About Mobile Bill and Service

I am in unlimited plan of 899.00 / month. From 5.9.15 to 4.10.15 my bill was 4499.00. i have used only for 7 days that too from 11.9.15 to 18.9.15. my number outgoing barred from 18th morning of sept 15. Tata docomo is cheating the poor peoples of India. Please wanted action against this....

Frequent money deduction

No. - [protected] i am using tata docomo from more than 5 yrs. Earlier your service was nice but from last 2 months you are deducting my money repeatedly. I am 68 year old, i don't want anything in my cell other than to communicate with others. don't activate anything till i say in written. If you would be unable to do so then i have bound to use services of other companies. you have taken nearly rs. 200. I hope i will get my money back....

Fake offer messages and poor customer care service

I am using Tata DoCoMo since more than 5 years. they are so misleading. i am getting a msg for a spcl recharge of ₹ 69 for data pack. but when i recharge with this amount (thru a retailer), it says " invalid recharge amt". evn custmer cwre is so misleading abt this. they are confusing me from last 3 days..abt this. its so harassing.....

About fake offer messages

I received the message about special internet recharge on[protected] at 1.38 pm for my docomo number [protected]. But if I try to recharge it shows invalid unsuccessful. I called the customer care they said we don't have any updates. So I put a complaint here. Please solve this issues. I attached screen shot of that message . I get fake offers more than 2 times....

Service is very poor

Very poor service. and the speed is not the actual speed we activate in our plans. Its not even 30% speed of the actual speed plan activated. I would recommend all to stop using tata photon data card . The solution i get from customer care for my concern is "please stop using photon data card if you are not satsfied" This is very rude....

Very bad 3g service for mobile internet

I am Girish with number [protected] have top up for 3G mobile Internet with 1.5 GB paid 399 Rupees valid for 30 days. With your very bad network I am unable to get proper internet most of the time. There will be atleast half o[censored]sage I.e 750 Mb which will go as waste or my money of 75 rupees due to bad unavailable internet service. This is always concern....
