I have been to tata docomo store east which is at matunga east. (kingcircle). I wanted to convert my postpaid connection into prepaid. .but they not ready to do it.they are like you should visit another store. why should I go to another store if matunga Is near me. and the staff over don't have sense. When I went. They told me to wait for 10 mins. bad and worst service by tata docomo.

    I had taken a new Photon Max Wifi connection on Wednesday 16 July 2014. Till now I have not received the confirmation message needed to activate my device. If this is how its going to work then I would rather return the device and get a refund. Please do something soon. I am a Tata employee myself and its disgusting to see such behaviour.

      My Account No. is[protected] and Connection No. [protected]. I had activated a plan of 950Rs. which is a postpaid account and have used its services till February 2014. Since I was shifting to Chennai on a professional assignment I had requested the Customer service at least 4-5 times to deactivate and close the account. I paid my dues of Rs.2472 on 28th February by Cheque No.710474 drawn on SBI, Chennai hoping that they would close my account finally. To my utter shock and disbelief, they kept on generating my bills even though the usage was 0 ( nil ). I told the Customer Service guys following up that I had already paid my dues and had requested for closure so many times. Then on 18th June, an advocate from Delhi, Mr. Rajesh Kumar Varma ( Cell No.[protected] ) calls up and says if you don't pay up ( Rs. 3011 ) in the next 1 hour, an arrest warrant will be issued in your name. I was shocked..was he joking? I argued with him and gave him all details and told him that I had not used their services from February and they have suspended the same as per their letter. How can you keep on charging? He insisted and said if I dont pay, be ready to face the police. And if you pay, you will get the full and final settlement letter within 7 days. To save myself from further agony, I paid immediately online ( Transaction reference No. MSMP[protected] ) on 18th June same day. Neither did I receive the settlement letter nor was there a call from Mr. Verma. Yesterday, I was shocked to get a message on my cell from Tata DoCoMo that the Bill for July had been generated for a Rs. 1062 and the due date was 3rd Aug. What is this happening! Is it a joke ? The Company has been fraudulently billing me for services I was no longer using, and through intidimatory tactics extorting money from me. I am not the only person who thinks they are fraud, there are so many others. You shouldn't be stealing money from valuable customers like this. I haven't even used their service since last six months, my data usage is 0. I have cleared the amount and now I'll see to it that no one from my circle ever uses your service again. Enough is enough, unless I get a full and final settlement letter immediately, I reserve the right to file a legal suit and claim compensation from February onwards.

        Respected sir, I, Abhinay Singh, building no 9/104, Mhada complex, Ekta nagar, Kandivali west, Mumbai, has applied for internet(2mbps) and phone line connection ( broad band) through Tata Docomo broadband agent Manoj Dube( [protected], [protected]). I paid him Rs 1422/- in cash on 08/07/2014 as connection charges and the account no[protected] and CAF number 6712684 is generated on 14/07/2014 and i took leave from office for connection but the engineer did not come to set the connection . Then I contact Mr. Manoj Dube ([protected]) and Rajesh Kumar ( rajeshkumar.[protected]@tatatel.co.in, [protected]) for connection. Now they did not pick up the call and if pick the call then didn't behave well. Then i registered complaint on Tata help line about same issue. They provide me complaint no[protected] and assured me they will solve my problem within 24hrs, so i waited for same. But same thing happened again. No response from Tata. So i again call then but executive told the complaint was closed and we have solve the issue. So again i have to told full problem and they registered my new complaint and provide me new complaint no[protected]. But again no response. Now I proceed regarding this against Tata Docomo and Mr. Manoj Dube ([protected]) and ( rajesh kumar.[protected]@tatatel.co.in, [protected]). Such a pathetic service provided by Tata. Very bad experience i am facing from Tata braodband.         This Feedback is for Service that i am getting from Docomo.
        I am using Docomo broadband Service for a month & I am sorry to inform that their Service is extremely poor & inefficient, because it is down most of the time.
        From the last 1 month Internet went down 2 days every week that is 1 Week in a Month.
        I asked for disconnection of service however your retention team assured that we will provide better service & give us a chance,
        I really didn't expect any changes & I was right . From last week the same story continued. Internet is down from 25th July Today is 28th July
        Literally their Customer Service & Technical service people have done nothing to fix it.
        All they do is to raise a complaint & provide the Ticket Number instead of providing a permanent resolution.
        I really didn't expect this kind of service from Docomo when I opted for Docomo since i trust in tata however those people made me realize i should have opted for Reliance or any other ISP.

          Some customer person called last month saying that he would change my plan from 199 plan to 350 plan for my betterment. I asked him how can I change because it was already around 17-20 June and any change in plan had to be made before. I told alright and then started using net pack for the entire month. But then only on 15th July did I get a msg that plan has been changed.Because of your customer care persons I have around 500 Rs in my bill which was charged for net (Which I would have not used if I had known there was no change of plan). Even after repeated questions, the customer care person told that this plan would surely start from June. This is highly irritating..because I wanted to change from postpaid to prepaid and instead she made me change plan and now pay extra. Isn't this your communication fault? How are you gonna repay this !

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            I am a corporate customer for Tata Docomo

            I lost my device and called first on July 6th to request for cancellation as I was frustrated with the performance of the device.

            Note: Speed was pathetic and even in Bangalore where I stay. Complaints does not really work
            with TATA and there is hardly any customer satisfaction.


            I was persuaded for new plan Max Wifi with promise of best services and delivery within short time with
            SLAs. On 8th July morning I confirmed that I want to shift to Max Wifi and 20GB plan.

            I told them that I want the device delivered on priority basis and I am stuck without device. (I work from home)

            Concerned person mentioned that the request will be taken on priority basis in next 48 hours.

            I didn't receive any call till 17th July afternoon. I was regularly following up with them about the status of the request and what can I do to expedite the process. Every time I received only promises

            I have called up daily from 8th onwards but no proper response received. They just mentioned that standard process is of max 7 days. and really frustrating to see no call back in 48 hours and no response in 7 days.


            I called on 15th July and spoke to Swati, she mentioned that she will ensure that
            the device reaches in 24 hours but nothing happened till 17th?

            We sent twitter messages on 16th and received the promises

            16th I called the customer care five times. Out of that, at three times my call got dropped in between by Tata Docomo Executive.

            Two times I requested to talk to senior executive but they mentioned that senior is
            busy. ????????

            They said that we will arrange a call back but still no call received


            On 17th I spoke to Manish kumar at 9.40 am he assured he will call back by 12 pm but no call back received.
            When I received a call to confirm address person told me he received the request today on 17th means after all the followups and frustration we pushed tata to do their work

            17th we received a card at 3 pm with promise of activation by 6 pm but again great docomo till now 10.30 pm card is not active

            Thanks for forwarding this to TaTa docommo. After 14 hours they called me asking to reconnect and asked me to visit nearest shop. which I declined as this was not what they promised. Later they tried to solve the issue but still there was no promise card will be activated.(it was that we will do this and see) I was confused to see they do not even know which plan I chose. Again the thing continued to select the plan.
            It was surprising to see prepaid plans were also offered.

            At last I have asked to cancel the services and kept the call in frustration.

            I have tried all that I could and now I give up. I even tried threatening for compensation but still there is nothing. May times I have asked for the higher authorities contact number but I was not given contacts other than services. Yesterday night I even asked in frustration which center I need to visit to meet highest authority people. That too details were not provided. it means you buy the services and keep your mouth shut and only deal with ground level staff ?

            This is to much. Can nothing be done with such services Where you push provider for 10 to 12 days to get your work done through shouting and anger and also pay money for it ??????

            Examples of pushing -

            1. No calls came - so we need to call them everyday and every time there is long queue for toll free.
            pay from your pocket to talk to them shout on them and still every time provide the details. Not one day but continuous 10 days
            postpone your work call in between work and be behind them.
            2. When they told card will be activated in 2 hours I scheduled my meetings and card was never activated. next promise was by 10.30 pm sure which also did not happen. Morning i was asked to visit the center. I blood pressure went high and I shouted on them after that things moved but still there was no promise of solving the problem
            3. Sending mail did not work as there is autoreply and there is no followup from company side.

            I am fade up with your services. There is no guarantee of your services and need the justice
            After I am pushed out of limit. Suddenly I am getting calls which is to much. There is no coordination between your teams. After such a pathetic response and cancelling the services still you harass me by calling and asking check for the card and network.
            This is toooo much.

            What resolutions. This is going on from 15 days now. I have cancelled the connection and I want justice for my frustration.

            You can do anything harass people and then say we understand!!! Is this the way you treat your customers ?
            I am getting calls today also for activation of services and is your
            card working no ([protected]) for the old request. (I have received
            2 calls till now). After complaint to your presidential desk on many calls they promised on phone I will get calls only from one person.
            I am still receiving these calls daily. Sometimes 3 to 4. There is something fundamentally wrong with you.

            I have cancelled the card and the matter is with you
            still after such a mess I am getting harassed by some call center daily

              Hello, As per the photon max wifi 2G max speed is 6.1 MBPS but i'm getting the speed of just around 0.20 MBPS. I have raised 3-4 complaints upon this issue but no one has taken care. Daily i'm checking the speed it's max speed will be 0.51 MBPS and it is not a constant speed too it keeps on reducing. I have informed to tata docomo people that moreover I don't wan't to waste my time to use the product, So, please refund my money for the dongle and i'll return your device. No one is caring about my complaints and issue what ever I have raised. For your reference i'm having the raised tickets number's also. Tata Docomo Number - [protected] Date i have owned the device - 11-JUL-2014 Activation Date - 12-JUL-2014 1.[protected]Date 13-JUL-2014) - This ticket got closed without resolving the issue. 2. 767565 (Date 14-JUL-2014) - We acknowledge the receipt and we will respond to you within 48 hours. But nothing got solved and not even a call i din't get. 3.[protected]Date 15-JUL-2014) - Resolution will be done by 22-JUL-2014 but no one has called regards this issue. 4.[protected]Date 17-JUL-2014) - Resolution will be done by 17-JUL-2014 but no one has taken care. 5. 767846 (Date 17-JUL-2014) - We acknowledge the receipt and we will respond to you within 48 hours... Waiting for the resolution :( . Most irritating network product i have ever seen. They are providing the fake statement like you'll get max speed upto 6 MBPS. I called to one of the executive he told me we will get max speed of 512 KBPS to 1 MBPS I was shocked by his words. I asked why you mentioned as 6.1 MBPS he doesn't have answer.               Hi,

              As per my earlier complaint they have solved it only for few days. It mean the Internet speed was good for few days but not a month long.

              Still to i'm facing the same low Internet speed. These Docomo people were dumping the customers.

              Why my Internet speed is down to the mark ??? This time i'm not going to relieve this issue. Most disgusting !!!

              To be frank i was wasting my money Rs.1250 per month for the junk Docomo Service. There is no satisfaction by using the plug and play device and Internet.

                I was using Tata Photon+ (for some years[protected] with 5GB unlimited connection but due to speed and connectivity issue planned to close it. When i raised it up with Customer Care they blankly said it can not be done and you have to visit the Tata Photon centre. I visited "Madhapur, Hyderabad" Tata Photon outlet during June 2013 and to my surprise they were also not willing to cancel my connection even though after providing all the documents. I asked them how to cancel the connection they lastly said we can only suspend your connection and from that time my connection is in suspended mode and i have not used it till date (close to an year). I have started getting calls from Tata Photon Executive about payment for the bills. I don't understand why the bills are generated if my connection is suspended/barred and there is no usage. I request Tata Photon to look into the matter urgently and close my connection as i should not be billed for something which i never used and the connection status as suspended/barred.                   We have been regularly complaining about the above land linetelephones, but to our dis may your line men are coming every day with fabricated stories that theyn don't have
                  Cables etc and have cross connected the lines with somebody else's. And avoid to repair and restore the lines. This has been happening from 12th july 2014 till day. Due to this we have suffered a lot in our business. If you can do any stern actions we will have the only option of surrendering back the line to you.

                    my number : [protected] network : tata docomo circle : gujarat i have requested via message to activate message pack through *141*1529# and it showed that your pack will be activated with 2 hours and you will recieve its confirmation soon.. and even after 8 hours nor my balance deducted and not even the pack was activated again i dailled the same ussd code *141*1529# and it showed the same response but still the message pack was not activated till next 4 hours so finally i recharged online to activate sms which actually did activated my sms pack, but next morning i recieved two more messages of showing that you have been charged 29 rupees two more times and your pack is activated.. so according to company policy they show that the pack will be activated within 2 hours but it didnt got activated and after 24 hours it got activated which is of no use for me so i requested to refund me the balance which got deducted for other two packs and they bluntly told we cant do that.. because of there system downtime why should i be suffering, i want my refund.. very rude customer care

                          I got a new sim card of tata docomo yesterday and its still not activated. I got It from The Mobile Store and they charged me 100 rs for it saying i will get 80 talktime when the card is activated. heres the no of the new sim card : [protected].Today morning my friend got a call from customer care for verification of my address and they told him that sim will be activated within an hour. But its not yet activated. Kindly do the needfull.

                            My Photon number is [protected]. I had activated a plan of 950Rs. which is a postpaid account and has 10GB of 3G data usage. I bought this in Gwalior, and then I shifted to Pune. In Pune I already have a Wi-Fi connection so the dongle wasn't of any use to me. I told the Customer service to either activate a basic plan or just close my Photon. But these guys didn't even bother to hear me out. After a month my Photon bill got generated of 950Rs. I didn't pay the bill as I told the customer service already. They contacted me regarding the payment and I addressed them the same issue.They still didn't close my account neither did they activate a minimum plan. After 3 months they generated a bill of 3026. I know!! I was shocked to see that. I told them and they said You will have to pay the bill anyhow. When I refused to pay they told me, mark my words these were the exact words the customer service told me, "Company aapse paise kaise bhi kar ke nikal legi". This is how the lazy customer service talks to customers. Previously when I was using their service, never did I delay the payment. Now they didn't even bother to block my service for non payment. And now they have filed a case against me for not paying the bill. This company is a frawd, and it's just not me who is saying this. You shouldn't be stealing money from valuable customers like this. I haven't even used their service since last three months, my data usage is 0. I have cleared the amount and now I'll see to it that no one from my circle ever uses your service again. Peace!

                              I have logged a complaint for terrible TataPhoton Internet speed issue since 16th June 2014 till date havent got any resolution for the same.

                              Horrible service from Customer care department, Fed up of calling every alternate day to check the status and still not able to see any progress. Every caller has some different updates. Since 16th June they are confirming the engineer visit which is getting postponed at the last movement and they are extending the resolution time to next week.

                              I am frustrated for calling and following up every now and then. Kindly look into this matter on priority or else i will have to look for alternate service provider.

In the month of Jan 2014 ie on 13/01/2014 I have paid Bill amount Rs 1067.00 twice inadvertently .I had bring to the notice of the company about the subject double payment several times, but they denied and saying that one payment transaction is rejected.but amount debited from my saving bank account twice Rs. 1067.on the same date ie 13/01/2014 I had approached to local office of TATA DOCOMO AT JAIPUR and show them the statement of my S B account .They have forwarded the up to date statement to their customer care centre ..but I regret to say that the matter is not resolved till the date ...

                                  Hi I am using Tata Docomo postpaid sim- [protected]. I have activated 3G plan 249 on my number but I am not getting 3G speed from when i had activated that 3G plan. I am getting very angry from customer cares teams answers. My experience from Tata docomo is very pathetic.
