on 06-03-13 at 2:31 pm there was a deduction of rs. 10.00 from my mobile no [protected] OF TATA DOCOMO balance for some shyari pack whatever which i haven’t used.
Upon Calling customer care, they said u have activated byy using net on your phone and flash activation.. which i din’t know how to use from mobile.
Upon complaining that there is no net pack in my phone so how can i use net.And no net deductions have appear. They reject my call saying we will can;t continue to your call thankyou.

Then no response of customer care from my no, then from my alternate no i again call to customer care they picked up and say again a new false reason u have activated this by dialing some no *444.. something. I haven’t dialled any number.

As i have much balance in my this no so i can’t port it to some othar company so they say they will not refund any amount. and also deativated the pack immediately.

As a result the customer here becames a fool.. No use of any service just deduction Of rs.10..

Dear sir,

I am using [protected] tata docomo no.I am getting a lot of pain from yourside. Every 15 to 18 days an useless service is activated and balance deducted without my request.

On[protected] bollywood goosip activate from your end.I have already deactivated it last month but yesterday i got mesage of renewal of it.All done without my request.Please refund my amount and be sure that such type of thing not happen in future.

I’m a Tata Docomo user since its launch,I’ve two nos. [protected],[protected]. on 30’th April Rs. 10/- had been decducted from my first no. for Bollywood best scenes,when it came in my notice on 2’nd may,Immediately I contacted to customer care and asked for this unwanted pkg. and deduction, But he told me the method to unsubscribe that pkg.Now Today again on my second no.the SAME pkg.was actived and deducted Rs.10/- .Today also I contacted to customer care twice and asked for registered a complaint regarding these deductions but they directly told me neither they could register my complaint nor they would return my amount.Now my questions are...
1.why this service has been activated without my mandate or consent?
2.why your customer care has been refused to register my complaint?
3.Is Tata group also indulge in same cheap type activities as other service providers do?

you will most likely know right away which screws to remove to get to the RAM under the keyboard due to Lenovo’s icons. The bottom of the workstation provides simple access to the first two memory slots and another simple access panel for the hard drive. There is unwanted detuction of balance from the date i have brought the sim of tata docomo.I am fed up with this sim because every time i recharge and whenever there balance in my sim more than 30 RUPEES in my account then this unwanted detuction happens and therefore i could not activate any of the services.

Tata Docomo — unwanted deduction of balance

I am using a tata docomo connection Mob No [protected]

2 Days back my network operator deducted an amount of Rs 65 from my mobile balance saying that I subscribed for various value added services like IIT JEE coaching, XII tution ...etc

However I never even accidently subscribed / activated the said services on my mob No.

It is clear that the services was activated from operator end. The same happenings was occured a week ago and on complaining to the care executives they refunded my money back.

But this time they are not willing to do so.......

As oer your request upon checking with our records the charges have been levied correctly for the video download. However, we have already refunded Rs.10 to your number. Also be informed that you can call *191# in order to deactivate any VAS services activated on your number.

The representatives of TATA DOCOMO are intelligent enough. That is why they are creating these all non sense with customer. If they will provide better service to customer, then the number of customer will be increased, they will be over burdened. If they will do these none sense, then customer will be reduced, in turn they will be relaxed. whether company's prestige go to hell, but they must be comfortable. By doing this they are compelling to customer either to port their no.with other service provider or throw out this SIM. I am also a' bhukta bhogi' of Rs 120/- they have deducted from my existing balance on 9 Apr 12. On complaining to customer forum, they have denied and wrote no activation has been done and no deduction was made as per our record. Still they are not replying my question, Further I asked, 'Where is my Rs120/-gone, if nothing had happen as per your record? Can customer take out any money from existing balance? They are not giving any response.

    Today[protected] at 2;10 pm i have got a message from TATA DOCOMO that "Your call me tune has been activated thru OBD channel with Rs30for 30Days and will renew on[protected]".actually i have never applied for any kind of offer and it started automatically and i can not be able to call customer care number 121 due to low balance so my request is to stop the offer and return my balance.
    my mobile no. is +91-[protected]

      My pre-paid account number with tata docomo is [protected]. An amount of Rs.30/- is made autocratically on 25.2.13, towards riya services. I tried to unsubscribe through the number provided in the message. As well as, I lodged a complaint at the docomo site. No refund of the deduction made so far.
      My request is : Why should I pay for the services I have never requested for???
      I need the mobile services only for talking with my friends and family. I do not request for any other services from the service provider. Moreover, this deduction is made on their own and even after complaints, they do not make the reimbursement. This is not the first time, this type of deductions are made. Twice earlier also same way it happened and after making complaints, refund was made. This time, no refund of Rs.30/- is done. Where else to addresss??? Hence this complaint with this forum. Do take up at the proper levels and arrange refund.

      It is infered that the call centre numbers for deactivation of the unauthorised services of bsnl as well as tata docome is same (155223). Any scam done through the call centres?????

      I have one pre paid TATA DOCOMO connection[protected]. Today I received one messages(from TA-56363) informing me that my balance has been used in activating services(message=hi your subscription to voicegaming service has been renewed at Rs10 for10 days for 30 mins} which I never requested. This way my balance of Rs 10.00 has been deducted.

      This is to inform you that on 16th March, 2012, I made a complain to you regarding unauthorized, illegal and arbitrary deduction of my main balance for surfing internet on my mobile no. [protected] despite having data pack of Rs. 48/- activated. You received the said mail and provided me through sms one reference number i.e. BAL[protected] on 17.3.2012 at 10.31 in the morning stating that my request would be resolved by 19th March, 2012 within 2.03 O’Clock.

      Thereafter, your representative called me up and assured me to resolve the problem by returning the balance. However, as of now you have not resolved my problem and therefore I am suffering financial loss and damages.

      Moreover, on 19th March, 2012 at around 7.48 in the evening you have sent me an sms stating “Your Data Pack 48 would be renewed on Mar-22-2012. Continue enjoying the services seamlessly…….” which again proves my data pack has not been expired. Such kind of a negligent attitude is highly unexpected from you.

      You have miserably failed and/ or neglected to keep your promise to resolve my problem and surprisingly sent an email stating that my complaint request has been closed.

      Thereafter, again I was professionally compelled to make a recharge of Rs. 48/- in order to use your internet facility on my mobile phone on 29.3.2012 and you sent me an sms at 4.48 pm in the afternoon stating that I can use the data benefit of 1.5 G.B. for 21 days. I again used the internet but surprisingly you again deducted balance of Rs. 2.4/- from my main account. When I called your customer care your representative avoided me to give me any satisfactory reply.

      In this circumstances, I call upon you to resolve the dispute within 12 hours from now by paying me adequate compensation for financial loss and damages and to ensure the smooth usage of this data pack.

        I am very agitated with the information and service provided by the vendors of tata Docomo company.I am employee of Tcs working in yantra park,Thane west .Without wasting time i directly come to the point one day a vendor named Pravin conct no of him is [protected] had provided me wrong information explaining that in Plan of Rs 222.comprised of (800 local/std +300 local/std sms + within local tcs docomo no free,and rs 50 for 2Gb for 30 days) but when i talked to customer care they saying that per day you can use 800/30=26.666min extra charges will be applied when talked more, same is applied on sms and Data charges.Due to this blunder wrong information by your vendor i am facing the problem of high bill which has come to 1988.I talked to customer care having complaint no[protected]..but till now no action has been taken ,also my no was disconnected from network for 3 days i was unable to make outgoing call,sms,internet..


        See what the hell service is provided by this system and company vendors...I am not able to pay this huge amount any ,and will only pay the original/actual consumed bill according to the information given by your vendor otherwise i will quit the service permanently..so take immediate action otherwise i will remove the sim card.

          i m from Rajasthan(Jaipur)...i m using Tata Docomo GSM...my phone no is [protected].........Actually my balance is being cut off most frequently without any notification .....on enquiring from the customer care, i m getting only the negative remarks.....Tata Docomo service activate itself the callertune without my want and deduct off a huge amount without any notification... i urge to the concerned authority to take some positive steps and take some actions against Tata Docomo service.

          sir im calling in tata docomo custmar care but thay were not solving the problem
          Every weak the 10 rs balance is reduced for that i m calling from 1 month thay sayed send the sms from your mobile to unsubscribe the service wnich will did not be started by me & for this sms thay were charged rs 3 and the service is not unsubscribed it will be activated by docomo
          Only the sms is comming the game pack is activated and you have to charged for rs 10
          And another one is the company was giving the free gprs usage of 1gb and after surfing thay were charged for49 rs frist when my balance is rs 86 then thay were reduced 30rs at next day thats why my bal is rs7then thay will be reduced rs 6 so thay were reducing the balance not by mistake thats the game
          And thay were sending a sms

          I am a tata docomo user having no. [protected]. my balance was deducted by Rs 23 and Rs 5 on 18 and 19th feb resp.when i contacted customer care they said that my balance will be given back within 24 hrs.after a day when i didn't receive my balance i again contacted customer care and this time they said that i had downloaded cricket game so charged 23 and balance can't be returned but believe me i didn't download any game.few of my friend also told me that their balance was also reduced without any reason.so look into this cheap way of reducing balance so that users can enjoy services not harassed
          Rs.69 has been deducted out of the balance in my mobile no [protected] on 10-mar-2011 at 22-12-hrs. Though not oppted for love tips the amount has been deducted out of the balance.           I called yesterday to a toll free number given on official site of kolkata knight riders,the toll free no. given on their web site was [protected],i called on that no. for 5 mints,after that i found my service provider deducted almost 10 rupees from my a/c balance,I called the customer care,they told me that the no. given on the web side is not toll free.I tried to told them that it supposed to be toll free as it is written on the web site.But they deny me and stopped receiving call from me.I know that is a least money to complain for but i know a lot of kolkata knight riders fan who use to call at that no. thinking that it is toll free and lose their balance.So i'm earnestly requesting you to look at that matter.

          I am the user of tata docomo with no.[protected].on 8th september 2011 when I was in contact with tata docomo customer care service,I recieved message from tata docomo&ta-52234(tata docomo )service that you had been activated for santa banta jokes & caller tunes,etc.my balance was reduced with 7 rupees.later they told me that they had removed the request which i had done.indeed i had not given any message to subscribe the same(caller tune & santa banta jokes).I want my balance back but they are not intersted for the same.
          that's true tata dacomo have the worst service in the telecom industry. like i have opted for the DND services but still i receive regular calls / msg . even there nodal officer is so reluctant to take any action. my advice to all plz dont use tata docomo network.

          i am using Tata DoCoMo number .last 15 days I suffered from balance reduction they activated one service how I don't no how they activated and reduct my 2 or 3 ruppes everyday I was called customer care 20 or 25 times to said that to deactivate my service customer care exicutive answer your service is deactivate shortly you will give confirmation sms but they but I dont get deactivation confirmation sms and they dont deactivate my service and I lost my 20 ruppes for reduction of everyday still now I lost my ruppes.
          I was complain twice time but they dont get it

                      I recharged my TATA DOCOMO number on the 8th of feb for 199/- INR. The money was deducted from my bank account but i never got any talktime on mu number. Talking to TATA's customer care executive is about as much help as asking a wall for advice. They have registered my complaint, with the reference number being PRRG12817260 on 22nd FEB after waiting as per their customer care executive's advice. When i called again, they told me that my complaint had been resolved, even though I HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY MONEY EITHER IN MY BANK OR IN MY PHONE. I called again on 4th of march, the executive told me that there is no complaint registered on the number that i have cited above. furthermore i was transferred to his superior officer who did not pick up my call at all. A few weeks ago, a friend had called the customer service on my behalf for the same issue and he was put on hold for 4 hours!! Please, i request anyone who is listening to please return my money to me. I dont want any calls, i dont want to talk to anyone from TATA DOCOMO (as if that will help), i just want my money back. Plus, i also want to make sure, in any way possible that this callous attitude of TATA DOCOMO is curbed and they are taught a lesson.

                          I recharged for RC45 plan on 20th feb 2013. I didnt get the benefits as per the plan. I confirmed the existence of above plan from the CC agent, & then only I recharged. I recharged in an outlet as the plan was not available in online recharge. I wanted sms plan & even I am ready to pay 50ps for 1st 3 sms daily. This not the 1st time I am suffering from the docomo service. I am fed up with the service they provide.

                          Each time when I try too connect with CC agent, Each one says one reason. No one is ready to take the complaint. I am really frustrated. Why should I waste my time & money for their faults? Why I want rate cutters when I already have 197 plan.? I want the plan as they told me or I want my money back. I will port my number.
                          I want justice.

                            I am a social worker aged 60 years trekking in rural Bengal trying to motivate young unemployed to become self employed. I present her below of a case of Harassment by Tata teleservice to me: I bought a Wireless modem from Tata Tele service called as "TATA PHOTON". I registered as Pre Paid customer. As long as I was at Kolkata it worked well. I visited North Bengal. I got good prepaid service. Suddenly I received a call that I can switch over to Post Paid with lot of advantages. Since I was moving I felt it easier. So I agreed. Since I was away I was asked to send scanned copy of address and photo. It was promptly done. After 2 days my line was blocked. I called customer care and was assured rectification. After 15 days I was accused of defective modem. A service engineer was deputed from Siliguri for free. Later the concerned man called me and demanded money and travelling expenses re imbursement. I agreed to host him with food and shelter too. Then he backed out. I was frantically trying to get the address but failed. I had to dash to Pondicherry due to a family accident. I was asked by the customer care executive to approach their service center who will take care. During the period 2 mths had lapsed and I was billed and was forced to pay. Finally after reaching Pondicherry I was informed that my line has been discontinued. After One month I returned to Kolkata and reported the matter. I was asked to wait for three months. However after a month I met an executive on the road. Hearing the story he asked me to bring the modem. I did and he called some guy dictated the modem number and got my line revived. THE COMPLAINTS: I again returned to north Bengal. As usual my line was blocked. I tried to call Call[protected] the help line. It was announced that my connection is corporate one to my utter astonishment. I was asked to call another no with 555 at the end. It announces that I am not registered. I asked my friends to call but they were advised to tell me to call. Request was send asking the customer care to call me but with no avail. Online complaint was lodged many times and I got a call from some operator who enquire the problem gives me an assurance and then hung up. I get an sms stating that my problem is resolved. But it remained the same only help my inbox got filled up. Finally I came to Kolkata and reported to park street. Within 10 seconds the executive repaired the defect, This I could have done myself had I been directed. The complain about Call[protected] was then taken up, Plenty of attempts were made with no effect. Finally complain was registered and promise was given for rectification within 46 hours. Even after one month it was not resolved. Like this it went on for months possibly 4 months. I visited Tata Tele Services Ltd, PS Srijan Tech park 12th Floor, DN 52, sector V, Salt lake city, Kolkata - 700091 and lodged a complaint. I was assured 48 hrs. Nothing happened. The rule says that corporate connection will be given only to post paid connection. To solve the riddle at the advise of an executive I surrendered the post paid connection and converted a pre paid one with a new number. The problem still persisted. So I was advised to take a new sim card for my cell. I did that too. Now from the airtel number when I am calling help line is barring me. AIRTEL authority informed me that it was TATA who is blocking as other help lines are working fine. Therefore it is a clear case of Harassment by TATA Teleservice. TATA Teleservice should rectify the problem and award me a compensation for the suffering and mental agony I an facing for last six months --

                            I had problem related issue with tata docomo on 4.11.12 and it was solved on 16.11.12.
                            But i am not able to contact customer care for more than 25 days.
                            Then i contacted customer care with my another docomo no. [protected] and ask the reason for its discontinuation. Then they again discontinue my new no. [protected] service.
                            I requested and complaint about it again and again but I have not get the solution till now.
                            Worst service i have seen in my lifetime.

                              I am a Tata DOCOMO GSM Sim mobile user and my internet service is not working and when i called the customer care they told me that just change the settings n things will b all good. But when i followed their instructions nothing happened and after that i tried to call them again then the customer care number is always busy but on the other hand from my friend's number the call is easily connected. Then i went to Customer Care Center Of Tata DOCOMO in Jaipur at Vaishali Nagar. They told me that the internet service for Jaipur area is stopped and the internet service not going to start again and the internet recharge rupees wil not b refunded n the left data in mb will b just wasted. I just want to complaint how can they stop the service without any notice and when contacted with them why don't tell that the service is stopped by the customer care executive, And after that why i cannot make call to them again. And I want my internet recharge rupees back and want my internet service to start again. Please help and guide me..

                                Tata Docomo — Unauthorized charge deduction

                                Hi,

                                My father holds a prepaid connection[protected]. Here is the brief.

                                4 instances o[censored]nauthorized charges. 2 instances of charges of Rs. 10 and Rs. 30 of some game download. One instance of charge deduction for a one hour call when the call was a few mins long. All this happened a few months back and my father tried everything and even spoke with nodal officer, a lady in Pune. But each time the response was that their system has the records and so cannot reverse/refund.

                                Most recently, again it happened today 11 Sep 2010 around 8:15 PM. I (son) was opening a site music.ovi.com and received an SMS. Immediately I closed the web app and opened the SMS. The SMS indicated that a Champions League T20 game has been downloaded and a charge of Rs. 49 was deducted. I immediately called customer care; one of the representative (8:23PM IST) intentionally hung up on me when I asked his name and ID for future reference. The next representative (Rakesh) at least listened to me but was very firm that a complaint cannot be lodged because the system does show the Rs. 49 deduction but not why it was deducted.

                                This is very unethical of a company like TATA. I work with TCS and this comes as a complete shock to me they cheat people like this with unauthorized charges. All the companies have some or other issues but not like this. This time if I/father dont get the refund I am simply going to throw away the SIM.

                                Tata Docomo — unauthorized charges

                                I purchased tata docomo number[protected], its a miserable services since i bought this card. No coverage, poor voice quality and for the last few days they, automatically deduct money from my account and activate uncalled services on my mobile, they siphoned off more than Rs 150 from my account for activating various rubbish services like keeda alerts, ringtone alerts for which i never make request !!! As per their customer care i activated this services when some flash message came on my cell, if someone has put the cell in pocket and automatically flash message activates those schemes then whose fault it is, even after registering with DND (do not disturb) my amount is still being deducted, mailing to their applate authorities in vain. It seems that instead of Ratan TATA, Dawood ibrahim has invested money in this business and he and his associates are offering services, its time to disappear docomo from the market, good bye japanese, poor sucker services.
                                i was charged around 150 rs (99 + 49) in some unknown transaction.
                                I got a sms after some time stating that i downloaded some games which i never did.I called up the customer care and they say the same thing .Even when i open my GPRS connection to some free wap sites i am getting some msg from docomo saying i downloaded some game and some charges are debited from my account.
                                This is really a serious issue as the service provider is stealing money from its own customers.

                                A Complaint has been registered( Complaint No : 195563 ). in docomo site ... still no response.. !!!
