hi TATA Docomo users, what a plan docomo you have to cheat people, just example i[censored] recharge with 196 you will get 42000 local sec. story starts here after recharging you will get 700min.(not 42000sec) you can think both are same. it is not, if you make first call you for 65 secs you will be charged from the 700 to 698, and then 2nd call i[censored] made for 30 secs, you will be charged 698 to 697, did u observed anything missing out from ur pocket???? let me answer for that 1st call 65 sec you are charged 2 min(120sec-65sec=55sec stolen) next 2nd call 30sec you will be charged 1min(60sec-30sec=30sec stolen), goood corpotarte steal right. let me expline one more things every call will be charged 1 sec more , i[censored] talk for 15sec thy will charge for 16sec. (present docomo users who recharged with Rs.196 please check you will be shocked) , if you call customer care people thy will say 700min x60sec =42000sec. but you will be charged in mins, if ask them to how to check balance, thy will ask you to dial *111*1# result will be xxx.min (not sec, try once) i[censored] ask i recharged for 42000sec why you are billing me in mins. thy will say its company rule. i[censored] asked to take a compliant simply thy will say we cant take any request on this. plz write a mail to [protected]@tatadocomo.com no one will ans for this. so frds beware of docomo offers thy are cheating us. if any one from docomo look at this message, thy will delete. if docomo is transparent company , thy should give 42000sec and billing should be in sec. if not simply people will move to better network which has perfect billing and quality in service. thse all are my personal experience with docomo. my mobile number is [protected]. planing to change to other network very soon.

Tata Docomo — TATA DOCOMO DEACTIVATE PREPAID CONNECTION WITHOUT INTIMATION
HiTelecom firms have become highhanded and least concerned about customer needs because they enjoy huge base and not bothered about few hundred disgruntled customers.
I had a Tata docomo postpaid connection [protected] which I converted to Prepaid in Feb 2011. At that time I had to run around because the 'exclusive; Tata Coco outlets did not know how to do it. Finally after several escalations, it was done by backend team.
In April 2011, my prepaid connection was disconnected for no reason. On calling the call centre they told me that I have not submitted any documents.Before disconnecting no one intimated me or called me to submit documents. They had no answer to that. When I suggested that I can submit the documents now, they said the number is permanently deleted and cannot be reissued.
I want my mobile number to get activated. Pl forward to concerned authorities.
