Not able to change my plan

Tata docomo had a good reputation in market but now they are loosing it my there coustmer care service.
I am using Tata docomo sim from very long time without an issue but now its giving me a lot of problem.

Activating Call Me Tune with out my permission

On date 22/02/2013 I had received a call from Tata Docomo Customer Care at 1:58 PM from[protected] to give information about the offer (Call Me Tunes). The call was dropped in the middle and without my permission

Irresponsible Customer Support and Fraud work

On 14th feb my bal of `240Rs get deducted without any reason
since when i talked with customer care they told me its deducted for the internet usage
but i activated 250rs offers of 1gb 3g and unlimited 2g for 30 days and i activated it on 15th January 2013 so its valid upto 14th feb 2013
i told to this to customer care they said that your balance will get refunded but upto today i doesnt get any kind of refund...

I am fed up o[censored]nfair balance deductions in my number.its just a way of stealing public money.
Today at 21st feb 2013 rs 149 was deducted from my balance and when i contact my customer care i dont get any support from there and the cal automatically gets disconnect while talking to the customer care agent.
These balance deductions has often occured in past also but...

Low signal from tower

This is to inform you that the TataDocomo signal is very less at Goripalya behind Abhimaan theatre. So please improve the signal strength in tower. I get only 1point of signal and sometimes it will just show Emergency or No Service. I'm not able to make urgent call at times, all due to this network problem.Also if im using 2G internet on mobile, the internet just stops due to no signal.This is affecting a lot to me...
