Horrible customer service and rectify team ever

My mob num [protected], I got a post paid connection and due to official transfer i wanted to change it as prepaid so i ve submmited my documents on 9:06:2014 to ekaduthangal docomo center, chennai and initiated my num into prepaid service .. they said within 7 working days it will convert automatically as a prepaid num ... today is 17.06.2014 my outgoing and incoming has barred and i tried to recharge my mobile but it showed as :INVALID NUM"...

Bad network

Hi, I purchased Tata Photon Max in May, however the connectivity is very bad. I have called your customer care lot of times and once an engineer also came. Still the connection is either too slow or down( Like on 16th June, no network for entire day) . I have all my work dependant on internet connection. Please look into this asap, and ask your customer care to be more efficient in terms of query resolution. My tata number is [protected]....

deduction of internet data without any usage

Unauthorized charge of 75 rs
