    I recharged my internet account of my phone number: [protected] for ₹259 balance deducted from my main account REF ID: 19875075 on[protected], the balance was deducted from my account but I did not receive Data balance in my account. The validity shows to be increased by a month but there's no data added. Seeking response and a proper fair action to resolve the issue.

      Dear Sir I am using prepaid tatadocomo services from last 3 years and facing regular problem in call drop and deducting the charges more than the call time i.e.for 58 sec. call charges diducted for 2 minutes as per plan it will be .30 paisa and the actual diduction from my balance is always .60 paisa. I am not able to understand why diduction is more than my call time. It distrubed us and creat a problem for us.

        My no. Is [protected]. I was recharged with 163 tata to tata unlimited for 28 days on 31 October 2015 at 8:26pm. My recharge was successful but i don't get any benefit of this recharge.           I need to activate intenet pack .When I checked for internet packs by dialing*141#... There was a option called power pack... And when I checked it there was a option for 2G internet at Rs.135 @1.25GB for 30days... And when I recharged for 135 I got 800mb... Instead of 1.25GB... When I called the costumer care they said they do not have any pack like that...so I need your help

                I have recharged my mobile for Rupees 199/ and there was a balance of Rs=139 but I have received a message as below; "TA-DOCOMO 10/30/2015 10:44:55 AM Topup Recharge Success. Details - MRP:Rs 199.0, TT:174.56, ST:24.44, PF:0.0, Available Bal:314.23. Tranc ID:[protected], Date:[protected], Retailer:[protected], Mode:SMS" but within half an hour the total of Rs 314.23 reduced in 0.00 balance, when I asked them they said 3460 gb of internet data I have consumed. I don't see any logic because the connection is 3G and the speed maximum 100kb.

                  I did the recharge of RC 93= 1GB 3G for 30 days validity on 20 oct 2015 through *123# but on 26 oct 2015 the pack automatically expired.
                  I complained 2 time through email and 4 time already on call with c.care. but every time i call they tell they will resolve the problem but they never do anything.
                  Guys never go for tata docomo worth network and worth loyalty towards their customer.

                    Respected sir my no [protected] in your company msg net back rs98 sent for me on 24_10_15 that offer was 750 mb first recharge after 750 was recharge in 72 hrs later in mention that msg so I recharge that back same date but 750 only recharged me after 750 mb not reachargeable so pls resume that net back balance

                      Tata DoCoMo had given me a Fiber Internet connection on Aug 2014 and promised a speed of 10MBPS. After providing the connection for 3 months I realised the speed was not going above 4MBPS. During this period I made many calls to the local dealer and to support center and was given false promise saying the issue will be resolved but it was never resolved. Also I had complained about frequent disconnect that used to happen during morning 10am -12noon every day and it was never fixed till i discontinued the service. The final bill was for Rs.877/- for which when i asked them to provide me more clarity on the charges i was only sent soft copy of bill and never was given an explanation. Finally I had written email to Anilkumar from Tata DoCoMo support manager to provide the details and reason for charging Rs.1250 the bill amount for Fiber connection despite of giving copper 4MBPS connection and then collect the cheque for the outstanding amount and did not hear back from them. I just got a call from one of the advocate in Delhi (his phone number [protected]) asking me to make the payment on 30th Oct 2015. I made the payment the same day and messaged the transaction ID to the same advocate. Tata DoCoMo account number[protected] Payment transaction ID : EHDF[protected] Now I want to lodge a complaint against Tata DoCoMo for cheating me on the speed of internet connection and charging me more for the service provided.

                        24-0ct -2015 10.4 am 44.50 rupees is deduction in my account, i call that after take that complaint 44 rupees is added the account.29-oct-2015 4.09 pm. Today same problem same number u r speaking 47 rupees is deduction in account... My phone is before my desk after one tone message, i see that my phone call cost 47 remaining balance is 3x, i am shocked, i called that 198 is busy i[censored] any problem u mail as, u can check website, after i call that [protected] number i just now my balance is deduction my account why i am telling,. Sir you are speaking isd number so that amount is reduced same problem is coming for two times... After any complaint did not take us 198, if i am told complaint this problem, sir this not complaint that your speaking isd told, i am surely told i am not any call i am before my phone today 121 — is not attend (I[censored] already balance in their did not option in ivrs) 198 — is complaint number but this is only show only available balance check option only customer service.. [protected]-i[censored] speak complaint waiting in senior person connecting after 15 min disconnect the call some times.. I[censored] told why did not coonect the senior person told any other tell me, this problem is not clear after any problem only told.. This is docomo service for the tamilnadu.                         Second time I called mrs Geetanjali recived the call and told me transfer to call my senior ...but . not connected.please take the action and resolved it.

                            Today (29/10/2015) was my last date of data plan. I had about 15MB left in my balance. I used net for some time(around 10AM). They reduced 55 rupees from my data balance. But when checked my data balance I had 3MB left in my data account. With data balance, how can they deduct my main account balance. Even if I used more that 15MB(my initial data balance) they should check whether my data balance is zero before taking money from my main balance. 3MB @ 10ps/10KB is equivalent to Rs.30.72 Please check and issue a refund My tata docomo number is [protected]

                            We would like to inform you that upon checking thoroughly with our records your balance of Rs.58.20/- has been deducted as you have surfed multiple sites (2 sessions) at the same time on dated[protected] at 10:11AM as you have used 17673KB Data. However, being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo, an amount of Rs.58.20/- has been successfully credited to your account as a onetime goodwill gesture with the docket number ABAL[protected] on dated 04-NOV-2015 at 12:55PM. Kindly note that when data balance in the account is less and volume of the content browsed (size of the website) is more than the available data balance, hence for the data usage you will be charged from the main balance at 10P/10KB.

                              M:[protected]. During purchase of sim, it is mentioned on the docket as 1ps/second. But now i am charged the double. I made a complaint to the operator three days back. But still not response. Pl. Look into it and do the needful so that the operator complies accordingly.

                                I have prepaid Docomo mobile connection, Company people called me ( name Arpitha phone no [protected]) to take the postpaid best connection of Rs 299 (including tax everything) plan which is having 13 hours free talk time and 750 MB 3g data every month. Then I agreed and given my documents and Rs.100/ to the executive person named Arjun (phone no. [protected]). at that time I told them activate the sim today (19/10/2015) itself otherwise I dont want the connection. because I am having the balance amount and Internet data in my prepaid sim. She (Arpitha) told that the mobile data and the balance amount of your account is carry forward to the post paid connection.. and in the next coming bill (monthly Rs.299) the amount will be deducted and data can be used. But she did not activate my post paid sim, in the evening she switched off her mobile. Next day I called up them to cancel my post paid connection don't migrate me to post paid connection, they agreed. Next I called up customer care tell them not migrate my number to post paid, but they told without informing you and permission they won't migrate.But after TEN days on 27/102015, night 10:30 pm my sim deactivated, In the next morning I go to Docomo out let and asks the executive person in Richmond circle, he told that my number is migrated to post paid.then they connected me to the Arpitha and her manager Abhishek ( phone no.[protected]) he asks sorry to me about this matter.after long discussion. they told me that use One month this post paid connection after I will migrate to prepaid, and also he told that your prepaid account balance amount Rs.630/ and Internet data 3g balance 3GB will be carry forward to the postpaid connection.and also the Rs 100 which given to executive will be refunded. and don't pay any bill in the first month It will be paid by us ( Arpith and Abhishek) they will bare themselves. But till today 29/10/2015. they wont do anything . If I called them they wont pick my call. Please do the needful action as early as posible.

                                  Hi, I have requested to activate DND around 10 days ago to avoid unwanted messages and calls from marketing people. Now the messages increased. I sent mail to "[protected]@tatadocomo.com" to activate DND again but still issue not solved.Looks like tata docomo guys not interested to activate DND facility. Please help. [protected]

                                    Hi sir/madam, i'm Madhu Sudhana Reddy my tata docomo no is [protected]..Today around 3pm i got message from TA-HUWWAP stating that "i have subscribed to LDR at Rs.99 for 30 days".i din't subscribe anything like that..After coming to know about deduction of money i deactivated that serrvice by dialing 155223... please recharge rs.99 back to my number as soon as possible. CONTACT NO-[protected]

                                    I never used or activated the above mentioned service. Even i don't know what is that LDR service or SDP_WAP mode, how would i enable that. Could you please help me how it will be done w/o my knowledge if its done by me?

                                      Respected Sir/ ma'am, I am rachita pani mob no-[protected]. I haven't subscribed for any LDR service. But yesterday i got message that LDR service has been activated on my no. LDR service has been activated on my no. I want to say that i don't know what kind of service LDR is and how to use it. And i haven't subscribed for any of these services. After that i called customer care and deactivaed the service. So i request you sir/maam that please refund my balance in my no and help me out with it. Yours faithfully Mohan [protected]

                                        How to look "3 ka dum" offers? Is there any USSD?
                                        Me too got the message on my number [protected] & got only 120 MB dada for 4 days.
                                        Very fraud. I am getting this message everyday and hence I recharged it today. But Tata DoCoMo are playing with their customers. very bad.
