The emergency alerts containing the topup and other offers from docomo are coming frequently on my phone. these are like flash messages on the screen. creating inconvenience. I tried to talk to your customer support, but no proper solution was received. please see to it . otherwise if it doesnt stop, i will have to change my service by MNP. number is [protected] karnataka circle.

We tried to speak with you personally on your number. However, the same was not reachable.
We would like to inform you that, in order to stop the flash messages which you are receiving, we request you to turn off the service messages option in the message settings of your handset as Message settings > push/flash/service messages > receiving options > off mode. However you may also visit mobile service center better assistance regarding the same.
Kindly note that the flash message you are receiving is a feature based on handset support. It can be deactivated through the DIVE-IN option available as pop up/push messages in your handset. You will get the deactivation option to cancel this service. If still face any concern kindly check with any handset service center for better assistance.

    i need prepaid out going details of mob no [protected] of manth march and april 15. im doing follow up since june i complaint so many times customer care(121), 198, [protected]@tatadocomo.com, nodal.[protected]@tatadocomo.com, appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com and visited tata docomo store. but i did't got any response. i have sent prepaid bill request bill from my number also but amt deducted to my account and didn't recived bill.customer care executive telling we didn't recived any request. please provide concern team mail ids i can forward all mail conversatation.

    All tata docomo teams with chutiya's people top to bottom they don't know how to provide service.


    I need any hw prepaid call details of month march -15 and april -15.

      I am in unlimited plan of 899.00 / month. From 5.9.15 to 4.10.15 my bill was 4499.00. i have used only for 7 days that too from 11.9.15 to 18.9.15. my number outgoing barred from 18th morning of sept 15. Tata docomo is cheating the poor peoples of India. Please wanted action against this.

        No. - [protected] i am using tata docomo from more than 5 yrs. Earlier your service was nice but from last 2 months you are deducting my money repeatedly. I am 68 year old, i don't want anything in my cell other than to communicate with others. don't activate anything till i say in written. If you would be unable to do so then i have bound to use services of other companies. you have taken nearly rs. 200. I hope i will get my money back.

          I am using Tata DoCoMo since more than 5 years. they are so misleading. i am getting a msg for a spcl recharge of ₹ 69 for data pack. but when i recharge with this amount (thru a retailer), it says " invalid recharge amt". evn custmer cwre is so misleading abt this. they are confusing me from last 3 days..abt this. its so harassing..

            I got a new sim card of tata docomo 2 days back and its still not activated. I got It from The Mobile Store and they charged me 100 rs for it saying i will get 80 talktime when the card is activated. heres the no of the new sim card : [protected]

              I received the message about special internet recharge on[protected] at 1.38 pm for my docomo number [protected]. But if I try to recharge it shows invalid unsuccessful. I called the customer care they said we don't have any updates. So I put a complaint here. Please solve this issues. I attached screen shot of that message . I get fake offers more than 2 times.

                I would like to bring to your esteem notice, how Tata Docomo forcing to pay with out providing proper service. Below are the details of technical complaint raised on 30th Jan'[protected]. There was a visit by Tata Docomo Engineer and the finding are as below, "Indoor coverage is weak and the tower in the locality is under maintenance. Issue to be resolved in 2 -3 months." Report Date: 20th Feb 2015 Even in this situation with out using the service, I have made payment of INR 730/- on 21st Feb'15 INR 727/- on 22nd March'15 There was no improvement nor the call from Tata Docomo on the technical service. I completely stopped using Tata Docomo service and I reached their customer service center in Vashi but they advise to call on customer care number. What should customer do and what is the use of customer service center when they do not entertain even after personal visit. I raised a complaint on #[protected] Dt. 24th Aug'15 for refund of Feb and March'15 payment. I have received SMS from Tata docomo on 5th Sept confirming resolve of complaint #[protected]. So I was under the impression that Tatadocomo is refunding my money. Suddenly now receive notice to pay further bills. I fail to understand, how Tata Docomo can ask consumer to pay bill even though their own engineer finding are not in their favour.

                    I am Akash Vispute and My TATA DoCoMo number is [protected]. Rs 99 have been deducted from my balance on 19th October 2015. I got a message from TA-HUWWAP stating that " Vcomics is activated at Rs 99 for 30days.To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to155223(Free)" and Rs 99 was deducted. I have DND activated and I have not activated any such service by any means. I am using Tata DoCoMo from 2010. I never go through such situation during this period. If I can't my balance, then I'll register a complaint about you in consumer office. This is my last warning! Kindly look into the matter and help me to get refund of my balance. As I belong from a middle cast family.

                      I have been a customer of tata docomo since 3 or 4 years the time i buyed a tata docomo sim since today the service is been worst. No network . No representative speaks properly on customer care number and the worst part is they represtative sitting thier to support thier customer transfers your call to a blank help desk where no one is there to answer you or to help you . After paying for a service every month for thier internet pack or wether its a normal recharge we people dont get a proper service why it so i believe its a scam going into our country where no one is there to listen to you. They just get there customer money and provide them 0% service .

                            Very poor service. and the speed is not the actual speed we activate in our plans. Its not even 30% speed of the actual speed plan activated. I would recommend all to stop using tata photon data card . The solution i get from customer care for my concern is "please stop using photon data card if you are not satsfied" This is very rude.

                                I have been receiving Tata Docomo Legal Department calling repeatedly and harassing About a bill payment issue on my broadband ([protected]) . Last December wen i was in chennai i put up a request to temporarily close the connection and still i have been billed for jan and feb . And i vacate the place in January. So basically i was not using from January. Still later on . Last month I received a call from customer care asked for bill payment . I explained the situation . Now i have been getting calls from legal department with such a bad tone calling repeatedly and harassing. And i was forced to pay it even though I didn't use . Is it the way tata does things ? Is it the way you care your costumer . These people don't even care what the situation was . And they blabbering about legal things and threatening.

                                  Hi there, My mobile no is [protected]. Today I got a message from my service provider that I was charged Rs. 28.59 for subscription of LDR for 6 days. I didn't know what the service is for and I haven't activated anything. After getting message i called 155223 and deactivated the service immediately. Please check and ensure that my money is refunded. Thank you

                                    I have taken docomo postpaid connection in the month of february by paying 300rs as depposit and the people and website said/states that it will be refunded in every alternative bill for 3 months(i.e=100*3 months) and now itss october and i am paying my bill every month but i didnt get any such reduction in my bill

                                      On 16/10/2015, services provided deducted 70 Rs. from my main balance. I called customer care and asked the money back, they plainly refused to refund and used foul language. I asked for Head office address but he plainly said that it is somewhere in mohali.

                                        I am Chandrani Mitra and My TATA DoCoMo number is [protected]. Rs 59.48 have been deducted from my balance on 15th October 2015. I got a message from TA-HUWWAP stating that " Vcomics is activated at Rs59.48 for 30days.To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to155223(Free)" and Rs 59.48 was deducted. I have DND activated and I have not activated any such service by any means. I am using Tata DoCoMo from 2009. I never go through such situation during this period.

                                        Kindly look into the matter and help me to get refund of my balance. As I belong from a lower middle cast family it will be grateful if I get refund of balance & I don’t even use the service for a moment, you can check it from my number’s account.
