I use tata docomo internet pack when i m using my internet pack company did not inform me by message. (Like your pack is ended) then when i talk with customer care they did not give proper response and Disconnect my call. please solve my problem. ASAP Contact no. [protected]

      Hi,

      I take a connection recently with TATA photon for WIFI in moth of June 2014 but there connection only work for one or two week after that i am facing serious problem of network dropping and speed also not good. so i want to disconnect there service and want my money refund however they are not taking there data card back and not refunding money as per there advertisement and sale agent there service is not working but still not want to take there product back and still in market daily giving new connection with false promise to consumer.

      When any new product lunch in market during that time all testing and drawback should remove after that it should reach to final consumer but TATA photon is doing R & D at the cost of end user & making them pay for which they are not provided services to end user( consumer) This is ethically and value wise also not correct.

      Need advice how to process to with this issue.

        a message from Tata docomo showing - (Gamesclub is extended at Rs. 53.86 fro 17days. Bal:Rs1.00 at 23-jul-14 10:07. To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to 155223 (Free)) I have never subscripted for this, But money is deducted without intimation. .Pls Tata Docomo stop the Gameclub subscription which i never subscripted before & give a refund for my stolen balance money.           Hi T24, There is serious complain about your recharge plan. I am your regular user, I have seen your message on mobile screen that there is a offer of Rs. 38 get 25 p/min to all mobile in india. I did the recharge on 12th July 2014 ( Time 12:45pm). But I have received the message that I will be get benifited 100 minutes free for local mobile which will be activated next 48 hrs. Two way, I was cheated by your network, First you have shown me the wrong information about 25 p/min @ Rs. 38, Second : after getting message from docomo, still 100 minutes for local mobile was not activated. Many time I have contacted the customer service but all made me fool, they used to keep my phone on hold for hours & hours they didn’t reply the cause. One of your representative has told me today that I can write to you so that you will take necessary action. Hope my complain is clear with you. Don’t make worst network of T24 in india, Improve yourself to give respect to users. My t24 No. is [protected]. (Gujarat Number) Still if you are not going to resolve this issue withing 24 hours then this would be the beginning of your bad days.

            I have purchased a Tata Docomo Photon Max WiFi from Tata Docomo Online Shop (shop.tatadocomo.com) on[protected]. *MY INVOICE # :EC[protected]* I received the device on the 14th as prompted. I have been trying to get my Photon activated ever since then. Its a sad state where you have to spend 1 hour min each day to talk to the customer care to have this activated. It took me a couple of calls to get the cutomer care number where i can talk to the executive to speak my problem. As i have not received any messages from Tata Docomo, i couldnt connect to the activation service where it asks to enter the 10 digit photon number. Its been a week now, numerous calls to the customer care to get the device activated. Everytime its the same response of having my case being escalated to the Activation department. But never have i got a single message from Tata Docomo about the activation. Although i received a call from Docomo asking whether i received the device earlier this week. The reason i went for the online purchase was expecting a quick solution. Would like to quote the worst after sale service ever. But, good plans and a good online purchase option, Zip Delivery as promised. As a customer i would always want a very good after sale service for retaining and faithfull customers. I would either like to get the service activated tomorrow, if not, i would be happy to return the device and claim a refund. Its been 7 days and still no response to my request for activation.             As per instructions i was told after 8 days of receiving the device that the order that i placed (# EC[protected]) would be cancelled (Without my request) and that i have to place a new order which would be just for the purpose of activation. As instructed i placed the order around 15 minutes after the phone conversation on 23-07-14. The new order number # EC [protected] was reported to the customer care for activation and i was told that the device would be activated in a day.

            Its 28-07-14, 5 days after i placed the 2nd order, and 14 days after i got the device, 17 days after i placed my order in the first place.

            In spite of calling the customer care[protected] a minimum of twice daily for the past week. The only new thing i know about Tata Photon, is that after around 7 calls to the customer care, the executives seems to be repeating.

            Every single time, the only response was " The concerned issue has been fwded to the activation department, you will get the response as soon as possible "

            I would like to know the procedure to cancel the order and get a refund of the whole amount. Its worthless to spend so much time behind the same issue, wasting more than the amount i used to buy the device to recharge on my mobile phone for accessing internet.

            Expecting the device to get activated in a week, maximum after i placed the order. Its been 17 days now. Even after so many calls, emails.. I just happen to know that there is absolutely no value for any concern that a customer has towards the product.

            Taking more than 2 weeks to activate a device is not at all acceptable.

            Thanks a lot to the executives who actually helped me a lot.

            Sadly, the device is still not activated. Photon has the worst service that i ever faced. Good Plans, WORST SERVICE.

I want to make an complaint against that number and want to stop them. I also make an complaints to local police station also.                 from 1 month i have been asking for migration of my post paid connection to prepaid and requested for the same but the tata docomo people closed my request without notifying me and not migrating my sim instead they started generating bills.

                then After paying off the bills when i asked for cancellation of number they say the migration request is open.

                Now they are neither taking my cancellation request nor migrating post paid to prepaid.

                Every day i am calling customer care and they are telling different reasons and without usage they are generating bills.

                I think the intention is not correct i need a help.

                i want to know how i can go to consumer court and file a case on these people

                  On 19th july, i was browsing, balance was 360Rs, and it had 111 MB data balance, 20th morning i saw the balance it was 9.62 rs, later i asked the customer care, they told all https:// websites are chargeable and http:// are not chargeable, but i told that i was using this plan many times it didnt happen, and next for checking purpose i opened google homepage, balance went to 0.62 rs., that means for opening google, 9rs deducted means, no use o[censored]sing docomo

                    Dear Sir/Madam, I have taken broad band connection from Tata Docoma last week of April 2014 and it was not functioning since begging due to lack of infrastructure from their end. Hence decided to cancel and close account immediately. I also sent a mail to them after talking with their customer care number and I got the below acknowledgement. But till now they didn't cancel/close my account and asking me to Pay the Bill till date (22nd July) and kept on asking through different vendor (Chennai Telelinks). I am very much frustrated and talked so many times to their customer care and two weeks they told my bill waiver request is approved for two levels and waiting for approval for another level. Can you please help me to resolve this dispute?                     I have provided account number in the Subject Tata DoCoMo - Broad Band[protected]. I was sending all my request and concerns regarding my broadband connection problem at [protected]@tatatel.co.in as well as toll free which is provided in the website. I got the below response on 3rd May regarding disconnection but so far it didn't happened. Every month, I was getting remainder calls and asked to pay the amount around 3000Rs till this month. Kindly look into this matter ASAP or else I need to go consumer court as a next step.

                      i have taken a CUG connection for my office use around 10 connections, you know my billing date is 7th and the due date is 24th every month, but from 18 onwards you will be receiving e-mail, msg and phone call to every conncetion of you CUG its really disgusting, i have called to their customer care they told and wont be receive mails and messages but its been continuing for over a year,

                          Hi, This is Rahim I bought a Tata Docomo Wifi from Docomo store at Thippasandra and simultaneously checked for a UL plan for a phone connection bcoz i have been shuttling btwn cities i wanted sum connection where i get unlimited calls and messages + 2GB 3G data post 2 GB its Unlimited 2G data, i clarified it with Disney Philip (sales person who sold me ths connection) 4-5 times before i confirmed to buy this connection he said be rest assured about the plan, also the reason why i bought tata wifi was tht i wanted to buy a 3G connection with wifi for my IPad and since i travel a lot i didnt wanted to carry my Airtel 4G router he said we Have 3G and i asked him specific about 3G in Mumbai as i am there almost 15 days a month ahe said Mumbai its our HO and 3G is definitely there so i decided to buy the connections and he promised the activation in a day s time hence i bought. Only when i reached Mumbai and i got to know there is no 3G in Mumbai and i was totally disappointed.. my disappointment saga continued due to severe network issue and on top of all this to all i get a bill of 2250 for the month where i have taken a UL plan and when i called ypu customer care no first of all the guy who spoke was mum and he didnt care to respond to me when i asked him questions and when i insisted the call to be transferred to superior he hesitated initially and then transferred a call to a guy called shylesh reddy who was Rude, Egoistic, and arrogant and was not ready to accept the mistake and went on stating tht SMS on roaming is not free and i have been connected Reliance network which i dont understand how when i am manually selecting Tata Docomo 2G network everytime i land in Mumbai. Its highly disappointing that TATA as a group harps about the word TRUST and this is not called Trust for sure where on the name of sales you are cheating me by overcharging me and penalizing for no fault of mine and demanding me to pay extra after commmitment.                             I had an outstanding balance of around 2400(Account - [protected]) which was supposed to get transferred after I do a valid recharge before the expired date. I did a recharge of 50 rs which as per the site says is a valid recharge(Attached is the screen shot), however the customer care says that its not a valid recharge and says it is not mandatory for the organization to provide complete information online.

                              Hello Sir/Madam, I have recharged my photon([protected]) online dated on 28th March 2014 at 3 A.M through Doco mo Website with an amount of Rs 750/-(3 GB Unlimited).My amount is debited from my account but my photon was not recharged.Same day at 8 A.M I given complaint to customer care.They told me that the problem will be resolved with in 2 to 3 working days and I can recharge my photon again.So I recharged my photon again through Tatadocomo outlet to continue my work. From 29th March I am making calls to customer care everyday, but they not responding properly .Daily they are saying your problem will be resolved with in 24 hrs and amount will be refunded to your account.110 days were completed but my problem was not resolved. I am sending transaction id, my account details and complaint details below. Transaction ID -: MUTI [protected] Service req -: PRRG 12853198 Account No -: [protected] I am requesting you please solve my problem as early as possible.This was the mail I had sent to Docomo on 30th May 2014.Their team had sent an email that their team raised a complaint and sent Reference Number BPO 07062783 and the issue would be addressed with in 3rd June 2014.But it is not solved then again I sent an email on 6th June 2014 and docomo team sent reply that my issue will be addressed on 8th June 2014, but again it was not solved .On 14th June 2014 again I had sent an email in reply just auto reply came and no one made a call .I don't know what to do?How irresponssible they are? They are just sending an auto reply and just making a call and telling the issue will be solved on some date.They are the problem was forwarded to higher authorities but they are not responding.I don't know what should i do?Please help me to solve my problem.                                 Yessterday, at 4.32 pM, i use internet for facebook and wats up at tnat time.and That time my internet balance was 91 mb.and for that use of internet 46 rs deducted from my Main balance account.i also complained about this problem to custemer care excutive, But they have not any respoNce, i Am very disAppOiNted, as a regular custemer of tata docomo, i expect you help me, And this proBlems is happening maximum times and our conversation witH CusTemer caRe ExCuTiVe is very bad responce.I am very disappointed due to that, please return my balance as soon as poSsiblE, aNd see That problem not happening with me, otherwise i Dont use docomo for next time.my docomo No -[protected]

                                  After paying the final settlement amount still I am getting calls for collection from [protected]. The lady was trying to intimidate me and her tone was very harsh, she was illiterate. I already talked to Tata Docomo's Advocate deshmukh on number [protected] and after discussion she told me to pay the bill till januray which is the legitimate amount and she will close the issue. We payed the amount and details are given below. Transaction Reference number: MCMP[protected] Transaction date: 12/06/2014 Amount: 1567 Account number:[protected] Till now I have got so many harsh calls from TATA Docomo and have complained so many times over the call and emails and till now no action has been taken. I am highly irritated now. We have already paid the legitimate bill till Jan, and now not going to pay anything extra and want our deposit amount back. We had raised request for account closure on 18 january 2014. Now how can you charge till february. We had vacated that flat on 20th januray, we can show you our rent agreement. This is your billing department problem not from my end, since I had already asked to disconnect. Kindly take action as soon as possible. Now going forward all the conversation will be on the mail so that I can have proof. Tata docomo is a fraud company, they commit something on call and then ask for written confirmation. This is a very frustrating experience.

                                    first time i have activated Net plan and start browsing, when my net balance is over they didn't inform me and start deduction form my main balance, then i make complain but didn't get any respond, but this time i have 2 MB balance remaining in my Net Balance then also they deducted from my main balance, atleast they have to inform that your net balance is over and for further browsing we are going to charge from your main balance

                                        Hello, I purchased Tata Photon Max Wi-fi connection from Tata Docomo shop online on 8th July 2014. I received the device on Saturday i.e. 12th July 2014 and also submitted all the required documents to the representative who delivered the device. I waited till tuesday (15th July) for my device activation as suggested by the rep but no one even bothered to call me or activate my device. Since then i've called Customer Care on [protected] and they've done nothing but given empty promises and excuses. Since my connection is not activated, I don't have any docomo phone number for my new connection. My order# EC[protected].
