hi sir my mobile number is [protected] and i made a recharge of 24 rupees with transaction id ACMP[protected] on[protected] amount debited but my mobile was not recharged and even after recharge also the call cost is rs 2/min for first 2 mins as scheme is not saying the words of first call cost how can you dedeuct that amount please reply me as soon as possible on [protected] and send me mail to [protected]@gmail.com

      Respected Sir,

      On 12.07.14 Rs 99/- was debit from my account I informed this issue to customer care on 12.07.14 and tell them to refund the same they told me that they are logging complaint and refund within 2 day But I not satisfied with the reply and put request for port . Now again debit Rs 99/- on 11.08.14 for renewal of the above said issue and the customer care 198 is not giving proper reply. I also went to doco mo out let near to high court jn Ernakulam I request them at least to stop such type of sms I feel now Docomo is cheating customer to charge 250 spl you will get 225 talk time and 1 gb data and debiting like above said.

      Therefore I request your good self to do the needfull to refund the amount debit Hope your feed back

        Dear Sir, I am Subash.My Mobile Number is [protected] (Tamil Nadu – Tata Docomo) using last 4 years as a prepaid. One call came to my mobile on 20.7.2014 from Tata Docomo office (the number is [protected], her name is Ramya ) She told if you recharge Rs:249you can get 1000 min talk time in a month. I accepted the plan. The next day a Person (Mr. sabari, Mobile No: [protected], [protected])came in my office and took Rs:350 for activation purpose. He told this offer is only for Post paid customers only. I accepted the plan and given the Permanent address proof. The next day my mobile Number is activated to post paid. this number was working up to 4th August. Then my outgoing calls disconnected. I asked the customer Care (121).They told that your address verification is nor completed. Nobody has come for address verification till now.           Dear sir/madam, Complaint number :[protected] Phone No : [protected] I have raised the complaint on 7-aug-2014, but till now the problem not solved. Today (11-aug-2014) I called to customer care, they told your complaint is closed, but no service person came and didn’t receive any call from tata services. I have asked about the problem but they told that the service engineer called you but your mobile not reachable and not attending. So they closed the complaint, but the problem still there. I have not satisfied with the service you provide. So do the thing at the earliest. From 5th aug 2014 to 11th aug 2014 the network is not working so do the refund for those days.

          Dear TATA Docomo team,

          I have got TATA Docomo connection around 6 months Back And my userID
          is : [protected].

          From last wednesday(6thAug'14), The internet connection was not
          working. So I have tried calling the toll free no. on 7th and it was
          not picked by any of the customer support executive merely for Half an
          hour.
          After trying for so many times, I have raised the complaint on 7th
          and the Complaint no is:[protected]. And he told that the Technical
          Support engineer will reach home in person and check the connection
          details. But after that we didnt get any call or information from
          them.

          Again we called them up and asked for the details on 9th aug, the
          customer Support executive told that the ticket has been updated with
          'Battery Backup down' and he assured that the problem will get solved.

          But it wasn't resolved. So again i tried calling Yesterday (11th
          Aug'14) and contacted the Customer support executive and he told that
          the ticket[protected] has been closed. And he again opened new ticket
          '[protected]' and we dont know the status now. Again we didnt get any
          info what is going on.

          And i need justification for below points :

          1. From 6th Aug'14 my internet connection is not working, that too
          because of Server back issue and etc, -> ie from your side. -> I need
          a refund for those days(from 6th Aug to till date), which we didnt get
          Internet Connection

          2. Customer suppert executive is not picking the call for almost half
          an hour-> then why you are advertising as 24/7-> is this the way you
          behave with Clients?

          3. While setting the target resolvation time, you have to get input
          from Customer and not use whichever Generated in system.

          4. And the other thing is if you people are not able to resolve the
          issue with the date, then merely you are closing it with some useless
          comments to safeguard you from slippage.

          5. You have closed my ticket without my knowledge. If i asks for
          reason, why they closed. Customer support executive told that it was
          not his job, it was done by closing team. -> here after
          shareAdvertise the closing team contact too. so that we will contact
          them.

          6.The customer support executive told that, it has been closed after
          that we are not able to reach you. so my question here is, if i am not
          able to reach in Phone, you have to come in person as you aware of my
          address, which you have verified while providing Connection. -> that
          was not done.
          And Customer support executive told like he sent a mail that we are
          closing the ticket. -> but how can i check your mail with out
          providing connection. Second thing is, you have to wait till my
          acknowledgement mail. then only u have to proceed. Without my
          acknowledgement it was working how can you close the connection ->
          please justify.

          7. On 11th Aug'14, Customer support executive told that it will get
          resolved by 12th aug'14 morning, but it wasnt resolved yat and nobody
          responded.

            I am using Tata Docomo and after activating ISD feature, call conference feature got de-activated. After consulting customer care, they said that As per the process it is not possible to activate call conference facility when ISD feature is activated. This is a strange policy.

              Poor after sales service and wrong commitments by your Tata Docomo, Bsel Tech Park Gallery Team. Tata Docomo Photon no:[protected] I bought a Tata Docomo Wifi Modem from the vashi docomo gallery on 7th Aug 2014 from Mr. Anil Vishwakarma who while buying said that if I face any problem with the modem they would replace it immediately as I was directly buying from the gallery.I would bring to your notice that dealers outside were giving me the same at discounted rate but, I thought buying from gallery would give me better after sales service. But, to my horror the modem worked for only 30 minutes after I bought it and showed 'No Coverage' after that for which I made a complaint and the engineer visited my place and said the modem is faulty and I needed to reconfirm at the vashi gallery again and if its fauly they would replace it instatntly.I visited the gallery the enginner over there checked and confirmed that it is faulty. Now, again the said Mr. Anil Vishwakarma said that they would take 7 days to replace it. When, I objected on the same as I was given commitment for instant replacement the guy Mr.Sameer Khan in the gallery said they were there only to sell and the service part was not their concern. Also, Mr.Sachin Patkar said I would get a waiver in the bill for the 7 days not being used. When I asked for a service request number for the same Mr.Anil Vishwakarma said no there is no such policy. How come two employees at the same Docomo gallery dont know the exact rules and procedures or they just making a fool out of the customers. When other companies give you a replacement on the same day or max within one day, why is docomo taking so much of time. And, the main thing is I was not able to use it for even a single day also. Further, the said Manager of the gallery is also never available to help the customers.Also, there is no official number of the manager being provided by the other employees in the gallery. I request you to take strict action on the same and get me a resolution at the earliest. Waiting for 7 working days is really too much and that too because of wrong commitment.                 Hello, I had taken a tata docomo 3 service and had paid the money for 3 months usage in advance and two bill payment, Since i have disconnected paying all the pending bills.but Docomo slapped me churn out charges of 1970 since i have disconnected the connection before 6 months, which was not informed me earlier when the connection was taken and even when i was disconnecting the connection. This is the worst telephone service provider i came across who cheats people. please explain why your customer care did not explain the charges before taking the connection and also while disconnecting the connection .                   I am not using my photon plus since from the past 5 months. I have paid all pending bills and asked them to terminate my account. But they have not de-activated and still sending me the bills. I have called customer care and even dropped mails to De-activate but still no response. I want my Tata photon plus account to be terminated (deactivated, disconnected) at the earliest.                     Hi, I am a Tata Docomo mobile phone customer. I am wrongly billed on my post paid connection ([protected]). I don't use Tata Docomo for Internet use as I have my 3g SIM and dongle form different provider. I called customer care they were rude and didn't help me to get the waiver on my bill. They are forcing me to pay a wrong inflated mobile bill. I am willing to pay for the voice call and SMS if I have made any might be one or two in a month., but not the charge for wrong Internet charge.                       I ordered a prepaid connection on 3rd August 2014 by paying an amount of Rs.251 through Credit Card. I scheduled an appointment on 9th August 2014 at 11:30 to 1pm. I did not receive delivery nor any calls regarding my order till 1pm. I called the e-shop customer care and the person told me to deliver the same within 2 hours. As expected I did not receive. Again I called at 3pm asking for same and they again assured me to deliver the same by the end of day. As expected I did not receive. Again I called them at 6pm and they told me that they cannot assure me that my order would be delivered today however, I will receive my order tomorrow morning. As expected I did not receive. Again I called them today at 11:30 am and they did not give me any assurance that i will receive the same today. I told them to cancel my order and refund my money and till now i have not received any mail or sms regarding cancellation of my order.

                        Hi, I had got a corporate connection in Photon Max Wifi in Patia bhubaneswar. They claimed that the speed would be upto 6 Mbps. And the sales person claimed that it would be minimum 1 Mbps if not 6 Mbps. I belived them (my mistake). Now the speed is only 0.2 Mbps. Initially then said that the speed cant be less than 0.5 Mbps. But as they now know that the speed is very bad and they cant do anything, their resolve to this issue is this area is a high utilizaiton area and speed cant be increased. PLEASE DONT BY PHOTON IN PATIA OR CSPUR AREA. VERY BAD SPEED AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORST.

                            When i checked my balance (Ph. No.[protected]) on 8th August I found my balance is less. So I again checked my last 3 transaction and I received a message by company that Rs. 45 deduction from my account on 06/08/2014 for data usage. Message details are as below, Hi! Ur last calls & SMS deduction details are :1.Rs. 45.0 for Data Usg on 06/08/2014, Thank You. So I checked my data balance and found there was already I have 1062mb of data balance till 10/08/2014. So I can't understand why from my balance 45Rs. was deducted against data charges. So I called to customer care, your customer care person told me that Rs. 45 deducted against subscription of MTV Ishaara value added service. When I checked my message box in dongle I found that on 7th I got message which is as below, Name: Dive In Voice Number: 54321Content: MTV Ishara: Time: 07/08/2014 12:03:05 So I can't understand how my balance is deducted on 6th Aug. against data charges. Ur customer care person told me only one thing repeatedly that u subscribe value added service MTV Isharra only. When I not subscribed any service then how it is to be activate in my account? And why Rs. 45 has been deducted against data charges from my account when there are already more than 1062mb of data already in balance?? Pl. stop this nonsense of service from my account which was not subscribed by me and give me my balance back in my account as early as possible.

                              First without my concern 45 rs was deducted form account then when i call them back though i tried 100 times they say"ALL OUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE ARE BUSY FOR FURTHER QUERIES MAIL US AT [protected]@tatadocomo.com". I became fed up and mailed them but no response again.Morning again I called my preferred language is English but they started speaking in tamil and said change your language to english though it is.I tried to explain him and he said he will refund within 3 hours but it never happened and next day i called again and teh same response. I had never seen such a poor service in my life.I am ready to pay for customer service but they are always busy.""GOD KNOWS" Want to through this sim in marina beach

                                  I hate this product, poor customer serivce no manager or supervisor available... Reps are useless.


                                  I will not recommend people for tata docomo... people cheaters...

                                  I bought this product on july 19, 2014 till date not working imagine..Crap...I am going to return the product tomrw... I will not pay the bill as i have not used it, ...I am sooooo frustrated now, just cant tell. M suffering for buying this damn product...I will not buy any tata product hence forth...

                                  Engineer came no network complain raised saying unable to reach... Emailed at appellate.Mumtatadocomo.com no us... Said will be resolved by aug 8, 2014

                                  What a joke... Guess what its not working...I have paid another engineer for his serice from my pocket..

                                  Just want to throw ths tata product on a managers or head's face...

                                  In this regards, we would like to inform you that speed on wireless network depends on various parameters, such as number o[censored]sers accessing the internet at that particular point of time, geographical area, indoor and outdoor signal coverage, weather conditions, other causes of radio interference, material used for the building, configuration of the building, etc. So is the case with any other wireless network Operator. However, at Tata Docomo we understand the customer experience is of foremost importance.

                                  Not with standing the above technical and other extraneous factors affecting the network which are beyond our control, we have been continuously striving to enhance customer experience.                                     I've purchased a tata Docomo Postpaid Sim card 2 weeks back on 18 July 2014 from a local dealer/staff named Mr Babu (Mob No :[protected]) from Tata Docomo Stall placed in Avadi. I've submitted all the proofs requested by him. Still the Sim is not activated and shows registration failed. I have brought to his notice about this two times and he replied that the sim will be activated in the evening of the days i contact him at stall and he has noted the same in his mobile. After that whenever i tried to contact him to given his mobile no is either switch off/not reachable/busy/ he will not pick up the call. This is really embarrassing. I even messaged him about this. I dont know how come such a brand like docomo could employ/ give responsibility to such a irresponsible person who is not bothered about his customers to whom he sells and market the product. I have even contacted Tata Docomo nearest store at Parrys, Chennai but they told to contact Headoffice at OMR, Chennai. Even the staff can’t help. This seems ridiculous and frustrating. The sim NO sold to me which is supposed to be activated is Sim NO :[protected] SR NO:[protected]. Kindly please do the needful to activate the same.                                       Dear Team, I have bought two weeks back Tata Photonmax data card ([protected]) and having connectivity issues. Its taking long time for any site to open and also its very slow even though devise having 6.2MBPS capacity. Today I have checked with Photon retail shot @ ITPL, Bangalore and they tested & saying issue with device. And they ask me to send mail and technical team will come & check device and they will replace new device if roblem with device issue for having connectivity of signals issue. I have raised compliant and not getting proper response. Need your advice for getting re-imbursement amount for the devise which I have spent and they have not even replace the device as well...                                         Hi, I made an online recharge for my M.No.[protected] from Tata Docomo Website of Rs.499/- of which I got talk time of Rs.500/- & 2 GB 3G Data but before recharge I had 3G data balance of 3GB now its showing only 2GB data. I made a call to a customer care they replied me that if I recharged a new plan, the earlier plan or data will expire. My query is that if is it so why don't you mention on online sites that the previous plan will expire on new recharge. Please give me a valid reply & stop misleading. Thank You. Hope you will reply.

                                        I faced same issue. After I read on multiple forums about TATA Docomo now allowing users to carry forward their 2G and 3G data, I recharged my Photon 3G immediately as it was last valid day, only to know that previous data has lapsed. I am still wondering why this information is not clearly mentioned on the online recharge site?
                                        Recharge site is already painfully slow with a bad user experience, plus if they are trying to hide such information from user, then I doubt many users will carry on living with this painful experience.
                                        I have had enough of Photon 3G and I am now switching to a better service provider.
