WIFI service is not working, frequently dropping

Threatening call from a tata docomo number of tamilnadu circle

neither canceling my post paid connection, nor migrating to prepaid even request is made

from 1 month i have been asking for migration of my post paid connection to prepaid and requested for the same but the tata docomo people closed my request without notifying me and not migrating my sim instead they started generating bills.

then After paying off the bills when i asked for cancellation of number they say the migration request is open.

Deducting from main balance though data balance available

Misleading information, can be classified as cheating

I had an outstanding balance of around 2400(Account - [protected]) which was supposed to get transferred after I do a valid recharge before the expired date. I did a recharge of 50 rs which as per the site says is a valid recharge(Attached is the screen shot), however the customer care says that its not a valid recharge and says it is not mandatory for the organization to provide complete information online....

Deducting my main balance

Delay in Photon Activation

I had taken a new Photon Max Wifi connection on Wednesday 16 July 2014. Till now I have not received the confirmation message needed to activate my device.
