Recharge not done as per shown

I recharged with a 3g 2gb pack, after checking on *191# care no. That docomo has provided as well as on a recent tata docomo plans chart of september 2014! Both said that 2gb 3g at rs.289 ! But when i recharge on my no. [protected] with the same plan! I got only 1.5 gbgb! Not 2gb so i called customer care and they said that the plans have changed yesterday! I am complaining that if plans have changed then why there has been no update on it...

Horrible Service

Had a terrible experience with the Tata Docomo Internet Service providers. I had to follow up 20 times to get my dongle, after that they disconnected the service without any intimation although I had submitted the documents. Customer executives are not at all trained to provide answers to basic queries. WORST SERVICE PROVIDER I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED !! WILL NOT GO FOR THEIR PRODUCTS EVER AGAIN !!...

Not getting speed that is promised

I have a 8Mbps connection and i'm getting a speed less than 4Mbps. i've logged a compaint a week back and i'm still facing the same issue. the net speed is on a downward trend and what i'm getting right now is just 1Mbps. I'm really dis-satisfied with the time Tata takes to resolve an issue....
