Tata is cutting the balance for unnecessary services. Like Reliance, Tata has started such cheap trick to loot the customers. My balance is cut 29/- today and around the same previous 3 months. Tata Docomo: Y so? Y flash msg for 40% illiterate India? You want to loot illiterates' hard earned money?

    Tata DoCoMo network suddenly dropped thru out chennai during cyclone and other network was lil bit working... worst is DoCoMo which completely gone, I am gonna migrate, that network is not an network when its not avail while we need in emergency, service centre is very worst, Vivek is the supervised he disconectd my call, I appreciate ur service, I'll migrate and at least 25 sims I'll migrate ...which my family and frnds r using

      I recharged 3g pack which was for 30 days validity, they deducted 95 rs, but they provided internet only for 5 days, now when I called customer care they r telling that I should recharge from outside shop itseems and I should not recharge from my mobile but before recharging they didn't tell all this rules and now customer care people are not even replying me properly, they r talking carelessness that I only did wrong. The worst service

        So DoCoMo charged me a bill wrongly in which they say I used 1GB of internet data. This is not possible because I have a Wi-Fi at home as well as a data pack of 600MB. I asked for an itemized bill and registered a complaint 3 times, the first of which was sent 1 month ago and still no response to any of the complaints. Today they barred my services for not paying the bill after telling me that they wont cut services until a resolution is provided and they say that they will not resume it until I pay the bill

        I trusted Docomo as its a TATA joint venture, but i was wrong. I ported 2 no. in TATA Docomo. Initially it was all good. And then cam the other side of the face. The started giving false bill. So i converted my one no. to prepaid. But they started billing my other no. with extra amount. Also i shifted my plan from Rs. 299 to Rs. 199 which didn't happen. They made a total bill amount of Rs. 1400 and i finally decide i wont go with Docomo. But after a month of without service they one day call and told that u pay Rs. 1000 and ur service will start and Rs.400 is what they are giving waiver. So i decided i will pay Rs. 1000 and convert to pre paid. But after making the payment they started saying that u will have to pay Rs. 400 to start the service. I didnt had any option i paid and now i am porting to other network. Docomo is a fraud company be aware of this.

          Dear Sir i was regular user of the TATA Photon ANd paid each and every bill on time and with 100 penealty charges, but when i stoped used the TATA photon and visited to vashi brach office at station and requested to them that iwant to stop the TATA photon net they have done something and told that their is system problem it will get done, again i received the next month bill and told them but they denies the service, says call on reg number and requested to them to stop the photon net service, but same happen in next month and got the call when i was at kandivali station, i saw the branch and visited but they told that they have closed but their was person standing in que for new connection i told them the queries but they ask to call on centralized customer care number even they denied to help, after speaking with customer care guys came to know that they have not stop my service he told that now i will not get the call and service will get disconnected, again and again i am getting call for the payment, which service i have not used.i want to file the complaint against the consumer court to harassing me to join the TATA phaeton, i came to know that in life not to use any TATA product in life, if want the harremnet by the tata product..sorry to says but this thing was happen with me and their is no one is to listen our queries only get call for the payment..                       Respected Sir/ ma'am, I am pankaj kumar mob no-[protected]. I haven't subscribed for any LDR service. But yesterday i got message that LDR service has been activated on my no. Before yesterday my balance was 93 rupees. But yesterday 91.54 rupees has been deducted from my balance showing that LDR service has been activated on my no. I want to say that i don't know what kind of service LDR is and how to use it. And i haven't subscribed for any of these services. After that i called customer care and deactivaed the service.                           Hello, I have taken Post paid Tata Docomo service and with 2 days IPlayer VAS got activated without any request and when I called customer care support person has told it will automatically get activated and she is going to deactivate and amount will not be deducted. But when bill came again same thing, IPlayer VAS amount of 30rs has put extra which i dont know what it is. when i called customer again that person is telling pay this time and in next bill it will be refunded. I wrote a mail to [protected]@tatadocomo.com, from there also response is bad without checking previous recorded call, he told you have requested, when i asked for mode of request, there is no response from them till now. w when i try to register complaint in their site "https://www.tatadocomo.com/register-your-complaint.aspx", it always comes as "We are not able to process request."

[protected] of tata DoCoMo on 28th nov.2015 message received that caller tune activated on you mobile & Rs.270/- will be added on next bill . I was shocked to read that message I immediately register complaint to customer care of tata DoCoMo but answer received from them that they will deactivate the caller tune but Rs.270/- will be charged in next bill saying that you have send SMS to customer care for activation of caller tune but Sir, from our side no message was send to then when it has been activated .                                 My tata Docomo postpay mobile no. [protected]. From aug 2015 I am getting excess/inflated bill. When I tried to explain this to their rep. At 121 I am getting only vague reply. Hence this complaint and it is requested to set right this at the earliest in the interest of natural justice.

                                  Hi, I am writing this email to discuss my ongoing dispute with Tata docomo since 3-4 months. I had changed my rental plan in June/July due to exorbitant bills, so I changed to base rental 299 with what’s app free facility only. Again after I started getting exorbitant bills for couple of months I enquired and got to know that my internet pack was activated without my consent. On 17th October (I.e My bill generation date) I went back to Mira –Bhayander tata docomo customer service centre. I told the employees that I want to pay all my bills and convert to Pre paid service. I also told them that today is 17th Oct and My bill generates on this day, so give me the total amount to this date including OCT. They told me the total figure and told me to fill the Prepaid conversion form. I paid the total amount with them, I checked thrice with them, that after this I should not be getting any bills, the employee assured me citing that If any payment was remaining they wouldn't have taken my “Pre paid request form”. Based on their assurance I gave them following things: -Payment for all the bills till 17th OCT. -Filled “Pre paid request form” -Photograph -Document Xerox After all formalities were done I was told that my sim will be converted to prepaid service within few days after call confirmation. Since that day I have been waiting for the call. Instead I got two more fresh bills for Oct and Nov. To which I again raised a complaint with their service on call. Tata Docomo has already earned lots through fraudulent means by activating services without consent on my Number . NOW THEY HAVE DISCONNECTED MY SERVICE WITHOUT CLOSURE OF ANY ONGOING COMPLAINTS

                                    My number is [protected](kar), acc no[protected].i was a docomo postpaid customer, but now ported to idea prepaid.after me porting to idea docomo generated a bill of 152rs the time which i didnt use the network, they forcefully made me paid 152rs by making idea block my incoming and outgoing, after paying docomo didnt inform idea to take off my block

                                      Dear sir, I S. Santosh Vara Prasad, I am using tata docomo postpaid number [protected].One day i called to customer care for internet data pack activation, then he told to me u have already 3gb internet pack, so you can use internet.Then i started using internet, with in 10 days bill amount was inreased.Then i called to customer care & i asked to the guy why is bill amount increased, then he told to me that you dont have internet package, then i shocked, why your customer care guy was told to me you have already internet package thene i started, sorry sir you dont have, you want to activate the pack.So i told to activate the pack.Then how can i pay the extra amount of the nearly 500/- rs, why becuase the customer care guy giving to me wrong information, it was happen.When i called to the customer care that date was not know exactly, but i told one thing that date was between from september-2015 last week to october-2015 1st week.

                                        I had a postpaid connection in Andhra circle in which there was a security deposit of Rs. 1000 in all the bills except for the final bill. I was told every time that the security deposit will be sent to you via cheque at your registered address till the day I have not cleared my pending bill. The day I cleared the final bill I received information that your security deposit is non-refundable. I was promised that it's a refundable deposit at the time of taking connection. However was cheated at the time of disconnection.
