Hi Team My Tata docomo modem number is (photon plus) [protected] My customer relationship number is[protected] I have used this a year back and I have done settlement payment when I have stopped using this I got settlement amount mail recently as a defaulter stating that they will proceed for legal action if amount is not paid I am afraid as the customer contact number is not working and the legal cell is not reachable My current contact number is [protected] Unfortunately I misplaced this transaction slip of last payment as it is almost a year Can you please help in this regard Thanks Veerendra

My Tata docomo modem number is (photon plus) [protected] ..

As your customer care not able to contact I am really afraid as I am not able to avail the discount facility from tatadocomo
also this wrong communication like in the complaint I have updated my mobile number and you people searching for the registered mobile number which is old and disconnected one this will delay closure of the issue

As per communication earlier
I need the following information
1. Last payment details with in your records
2. Services disconnection requested date:
3 services disconnected on:date and amount payable for tata docomo at the time of disconnection of the service

The mail which is sent by TATA Docomo is ordered to pay the due amount of 3600 missing all the above information
with out the above information the customer care executive told there is no such tracking facility available with them
Then now my question is how the bill amount of 3600 is showing 3600 in their records and making me as a defaulter
Unfortunately I have moved from bagalore to channai and chennai to bangalore twice so I don't have that bill reciept whic hi have payed Rs 900 as settlement amount at the time of connection closure

Frauds! No service, no cooperation, just asking for money that too in a harsh tone! Is this a zamindari system wherein one gotta pay even if no 1 from tata comes to resolve the issue and the customer suffers by not getting any connection untill the end? Its tata who forces the customer to quit using its services by giving no connection and then yells for payment!

      As per the discussion over the call. We would like to inform you that as per checking our records we found that the amount of Rs. 2/- on[protected] has been deducted from your main balance is due to the activation of a VAS service (music) on your number.

      However, the deducted amount of Rs. 17.95/- has been credited in your account with request number: ABAL[protected] and further note that the VAS service on your number has been deactivated as per your request.

      Also be informed to avoid balance deductions on your number for VAS services you need to deactivate the service by dialing the number 155223 from your Tata Docomo number.

        In December 2013 i have paid my bill by cheque and told their customer executive Mr. Mruitunjay at Gorakhpur office to disconnection of number but number is not disconnected. After that i have paid bill two times. On 25-August-2014 they are treating my calling me to file the court case aganist me (called number [protected]). I am telling again and again that i have NOC letter issued my company on 21-August-2014 still they are treating me. So, Please help me. I belong to reputed family.

          mt tata docomo nuber is [protected] . at 24/08/2014 i requested 5 rs gprs pack and get message your service will be activted with in 3 hour but upto 4 hour my service is not activated then i recharge 298 special pack and get 200 rs talk time and 1.5 gb 3g net then i use upto 20 min and my get msg 5rs gprs pack now activated and also check my 3g data balance which is 32 mb then i calll to customer care they told me u have use 286 mb then i ask where is my remaining that is my actual balance should be 1251 mb they agree and talk to thir senior person but senior person don't attend me then calll again but they don't receive my call .next day i chech my balance which is 30 mb but my actual balance is 1251 mb .i call them but they cut my call.i get my fair data balance

            I Snehashish Suraneni bearing a tata Docomo number [protected], wants to remove the connection as Docomo is creating a lot of inconvenience. Whenever I call customer care to disconnect the connection they say the application is down.why do you play with customers?I demand the tata Docomo to adjust approximate billing amount with security deposit and disconnect the postpaid connection and deactivate the sim card.I demand for this and it need to be disconnected.

              i want to delete the account, neither on the net this company(tata docomo) has provided a way to deactivate the account nor they themselves are deactivating the account . i went to the centre many a times to get my number and my net deactivated but tata docomo is not doing so. they are increasing the bill unessarily every month .THEY GAVE THE SIM AND TATA PHOTON WIFI POSTPAID and said that they will turn it into prepaid after 3 months and now more than 4 months have passed and they are not even making it prepaid and neither they are deactivating the account .the net speed is also very poor .NOW I AM FRUSTATED AND JUST WANT TO DEACTIVATE OUR ACCOUNT I dont wont to take a headache, the service of tata docomo is extremely poor and very disappointing . THE FIRST BILL WAS OF RS. 735 THEN THE NEXT BILL WAS OF RS.800 THEN THE BILL REACHED RS.1132 THEN THE BILL CAME TO RS.1637 THEN THE BILL came to rs.1604, they are unessarily increasing the bill, i just want to get rid of these two things i.e. sim and tata docomo wifi. IN ADDITION TO THAT I PROVIDED THEM WITH ALL THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO GET THE ACCOUNT DEACTIVATED, they took the documents and said that within 3 days my account will get deactivated but a whole month passed but no sign of deactivation has come

                Hiiii I am sangita sahoo.My tata docomo number is [protected]. I recharged 123 balance in the date of 20th aug 2014. But that not working till now. i also called customer care services for request my complaint. But that time he tell that its a misconversation and it will not chargable after this time. But till now the my balance is not working cutting my balance and when i tired to call a customer service but engaged occure. Please refund my balance and activate my free balance.

                  Hello Team, The issue is with Photon Max device not getting Photon Max signal at all. I roamed across Pune with the device plugged in my car to check if there is Max signal anywhere in Pune. However the device never locked on Max signal. When I asked customer care and Docomo gallery people they confirmed that there is no Photon Max coverage in Pune. However the website clearly states that Pune is a city with Max coverage (http://www.tatadocomo.com/photon-max-network-coverage.aspx?iframe) Can you please confirm whether Pune is having Max signals? And is there a place in Pune where the device can be tested with Photon Max signal.

                    I purchased a Tata Photon 3G connection ( number.-[protected], Account no[protected] on Mar 2014 under 5GB @ Rs.2500 quarterly annual rental plan initially. I got the connection disconnected 2nd Aug 2014 on which I asked the customer care representative that if there are any extra charges and I will not have to pay anything after that, the representative confirmed it. Afterwards I received a bill of Rs.1999( bill no -- [protected]) on 23rd Aug as the full and final settlement bill (via email), which included 1650 as churning out fee When asked the customer care again and they told me that as I have disconnected the connection before six months, I have to pay a churn out fee. Let me re-iterate that when I was purchasing the connection, the shopkeeper did not mention any churn out fee clause, also the pamphlets that were given to me did not contain any such *T&C. In addition to this, when I was disconnecting the connection the customer care representative never mentioned about any churn out fee associated with it even when I kept on asking them for any additional fees for disconnection during several interactions via phone and email. This is very unprofessional & shocking behavior by Tata Photon and it shows a lack of transparency in their dealings. It also shows how its representatives are hiding facts and misguiding the customer in order to extort additional money. I would request Tata Photon team look into this issue.                     As per our discussion over call, please be informed if any photon connection is disconnected before Six months of the activation then in time of deactivation there is an additional fee of Rs.1650 adds up to the bill.

                    We would like to inform you the extra charge in your bill is the Churn Out Fee for Six months. The activation date for your photon connection was 28th March 2014 and the disconnection date was 9th August 2014. Hence the connection was active for less than Six months which caused the Churn Out Fee to be with the final bill.

                      I had taken a 3 months plan from a Mr. Sanjay Jadhav (Phone No: [protected]) who had asked me to pay Rs. 4999/- in 2 cheques foe device charge (Rs. 2700) and Photon Connection charge (Rs. 2200).

                      My 3 months are now complete and I have applied for surrender. However, they are now asking for a Churn-Out fees of Rs. 1600/-. This was not informed to me earlier either by the Customer Care or by Mr. Jadhav.

                      I am at a complete loss as I am short of money and cannot pay such hidden charges. Also the internet is filled with complaints against such low standards of corporate governance adopted by the Tatas. Request you to kindly address my issue.

                      1) Disconnection request:

                      We would like to inform you that we have received your concern of withdrawing the disconnection request which was raised on 23rd August 2014 with service request number[protected] to avoid exit fee charges in your account in a priority basis to resolve it at the earliest and we are working for the same, hence we request you to kindly co-operate with us. We will get back to you shortly.

                      02) Safe custody information:

                      We would like to inform you that we can keep your connection in Safe Custody according to the below mentioned features.

                      I. Connection status will be suspended within the period.
                      II. Safe Custody facility can be availed up to 90 days.
                      III. All billed/unbilled amounts should be cleared.
                      IV. Charges for the service is Rs.75 per month.
                      V. Within Safe Custody period billing will be stopped.
                      VI. Connection will be reconnected automatically after Safe Custody period.

                      Please be informed that the advance rental for 3 months will be completing on 9th Sept 2014 for your above mentioned Tata Photon account, hence rental charges will be levied from 10th Sept 2014. Please do notify us 2 days in advance so that we can process the Safe Custody activation request to stop further billing.

                        Has taken the Photon WIFI dongle & has been three days not got even a single call, msg, or mail regarding the purchase or any information regarding the activation. before purchasing the device got around 6 mails, 4 msg, and 2 calls daily for purchasing the device & after purchasing not even a single communication was placed.. even after calling the customer care they are not giving any proper response. service man.. service..

                          My mobile number is [protected] tonight I called a toll free number 58558 but I don't response. The amount of rupees 35 has been deducted from my balance and service has been activated but I don't want any type of services in my number . I called to customer care to deactivate the service and ask for refund then He hold the line for 7 to 8 minutes and disconnected the call . After it I was trying to call again then the customer care were busy .

However, in case of any failure transactions the amount will be credited back to the account within 5 to 7 working days from the date of recharge.

                                Jaipal Singh Sehrawat Docomo Account Number[protected] Photon NUmber: [protected] My account had been suspended around last week of March, please refer to service Request NUMBER[protected]status - resolved), I had not used this internet connection after this & all outstanding bills were settled before suspension. Even after all these I kept getting emails reminders & calls to pay the bill...I was frustrated. So I have raised another complaint service number[protected]th August) about it and one of your representative told me that its mistake from Tata Docomo side and outstanding amount will be settled in next two days & you do not need to pay any amount as you have not used the device. Today I am getting email from ap.[protected]@tatatel.co.in and I am shocked its legal notice about outstanding amount of 2536 rupees...WTF...and my account still shows outstanding amount, even after 2 service request.                                 Tata just busy to fool people and snatch away money under the pretext of due payment of bills! Bills for what? When a customer is not getting any signals cant use internet, that time where are your customer care people? And after disconnecting the number, then comes your people to threaten customer to sue them. Legal notice my foot! Are you gonna get a clean chit by fooling aware customers? I dont think so. First protect your company, then come and sue me. You are most welcome. Have evidences ready as i have mine which shows you are at fault!

                                  My number Tata Docomo [protected].. They automatically deducted around 189 Rs on 14th August 2014 without any reason. This is fraud. When reported, they only say they are looking into it. Customer care just gives computerised answers. Never expected such cheating and fraud from a reputed company with the name of Tata. It is a shame that Ratan Tata is defrauding and cheating Indian people with such illegal activities. It is a real shame. I registered complaint on grahak seva, there they reply they will compensate with 100 Rs. As I, their regular customer. What a joke ??? They i have use multiple browsing ...but still data was remain ...how they can cut their balance from main balance ??? Its all fraud is going on... Corrupt people...ratan tata should look into this ...many people are having same complaint...

                                    My TATA DOCOMO mobile number is [protected]. I had recharged with Rs.249 smart plan which gives Rs.200 Talktime and 1 GB 3G. My balance of nearly Rs.187.75 get deducted by tata docomo server but I have still 1.66MB remaining in my 3G account. Please refund my wrongly deducted balance and if any correct balance deduction is done then send me the details of the deduction in pdf format and send me the reason why I have still 1.66 MB data remaining and your server deducted money from my main balance and not from the remaining data balance.

                                      Dear sir / Madam, I had requested to close my TATA photon number [protected] & on request received a Full & Final settlement letter for a total due amount of Rs. 1100/- which was paid by me through net-banking on very next day. The payment confirmation was received on my email ID registered with them. Despite the payment receipt & NOC lying with me, the TATA customer care official are asking to pay the next bill cycle amount & denying the authenticity of NOC & payment receipt. In this regard, I have tried enough to get in touch with Mr. Sanjay Tikku on the number[protected] as provided by TATA CC executive but all in vain as the number is as usual un-answered. Although I have emailed them the complete detail on appllateauthority.[protected]@tatatel.co.in but have not received any reply for metter resolve.                                         We regret to inform that We are having 2 a/c with Tata Docomo( 3 connection in each a/c) vide No.[protected])[protected]. generally 2 lines out of 3 in each are being completely dead, we have already lodged complaints several times in past but every time no response/solution given by docomo. we have also tried to contact higher authority but from customer care one by one line forwarded but result is nil till date. We have tried also to contact local authority but their phones/cell no replied .

                                        Kindly help us to solve the matter otherwise we have to compailed to surrender all these connections.
