I am using "Rs97" plan wherein I got 12000 local and STD secs for 30 days however when I called "themobilestore" at [protected] and talked to them for 5-10 mins and after the completion my call I got a message of Rs10 deduction which should not have happened as I was using the plan. I called docomo and file a complaint about the same and they said the plan I am using is only for Mobile calls however there is nothing mention like that in the plan.

I did call "Delhivery" courier services in Gurgaon on their 0124 code number and no money was deducted so you cannot even say that this plan is not for landline.

    Dear Sir/Mam, I had a 3G plan active on my mobile number [protected]. There was some data left. My balance was reduced from Rs. 296 to Rs 0.04.       I was complaining from last one month to stop the unwanted service docomo provide. From last two months i'm getting disturbing advertisement tone before every call i made from my cell phone i called TATA Docomo's customer care service but they didn't accept that they are doing that. so i spent lot of time to make understand that such thing is going on my cell phone, then i made 3-4 calls on help desk but they didn't resolve my complaint so I started mailing them. But stiill they dont have any resolution on my issue, its over one month I'm sending a replying mail to them now this mail is became 30 mail chain. i tried sending CC mail to nodal officer and appellate but got the same response from tata docomo service desk. Non of this responsible officers responded to my mail ever. now I'm hoping that you will give me proper resolution soon. I have the mail chain which shows all the conversation between tata docomo and me if this is required give me any mail ID so i can forward this mail chain to it. please make me clear if I'm wrong somewhere ( This is my first time to file a complaint against any company ) thanks and regards Mahendra Jadhav [protected]

      I'm getting this answer from last 40 Days

      Tata docomo's service is the worst service I've seen ever

      Dear Service provider,

      Don't you think this is very shameful thing for you that proves reality of your network
      there is very poor network where i work
      this must be very shameful thing to hear that I work in Hinjewadi IT Park Phase 1 Pune.
      What if you are not able to provide fair service in such areas like IT parks.
      Let it be, I don't want you to insult you more by telling many of truths about your service.

        I had recharged an offer of Rs 149 for 3g in my docomo number -[protected] and then called up customer care and enquired if I had to send any message to activate the same.The cust care executive who did not understand what I had asked for and instead activated the same offer from my balance.Now I am unable to reach them.

          I purchased a Photon Max wifi with a post-paid plan, The sales executive told me that it will start next day i.e. 25th Aug 2014, but it didnt started yet and I am not getting any satisfactory response from customer care, They says that they didnt received the documents to activate please contact sales person and sale person is not picking up the phone.

            Dear Sir/Madam, Mobile No.- [protected] Circle- Odisha Currently Located at Bangalore I have recharged of Rs.66 for 500 MB 2G Data Validity for 30 days. But from the day 1 I am not able to connect to Internet. I changed my handset (Moto E and Samsung C3322) and tried too. I installed the GPRS settings received through SMS. Then I called to customer care too and as suggested changed the Network Selection from Automatic to Mannual by selecting Tata Docomo. It is already 10 days passed But still I am not able to connect to Internet. Always showing Network Error, Try Again. I have no hope now, I want my money back as talk time. Regards Laxmipriya Sahu

              I had taken a 3G offer of 149 INR.To activate it I called the customer care and asked if I had to send any message from my number to get it done.He again deducted 149 INR from my balance and recharged the same.I actaully wanted to activate 3G.I lost 149 INR frm my balance

                My Tata Docomo Broadband connection suddenly became non responsive. Called customer care for number of times and dropped mails but no response. At times they did respond but no deadline was given for fixing it and always said there is an issue in your area hence services are interrupted. My consumer rights have been violated as i was never informed about the issue, severity of the issue and by what time it will be fixed. Technical assistance number was not working. Escalation numbers were not taking up calls at all. Please suggest.

                  Tata photon number [protected] which i used for almost 5 years and recently terminated the connection in June, though i dont know when did Tata officially terminate or disconnect it. I was not getting connection since 17th of June, inspite of mailing several times to [protected]@tatadocomo.com and calling them they never gave me any kind of cooperation. No one responded on time, they closed my service request suddenly without resolving the issue. Now when i did not get any connection from 17th till 22nd of June and also after that, i requested many times calling customer care to disconnect it as i knew by then that they wont resolve the issue. Now, since i never got any connection from 17th why should i pay my bill? And that too for month of July? And they have billed me from 23rd of june, whereas i never got any connection on any of the days starting from 17th july 2014? Is this some kind of joke? Fine, if you want bill paid for 22nd of may till 16th of june i can do that, but u need to provide me compensation too for my work which was hampered from 17th of june and no one ever intervened and helped me out of the situation from your company? Tata teleservices now threatening me over phone that they will sue me, and what about your NO SERVICES? Will the court be blind and deaf while dealing with your case? Customer care men are horrible, they dont even know how to treat ladies. They should learn how to behave with ladies first before calling customers. And you guys are calling someone who transferred the tata photon account 3 years back in 2011 and asking the person to pay the bill? You dont have my number? And you blame the person that they are helping me to hide in darkness. Wonderful! Is tata such a novice that they give out postpaid connection without any verification of details? What do you mean by am hiding? You people were hiding when it was time to give some services. Now when its disconnected due to no connection from your side for several days, you come running and call and harass for bills which cant be valid because i never used the dongle since 17th of june as there were no signals on the dongle from that day ever. I wish you could show some efficiency in handling and resolving the case previously just like you are showing now threatening to sue me unless i pay bills for usage which i never made. Then i too should ask compensation for giving no services from 17th of june, right? If you can bill customers even after she made repeated requests after 22nd to disconnect the connection first by calling to customer care and later on 28th june via mail, then why shouldn't the customer too ask for compensation? Just because tata is a big company, anything you do is fair and anything i do is illegal and should be punished? Well, head to a lawyer then which you said you are doing already, however i have the mails too wherein i have requested to restore connection several times, and you guys never responded. You too aint be going away with a clean chit i believe. TATA TELESERVICES worst company. Photon plus is just a way to trap in people, lure them into spending money to get better connection. After sometime when you people dont get connection, its your headache, its not Tata's concern, its your connection, your fault! And whatever happens, you must pay the bills even if there is no usage and even if you want to terminate the connection and they delay it as per their wishes. Good technique of looting people and then threatening them to feed the telecom company more money, lest they will take "legal steps". All customers are not fools and criminals to be unnerved hearing about law and order!

                    Dear Sir, My mobile no is [protected]. I am applied postpaid to prepaid request on Tata Docomo Store (Phase 7) Mohali on dated 28 July 2014 and store staff told me it will be converted with in seven days. After few days I got call from Tata docomo and thay offer me to other cheap plan but I refused and ask him to migrate my no postpaid to prepaid. After some days they cancelled my request and then I reached again Tata Docomo Store and they again applied my request and I also write Email to [protected]@tatadocomo.com. and appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com for complaint delaying of my migration. It is my email complaint no M19849680 and they ask me they will solve my request. Sir till date they don't migrate my postpaid no to prepaid. One this is Important I am not use my postpaid no reguarly basis because of migration process and customer case ask me to pay bill of this month. it is not good because I request for postpaid to prepaid last bill cycle. Please solve my issue and take a serious action against these greedy peoples.

                      We had raised a request with Tata Docomo to shift the Broadband connection to a new address on 20th Aug, we received the reference number[protected] and assurance that the same will be shifted with SLA period of 7 days, could be 2 days max 7 days, We have been following every day, and each time we were told that someone will visit you today and that the matter will be escalated to higher authorities for quick remediation, Now on the 7th Day, no one has visited us or called us . We had paid all the dues and even the bill for the month where we have availed no service as the connection is still not shifted. What actions should betaken against such providers who do not really provide any service and 7 days to transfer a connection ?? Can anyone believe this? If I raise a request for a new connection i will get a technician in 30 mins at my door, so is this a price existing customers should pay to retain the service provider. Request all the readers to never go with TaTa docomo as they have least of your interest in mind and even when you request them they do no take any action.                           Hi, We have two Idea post paid numbers. ( [protected] and [protected]).In month of July 2014, My father have used MNP service and convert above both numbers from Idea post paid to Tata Docomo prepaid. From July 2014, we used both numbers as prepaid numbers also we have recharged both numbers twice till August 2014. But suddenly out going service of both numbers are stopped. And on 20th August 2014 in coming service is also blocked without any intimation. For your information we have already paid last month bill of Idea on 11 August 2014. But still both numbers are blocked. I have visited Tata docom and Idea showrooms many times but i didnt get any satisfactory response from both. We are using above both numbers from last 2-3 years. Hence I request you to please re-activate above both numbers as soon as possible.

                              I am using tata docomo photon 3g connection to access internet, we are facing problem of connectivity and we have compliented to tata docomo many times .They have not resolved same.
                              Note: they have promissed minimum 512 kbps speed, but we are getting below zero (0) kbps.

                              Iam consumer of tata docomo from the couple of moths iam using [protected] num.but iam not satisfy with this service.how may times iam complint to customer care they ignore it.i facing service problem from the when iam vought this sim.nodal officers also not take any action on this issue. and iam using smart phone always fluctuating network i fed up with this service. so many times i used to fight with my girlfriend just becz of this bad service. no porper signal no clarity in the voice. how can i show those proof?

                                I would like to inform you that, regarding some sms from your side, saying that " you have 3 missed call" please sms to 52255 and will be taken charges for it for Re.1/- every time its happened. When I am in "Non-Network" area, always getting like this sms information. Is it yours or some other networks. Please resolve it otherwise i will lose some important phone calls. If it will happen again, I am compel to go to legal proceedings to avoid it as early paying your attention regarding my above problem.

                                  My name is rajiv I am using tata docomo mobile no.[protected] on monday 24/08/2014 my balance amount of rs 201 is deducted without my information. When next day 25/08/2014 i call to customer care that why should my balance deducted than the customer care operator mr ranjeet said that your data surfing charges deducted. But i told him that i have already 3g data pack activated and my validity is also not over than why should u deducted my balance in my main balance. After a long conversation he told me that in 24 hours your balance is refundable. But till date 26/08/2014 my balance is not refundable than i call again to customer care that till date my balance is not refund. After a long conversation near above 30min. the customer care operator told that we cannot refund your balance It means you cheating me. As a customer i am lounching this complaint.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I am Pushkar and My TATA Docomo number is [protected]. Rs 48.78 have been deducted from my spl balance at midnight 12:37 PM on today 5 Feb 2015. I got a message from TA-HUWWAP stating that " tiny tv is activated at Rs 48.78 for 30days..To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to155223(Free)" and Rs 48.78 was deducted. I have DND activated and I have not activated any such service by any means.
                                  After the activation of the same, I try to complain on 198 at but no option to talking with your representative.
                                  Kindly look into the matter and help me to get refund of my balance

                                    My Number: [protected] From my number amount 44.85rs has been deducted. Asked about this to customer care, I have not activated anything since what was the reason you deduct my balance from main account, Also that what was the reason you take the exact amount that have 44.85rs? What is the VAS I have activated what its original cost. Response from Doco mo CC: "You have double confirmed for activate VAS. Since this is a first time I will refund this amount within three hours of time." I have wait up to next day morning nearly 12 hours. No amount credited to my balance. tried to make call From my mobile i was not able to contact customer care, CC are all busy write an Email. I have tried with another number(Docomo) that I have, response is again the exactly same . I have wait up to 24 hours. no issue. Again i tried with another mobile when i tell about my number without tell anything they have cut the call. I have not able to call CC from the number that i have . I have tried to make a complaint through their website. When i'm typing on that box its automatically redirect. I have attached the screen. How can i Call this cheating network. Please make peoples aware about this kind of cheaters in the name of Network providers.

                                      Hi I recharged on 21.08.2014 in my tata docomo number [protected] of Rs 252 and Rs 62 (special pack for roaming) through online money was deducted from my SBI account but recharged failed, but still i not got money returned in my account please retrun the money in account.

                                        My name is sadik maniyar. I am using sim card of tata docomo & mobile no. Is [protected] from last 5 or 6 month on dtd. 22.08.14 i had done a 3g smart life plan recharge for same mobile no. [protected] of rs. 299/- but had given some kind of talk time plan of rs. 1, 280/- for 1 month. I had call the customer care executive for the same for regarding this problem & the executive said that in 48 hours for plan will change in 3g plan but after 48 hours there is changes done in plan & the executive saying that there is no plan of rs. 299/- for 3g plan. But still the plan of 3g rs.299/- showing on tata docomo web side. & no response from the executive of tata docomo side they fully cheating the customer so dont go for tata docomo sim card they are cheaters.
