo bill payment

i took mobile connection in the last 10-11 months ago and i used for 2 months (account no.[protected]during first week of month, i lost mobile phone. I immediately called tata docomo call centre and informed them to block that sim card. They registered my complaint and informed that, it will be blocked immediately. But after Completing bill period the bill was come in my adress. i will pay only 1 month bill....

Poor service and misrepresentation of facts

I Applied for a Tataphoton USB on 8th December 2014. The connection worked well till April 2015. Excessive bill amount

Recharge was not made

BILLDESK REF NO. EINB[protected]/DOCOMOAPPS On 19/11/15 I recharged my mobile through net banking. The amount was debited from my SB A/C but recharge was not made to my mobile. pl refund the amount at the earliest....

Overcharged call rates even when rate reducing pack is active

Change of 398 ruppees plan Wit--hout prior information to cuatomers

I am a tatadocomo user, on 22nov i rechargerd my sim with 398 ruppees plan .but according to plan i should get 398 ruppees and1GB data but i got 325ruppees and 1GB data.once i asked the customer care they replied the plan is already changed but there is no information regarding the change of plan either to dealer or customers.this led to a loss of 73ruppees to me.due to there fault i am q sufferer.plz kindly do the needful....
