My no.is [protected]. I activated a rate reducing pack on 24 Oct 2015 for Rs 29 which was valid for 28 days I.e. until 22nov 2015. Everything was fine till yesterday night (21 Nov 2015) 9:02pm when I made an STD call which was 52min 4secs long and I was charged around ₹52 for that when I should have been charged ₹ 12-13, given that rate reducing pack was still active. I immediately called customer care told him the issue. He said I will connect u to the senior but after 9mins gave an inactive no. [protected] and said that its Maharashtra customer care no. call them. Since the no. was inactive I called DoCoMo care again but as always they blocked my calls to customer care (its the strategy, one can try to verify it). Moreover, I am still being charged heavily for my calls despite my rate reducing pack active. I have lost around ₹50. I used voda for 3 yrs in a different state, and their service was pretty impressive. If this issue is resolved in next few days then its ok otherwise i will have to say "TATA"--- DoCoMo coupled with an aware customer's frustration.

We would like to inform you that, upon checking thoroughly with our records there are no such discrepancy found on your number you have been charged for calls as per your usage and you can get the all outgoing call details and data usage for your number through the prepaid bill by sending an SMS as PREPAIDBILL to 121 from your mobile number, an amount of Rs.25/- will be deductable from the main account balance for this facility which gives you last one month details. Hence I request you to maintain minimum balance of Rs.25/- before sending the SMS.

    I am a tatadocomo user, on 22nov i rechargerd my sim with 398 ruppees plan .but according to plan i should get 398 ruppees and1GB data but i got 325ruppees and 1GB data.once i asked the customer care they replied the plan is already changed but there is no information regarding the change of plan either to dealer or customers.this led to a loss of 73ruppees to me.due to there fault i am q sufferer.plz kindly do the needful.

        In my last three month bills data charges shown are very high. On complaint with 121, it was informed that my monthly bill plan was changed, due to which I have to pay 1 paisa for 1kb of data usage. As per bill, I hardly used 100 MB data for which the bill amount is Rs.1000/- which is most inappropriate. So requested them to consider as per old plan and bill my usage. But the are not agreeing. I tried to lodge a on-line complaint, but site is showing timed out message.

          Hi, I was using tata docomo number. I port it idea. In my October month bill they have charged Rs. 125 for internet pack which is for 1GB usage. I have used used less than 1 GB usage then it should be Rs.0 as they already charged rental for it. In bill they have charged Rs. 10 paise/10kb which is incorrect. My bill cycle was 25 Oct 2015 but my number has been ported to idea on 16oct 2015 itself. I already paid extra rs.260 in September 2015 bill so that they should not hold portability of number. Now I received message that my idea service will get interrupted if I do not pay bill This is really fraud.

          I received call from tata Docomo executive that due to technical issue wrong bill amount generated and it will get deduction.

            I am using Tata Docomo prepaid connection mobile no [protected] for the past 5:years. Suddenly on 07-nov-2015 I am unable to call or receive any more, I was surprised and called customer care. I was told to submit address and id proof documents. But how come without any notice the service will be disconnected just like that ? We told that we have not received any intimation regarding this, the reply was "sorry for that". I approached the Tata Docomo Service center @ rajajinagar, Bangalore. I was told that they cannot help and told to visit main branch in Richmond circle or send a mail.When I approached them again on 14-Nov 2015 they told that you number is disconnected. This is a shock to me. when i contact them through mail got a reply that connection has been disconnected for violation of trai regulations.It says i have used my number for comercial purpose.In my entire lifetime i have never been in to commercials.How can they claim so? Tata is proving to be a fraud company.They have found a new loophole in the system.Randmly disconnecting the connections.I urge their representatives to look into this matter and re activate my number. First thing without any intimation the number is barred from the service and disconnected. We lost the number and the balance amount init. When we question the Service center guys, they behave very badly . completely non co-operative. They was saying "take it lite and go for new connection", was this a kind of reply to the customer. The mobile numbers will be linked to Bank accounts and many more services, how can these people just disconnect without any reason or prior notice. When i called that customer care, it was more worst response. They just disconnected without giving reply. I lost number, lost money and had to hear and face stupid people representing Tata DOCOMO. I realized that the TATA DOCOMO Service is WORST. Let's imagine with this practice how much money DOCOMO is making by just disconnecting without intimation and without helping consumers.

                  Hi,

                  I have been using tata photon wifi for more than a year. After an year, the speed has been reduced drastically and I was unable to use the data. I filed complaint several times and They said it is their network issue and it will be resolved in 7 days. Even after many days I didnt find any improvement and So I opted for closure. After that they have completely suspended the data and I could not use a single byte of it.

                  They took 14 days to close the connection and the wifi never got connected. But I received a bill for that 14 days of Rs.380/- and the Data Usage in the Bill was 0 MB (Please find the attachment). I said I cannot pay the rent for the data which I never used. Now they have prepared a legal notice for Rs.380 /-. Should I pay the amount or I can submit the bill somewhere for the justice?

                      According to Tata( photon) company the speed of internet that they provided is minimum 2 Mbps but I am getting only.01 Mbps. And even their appellate members are also use less like their executives. They only giving excuses to their customers and make them fool. when I start with it then the speed was O.k. but from last 15 days the speed is too poor to use it. And the company told me that they don't know when their service will be fine. And after 4 days they will send me bill. kindly assist me in this matter.

                        I had registered an complaint on 24.10.2015 . that i not getting proper 3g network in Ashram road (Ahmadabad) so on what basis you are charging ? i not get any proper answer from customer care Executive and also in the mail also i had not get any satisfied reply from the Tata Docomo . when i called 18.11.2015 on the same issue so one of customer care employees Mr. Jitesh Keswani as he told that your complaint has been closed and the answer is that my phone found not reachable . Even he agreed that in your area only 2g Connectivity is available so i my Question is if that if 2g network is available so on what basis they charge according on 3g ?Am having 2 Question with service provider . 1) Without Customer confirmation how can they close the complaint ? 2) If 2g network is available so why they taking charges of 3g Network ?

                          When i checked my best offers from my Tata Docomo Sim... (as i do usually before recharging).. it showed 1GB 3G in 99rs. ( i have recharged this offer previously too but on my another tata docomo sim).
                          When i recharged that offer of 99rs.. i just got 512mb.. concerned i called customer care and then they said that extra benefits will be added within 48 hours.
                          After 48 hours i contacted customer Care again as i didnt received my benefits. So they said there were some problems.. ( their best offers were updating) and that offer was not valid on my sim.
                          But if the offers were updating then why did they shown that offer.
                          I have screenshot of that offer.. it had never happened previously.. this is the first time docomo has cheated..
                          I have something same complaint with idea too and i have proof(screenshot) of it too.

                            I got a call from Tata Docomo saying that there is a special offer for 'call me tune' service. Its a festival offer and giving only for selected customera. Its completely free for one year. I asked them, is there any hidden cost or somthing. But tgey ensured that its absolutly free for one year and asked me to press a number for activation. But got the amount billed for this month. I contacted customer care and now they saying that there is no such free offers.

                              Most of the time, I do online transaction, it is failing. I have high speed net and I am not facing this issue with any other online shopping sites. I never get a response for my complaints in the assured 48 hours. When ever I contact via mail or phone, they tell me that I will get call with in 48 hours. I lost money on 8th August. Now It has been already 3 months, 9 days. Still my complaint remains unsolved.Every time they tell that they have escalated my case.If this is the case, I don't understand the meaning of escalation. I haven't experienced such a poor quality customer service from any others as the one offered by DoCoMo.Very irresponsible.

                              Every time I send mail, they call me only after 2-3 weeks. Then they ask me to send some bank document or something. Next time when I call, they tell me that they couldn't find the document and send it again. But I am sure they are getting it because when I send the mail, I am getting automated response from them.

                                I travelled on Satara - Pune Stretch yesterday, it took about 4 hours to cover the distance.

                                Was just not able to figure out why do we have to pay for Toll for these kind of roads & facilities? We have been too tolerant on all this.

                                The staff on toll at ked shivapur toll booth (are not just indifferent but extremely rude for any discussion on this. This reminds of days when there was only one telephone company ( MTNL/BSNL).

                                Why should citizens don't have option to choose roads which are with Toll & without toll? As a tax payer are we not funding inefficiencies?

                                Note: PS Toll Company managing ked shivapur toll booth needs to be out of business, was at this booth at about 10.30 pm

                                  Hi, I am using tata docomo, my mobile no is [protected], I had the very bad network coverage in tata docomo in chennai city. So I was decided to change my network to Aircel using Mobile Network Portability ( MNP ). My request was sent from Aircel to Tata docomo. The is no more outstanding to my mobile. But still the tata docomo peoples will not close my connection to activate the new Aircel network, I was spoke several times with customer care they not answered properly.

                                    Hello, I had transferred my service provider from Aircel to TATA DOCOMO for my cell no. [protected]. I am not getting 3G Service. I had tried to contact customer service, but it is very pathetic to contact them.One guy who has picked the call was saying that Tata docomo do not provide 3G Service although I had used Aircel 3G service on TATA Docomo network.Please do the needful.                                       My tata docomo mobile No is [protected]. On 04/11/15 I got offer of Rs 93/- for 1 GB 3G data for 30 days validity. I opted for the same, & the dialogue box asked me to press 5 for subscription from mobiles existing balance. after subscription i got only 07 days validity instead of 30 days. On 11/11/15 also I got the same offer and subscribed for Rs 93/- offer and got 7 days validity only. On 11/11/15, I approached customer care executive and lodged my complaint. He told it will be activated within 72 hours but not. Again I approached Mr Saseem, customer care executive on 14/11/15. He also told it will be activated with 72 hours. Again I approached on 15/11/15, a lady customer care executive told that this subscribed from your mobile existing balance, so it is not entitled for 30 days validity. Nothing is there like that. In this connection the screen shot taken is attached for ready reference.

                                      My complaint is not resolved till now. It may be resolved by your customer care executives, but their behaviour are not positive. Kindly motivate them to listen the customers actual problems & resolve.

And they activated roaming pack instead of internet pack . And i recently port my this no. To your company and it was very bad experience for me and i registerd a complaint and no feedback is given .
