Dear Tata DoCoMo Team, The above is the snapshot of the message I have been receiving from Tata DoCoMo number which neither I can reply or call for.(Already sent mail with snapshot of the same to [protected]@tatadocomo.com) Good God knows if someone really listens.. It has been log time headache for me and now its high time enough that this nonsense has to be stopped. I don't have a DoCoMo Postpaid connection neither in Chennai Circle or any where in India. Yes I do have a Tata Photon that I have been using and that to is a prepaid one. I have had limits to take this nuisance as I have been called end number of times and told to settle the bills and I have been telling the same story that I don't have a connection for which I am being told to pay... Now that it is going beyond the limit tat I have started getting threatening messages to pay it or I will have to face legal consequences.. I would not mind if you would legally go with it showing me the proof of me having taken the Tata DoCoMo Postpaid connection from the company, which I know you would not have. I wanted urge your kind self to refrain from such illegal activities as I also would not mind knocking the legal doors for such fraudulent activity against me and would legally put up a case of mental harassment and threatening. Bring me the proof that I have brought the above said connection from you and have use it if you all have it or else find the right person to be called or sent such messages to. Would not appreciate any further nuisance at all please. Would appreciate your responses only through mails on the same email address.       I have taken a new docomo sim for getting benefit of on net free call for 28 days in STV 88, as my sim was new i called to customer care to confirm that benefit of this STV would be available to me or not and he said yes you will get the benefit. but after getting my recharge done i am still getting charged for on net calls so i called to customer care and they had not given a satisfactory reply and they also blocked me from calling again.

        R/Sir, I recharged my mobile with Rs. 119 from recharge.tatadocomo.com. There is a special recharge For my number, by recharge of Rs 119, I would get 400 MB 3G data and Additional 624 MB 3G data free upto 90 from the date of activation. But after recharge I get only 400 MB data. I called regarding this in the customer care, they said that 624 MB data free only for those whose SIM is less than 90 days old. But in the scheme it is not mentioned that SIM should not be older than 90 days, they mentioned only activation word, it doesn't mean SIM activation, it may mean that I would get 624 MB data whose validity is 90 days from the date of activation of this offer.           Docomo has deducted my main balance and not intimate me this is my mobile number [protected]... Docomo company has deducted rs 250 balance from my main a/c...After having internet balance also... I had just recently port in from idea to docomo this card was in idea more than 10 years... Still i had ported in docomo ...Because i trust docomo than idea... Because in my family all are using docomo total connection in our family is 18 all are prepaid... And unncessary company has deducted rs 250 from my main balance plz it is request to u refund back my balance of rs 250 which was deducted from my main a/c i don't have balance also to talk from my number... It is deeply request to docomo plz refund back my unncessary balance which was deducted

                      Receiving bill from last 3months for more than 1.5k & paid the same from last two months but now I will not pay as they is no action from tatadocomo to change the credit limit where request raised for more than 10 times. As the connection is under CUG tarrif plan has changed for both # w/o informing Need to reverse the amount & waveoff current bill. No proper response from customer service, need immediate action.

                      I trusted Docomo as its a TATA joint venture, but i was wrong. I ported 2 no. in TATA Docomo. Initially it was all good. And then cam the other side of the face. The started giving false bill. So i converted my one no. to prepaid. But they started billing my other no. with extra amount. Also i shifted my plan from Rs. 299 to Rs. 199 which didn't happen. They made a total bill amount of Rs. 1400 and i finally decide i wont go with Docomo. But after a month of without service they one day call and told that u pay Rs. 1000 and ur service will start and Rs.400 is what they are giving waiver. So i decided i will pay Rs. 1000 and convert to pre paid. But after making the payment they started saying that u will have to pay Rs. 400 to start the service. I didnt had any option i paid and now i am porting to other network. Docomo is a fraud company be aware of this.

                        Dear All My mobile No :[protected].I am using tata docomo post paid for the past 3 years. There is so many irregularities in my amount deduction i have recharged with rate cutter for 25p/min.but after making the call there is no effect of rate cutter in bill amount.when i contacted customer care executive he kept the mike mute mode. This is the way tata docomo treating the customers?Kindly dont go for new connection in tata docomo existing subscribers please check your bill amount after each call. Regards Hariharan

                          I have taken a new sim no [protected] on 04th Dec, 2015. I have provided the local reference number as [protected] (Sandip Samanta). He got the call for verification of my details on 05th Dec, 2015. The local verification officers also confirmed that the details are matching (stated by Sandip to me). Today, I visited DOCOMO Outlet at ITPL and got the information that the number provided by me is of retail shop and the number stated is far different from that stated above. I can assure you that the number provided by me is as mentioned above. You can even verify the details written on the back of form. I want the appelate authority to get the issue resolved. I have Sandip as my witness and call logs as proof. Also, I want you to resolve the issue ASAP and get my docomo number activated within 24 hours.

                          SIM Activated after complaining here, Consumer Forum and appellate officer of Karnataka. I don't know how it got resolved but after escalating this matter, issue of carelessness and mental harassment given to the customer, I have my issue resolved.

                              When a recharge centre at naveen electrical, mkn road, Alandur, chennai 600016 contacted for booster service, our request for rs 7 booster is turned down. Says only huge Docomo showrooms to be contacted. This is. A gross violation in case of customer service.

                                I have used photon services till february 2015. i have cleared all my bills and opted for disconnection. several emails came showing the disconnection status but still bills are generated till now(dec 2015). i have not used photon services after february and there is absolutely no data usage after february but still illegal and unethical bills are being generated stating different amount of bills in each months. sometimes it asks to pay R.s. 1000 and after two months they ask to pay R.s. 2000 and now they are asking to pay R.s. 1600 which is totally nonsense. this is very stupid and embarassing fact from a reputed brand company.i surfed the internet only to find out that there are hundreds of similar bill complaints are there from users against tata docomo service especially on grahakseva.com and this site too. several calls are coming and asking me to pay the bill which is completely unethical and illogical since i have not used services after february and still for 9 months they are just embarassing. this is total nonsense from docomo. i want to stop it. i have several emails and messages which clearly state that my services has been disconnected. stil there is this problem of regenration of bills.

                                Tata got a very worst customer satisfaction. i will never prefer to have tata connection again. i don't know why ther are so slow. i dont't know why they are regenerating bills every month after i have stopped the service 9 months ago after clearing all the bills. This is really worst and pathetic service provided by Tata and it really spoils the brand image of Tata

                                  Hi, I am using a tata docomo connection with no. [protected]. From last week onwards tata docomo started activating some fraud services without my consent and deducted 8 rupees each for such services. As soon as I come to know such thing I have send stop messages. When I called the customer care spending 50 Paisa from my pocket they told they will refund the amount in some time but it didn't happened instead they activated another fraud service without my consent. Again I contacted the customer service they told that they will not refund the money and I will have to bare such deductions. Is TRAI aware of such cheating done by fraud telecom companies like tata docomo. What should I do to get back my money. Also where should I approach to go legally against this cheating. Regards, Deen

                                    Hi, I had a Tata Docomo Postpaid Connection for cancellation of which I am writting this application. My post paid No is [protected] and I want to close this number from today on wards as I am going onsite from 10th December 2015 for 2 years. I will be grateful and obilized to you if you kindly close and disengage my Tata Docomo postpaid GSM number ([protected]) by today itself.

                                    As per our conversation over the call on your alternate number, we are really sorry to hear that you have decided to cancel your connection and end this very fruitful relationship we had with you. Kindly note that your cancellation request has been already registered with the docket number[protected] on 08-DEC-2015 16:27:17 PM. Hence, the same is under process. We request you to make a note of this docket number for your future correspondence. Please find cancellation process for the account below:
                                    1. Outgoing services of this number is barred within 72 hours from the day of request registration.
                                    2. Temporary disconnection happens on the 7th day and billing on the above mentioned connection would stop on the 7th day from the date of cancellation request registered.
                                    3. Your total outstanding amount till date is Rs. 28.44/-.
                                    4. The number gets permanently disconnected within 15 days.

                                      Dear sir/madam As per my all telephonic conversation with your telephonic executive I have repeatedly said kindly give me final settlement amount so I can paid it reasons for this I am not use your connection from last 2 to 3 months due to transfer from city but there is no any reply mail from your side as told you can check telephonic record with your executive once again I till given me final settlement amount if I have not use your connection in concern month why should I paid your min retal just tell me?                                         I had done recharge of 110 today morning. Started my mobile data for only Whats app and suddenly 108 rupee got deducted. Not much data was downloaded that can charge 108. My mobile number is [protected] Unnecessary deduction has become often now. I am planning to change service provider.
