Customer Care did not accept for any plan change after calling several time and keep imposing old bill. Several times I have called the customer care to change the bill plan and they keep adding the bill without changing the bill plan. And, since I did not pay bill they are now imposing charges for impending bills to cover there faults. I would say pathetic Service with pathetic connection.

    i recharged there unlimited FB and Whatsapp plan in which they promise me for unlimited use of these two sites as i use broadband connection for other sites and on mobile i use only these two sites mentioned above but as soon as i started my GPRS connection by getting on my data connection they start deducting data charge from my main account even i didnt touch my phone for whole day and when i contacted them they started giving me foolish excuses and when i asked there address they denied to give so that i oculd not meet them personaly.
    T24 company is full of cheaters and frauds.

      Dear sir,
      I have done recharge of rs-777/.Offer was recharge of 777=900 talktime but i received only rs-691 talktime.I complained to company, they replied that this recharge should have been done as special recharge then only you can get talktime.My complaint is that, i received messege is{ recharge of rs 700=900 talktime }.The word special recharge was not mentioned in the message. I should have received talktime rs-900.
      Company deceived me please take strong action against the company.

I already complained but i am not getting any responses from your service provider and also from airtel. so i am facing problem and if it is not solve by u than i will take further action.           Taken 3G connection on 17th July 2014, Raised complain regarding speed issue on 22nd July 2014, for which resolution time committed was 4 hours. Did not listen anything from them for 2 days and so raised another complain on 24th July 2014. For which resolution date was 26th July 2014. Did not received any information till 25th July 2014 so again called customer care to ask about the status and asked to transfer the call to senior executive. It was promised that I will get a call from TATA engineer on 25th July 2014 and visit will be arranged at my residence between 8 to 9 PM on the same day. Did not get any call from TATA again and on 26th July2014 got an SMS regarding my complain stating that, " The complaint is closed". When called customer care again they mentioned that, an Engineer contacted my number 3 times whereas I did not get any call from them. It was also mentioned that I was out of station, this was the false statement updated by TATA Technical team. Also when asked for refund of all money, as I did not used this connection due to speed, it was denied.

          Hello,

          I mainly face problem at my office location 'Yerwada' in Pune. And response I get for this location is that it is high utilized area and so speed will get effected. My point is, if it is high utilized area then you should stop giving new connections there. If we get this response for speed issue of a 3G network, what point it makes in taking 3G connection and working with speed of hardly 5-6kbps which is much worst than 2G also!!

          And I have rasied first ticket on 22nd July and since then I am struggling to get atleast a single response form customer care and morever, without contacting me, ticket was resolved with the statement that "they have contacted me thrice and I told them that I am out of station and my speed issue is resolve". And when I contacted customer care, they simply say that they believe their technician and they must have contacted me. So that means I am the one who is lying here. With what good reason????

          May I know what is status of above complaint?? As I received a call on
          18th August from Chennai location regarding my complaint and they
          promised that they will look into the issue. Few minutes after that I
          got a call from Pune
          location with the same reply that they will look into the issue. Few
          minutes later, I got an SMS that I will get resolution by 19th Aug. On
          19th Aug, I got another SMS stating that resolution time is increased to
          25th Aug and still now I am waiting to hear from them as today is 25th
          Aug.Also got am SMS today which states that as discussed with our
          photon expert, a new site is expected in your location in XXXX months!!
          What is this XXXX months??? and if the resolution will be done after getting a new site in location, why should I pay you for such a service???And
          I am not writing any further emails to [protected]@tatadocomo.com as I have
          not received replies for my 4-5 mails written in last month. So it is
          pure WASTE of my time to write an email with the hope that I will get
          some reply from you.

            Once again with better experience with tata docomo, my name is ramprabu and my mobile number is[protected], for the last four days i have been receiving a call from tata docomo to get a new post paid connection i told them that right now i am a using post paid CUG connection only so not required me a new connection that executive asks me is it so? again i said sir everyday i have been answering your phone calls don't you have any facility to find those who have contacted already and the exective says sir we have 42 branches so it does not matter for us and says if you want complaint at customer care dont ask me like that. the number of the executive is[protected] already for my previous compliant nothing has been done but still i gave you another complaint lets see what is the response for that too.

              Dear Sir/Madam, Rs. 90+ balance deducted from my main balance on 24 July 14. I had called to customer care, then they tell me that, balance deducted for net browsing. But around 8 MB data balance in my account, then how tata docomo can deduct main balance? also I called on 25 July 14 approx 11.45 pm regarding same, then customer care executive told me that, your balance will be refund in next 3 hours, but till time I have not received the same. Therefore I called once again to customer care at 11.55 am and now they telling, deducted balance is unable to refund even free data is balance. and it happens before twice or more, Please suggest what can I have to do regarding this problem.

A unwanted Service called "diet plan" has been activated automatically on my phone on 25nd July'14 and Rs. 22.08 has been deduct for the service charge without my intervention. I wonder that how this kind of service gets activated without user requirement or without their needs? Also when I call to cust. care they said that I had to call them within 24 hours to refund the amount, but that time I did not has any balance left in my account .This is not the first time that this kind of services gets automatically activated. This is one kind of cheating by the service provider. I want to deactivate this service and refund of my full amount as this is completely unnecessary, unwanted and cheating. I also could not called to the customer care within 24 hours of the service activation as, So I request to refund my amount on immediate effect.

                    I am using TATADOCOMO PUNJAB SIM, MOBILE NO-[protected]. ON 19 May 2014 in my sim has 500+ MB data and Rs 713 main balance. On that day afternoon i used my sim for net surfing and data downloading, after surfing I checked my sin balance and found Rs 00.00 and 11 MB left data. at that day I called TATADOCOMO customer care about my balance they told me to you have charged Rs 713 for data downloading then I told them if my sim has 11 MB data left for downloading how can you charged me Rs 713 for data downloading, they replied me you have charged correct from company side for data charge . Again I asked him to if I have 11 MB data left in my sim how can you deduct my main balance, please refund my Rs 713 balance they replied me sorry sir can't help you. Today(25 July 2014) again I call to customer care about my data and main balance they replied me to sorry sir I have no recore about that day(19 May 2014).

                    on 31 JUL 2014 at 15:22 I have received a call from tatadocomo company with [protected] about my complain. He told to me I have no record about that day (19 MAY 2014), I have only 60 days back information so I can't refund your money and I am unable to check your problem about 19 MAY 2014, he told me to sorry sir, if you face in this type of problem i will help you.
                    I have received two sms from tatadocomo on 31 Jul 2014.
                    1. Hi! your ref no. PBR12253529 for prepaid balance related has been processed on 31 Jul 2014. Thank you.
                    2. If not satisfied with resolution, pls write to appellate at appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com

                        I have closed my modem connection on 19 june and paid last bill at that time only. Still I got bill in this moth and it is showing previous bill also not paid. This is not acceptable.Please look into this ASAP.

                          I have loged complain regarding my bill they deactivate my data plan and didn't inform me and generated the bill of 2300 Rs even I am using 899 unlimited plan and after generating the bill without informing me they barred my outgoing calls then I call and ask them to activate and gave me complain number and said it will be solved by 28th your issue will be solved but before that again they barred my calls again I call and the they activate and next morning again they barred n now I am calling they r saying every time ur call will be activated in 2 second but stlill I am unable to call my clients I fedup calling these guys. But no body is activating my calls

                              Hi, I am using mobile number [protected] of post paid sim.I got call from Tata docomo customer care about data plan of Rs.125 for 1GB data of 3G.After activatation this plan I got message from tata docmo that you have bill of Rs.1000 next day Rs.2000, day after tomarrow .Rs.3000 .. After 10 days I got mesage about bill Rs.8000. I called customer care and clarify that I am using this net for gmail in mobile with limited usage, why I get such huge bill.But Customer Executives doesent know reason.she told me to wait till month end bill.So I told her that please deactivate my plan for this monthend and I will stop using internet Because at end of month I have possiblity of huge bill. After End of month I got bill of Rs.4832 .with discount Rs.4000.I raised complaint many times to customer executives and each time they are saying that they will minimize Rs .500 only. Please suggest I am very disapponted using Tata docomo card...

                              why I can pay extra bill ?
                              Dear Consumer Team, From several days I am fighting with Tata docomo for bill of Rs. 4, 494 for May+June.After that my postpaid sim outgoing is stopped.

                              After registering complaints for this month I got bill of
                              Previous balance Rs. 4494 + Current charges Rs. 5483 =Total 9978

                              Why I got current charges Rs.5483 without using any data or calls my plan is only for Rs. 149 monthly basis.

                              From several days I am fighting with Tata docomo for bill of Rs. 4, 494.Please look in this matter seriousely.I told several times to tata docomo why I pay Rs. 4, 494 for 800 MB use only without my any foult.I was 1GB data plan for Rs.125 only.Even though I didnt use that data also.They are doing some wrong calculation and chitting with customer.Please help me to whom I can complint it if you are unable to do in it.Can I register police complaint against tata docomo? Please advise.

I have given complain on 10.07.2014 vide compline No.[protected] against my data card No.[protected]. your customer care does not reply properly they have taken time up to 20.07.2014 on 20.07.2014 they send me sms that signal not come properly please use this device other location if not satisfied and your complain is closed.                                     My Tata photan no is [protected], I am facing continuous speed issue with Tata photan plus connection and this is happening more than 8 months I have logged multiple complaints (15 March2014) :[protected] and recently (22 July 2014) :[protected] and every time my complaint get resolved as there is utilization issue at Tata Photan Site and they will going to add new site, I am hearing this solution since Dec 2013 still there is no progress.

                                    This is really very worst experience I faced with Tata Photan, If they are not capable to serve please tell your customer better they close tata connection and choose new service provider

                                        I am a customer of Tata Docomo Photon+ prepaid ([protected]) since November, 2012 in Bhagalpur, Bihar. For the last 3 days, I was not able to avail the services of Photon+. On asking the customer care executive, I have come to know that the service of Photon+ has been withdrawn from Bihar. This withdrawn of services before any prior notice in prepaid service left me in loss of my balance.
