Deducting money from my account by automaticaly adding value added services without my request
R/Sir,
My mobile No. is [protected]. I have taken services of Tata Docomo Company.

Company automatically added Value Added Services on 26.02.2013 and deducted Rs. 30/- from my account and sent messages as below
"Hi! You have successfully subscribed to offer of the day service on TATA at Rs30/30days till 28 -mar." from TD-56660 and

Sir i have not applied any type of request to Tata docomo company to give me such services but company is cheating me and deducted my money.

Kindly make justice with me.

Deducting money from my account by automatically adding value added services without my request

R/Sir,
My mobile No. is [protected]. I have taken services of Tata Docomo Company.

Company automatically added Value Added Services on 03.02.2013 and deducted Rs. 14/- from my account and sent messages as below:

"Hi! You have successfully subscribed to ENDLESS MUSIC at Rs.14/- for 7 days through WEB. Auto renewal on[protected] To Stop, Dial 155223 (Toll free) from TD-59090.
Then after I will unsubscribe the offer due to avoid auto renewal, by dialing 155223 they will unsubscribed on[protected] at 08.40 PM

Sir i have not applied any type of request to Tata docomo company to give me such services but company is cheating me and deducted my money.

    hello ,

    since i am unable to comment back on the previous complaint i am raising a new complaint. i had registered a new complaint during the same call i received from the customer care and raised a ref number - PSMR[protected] in which i wanted 45 and 23 pack to be cancelled and the 129 and 6 pack to be activated. i received a call on feb 25th saying 129 has been activated and Rs 6 pack will be activated in 4 hours. and the reference number has been closed on the 25th feb as well ! BUT as of now i have NOT received both the 129 rs nor the 6 rs benefit because i am stil not recieving 30p per min all india calls as per 129 rs pack nor the 5p per msg as per the 6rs pack ! please look into this

    its been a month and no solution has come up yet !

    I had recharged my number for the 45 rs call plan which i did by mistake. so i then recharged for rs 129 as well as rs 6 pack . but the now the problem is the 45 pack is interfering ( or is in the top prority as told by customer care ) with my rs 129 and rs 6 pack and i cannot get the benefits of 129 and 6 pack !. please deactivate or cancel the 45 rs pack ! Help me here ! i am trying to contact the customer care since a month and even till now a solution has not come up ! please do contact me ! this is highly frustrating now.

      I bought a SIM Card from the TATA Docomo Stall held @ my offic premises. But even after a month, number was not activated and the dealer who sold the card is also not responsive.

      Reaching customer care executive is a challenge. Hence I decided to surrender the card. But they are not ready to get back their SIM also. whenever I am reporting, they are asking for stupid 48 hours time every time. Thank God that I got to know about their poor quality of service even before getting the connection from them

      PLEASE DON'T RECOMMEND TATA DOCOMO to any of your relatives / friends.

      TATA POST PAID CONNECTION — Not To Activate the connection

      I have Purchase a postpaid connection for last Friday & address verification is also done
      But still my connection is not activated. So I request please do not activate my postpaid connection & refund my money. I am not interested in tata post paid because its very bad service.

        Today (27/02/2013) Tata docomo deduct my balance without any reason & conformation. This happened 5 times with me. i am tired with them now. I called on 198 to register a complaint. they said that i have browse paid application. when i asked which kind of app they said don't know. i am my self an engineer in telecom & using internet from 7 years. when i tell them to register a complain they clearly told me "NO". even every time i call to complain they just behave rudely. i am tired with this service provider but i don't have any other option.
        Please somebody help me.

        Tata Docomo — Deduct the balance without any reason

        Respected sir,
        i am from Bahadurgarh i had recharge my account with Rs 100 and i have got balance in my account but they deduct my balance of Rs 88 without any fair reason they said i have used internet service data usage but i have a data plan on my sim card and they deduct after whole the balance and left just Rs1.60 in my account after that they again continue internet service normally according to plan my transaction id is[protected]. i know this is just a case of Rs 100 but sir i want justice i hope you take action against my complaint as soon as possible

          Hi Pahredar, This is my first communication with you. I want your help on the issue i am facing.
          I purchased a Tata Docomo Postpaid number with 899/- plan with 850 security deposit around July 2012. I was paying bills on time.
          Number [protected] , Name- Amit Kumar Soni, Pune(Maharashtra)
          Plan – 899+49(SMS)+49(Data)
          In the November end I got some work out of Maharashtra and I requested Tata Docomo Customer care over mail and over phone to change my plan to 149/- per month on 26 Nov 2012 and remove SMS and Data pack. They promised that it will be effective from 1-dec-2012.
          I paid bill of 3200/- for December month and when I realized I lodged a complaint with Tata Docomo on 15-Jan-2013 that you have charged me with wrong plan. They promised me to return me the amount. But when no action taken till 10-Feb-2013, I called them to close all services to my number and tell me the final amount pending. They have sent me a mail asking to pay 16519/- as final amount.
          Amount which should be returned to me is:
          Plan charged to me (fixed rental)= 1117+ 560=1677/-
          Dec 2012 899+49+49+120(ST)
          Jan 2013(till 15 Jan) 450+25+25+60(ST)
          +security deposit of 850 is with Tata Docomo.
          Actual should have been charged (fixed rental)=167+84=251
          Dec 2012 149+18
          Jan 2013 75+9

          Kindly help me.

          I went to dive in site which is advertised as free. there i clicked on whts new & portfolio manager to know what it was(not to download/start service). i got a screen saying ur handset does not support this service. then i got a sms saying Rs.49 has been deducted from ur account. what is the difference between TATAs & roadside pickpocket? DONT U THINK MAMATA BANERJEE WAS RIGHT IN W.BENGAL?

            I am a customer of tata docomo(up east) mobile no. [protected]. For an unintentional single click on an adverstisment show on some application running on my phone I have been charged Rs. 198 the phone was in my pocket when this happened . I was disconnecting a phone call and I had put the phone in ma pocket when this happened. last time also I had been charged for Rs. 25. I am not able to call the customer care more than once. Within 10 min of the accident I had called the customer center they assured me that my money will be refunded within 4 hr then they promised it will be done in 24 hr. Later the told me the that though its not my fault they won't be able to refund the money as they had made payement to third party on which they have no control. According to T.R.A.I guidelines if a customer accidently activates any service and reports the same within 48hr he should get a refund. Please address the issue imideatly its really frustrating to deal with this again and again. It would be very kind of you can help me and solve this problem as quickly as possible.

            Tata Docomo — deduction of money more than the charges

            I have done special rechage of rs 24. According to that i am supposed to have call rate from TATA to TATA 1p/6sec. But in one call balance has deducted according to call rate 1p/1sec. When i m called customer care each time they are giving me different reasons and telling me diffrent call plans on Rs.24 recharge. And now customer care is not answering my call.

              I had been using tata docomo connection (account No:[protected] and was paying payment regularly for my monthly usage till JULY 2012. In august 2012, I made payment by cheque No 16 of kotak mahindra bank ltd for Rs.1639/- to collection executive ( I have receipt for the same which i am attaching herewith). As collection executive Chirajeev Misplaced my cheque and same was not presented in bank, tata docomo stopped my services from 19th sep 2012 which was also intimated to me by them via email from tata.[protected]@tatadocomo.com to my email Id vinit.[protected]@gmail.com captioned "Service Restriction intimation" on Tue, Sep 18, 2012 at 9:37 AM. According to mail,tata docomo stopped my services from very next day. When my service was disconnected , i enquired and got to know that my cheque is misplaced and hence was not presented. I was assured by Mr. Chiranjeev that I donot need to make the payment and cheque is lying with him and he will deposit the same as soon as possible, after 15 days when next bill was genrated i enquired with Mr. chiranjevi again ( M: [protected] ) who confirmed that my cheque was misplaced and there is no need to worry. he will issue me letter regarding misplaced cheque and thereafter i can continue using services by making payments for period upto 19th SEP 2012 on pro rata basis.

              I have been following up with chirjeev for a while by the time next bill got overdue and collection executive Mr. hemant Dhede (M: [protected]) approached me on 23/10/2012 who assured me that it was mistake from collection agency and he will get the connection terminated and asked me to pay amount of Rs. 2500/- after discussion with his supervisor Mr. prashant ([protected]) and assured that connection will get terminated in next 2 days. howvever, till date it is not resolved and reflecting pending. when i followed up with Mr. hemant , he said that it is initiated for waiver and will take time. Lateron , after a month he said that he has left the job due to harassment done by Mr. prashant and can no longer help me. he gave me number of Mr. prashant ([protected]) who never picked up my calls till date. in the meanwhile i was getting continuous calls from tata docomo regarding payments to be made. I then approached their tata docomo outlet on FC road where i came across Mr. sagar[protected] who is unable to give me any feedback expect connection is not live and billing has been stopped for next whole month. later on , he provided me number of Mr.Mahesh mokashi ( [protected]) whom i am following on phone as well as on mail since 1st week of FEB 2012, however i have not received any telephonic as well as email response.

              Request you to look into the matter at the earliest and terminate my account at the earliest.

              this has been a very harassing experience with tata docomo and i have pledged that i will never use any product of tata brand now on wards. Customer service is pathetic and staff has nothing to do with customer grievances nor their brand image, on the contrary they count us various problems faced by them in this company such as systems not working, supervisors do not approval waiver amounts,

              Please do the needful . I am respectable customer who needs justice as i am no way at fault in all this matter.

                Dear I am using tata docomo from long time. Many times they activates services on phone and deducts the balance. This time they activates the tata docomo bolly beauties and charges 99 rs. Plz guide me how to deactivate this service. My mobile no is [protected].
                I also have tried to file the complaint on tata docomo offical site but when try to register the complaint, every time website says, login to account and try again. i also have tried with login into account but same. plz help me
                It is HORRIBLE in Pune, Maharashtra.. There is no area of Pune where it works fine.. During a call, suddenly it goes blank for a second or two...
                the person on the other side can't hear anything...there is a problem with 2g internet as well.. it stops transmission in between... we need to restart it.. earlier I though it was a problem with my mobile...but later when i switched to Vodafone, everything became fine...

                  but I have neither received any conformation msg on my number nor any data benefit is avail .
                  I called docomo care and they told me that their is not online recharge is done on my number,

                  due to above said inconvience, i have to activate rs 5 internet plan,

                    BALANCE DEUCTION AND UNWANTED SERVICES ACTIVATION FRAUD BY TATA DOCOMO

                    Hi Sir/Madam,

                    This is a complaint for my prepaid mobile number [protected]. I am using this tata docomo mobile service from last 5 months. WITHOUT ANY REQUESTS FROM MY SIDE, TATA DOCOMO activated 2 services on my number on 16 Jan 2013 and 17 Jan 2013 and THE BALANCE IN MY ACCOUNT WAS DEDUCTED BY Rs. 60. When the customer has not asked for any services to be activated, it is completely illegal for tata docomo to deduct balance. TATA DOCOMO IS DOING FRAUD WITH ITS CUSTOMERS BY SHOWING ADS ON TV THAT IT CHARGES ONLY FOR WHAT YOU USE AND DOING THE REVERSE.

                    I kindly request you to credit the deducted amount of Rs. 60 back into my account and in future, not to repeat this kind of activities.

Tata docomo are deducting the money from my mobile account without my permission.they are sending the message that XYZ services has been activated and RS.xx is deducted from your account, this is not the way they should do the business.....and this is not the 1st time they are doing this and with me only many of my friend are also the victims of this incident.how can tata docomo deduct the mony from the mobile account without the permission of the owner.?????

                        I got huge bill for october 2012 month.raised several complaints to tata photon costumer care to give the details of my usage.

                        they are simply giving the itemized bill indicating download limit and upload limit.I asked them to give the website address as i got huge upload limit also during october month.

                        No resolution from them up to now.I need my money back.

                        I got frustrated by listening to your customer care executives from last 3 months.Not able to digest how even upload came 500 MB - 1 GB between the period 11-october - 2012 to 23 - october - 2012.

                        But this time i will not leave this case untill i got my money back.

                        Very illegal billing by TATA DOCOMO.
                        Any body please suggest how to move forward in filing case against this in consumers court..please advise as soon as possible.

                          sir i had purchased tata docomo postpaid plan in the month of august as per commited plan of rs 199 but en i got the bill the rental as charged is 299 as i had complaints to the call centre they had gien me tat of 15 days but not resoled repeatadely i had given complaints but the issue was not solved at the end i had gien complaints to their site but then also they had not soled the issue even i'm getting the bills which is around 1500 rs but want to resolve the issue my mobile no is [protected]

                            Hi,

                            I have very less TataDocomo signals in 1st cross, 3rd Main, Jagjeevanramnagar. These less signal from tower are not allowing me to make calls. Everytime signal goes down and it says Emergency. I'm not able to make some emergency calls at that time. Also when i'm using 2G internet internet cuts-off everytime due to no signal. Tatadocomo is not providing customer satisfaction.They are now charging sms which were free earlier. Also they have increased call rates that too even without informing about this update.
                            Please increase signal for Tatadocomo in 1st cross, 3rd main. Hope my request is not falling on deaf-ears.

                            Waiting for your quick response to help me at the very very earliest.

                              I'm going MAD because of your WEAK Signal all over, even in BANGALORE and All MAJOR cities, Mobile DATA Connection is sooooo Weak Aswell... no signal in RMZ Eco Space, and Electronic City Offices.. it is a horrible FACT...

                              You Mobile Service People are really Spoiling the great name of TATAs..

                              This is the Weakest Signal on Earth... that tooo in IT city like Bangalore...
                              Have complained already to Customer care many times.. No Use at all...

                              Please for god sake Port all of your network Users giving them a Noble Peace Prize for there Patience...

Last month I mean 24th april`2012 already I pay my bill an amount of Rs 1189.00 through net banking. But from that day my froton is not working at all and from your side the connectiion is closed. Already I sent two message to you agianst complain number is 492873 and 492815. Still date my froton is not working. I am very surprised why you are doing like that after payment and what I will do and where I will go for my problem. How can I pay my next bill.                                     When I had taken the postpaid plan initially I was paying the bill on time and very regularly.
                                    But the billing guys always used to add extra payment as late charges and used to send me the bill in spite of me paying it on time.
                                    I got this corrected and paid my bill after the amount was corrected. This happened twice.
                                    This happened in the next month even and I had to tell them every time to correct my bill and send.
                                    I was fed up with the service and you can check this in your a/c even.

                                    I had this details with me in my a/c but I guess you people have deactivated my a/c and I’m unable to send you the a/c details as of now.
                                    Once I find them I’ll share it with you.

                                    After that I have raised the request and asked them to send me the corrected bill and close my account.
                                    I tried to explain the callers who were pestering me from your department. They are not even interested in hearing me out.
                                    They simply go on asking for bill payment and then they disconnect the call. This never got resolved.
                                    Every time there would be a new executive taking this up and never gave a prompt reply and they kept on adding the amount to my bill as late charges in spite of me not using the services.
                                    The amount I need to pay is 780 /- and I already said that if you correct the bill and send me I’m ready to pay the amount of 780 but not the amount for which I never used the services for.
                                    This is a case of simply harassing the customer for payment when I am not using your service.
                                    I don't understand why I should pay for the thing when I already asked to disconnect the services.

                                    Just for your information & reference in case you need………..you can check how promptly I pay the other services bill which I use, always before the due date.
                                    I never paid any late charges.
                                    When I have no outstanding payments in other services why would I not pay the amount for the services I used with Tata if the service was good.

                                    I’m and was always ok to pay the sum of 780 /- as I used the services for that month. But over and above 780 was the amount added by Tata services for their mistake of wrong bill.

                                    This issue is not yet closed and the telecom company has again started harassing me. I'm continuously getting calls to pay Rs.4500.
                                    I have already agreed to pay the bill amount but no one from tata has approached to collect the amount inspite of asking them to send an executive when they called or provide me a link to pay thru netbanking.
                                    Kindly close this issue or I will consider it closed if the telecom does not respond until 20th November 2014.
