Sir, my mobile no. is [protected].
Whenever I request for any 2G GPRS Recharge through my balance , it gives an error SMS that This service is not applicable in your area.
I have tried all your pack and all gives the same messege. Customer care says that Tata Docomo has closed its all 2G GPRS recharges in UP West and Uttarakhand, is this temperory or permanent? There are various rumours in our state that you company is going to be closed in our region just like Uninor is closed in Mumbai. Is your company is really going to be closed in our state. If yes , then please inform us so that we can port our number to other operators,
If there is a temperory issue then please also mention here.

    Hi.

    This is to inform you that the TataDocomo signal is very less at Goripalya behind Abhimaan theatre. So please improve the signal strength in tower. I get only 1point of signal and sometimes it will just show Emergency or No Service. I'm not able to make urgent call at times, all due to this network problem.Also if im using 2G internet on mobile, the internet just stops due to no signal.This is affecting a lot to me as well as many others in same location.Kindly help me with the same.

      Hi, pls give back my balance amount of 42 rupees which has been
      deducted with out taking the service...you people are really creating
      trouble here...i am always outside and suddenly i got message that i
      have taken the service called 'Best of bollywood video zone'...i have
      not taken this services and dont want it any way...before 1 month also
      this happened....pls put back my 42 rupees or i will cancel tata
      services and take some other mobile service...this is enough....i have
      also wrote message in consumer complaints...

        I call to cc they told You download in Flash message from Tata,

        In my number activated DND how they send flash message......

        I am not saw any flash message and not click or ok and not downloaded anything......

        how they detacted 50/-Rs without permission

        March 10th i am browsing web, auto detacted 49/-Rs, i call the cc they told vas is activated,

        There is no display for charges apply and i am not click any vas activation, how Tata company gave permission for those web detacted in my balance ...

        some web are fraudly detected...

        Totally i lose 50/-Rs & 49/-Rs

          Without my knowledge Mdeals value added service has beed activated to my no on the date of 19th february 2013.and getting sms for renewed every week. I tried to unsubscribe through calling the number given by Tatadocomo network 155223. But am getting reply you are currently not subscribed. then I called to customer care to refund my balance they are telling "SORRY" we can not refund your balance and also they don't have any answer if again it will deduct then what they will do?

          docomo activated call me tune with out my involvement.
          today evening at 4:40 i have received a message that call me tune is activated and rs10 is subtracted from my balance
          it's not first time for me
          i called the customer care and asked them "why should i pay event hough i haven't activated"
          they are giving same reply that i only activated

          not only me my friends and relatives also faced the same problem.
          with out customer permission they are activating and they are charging money.
          it's a cheap trick they are using to earn money
          even rs10 is not a matter is is the key point for them no one go to court or any complaint for 10rs
          that's why they are playing the cheap tricks
          if we don't stop now they will keep on going like this

          Tata Docomo — Deduction of money AGAIN

          How many times should I complaint?I need a response.Are you guys bloody kidding me??? Its been 2days, when do you plan to respond!! Anyway I have a 2 NEW COMPLAINTs. Yesterday[protected] I recharged for 85rs activation of bb weekly service. 85rs got deducted and also I got my service activation message. TODAY again I got the service message and 85rs got deducted again. You guys are bloody STEALING from me. I have had enough. I called thrice to the customer care and guess what?? They hung up on me twice and one time they did not even know what I am talking about. Great!Now after 3times we can't even contact you guys.Nice trick. CONGRATS ON STEALING Rs 288 from me (85+53+150)Refer to my previous complaint.. Also Yesterday you guys activated some stupid rockstar service I have never heard of and deducted 10rs. I called and asked you to deactivate it THRICE. Why hasn't it been deactivated yet? Do you have any plans at all of helping me? I NEED A BLOODY RESPONSE.           Hi All,
          This is to inform all the users of TATA DOCOMO prepaid services that, these Tata Docomo Employees are deducting balance of many innocent people everytime without any reason.
          This is before one month, when i was travelling in a train, and suddenly got an SMS that i was been charged for some VAS (Value Added Services) 'Keeda' Services and 30 Rupees were deducted from my balance.
          I was so depressed with this SMS that I told the customer service that it was just mistake from your side that the service I have not taken it and didn't want to. Then the employee called me again and said that we cannot put the balance back and I then told her that this is from your end some technical problem that you deducted my balance. After next day they re-filled the amount and said that it was there system problem which let the balance cut from my mobile.
          Again after 22 days, same thing happened, 42 Rupees were deducted from my mobile for some 'VuclipValue site', How in heaven i know what this site is about? I just got an SMS for the deduction. I was so horrified that I called the customer care again and she told they cannot re-fill the balance that i have used this site and they have charged accordingly. Then after so many abusive talks to the customer care, they rechared my balance and returned 42 Rupees again.
          I appeal to bring your voice to stop all the VAS (Value Added Services) which they offer and without any reason they deduct our balance amount from mobile with treathening people that we have used their services. They should know that they can do this but they cant do it when all are against it and don't want it any way...
          Pls forward these message by email to your fellow workers and friends to stop using TATA DOCOMO mobile services. This service will ruin your life and will make you sleepless. I am the victim and know what it's like...

              I have used online recharge option from TATA Docomo Website.

              Through special recharge package options I opted for Recharge Rs.199/- which supposed to give me 500 Mts Local/STD calls for 28 days.

              Surprisingly after completion of recharge transaction they have credited Local Tata to Tata mobile calls - 2500 mts which is totally not useful to me.

              I was requesting Tata Docomo through [protected]@tatadocomo.com, however they are not in a position to reverse back to my actual desired option.

              Tata Docomo team have agreed about the mistake and still dragging the issue even after 48 hour of complaint. We believe they are planning to generate revenue by following cheap tricks.

              It could be a great help, if the same looked into.

              today i recharged online tata docomo no. which is [protected] of 6 rs sms pack,amount is debited from my account but i dint get any confirmation message,i called customer care and they told give transaction id but i dint get.

                Secondly want to tell u that in 2010 i was in jharkhand now doing engineering in chennai[protected].

                So, I m using sim of jharkhand in roaming(chennai).
                i was recharged....in [protected]. for GPRS & using this sim in "DONGLE" So there is no any chance of calling from micromax dongle.
                I recharged at[protected] at some rs,and my bal. remain aftr activation of gprs about 61(appx) but abv 60.

                But when i saw my bal. on[protected] evening , i saw that it was rs 1.01. but i want to knw that how my bal.is deducted from my a/c.
                Is it possible by surfing...... i have no activate on web anything lyk that. then why my bal. is deducted.

                And once when i called to tatadocomo no. from [protected]. to deactivate my tamil song from callertune.
                till today they have not removes tamil caller tune song.
                i want only one songs. but he gave me once more song.


                I m thankfull to you for your previous help... so i came again with my problm & trust you that u will help me.

                  My Tata docomo number is [protected]. I was called by a Tata Docomo Sales team to change my existing plan to 1299 plan in which I will get everything free when I am on Tata Docomo Network including the Data. The same thing is updated in their website as well and I will attach a screen shot if possible. When I called customer care to raise a complaint saying that I am not getting 3G when I am in roaming, I got a shocking news that 3G or data is not free when in roaming. I told them clearly that its updated in their website as well, but there is no proper response from them as usual. Everytime there will a interaction with a different supervisor and they always read out a standard script " Will get back to your within 24 hours " but nobody calls. Now I would like to raise a strong consumer complaint against Tata Docomo Mobile network for improper information, fraud and cheating, need a justice.

                  These are the latest interaction IDs[protected],[protected]. Supervisors I spoke to was Madhusuderan, Chaithanya.

                      I'm getting frequent flash messages on my Tata Docomo mobile. My number : +91 [protected].
                      The message shows- mCheck on Tata - Processing...
                      I got irritated and complained it to Customer Care but they didn't give a solution and instead said that the problem is with the handset.

                          I have a Data Docomo 3G plan. it has the limit of 6GB and it works superb untill those 6GB limit is there. but as soon as it jumps on 2G, it is even worst that dial-up service I used to use in my childhood. They say I can use unlimited 2G service but the service is so crap, I couldhardly use 5MB of data in last 10 days. I am trying to reach their customer case service but on their website after clicking 10 times I have reached toll-free customer care number which is also not reachable or says i am in a queue. I think there ad on TV are very much true but they do have hidden non-complience service issues too.
                          I am using the service in Pashan area of Pune.

                            Hi All,
                            I've taken a new prepaid connection from Tata Docomo. I activated a GPRS 99 pack and its fine. The issue however here is that I use an old nokia (X2-00) (symbian40) phone and the service messages regarding the GPRS balance is irritating. I get around 40 messages as day regarding the GPRS charges and usage and its pissing me off. I spoke to the CC dept. They said me to deactivate service messages in the message settings and restart my phone. This however is of no use. I've done this but still get those buggy messages. Also, I work nearby Inorbit and my office is in the 7th floor. The network coverage here is also absolutely worst. Can docomo do anything in this regards?

                              Yesterday morning (19.2.2013) I have recharged with 200 RS and I got the full talk time also. Evening I have checked my balance after talking with my relative (30Sec) it shows the call cost is 15P and Balance is just 112.25 only. Near about 80rs is debited without any information.

                              I have not activated any services till now. Even I am not using caller tone also.

                              Please check this issue and kindly refund the debitted amount ASAP

                                Unwantedly bal cut from my number weekly 2 r 3 times.... Pls solve the problem.... And dont activate any services .. I have faced many times this type of problems so dont repeat......

                                  I am using tata docomo postpaid number. I put request on post paid to prepaid change in feb 2. Till now it didn't get changed. I cleared my current and unbilled amount when i raised requested that time till now it is not getting changed but bill generating tata docomo cheating me. I am calling daily and spoke to customer care they are telling it will change tomorrow or else they are telling technical problem i did'nt understand is there any technical problem in more than 18 days. This is the worst customer service i am facing in my life time. I checked with docomo store also they are also telling server problem. If you are not resolve customer query certain time what is the use of having customer care and store. I am very much irritated this customer support. I am keep sending mail to customer care they did'nt respond at all. I lost my hope there after it will

                                  Change from Postpaid to Prepaid — Change Postpaid yo Prepaid

                                  I am Wondering on all of the offices located in Ajmer for Changing my Postpaid Paln to Prepaid. But both the offices MP Auto, Nasirabad Ajmer and Sanskriti, Near Bus stand Ajmer is telling that we cant cange your plan before 1st as we dont have prepaid sim card.
                                  But i want to change my plan right now today only. Moreever who is responsible for the rest of the 5 to 10 days min bill that i have to pay when the will change my postpaid to prepaid on the said dam date.

                                  I bearer of mobile no [protected] had given for postpaid to prepaid migration on 24th.at their Chennai Adyar outlet.This has still not yet been completed.On first demember 2011 i contacted their customer care no 121 ( which i have been doing on a daily basis ) and got informed that the request is closed ,What they have done is they have closed the request saying that I had intended to do be a post paid customer itself ,which never was the case.I called them again on 2nd December and they have initiated a new request,by which they say my request would be completed only by 6th December.


                                  I really dont know what are they doing,I am not at all happy with their customer service.Would Docomo take this actions seriously.I dont mind doing a MNP and quitting their network

                                  Migration offiers, when asked they activate the wrong plan... no proper information is given by customer care officers... (details vary from each officer to officer)


                                  When i asked them to actiate 350 3G plan, they activated 350 normal calling plan... even the bill is incurred to me...

                                  I was using tata docomo postpaid number[protected], which i wanted to covert to prepaid, So i visited your customer center near hotel deepa comforts Mangalore on 27th May 2014, your customer care executive told me that they cannot convert that now, and after generating my next bill which is 7th June2014, after which they will convert my postpaid number to prepaid and it will converted with in 7 days and I dont have to pay the bill of next month then.

                                  As i was leaving Mangalore on 10th June 2014, I had visited your same customer center and after completing all the formal actions applied for conversion from post paid to prepaid, that day also your customer care executive promised me that it will coveted in prepaid with in 7 days without creating any inconvenience.

                                  But none of your employees mean their word as my connection is not converted till 4th July 2014 and on 4th July 2014 surprisingly my all services stopped and when i called customer care in Delhi my call attended by Idea Cellular Services which may be your service provider in Delhi and they said they cant verify my connection as they dont have authority. It was so inconvenience that I was in another city having no mobile service.

                                  Now today i got a call that i have to pay some Rs.700 as outstanding amount. Can you elaborate me why should i pay this bill when i am not at all responsible for the bill generated. Why my connection is not converted with in the time limit told by your customer care executive, and if the connection can be converted on any day of the month why it is not converted on 27th May 2014 when first i had visited your customer care canter in Mangalore. And what about the inconvenience caused to me because of your delay in service. Kindly sort everything as early as possible, and give me a clear and Justified reply. And refund my Security deposit of Rs.800 as soon as possible.

                                    I have recharged my tata docomo number [protected] with 199 - Local/STD Tariff Voucher 199 { 30000 STD/ Local secs. (500 mins.). Validity : 28 Days}. It didn't credit the 500 mins it promised in their website (http://www.tatadocomo.com/online-recharge.aspx - Special recharge , 199).
                                    The transaction ID MCIT[protected]. When I contacted [protected]@tatadocomo.com, I was informed that thye credited 2500 local tata to tata minutes- validity till 03/03 - 15 days. I didn't select it or I couldn't find it in the website. Now I lost my 199 Rs without any useful STD mintes. I want to get the 500 mins STD/Local minutes tata docomo promised in their website.

                                    I had around 500 STD minutes & recharged national sms scheme of Rs98(1000 sms).
                                    now it shows 0 STD minutes balance. Customercare doesn't help on this.

                                    This is Pathetic service from Vodafone.

Recently in vadodara all the 2G services went down, and now that we inquire about it on the customer care we never get a response. after inquiring a lot wee found that they have set new 2G plans for Vadodara, ahmedabad and jamnagar, that cost almost 20 times those in other cities. I want to know why is this so, And if we even subscribe for these services, the internet connection is not consistent,it connects for just half an hour then disconnects for bout 10 minutes then it starts but is too slow...
