I recharged my TATA DOCOMO number on the 8th of feb for 199/- INR. The money was deducted from my bank account but i never got any talktime on mu number. Talking to TATA's customer care executive is about as much help as asking a wall for advice. They have registered my complaint, with the reference number being PRRG12817260 on 22nd FEB after waiting as per their customer care executive's advice. When i called again, they told me that my complaint had been resolved, even though I HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY MONEY EITHER IN MY BANK OR IN MY PHONE. I called again on 4th of march, the executive told me that there is no complaint registered on the number that i have cited above. furthermore i was transferred to his superior officer who did not pick up my call at all. A few weeks ago, a friend had called the customer service on my behalf for the same issue and he was put on hold for 4 hours!! Please, i request anyone who is listening to please return my money to me. I dont want any calls, i dont want to talk to anyone from TATA DOCOMO (as if that will help), i just want my money back. Plus, i also want to make sure, in any way possible that this callous attitude of TATA DOCOMO is curbed and they are taught a lesson.
