I am Abhishek and i am using tata docomo for more dan 01 years but its the second time that the amount of Rs 30 have been deducted form my balace for feng shui pack which was not subscribed by me. 1st time it got activated on 22.02.2011 and rs30 have been deducted from my accont. I tried to deactivate the service but got no response for this. its a cheating with the customers and i kindly request you to take against them to deactivate dis service and refund all the amount that was deducted from my account. Kindly do it asap, or else I will report it to consumer forum.

    im tata docomo user past 2 years, my number is [protected]. when i dial *232*1# i getting my best offer . in there i getting 13rc get 300 Mb internet, i try to so many time recharge its fail . so many time call customer care, but not getting proper response, so kindly provide me that offer (13RC 300 MB for 15day valitdy)

      Once again I am facing this issue. The Worst ever service providers I have seen is TATA DOCOMO. Are you doing this to lose the customers..? Before my data pack get finished how did you deducted my 170Rs Account balance to zero. And the thing is IK was out of station where I could not even recharge. I sue TATA DOCOMO. Very unhappy. Dont know how others are using this but i really started hating it.

      I am afraid to recharge... Don't know when again DOCOMO will rob my money...
      I got the call from customer care.. The way he is responding is became my bigger concern now... whenever I try to speak to him, he laughs at customer and he says we are doing favor by refunding money which is My money... These people ruining company as well as the customer. After all this my money is still not refunded.
      And he suggests me not to use Internet data further... Is that the way to behave with a customer...? Ruthless...

        I had ported my number recently to Tata DoCoMo from Airtel. As per rules, I am supposed to pay the last bill of my previous service provider and submit the receipt to Tata. On Wednesday, my service was disconnected as I had not submitted the receipt of the final bill payment that I made to Airtel. I had paid my final Airtel bill by credit card and I submitted the transaction id to the Tata DoCoMo centre at Fort on Thursday. The customer representative said he has sent it to the concerned department and I will get my service resumed soon. However, on Saturday night, my service was again disconnected and when I called the customer call centre, they said it was due to my not having submitted the receipt or transaction id of my last payment to Airtel. Clearly, the customer service representative has completely messed up everything. I am completely fed up with Tata service and 100% I am going to port out my number to Vodafone after the end of the 6 month minimum waiting period. THEY ARE COMPLETELY USELESS AND INSENSITIVE TO YOUR COMPLAINTS!!!

        I am a holder of broadband connection with A/C no:[protected] mentioned in the subject line.

        The connection started working on 31 January, 2015

        The connection was barred, as some documents (which their sales person did not tell me, were needed) were short. I wasn't even informed that the connection is barred and had to call the customer care to find it out myself.

        I then cooperated with the documents needed by them, which i have sent multiple times, but even after 72 hours of internet down time and at least 10 calls to customer care and a few escalations, the connection is not yet restored.

        Every time I call the customer care, they keep telling me that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours, for the past 3 days.!

          I contacted customer care about one complaint, cc person said that my voice is braking and not audible, so I disconnected and tried again but all the time whole day I got automated reply that all their customer care executive are busy and e-mail my problem to their address. This is not first time before this I consulted cc care call disconnected and same story repeated for one balance deduction complaint. (Will refuse to refund for being late to for complaining, and they wont attend any call from my number for two days), they are avoiding customers without giving any resolution all the time like this.             my mobile no. is - [protected] (punjab) today i bought new iphone 5 ! when i insert my docomo gsm prepaid sim in it ! docomo deduct 5rs ! i though may b its a confirmation sms to iphone (in US ) thats why 5 rs (international sms ) deducted .. ok fine !! after few hour again they deducted 5 rs ! few hour more it again happen :/ now i just fed up to deducting my money :/ i lost around 20-25 rs in this stupid problem ! please docomo block this number and tell me what is this happening to me ! i tried so many times to call customer care but as usual it didn't work for me ! PLEASE DOCOMO DO SOMETHING ! tell me its my phones fault or something else ! call me !

                  Am Avinash. My mobile number is [protected]. I got message from "TA HUWWAP ". They deduct 75+14 rupees from my main balance. I register one complaint in 198 coustamer care. But they refund only 30 rupee. Please register my complaint and give my money back.

                      I am dinesh from Visakhapatnam, on Wednesday I paid 1200 rupees to executive person of tata docomo broadband for new connection and he said that you will get connection within 48 hour and there is no need to pay extra charges.yesteday he called me to pay advance for new connection in our office.In office nobody was there and even his team manager also are not lifting their phone and such a worst responds from office.even a single person is not available today when I went to office in morning and they postponed to Monday.I am very unhappy with executive person and their services.I want my money back

                          Dear Complaints officer I have used some mobile no- [protected] on my name from last 4 years some time ago i portability to tata docomo (tata teleservice ) and we have working our some portal -www.link4loans.com and some other portal have tie-up with for authenticate data and their on permission from call and sms .but yesterday i have sms on some mobile no which is authenticate data and my mobile no (sim card ) immidaite disconnected from tata docomo this total unfair as customer without intimation and warning thats why my connectivity very loss from tata docomo .pls veryfiy may complaints & suggestion for problem resolve .

                            Dear Sir, last year i have purchased a TATA Photon MAX (TATA PHOTON MAX A/C No.[protected] with a plan of Rs. 999 (6 GB + Unlimited plan), where sales executive had assured that it will run with a speed of 6.1 mbps and covering all over India, but as soon i plugged it was not running with mentioned speed and during business tour it loss his network even in Vasai area, after lots of complain not getting a proper reply, so after trying for few month, i had contact to costumer care no. Were they have suggested to migrate to lower plan of Rs. 750 per month (1.5 GB + unlimited plan) with a plan (6.1mbps speed for 1.5 GB & thereafter 64kbps) at the initial i was getting a bill of Rs 750 + Tax. But after a use of 2-3 month they have send me a bill of Rs. 1080 & Rs. 1900 after asking for explanation they are rudely asking to pay bill even thou i explained them that it is unlimited plan then how they can charge so huge bill without explanation, now from last 3-4 month i am not using the data card even thou they are generating bill (as during my telephonic discussion with costumer care they have suggested me not to use the data card until the dispute is closed). In last month even without informing me they have disconnected my photon data card permanently, now they are threatening that they will file the case in court & charge a huge bill. After multiple follow ups on call they fail to even recognize my issue. Please advice what action can be taken against them. Thanks & Regards Brijesh [protected].

                              Hi All, I have recently bought Tata Docomo prepaid SIM (no: [protected]). Activated a data pack. I am facing frequent disconnection of data session even in areas where there is full signal. Once data connection went off, I have to switch off and on to get it back. I have got frustrated with Tata Docomo. I offer this wisdom to all those who plan to buy Tata Docmo - "PLEASE DO NOT BUY IT, IT IS TOTAL WASTE & IRRITATING" -Saravana

                              You know what I did search in my mobile and in google as well. But I could not make out what Docomo customer care person said. I think all Docomo customers are Telecom experts except me!

                                Why is the reason user can't avail conference call facility in Unlimited Call Plan of TATA DOCOMO. I am using a 1299 rental plan, which is the highest rental plan in TATA DOCOMO, but still I can't avail conference call facility. Where as lower rental plan can avail that. Why this discrepancy? I am paying for better service but I am not receiving it.

                                  Recently a TATA DOCOMO representative Sumit Roy called me to replace my existing tata photon plus with TATA wi-fi max data card. In doing so, he said that he give me a free tata docomo sim. He said I can use it for one month free of cost and then he will de-activate it. I will not be charged as Rs 500 free local calls provided. In spite of that, I didn't even use that sim and totally forgot about it. You can see there was no usage from my side. Now that I received a bill, I was surprised. Now when I try to call Sumit Roy, it says the number (+91-[protected]) does not exists. Then I received another alternate number of Sumit Roy from another tata docomo employee. When I call him to this number (+91-[protected]), he disconnects the number once he finds out it's me. Now I want to deactivate the sim. But all my efforts haven't been successful. I called them, mailed them; but every time they say the sim has been cancelled. Next day when I call to verify, they say the sim is still active. I am totally clueless what to do. The Tata docomo phone number which I want to de-activate is: [protected]. Please help.                                     I raised Disconnection Request[protected] months back and asked to disconnect my Tata Photan immediatly for permanent as I was travelling Overseas. They said they will disconnect and it may take some 10 days time, I was ok and I paid 1 Bill for that month too. However, They didnt disconnect the connection till now and charging for Monthly bills unnecessary. Their customer care department dont understand person problem. They do threaten your family by calling to pay bills. Since I am in US, they call to my Home landline number to and threaten my parents. How can they do this, when they are not doing their work on time, and they have so many departments internally and they dont have proper mutual information. its WORST.

Infact I called to the same person Himanshu Kumar, who sent an e-mail to me 2 months back for the disconnect request. He said he will check and update me. However after that he stopped picking up the call. Here is the details:

                                      I know its long but please read it. Its important! I would sincerely like to draw your attention to the unethical sales practices followed by one of TATA Photon's sales executive (Mr. Ibrahim Mullaji) (Mob No.: [protected]). I was given his number when I called up at one of your "contact us" Mumbai landline no.[protected]. I called up Ibrahim and enquired about the available plans for wifi dongle. I told him that i need a 10 GB monthly plan. Thereafter he introduced me a "Corporate Plan" in which he said that he can give more than 5 dongles free of cost @ INR 1, 000/- monthly rental for all the dongles TOGETHER. Initially I was shocked. Monthly INR 1, 000 FOR ALL DONGLES TOGETHER? I told him that suppose if I take 5 dongles for my organisation, how much will be the total monthly rental cost of all 5 dongles TOGETHER? He again said that the total rental cost would be only INR 1, 000/- for all devices together. Trust me, i repeated this question using all possible different words and i got the same response from him. I was on the verge of getting convinced. Then i asked him if he could send me an email regarding all document requirements. Now this is where I got suspicious. He send me an email using his personal email id ([protected]@gmail.com). Why would someone not send me with a tata email id? I called up the same landline "contact us" number and this time i was told that a sales representative will contact me. In less then 5 minutes i received the call (Mr. Devendre). I asked him about this "miraculous" plan and he told me there is no such plan. He told me that the corporate plan does exist but the monthly rental of INR 1, 000/- is per device cost and not total for 5 or 10 devices combined. I was scandalised. This is disappointing and a complete shame. I was getting trapped and would have probably ended up paying huge amounts of rental bills (because i told him for 10 connections). I really didnt expect TATA Teleservices would stoop to such desperate tricks to boost sales. I humbly request you to look into this matter. There could be other people who might get fooled.
