I am customer of tata docomo no:[protected] & [protected] (relationship no:[protected]. i had paid the bill of my number on due date vide receipt no:66334141 & 66336914 but still the company has barred my mobile number for the reason that i had not paid the bill in time. I am calling on the customer care 121 & 198 again and again but they are not listen at all.Even after paying them my no are barred . uday handa

    Hi, I had a very bad experience with Dokomo. They incorrectly billed me in Jan 2014 and its August now they say we are working on your complaint and no resolution until now. I have send them e-mail recently but no reply siince last 15 days. My Dokomo number was [protected]

      On 22nd July, 2014 I have applied for Prepaid Bill service of my Mobile No.[protected], and for that Rs25 deducted. But no any email sent to my email id from Tata Docomo. After complaint in customer care execuctive said that you have to go to Tata Docomo center for detais. That is not acceptable to me because as per request detais is to be sent in my given email Id. My complaint No. is PB080511. So please do the needful.

        Purchased photon plus device and a pre paid 3 month 5GB plan in Bangalore (number [protected] a/c Id:[protected]. It didnot work from day one. Lodged complaint. They attempted but couldnot rectify it. Meantime 3 month period expired without using the product service. My investment gone waste. I mailed them that I dont need their services anymore. Then I switched over to a different service provider with an excellent customer focused services. Meantime, they didnot consider my request to disconnect the photon data service because they sent me a invoice after 2 months. I didnot understand how one can go ahead and invoice to customer when you have not rectified the service issue and more so after the customer has informed the services are no more needed ! I wrote them back to cancel the bill and disconnect the services immediately. They confirmed the service is now disconncted. But, voila ! I got the bill once again next month. But this time the bill amount was 4 times more !!! It was a pleasant surprise gift. Again, I took the trouble of explaining them. Didnot get any response however, 2 months down the line I received a notice from their legal cell to pay the due. Again, I wrote them back that this is a wrong billing. No response from them until last week where in, the same legal cell has sent me another prompt notice to pay the due within 3 days. After all explaining my doubts/concerns is the 'least' you could do. I recollect when govt owned bsnl land line went down in my home for more than a week without repair, they slashed my 15 days monthly rental as per rules and all I needed to do was give them a request letter. So I am really really surprised with my experience with photon. Since I didnot see their apellate and other contacts helping me much in the past, I have now written a complaint to their president Mr.Elango Thambiah 3 days ago and hoping things will be sorted out. Is there anything else that needs to be done to sensitize Tata Docomo ?

          Dear Sir, I have recharge my tata photon dongel with Rs. 365.After Recharge within 7-8 days Net connection get lost as well as doesn't get connect upto 10-12 days due to Re-document submission.After submission of doc's doesn't connect Net. After 10-12 days net would be start means from yesterday. So, I doesn't have any complaint but I want to extend my validation date from 4th August to 16th August.So, I hope you help me to solve this problem.Contact me on my Email address.Thank you.

                Hi, This is Abhijit Naik using TATA DOCOMO 3g Service. But since last 6 days without any prior notice my connection has been disconnected (Which I came to know from TATA DoCoMo Gallery). I Pay my bills on regular basis without any late fee. Also I have not raised any request regarding discontinuation o[censored]sing TATA DoCoMo 3g service. But still I don't know why service has been discontinued all of sudden ? When i call to customer care i came to know that my service hasbeen deactivated since 24 th July 2014 but they also do not know the reason behind deactivation and nobody is giving satisfactory answers to me. Also i have not given any deadlines on by which date my TATA docomo connection will get restart ? I am very much frustrated because of pathetic service from TATA DOCOMO Which is very renowned company. I am seriously thinking of taking legal action against this .                   I am K.Murali and my connection number is [protected]. I have been using this connection since 2012 and I was paying the bills at right time. Since 2013 June, the signal strength became very low and I was not quite happy with the connection. I had placed a request for cancellation since January month. But, they are refusing my request and making to me take some other plans. Last month, once again, I placed a request for cancellation and they provided me with the number[protected]. But, they delayed the process and my next month bill got added with it. I am unable to contact the toll free number since no one is attending the calls. Please interfere and help me to resolve this.

                  I had very bitter and unethical action from the same provide that you have mentioned above
                  As pre-caution, please get the attested copy that you had submitted for cancellation from authorized outlet
                  Also, mentioned amount if there is any out-standing in the letter and request for immediately cancellation
                  This will help you when dispute raise (definitely there will be), since there is no electronic mode for cancellation
                  Also, Mail to TRAI with provider in CC. There may be chance of immediately resolve from TATA
                  Please don't postponed anything, definitely TATA will surprise you with some fine and legal actions

I took new connection last month and I found My Name & address is incorrect in your database when I receive my bil on my email Id. I raised my complaint 10 day’s ago to your customer care & send an email to your representative who has given me his email id but did not get any response yet.                       I am getting repeated Dive in now flash messages which they wont go out and are comes once after another continuously which makes me frustrated.these flash messages irritates me while I am messaging . If we touch this messages by mistakenly it will charges as these flash messages comes suddenly while we operating our cell phones normally .I have also contacted customer care, they also do not known proper solution to stop flash messages.

                        I took a Post paid connection in Tata Docomo, the sales guys tortured me calling so many times pushed me into this post paid ... Did a great mistake I should have remained in the Airtel Service its far better than Tata Docomo. Please don't prefer for Tata Docomo, I need to wait for another 3 months to change this

                          I am a TATA Docomo subscriber using mobile number [protected]. Just 4-5 months back I ported my number from Airtel to TATA Docomo. I am using 350 Rs per month plan and at the time when I was offered this plan I was told that in this plan you will get 1GB on 3G and on wards 2G data connectivity. And specifically I asked about roaming then I was informed that on roaming I will be charged for calls only but not for data connectivity. Last month I went out of station and used my number on roaming and for that I have been charged 620 Rs for data connectivity which is not as per the plan which I was described earlier.

                            Hi, I am a Tata docomo Customer with number - [protected]. I had recharged with PV77 on 27 June 2014, which offers benefit as All Local & STD Mobile Calls @ 39p/ Min. All Landline Calls 2p/ Sec. Validity: 180 Days. But i am being charged with 45p/Min for all local & STD calls which is more than the charge of Special recharge. I had called so many times, tata docomo customer car, they are saying that we have raised your concern & are looking into the same. But nothing is being looked upon as i am still being charged extra money. Last complaint number that i raised with agent Santosh is [protected]. Further to the misery is that now whenever i am calling customer care on 198, call is getting ended without being able to talk to customer care agent. This is worst service & ignorance of customer by docomo. I want the refund of the extra charges that were deducted plus changed of rate to actual plan rates. Thanks, Abdul Wahid

                                Dear Sir, I had taken a Tata photon device on the below email id and contact details. It has been two days but still it has not got activated. All documentation has been completed. Please help The Executive had called up and said that it will get activated in 4 days more so total of 7 days I don’t understand one card takes this much time to get activate ?? When I had taken the card it has been said that it takes only three days for the same.                                   Dear Sir/Madam, on 26 jul 14 during process of online recharge of my Tata Photon a sum of Rs.450/- was debited from my state bank of patiala account but the transaction was not completed. I repeated the process and this time txn was successful. but my a/c was debited twice with Rs. 450/- each time. Txn no.                                     Hi, I'm un-happy with the support of Tata Docomo wired broadband connection. my internet is down for last 4 days and everytime i call the customer service they keep on saying "its set as high priority and will be fixed tomorrow" and the problem is this "tomorrow" never comes. Being someone who regularly works from home this is something really bad. don't think i would be able to recommend this to anyone else. -Antony

                                    Please don't commit things if you can't take actions on them.

                                    1. Referece # of issue raised on 25th July :[protected] as per the text message it should be resolved before 29th and today its 31st.
                                    2. Got a call yesterday to check if my internet is working. i was outside and asked the customer service if they could give back a call in 15 minutes so that i could call home and confirm and i didn't get back any call.
                                    3. Got a call today morning asking me to check if the internet is working. it was not working and the customer service representative said someone would be coming before 1PM to fix it. its 2:15PM and i have pushed my other appointments to make myself available during that time.

                                    with all these things i've lost my trust with the service and i no longer wish to be part of this choas.

                                    Just after posting my previous comment i got a call from the local engineer and he was patient enough to troubleshoot the issue.

                                      I had recharged my mobile [protected] on 1st JULY of Rs33/- for the plan of STD mobile Tata 2 Tata @ 1p/3secs(20p/min) and other mobiles @ 1p/2sec(30p/min), but i have noticed that this plan is not applied to my number, that is i have been fraud and charged at the high call rate for past 28 days, Eg: for duartion of 1.26 mins i have been charged Rs1.29 and in another case for 0.54mins Rs0.81 etc I came to know this when i checked the last call charges through *191#. When i had activated this Rs33 plan my balance was more than Rs500/- now it is Rs288/-, Hence please refund me with the difference amount of Rs212/- which has been fraud,

                                        My Tata Photon Plus Delhi no [protected] was recharged for Rs 1500 on June 16 for Rs 1500 valid till 14 September 2014, which gives 12 GB data for 3 months. I am currently based at Patna. My photon no was not receiving any signal for last 8 days. My enquiry from the customer care revealed that the company has withdrawn its services from Bihar with effect 1st July 2014. This is cheating as the company did not bothered to inform its customers in any form.The customer care advised me to use Tata Wiz services by making some change in settings of the dongle. That too has failed. I was not expecting this type of poor service and feedback from such a trusted brand.
