Dear Sir, I have 297Rs balance and 177 3G data available in my account for mobile number [protected]. I also have whats app unlimited pack activated. I have used Internet for half house of around 100MB and checked my balance then it shows 20Rs. How this is can be possible. This is third time tata dococmo has deducted my balance. I have raised complaint (Ref no: M[protected] but not received proper resolution and tata docomo is not ready to refund charges incorrectly deducted. This is third time they deducted balance even having GPRS pack active this time i want my balance back. Also tata docomo do not send any notification of data uses, low data or balance deduction messages, they just deduct your balance whit-out any notification.. This is totally fault from their side and need proper resolution with refund of my balance. Thanks, Vishal

    Hi, This is to inform that I have been using tataindicom phone for more than 6yrs and I have come across the worst service in past few months. I have recently ported my number to Docomo GSM service after clearing all my bills on the CDMA account and last week I started getting message that I have an outstanding balance on my account so I went back and checked as I thought that the bill got generated for my Docomo GSM service, I checked on the tataindicom website and kept getting a message that I have 0 outstanding balance. Later on my outgoing services were barred on 7th Aug and when I called at the helpdesk I was informed by the agent that my phone is active and there is no issue with my line but I couldn't make calls and kept getting message that my outgoing service is barred. I had gone ahead and paid the so called outstanding of Rs177 as I didn't feel that there would be anyone in a position to help me with this and I needed by number to be activated ASAP and my number still stays barred. I had tried calling the customer service yesterday and today as well and the agent keeps telling me that their systems are down and they cannot help me at all. All this while I have gone through mental harassment caused due to all this. Just wanted to inform you that the payment of Rs177 was done on Saturday 9thAug at the Bill counter in Fatima Nagar even when I shouldn’t have had any outstanding since I had cleared all my bills before porting the number (I had only paid this amount because I did not want any service interruption). When I had not heard from you I had called up the customer care and informed about the same to Faizan from the Escalation desk and he was utterly rude and said that you will have to go back to the bill payment center and they will have to send an email only then my service will be restored and when I tried to explain him that I had paid the bill at that center and if it was required they should have done that to which Faizan responded very rudely stated that I will have to either go to the service center or my line will not be restored he also said that he was the highest point of contact and he also promoted cancelation of line. All said I done I thought of giving a last try and went to the bill payment center at Fatima Nagar yesterday and saw Rakesh Chavan who had gotten the line ported and he was aware of the fact that all my bills were cleared before porting but he completely ignored us and was utterly rude and left, the other staff members said that the CRM isn’t working and we should come again the next day which is today. Now let me tell you that this bill center is not next to my house that I can go there whenever I want, I currently stay at Keshav Nagar-Manjari Rd and this bill desk is more than 10km away from my house. I also requested this person and the bill desk to give me that phone number so that I can call when the services were up and they could have been in a position to help but they clearly denied support. Even at the bill desk the situation wasn’t any different when I said that I cannot stay without an active phone for such a long time and I might have to switch to another service provider they said I can. Now if you have found the details of my previous phone you should also be in position to check that I have been using this number for about 7yrs and I have also been paying the bill on time and which is why I had done whatever I could but if I get this kind of service I probably would want to think about switching to another service provider permanently. One more thing- Both my incoming and outgoing services were barred on Thursday-7th-Aug and I am not sure when the incoming was activated and I should not be liable to pay any bill from 7th Aug till the service is completely and permanently restored. If that cannot be done and If you cannot provide me uninterrupted and hassle free service -Please let know my complete bill outstanding till date, I will pay the entire amount that would like to close down the number.     I have sent multiple emails to [protected]@tatadocomo.com and had copied it to appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com as well but have reached no resolution. The last email that I received was on 23rd Aug Which states that my line would be activated in next 15 working days. Do you think its acceptable to be without a phone for such a long time. I am really frustrated with this kind of service.

      We would like to inform you that, you have been credited with the correct benefits of RC 129 as all local/STD mobile calls at 1.3p/2sec, 250MB 3G data each month for, 1st 2 local/STD SMS of the day at Rs. 1.5/SMS thereafter 98 local/national SMS free. Hence, there is no discrepancy found.

        sir, myself ranjith number([protected]) i activated plan 97 which is 250 minutes local & std minutes but the plan activated was 550 minutes local tata to tata & when i called to customer care they said initalily it would take 24 hrs...after 24 hrs they are now saying it would take anther 72 hrs and so called customer service executive ppls are saying that i cant call to any number...what the hell i pay for my service and i cant call to any number...and they even threaten me that if i call to any number i wont get refund...what the hell is this... i pay and i cant call to any number... is this the kind of service docomo is providing...and they even blocked each and every number that i called from...the number which were blocked([protected], [protected], [protected])...if anyone asks for justice is this the way to behave..

            This is information regarding TATA DOCAMO POST PAID Data card. I have faced this worst experience before 1 year. I had bought that data card referred by my friend worked in that concerning outlet. He told me that the net speed upto 3.5 MBPS. But, really It is not at all. So, I decided to disconnect that post paid connection and called to customer care. I had informed clearly to disconnect the connection as many times as possible(approximately 10 times). But, They did not. Repeatedly, They were asked the reason for disconnection. I had told that the reason as net speed is very slow. But, Those customer care personnel did not disconnect my connection. Then I went TATA DOCOMO outlet for disconnection. And I asked to disconnect the connection. There was also I had faced low customer care service. That man in the name of customer care officer in TATA DOCOMO irritated me.This outlet is located at T.nagar, chennai bus terminus. Finally, I got very disappointment. I got disconnected this connection at madurai outlet with 1000 rupees payment for unused net. So, Do not buy TATA DOCOMO Product.

              I had a tata docomo cdma postpaid number [protected]. SInce I was not using it I had sumitted request to change it to prepaid and submitted required documents at the tatadocomo brandstore in pune on 16th July2014. The CAF No of the form I submitted is [protected]. I also paid the required processing fee/recharge of 196 and had cleared the bill for previous month. There after I received two calls on my alternate number (as my tatadocomo number is switched off) to verify this request and was mentioned that request would be completed before 31st July 2014. Even after this I received the bill after which I contacted customer care on 9th Aug 2014 when they said that it was issue from their side and request was supposed to be addressed before 2nd Aug but was not completed due to issues from their side. He gave me another request id[protected]. I also mailed to [protected]@tatadocomo.com and received that this docket number is being addressed and expected to be resolved by12th Aug. I had specifically asked the customer care executive to call me on my alternate number but did not receive any call. I then got mail from [protected]@tatadocomo.com on 12th Aug that they had been trying to contact me on my docomo number (which I had mentioned to them was switched off). The subject of this mail was "SERVICE ALERT - SR[protected] DATED[protected] FOR [protected]". I replied to this mail and asked them to contact on my alternate number but have not received any reply till date. I was again asked to pay the bill which I have paid. I called the customer care again on 14th Aug and I was again told that the request would be resolved by 19th Aug pm and I would get the call on my alternate number. Yet I did not received any call till 20th. I again called customer care on 20th Aug to know the status and now I am being told that the request is not yet processed and I would have to raise the request again by submitting the documents again. And that I would have to pay the bill till the request is resolved. My question is that why should I pay the bill if the issue is with the process from your side? I have already submitted the documents and paid my dues yet tata docomo continues to delay the process.

Your current outstanding is NIL. However, your bill generation date is 07th of every month hence, you will receive final bill on prorate basis post migration.
              You need to carry any one of the following documents:
              1. Photograph
              2. Proof Of Identity: Driving License, Passport, Photo Credit Card, Voter ID Card, PAN Card, Arms license.
              3. Proof of Address: Passport, Election ID card, Ration card with address, Driving License, credit card statement (not older than last 3 months), Property Tax Receipt, Telephone Bill of fixed line/ Electricity Bill (not older than last 3 months).

              authority with the docket number for tracking this request[protected].Got call from[protected] on 25th Aug to confirm the request from migration from postpaid to prepaid and was told that request would be processed in 2-3 days.I
              tried to call customer care today, 27th Aug, but none of my calls were
              answered. Seems that my number has been blocked by you. What is the
              status of this request, docket no[protected]? When would this request
              be completed. It has been more than 40 days I had initially raised the
              request (16th July).

                My tata docomo no [protected], my bill last due date is[protected] ...But company close my incoming andout going no...I m director of nirman ias institute ..My institute run base on students call ...This no in all my advt ...I lossed my aprxmt 1cr ...And tata services are vry poor in my main city ...Thair is no proper signal so i regular losses and in delhi roaming charge is vry high due to other network...And singnals also vry poor...No use of internet overthair but bill generate...

                    TATA DOCO MO is cheating people by subscribing false VAS services. I have not subscribed to any of the services but still they tell that the service is subscribed by me and deducted money from the account. They are not concerned about the customer service, when I asked for the refund they refunded less amount which was not even a 50%. TATA Docomo is a 3rd class service which I saw in my life ever. Who will help the customers in this case..??? This is Injustice.. And i think TATA Docomo should be closed.

                      as i get the mail from tatadocomo mobile bill i am shocked because it is to much then my regular bill. thats why i call on tata docomo customer care no 121 on 19/08/2014 at 5:30pm i talk with mr nilesh dhyani, he not given me a reply and asked server is not working call tomorrow, from last two days icall on 121 again &again but they are neglecting me thats why i decided to change my service to another network but they are not providing for same.

                        I have not understand how much time period are you require?
                        If you not able to provide good service then bill amount should be debit from monthly payment.

                            I am deprived of the services of Tata docomo from March 28, 2014. The bill was sent till 14th of April. Upon disscussion with the Tatadocomo legal departement they negotiated and ask me to pay the Rs 1000 and they promised that they will finally close the account. I have paid the Rs 1021 and shared the acknowledgment number of the payment made and they said now file is closed. Still I got call from the Tata docomo legal department. Could Tata docomo update their database, so that I shouldn't get any calls for this account.                             I had taken this number in September 2014 for the personnel usage after taking the connection TataDoco customer executive called me informed me that its unlimited std plan and I can call any number of calls to the std mobile number.
                            I do have the advertisement as well from the TataDocomo.
                            I used till the month of Feb 2014, but in March Tata docomo informed that commercial pattern is observed on my number. I am denying this fact because I have all the months bill detail and I didn't do anything different than the previous month. So I don't know why Tatadocomo complained commercial usage in the month of March why they didn't informed in September/October?
                            Second thing I want to make notice that Tata docomo has updated my name incorrect its completely different from the Docomo form and Identity proofs document I submitted.
                            Third thing that Docomo has not updated in my Docomo bill the Rs 500 refundable amount.
                            I have called to the customer care number of times to update the both above.

                            Fourth thing is that Docomo has forced me to change the plan Or my outgoing call will be barred and they barred my outgoing calls, kept me deprive o[censored]sing the services. Still they put the bill of the same period.

                            I have cleared all the dues till March 28 and still Rs 500 refundable deposited with the TataDocomo.

                            Upon disscussion with the Tata Docomo legal departement they promised that they will close the file permanently.

                            Again Tata docomo is saying that to pay the outstanding amount.

                            Whoom should I believe? Tata Docmo has cheated me all the time.

                              I wanted to cancel my Tata Docomo connection for which I had raised requests[protected] and[protected]. On both SR, the case was closed without authorization on my end. Now Tata Docomo is requesting that I pay bills outstanding after I put in the request for closure. Extract of email: Mr/Mrs/M/s. DIWAKAR.S. Ref No:Aug-2014/Amnesty/1989 Sub:- Full and final settlement of your Relationship No:[protected] regarding Tata Docomo MDN no: [protected]. Dear Sir/Madam, We thank you for choosing Tata Teleservices Limited as your telecom service provider for TATA Docomo brand. At the time of applying for the aforesaid telephone connection, you had agreed to make payments of the periodic bills raised by Tata Teleservices Limited upon you by the due date in respect of the availed services. Based on your assurances, we have allotted a Tata DoCoMo phone connection bearing no. [protected] to you on a duly executed Subscriber Application Form and other related forms/documents and account ID was allotted to you. You availed best of the service/s provided by us after activation of the said phone connection. Presently, we find from our records that a sum of Rs.2754 /- remains outstanding in your account as on 16th Aug 2014, .However, in spite of the receipt of the said bills, you have failed to make the payment to clear the outstanding amount, despite our repeated requests and reminders. But they have never responded with the right amount to be paid as I stopped using their device in Nov 2012 and they keep charging me till Apr 2013.                                 Dear sir/Madam,

                                I have requested/registered for cancellation of my Tata Docomo no ([protected]) in the few months back. During cancellation, company representative have asked me for payment of dues and a customer care numbers has given me for the completion of their formalities and accordingly I do everything in front of them and they told me that numbers will be cancelled in next 7 -8 days. After one month later they are sending me the bill for the said connection. Again, I have registered the complaint and same formalities also followed, but result is same. Please deactivate and cancel the connection with effect from 01.06.2014.

                                  TATA DOCOMO is worst service and network everyone knows it. But TATA DOCOMO is highly un authentic network service. They will cheat you in the name of internet yesterday night they cut my amount 234 Rupees i am prepaid customer. I did recharge for future use. Now, they are cheating poor indians every where in iNDIA. Close this TATA DOCOMO network. On the name of internet packs they do deduct once our net plan finish. In night of the night they will cut your whole amount without mercy. They will tell that, we used internet despite i never used internet. Who the hell to help from this cheating? REALLY [censored] YOU TATA DOCOMO CHEATERS..

                                        TATA DOCOMO Photon [protected] is INTERNET ready now.-
                                        As per the message recd I started using 3 G Wifi dongler. They sent me a bill after 15 days o[censored]se. I paid the bill. From the next day the connection was disconnected.
                                        On enquiry I was told that it was disconnected because of verification is negative. As per the message I have completed all the verification procedures. But ever after 5 days the issue is UNRESOLVED.
                                        VERY EMBARASSING.
