Hello sir,

2 days a back in the evening a service named "girls zone" automatically activated on my tata number . I recieved a message that "girls zone" service activated and 50 rs deducted and after 10 or 15 minutes i recieved a message that service is deactivated, even i didnt activated or deactivated any service. I called to service center, first they didnt accept its their fault, i told the exactive to transfer call to superior, he said ok and instead of transfering call he disconnected the line and blocked my customer care. Next day in morning i called to customer care again, this time i was able to talk to customer care. I explained the same problem, this time also they didnt accept its their fault.I again told him to transfer the call to senior, he said ok and again he did the same thing.Then i called from another tata docomo number and explained my problem, this time they accepted their fault and told me that my balance will refund in 24 hours, i said ok.Till this morning i didnt get refund so i called them again they said dont worry we will help you and your balance will refund in few hours and now its evening, no refund and customer care is again blocked.they are just making fun of me.i want to know how much claim i can do on them for this harassment.

However, in case of any failure transactions the amount will be credited back to the account within 5 to 7 working days from the date of recharge.

    If the amount does not reflect within the specified time then you need to check with your bank as the recharge failed during the transaction.

      I recharged online with tata docomo online recharge services in my tata docomo no.[protected]. Rechage is successfull but tariff voucher was not activate in my number. I tried tata docomo customer care in IVR but it always says our customer care executive is busy please wait then Suddenly says our executive officer is busy with other cutomer and automactically call ended.
      So sir what should i do in this Situation.please help-

        I recharged with a 3g 2gb pack, after checking on *191# care no. That docomo has provided as well as on a recent tata docomo plans chart of september 2014! Both said that 2gb 3g at rs.289 ! But when i recharge on my no. [protected] with the same plan! I got only 1.5 gbgb! Not 2gb so i called customer care and they said that the plans have changed yesterday! I am complaining that if plans have changed then why there has been no update on it by the companycompany! This is cheating with customer! I would be happy if i get my reversal or my 500mb!!

          Hi, This is not good thing that after waiting for 20 days for the ticket to resolve, the issue is not addressed. I am facing the issue since last six month and issue not resolved yet. If Tata Docomo already know that the area in which the tata photon is being used having network issues, why the connection is sold. Before providing connection, they have all the address details of the consumer. if they are not able to provide the connectivity in such area, why they did not reject my application. Is this way to treat the customer? I am very frustrated with service provided by Tata Docomo. As I already informed about my issues via multiple tickets, email nobody taking seriously.             Hi, This is regarding one of my account[protected] which I have closed long back in March with all payments. Suddenly I got the bill in Aug for this account and without checking the account number I have paid the bill of Rs 1319. I came to know about this descrepency when I got the bill of my actual photon this month. When I compared and traced back, It was a shocking for me. The bill which I have paid and closed the account suddenly how come they will send me a bill with certain amount. Please have a look and get my money back to my account.               Had a terrible experience with the Tata Docomo Internet Service providers. I had to follow up 20 times to get my dongle, after that they disconnected the service without any intimation although I had submitted the documents. Customer executives are not at all trained to provide answers to basic queries. WORST SERVICE PROVIDER I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED !! WILL NOT GO FOR THEIR PRODUCTS EVER AGAIN !!

              Number is absolutely correct.However, i'm not surprised thaat you are unable to help.It is consistent with the pathetic service you guys provide.I would just advice anyone reading these posts not to go for Tata Docomo!!

                I am a Tata Indicom broadband customer since 2006(A/c No: ACC[protected], now migrated to Tata Docomo. On 1-July-14, my broadband stopped working. I registered a complaint with the call centre(No:[protected] and was informed that the DSLAM router had to relocated and that it would take a few days. After a week, I had to go to the Tata Docomo/Indicom office (about 15 kms away) and met Mr. Madan Raj[protected], who represented himself as a "Customer Service Representative", who promised to resolve it in two days. However, not only was problem not resolved, but Mr Raj stopped taking calls from me. Finally around 15-Jul, the DSLAM was relocated and my broadband started functioning. However, this proved to be the start of more problems. I suffered from frequent disconnects and line drops. Here is a list of complaints that I logged with Tata Docomo. 18-Jul-14:16142376 24-Jul-14:16150090 08-Aug-14:[protected]mdm) 10-Aug-14: 16166846 12-Aug-14: 16169270 17-Aug-14: 16172994 25-Aug-14:16179528 28-Aug-14: 16184230 04-Sep-14: 16190726 05-Sep-14:16192442 The last few time, the complaints have been closed without any input from me. I would raise a complaint and a few days later I would find the complaint closed with any resolution. For example, the last complaint[protected] was on 5-Sep, wherein I had complained of frequent disconnects especially during mornings and evenings/nights. On 6-Sep, the service engineer, Mr Kamraj (+91 [protected]) said the modem would be replaced, but it wasn't. On 11-Sep afternoon, the cable technician, Mr. Prabhu([protected]) came to my home and said that the cable would be replaced, but it wasn't. However the complaint was closed on 11-Sep evening with my Internet connection completely non functional.

                  Hi, I have bought new TATA Docomo prepaid SIM card from TATA Docomo store at Dhole Patil Road, Pune (MH) on Monday, September 8, 2014. I have given xerox of my passport and pan card as proofs along with my photograph. I have paid him INR 50 (SIM charge) & INR 65 as FRC (in advance).The store person has told me that it will take 24 hours to activate a new SIM. However, till this time the SIM is not activated. It isnt latching to the network. When i visited the same store, the store person told me that, he will not be able to access any info and cannot help me. Plus he has not given me the number of the store also for future communication. He told me that every time i have to visit the store for getting the information.                     I BUY NEW TATA DOCOMO NO. THERE IS LOTS OF PROBLEM NETWORK PROBLEM I buy your postpaid Tata docomo new number. There is lot of problem in yours network. A lot of time network display and not display showing. But Display network but I didn’t call any. When I call this it is not reachable but display network in screen. I complaint 121 and 198 they told me they resolve the problem up to 9 September 2014 today they replay after wait 10 days waiting, we will find out the problem and resolve it. My humble request you resolve the problem as soon as or return my money and documents and take you shim card return. If you can’t do any more please provide the responsible person contact no. Yours customer care helpline is helpless DEAR ALL DONT BUY ANY TATA DOCOMO NO.

                      Hello, This is Aravind Radhakrishnan from Coimbatore. I ordered Tata photon max wifi 3g device( prepaid ) with initial recharge of 350rs online and received the same on 3rd Sep, A guy from Docomo came for a doorstep delivery and the same person collected the documents for activation of the device. It has been 7 days from the day I received the device, still its not activated. Didn't get any call or sms for verification so far. I have complaint regarding this issue to the customer care and also to the eshop department soo many times but still the problem remains the same. As per your policy its well known that normally it takes no longer than 72 hrs to activate a new connection, were-as in my case its 7 days already and still counting. I am totally disappointed with the customer service provided by tata photon, nobody was ready to take the responsibility or blame. eshop order no : EC[protected] MEID : A0000049D70E72. I kindly request you to take a serious look into the issue as soon as possible and fix the problem by activating my device.

                        Respected Sir, I want to inform you that I am customer of TATA DOCOMO GSM of mobile number [protected], approx. 50 RUPEES deducted from my mobile on within 10 Days i.e 1 September and 10 September 2014. I was checked my balance on 31 August then approx. 200 rupees but when I checked today then I shocked its only Rs. 131. Then I call to customer care they told me that THIS CHARGE IS DEDUCTED BECAUSE you USE INTERNET service and this will not refund you then I told him that INTERNET PACK already activate on my number then they told me wait I will check then he told YES YOU HAVE INTERNET PACK, but now balance not refund to you. Actually this balance is wrongly deducted from my mobile balance and then making different lie excuses. And saying that “YOUR BALANCE WOULD NOT BE REFUND”. Now, I kindly requested you to please solve this problem (told him to refund my balance) and take action against him. I am highly THANKFUL to you. THANKS.                               I received a call saying that he is calling from consumer complaint his name is Rajeev and he called for my resulation...
                              he is saying that my amount of Rs.54 will be refunded with in 5 minutes onec they process from their side BUT they asking about my bank details like bank name my 16 digit debit card number ...
                              So I would like to tell u one thing I am bank staff and I know where I have to give bank details.
                              So my concern is, this is the way you give resulations to the customers because I tell you one thing there is a process where we not suppose to give bank details on unknown calls...

                              I recieved call from [protected] no. and why I am sharing this details because I think this is a fraud call .and I known how to handled it.
                              @consumer complaint take some action on your resulations, like when someone register complaint on complaint just mention that we will get back to you for your resulation and *dont share your bank details like a/c no. 16 digit debit card no. CVV no. on call.
                              This is general information for those who knwo but there are lots of ppl who dont know these things.
                              @consumer complaint team just forward this information to the customer for customer safty only...

                                I have a 8Mbps connection and i'm getting a speed less than 4Mbps. i've logged a compaint a week back and i'm still facing the same issue. the net speed is on a downward trend and what i'm getting right now is just 1Mbps. I'm really dis-satisfied with the time Tata takes to resolve an issue.

                                Now. this is irritating.

                                I got a call from Tata on 20th Sep saying the fibre cut has been resolved and my issue is fixed. i had asked the representative to hold the line so that i can check. i was still getting a lower speed so i had told the representative that the issue is NOT FIXED.

                                Even at this moment i'm not getting the speed as promised.

                                Not resolving an issue even after 19days in itself is irritating, On top of a comment saying the compaint is CLOSED is even more irritating.

                                i'm kind of fed-up following up with you guys. !!
                                22 days and still counting and at mercy of tata team to resolve the issue !!
                                Day# 24 : Still not resolved
                                Day# 32 : Still continuing - couldn't update frequently as im not having internet

                                  sir, i recharged my [protected] on 9 sept.2014 evening for special tarrif by 42 Rs & they had to give me rates on net 3 sec for 1 paisa, off net local 2 sec for 1 paisa & 3 STD sec for 2 paisa but i am not getting this terrif & there is no way to complain to tatadocomo even on docomos web site donot get it register & i tried for 30 min. but form cannot be filled completely this happened 2nd time to me.

                                    my tata docomo no. is [protected]. I have opted for Rs. 50 300MB 3G data plan. At the time of purchasing the plan I was told that this plan is applicable for home as well as in roaming but now that I have used this in roaming I have been charged Rs1073/- as internet usage charges in roaming although the total usage is less than the free 300MB provided. Further note that your network is hopeless with severe connectivity issues everywhere across INDIA. Please improve your service else you will loose all your clients. Please let me know urgently whether this charge of Rs. 1073/- will be reversed or should I proceed with my decision to complain to TRAI. reply immediately. regards, Padmanabh Alat

                                      Hello, I used to own a postpaid mobile connection from TATA Docomo when I was in Hyderabad a year ago. I must have missed to pay the final bill of Rs. 1682 as I urgently had to move to Mumbai. I had stopped using the number. After almost a year, today I got a call to the alternate number I had given while getting the connection. It was from someone claiming to be from Delhi ([protected]) saying that there was a legal action on me since I hadn't paid the bill and I am expected to talk to "Mr Jaswant Rana (Self claimed advocate) ([protected])" and pay the amount within next half an hour. I agreed to pay. But the problem was that the person (Mr Jaswant Rana) gave me a account number[protected] for which I had to pay. The amount mentioned there was Rs.5331. I argued with him since I never had used this number to get a bill to that extent. He was being too arrogant and was forcing me to pay the bill immediately and give him the "Transaction Reference Number", so he could close the case. I told him I would call him back and give him the details once the payment was done. I went to check my mail to see if I had got any intimation regarding this. I actually had got few mails from TATA Docomo regarding payment of bill, but the mails had moved to "Junk" so I could not find them. I got my actual account number[protected] and my then used mobile number ([protected]) and using these credentials I checked my bill from www.tatadocomo.com, the bill was Rs 1682. I made this payment (proof attached) and called Mr Rana back and gave him the Transaction Number. He said I have not paid the amount. I told him I checked the mobile number and account number and paid the right amount. He then cut the call. And after that I called him several times and he is not receiving the call. I however was lucky to not be fooled. This is a pure case of fraud, and I request others to be aware of those above mentioned numbers. Also if TATA Docomo has any role to play in this, then its a shame to the company. Regards, Rohan Damodar.

                                        Hi Team, This is regarding my mobile bill. My mobile no is [protected] . I have called to the customer care regarding the 3g plan and they have confirm me that the charges will be proactive basis . so i have activated on 01-Sep-14 ; once i got the last bill which will be generated on 5-Sep-14 they have charged me 299 rs for 3g plan. Now customer care representative is confirming that charges will be monthly basis. As per them i have exceeded 2gb data but i have not received any any msg that my data limit is over. they have to inform us .They are cheating us . Whenever i call they told our network is busy call after 4 hrs. After that they put my no. on DND . I am not satisfied I want waiver on my bill which is inrelivent amount. Regards, Deepika.

                                        My mobile number is[protected]. My bill for the month of Oct is 1, 088 which i paid. Later they are telling that for the month of May i did not pay the bill and barred the calls. I went to the customer care in bangalore but they are not at all ready to help.

                                        They are also suggesting to leave Tata Docomo.
