I recharged 3g pack which was for 30 days validity, they deducted 95 rs, but they provided internet only for 5 days, now when I called customer care they r telling that I should recharge from outside shop itseems and I should not recharge from my mobile but before recharging they didn't tell all this rules and now customer care people are not even replying me properly, they r talking carelessness that I only did wrong. The worst service...

So DoCoMo charged me a bill wrongly in which they say I used 1GB of internet data. This is not possible because I have a Wi-Fi at home as well as a data pack of 600MB. I asked for an itemized bill and registered a complaint 3 times, the first of which was sent 1 month ago and still no response to any of the complaints.
