I was using tata postpaid no. [protected]. I lost the cell and i request to disconnect the no. many time i call to customer care and mail them. but still i am getting bill every month. every month i have been receiving calls for bill payments and they always says the no will be disconnected after the full payments . every month i am paying bill but still getting bill from tata.

Please help.

      I am a tatadocomo mobile prepaid subscriber,. I have recharged mobile on 15th - Feb-2013. After the recharging a huge amount of money deducted from my account without any reason . I am not subscribed of tatadocomo value added services. Then why should deduct the money from my account. After this happened many times I have to contact with the customer care of the tatadocomo Chhattisgarh state but unfortunately or the busyness of services I couldn't contact with them . 5 days over until couldn't contact with them because of the same reason I denoted above. Again i recharged the mobile today. same deduction is going on my account. Now around more than 150 rupees deducted from my prepaid account.Kindly requesting you please provide the judgment on this matter.

        Tata docomo had a good reputation in market but now they are loosing it my there coustmer care service.
        I am using Tata docomo sim from very long time without an issue but now its giving me a lot of problem.
        I am trying to change my plan of my no. [protected] to other plan but I am not able to do it even I logged a to the coustmer care they told they can't help. Then I logged a complaint at there Docomo office.
        They have me a complaint no.PQG12815973. I got a call from the they told to recharge 28 to change my currfmt plan. That to not working. I am fedup by their service.plz help me to solve my problem.

        I have Mobile bearing No. [protected] which is post paid .I told you to close this number since I wanted pre-paid number. From your side a call received by Suresh Chandra on his Mobile No-[protected] (Suresh is my relative and he use this No. on my behalf). Whom so ever he talked about this and he assured to convert it into prepaid.


        For this work, I went to your Ballabhgarh outlet. That day server was down so that I deposit Rs-125 for clear you bill and they refused to take id proof. During this period, I had a talk with Customer Care many times but could not get any information and you added Rs-999/- in the Bill for the next three years and I was deposit the full amount.

        I want to know that how can you charge three years advance from the customer? I also requested to charge Rs-149 for one month because my post paid plan was Rs-149 pm and still you were trying to recover the whole amount. My Mobile has gone out of order and you also closed my Mobile Number without giving me any information. In spite of this, you threatened me to file a Court Case against me.

        Now I had deposited the full amount vide Receipt No[protected] dt-19/03/09 and still you are not making my Mobile functioning. if you will not make my Mobile functioning, then deduct one month’s rent and return my money back.

              I am Krishan Madhav Agrawal. and my phone no. is [protected]. i recharged for rs 250 on 09/02/2013, for one month unlimited internet. on 23/02/2013, in morning i saw that there is deduction of about rs.100. and when i getting connected to internet, it shows there is deduction in balance when i tried call to your customer care representative, they told me that the deduction is due to internet pack activation even I never activate such type of internet pack on my own. after that i tried many time to call them but it always says that they all are busy. its really hectic to hear same thing all time.
              i kindly requested to you that please concern about above matter and do faithful in favor of me.

                My tata photon number is [protected]. On 28th jan 13 i have done recharge to my data card for rs.499 unlimited data plan as adviced by the customer care. The next day my data card was not working, I made call to the Customer care and informed. They informed that the balance is expired. i was shocked and asked. They said its the Misinformation given by their side to me. They took a complaint and gave me a call back date as 6th feb 13. But i explained them that internet is the only source which pays me,.so i want the call back tomorrow.But obviously they called me on 6th. i have told them that the misinformation is given by them, so i need a payback or the data usage. they said one of their concern will call me in 24hrs. till date i didnt receive any call from them and the issue is not yet resolved. I have lost my daily online pay because of this issue. somedays i have borrowed data card from friend. Later he too got angry and refused to give me next day. Till date i would have called to the customer care more than 30 times.Everytime they use to give this following Pre documented scripts.

                *We have forwarded your query to the concern team. they will be calling back with 4hrs,12hrs,24hrs,48hrs.(These time limits are given by various irresponsible representatives.)

                *Thre case is still in open status.

                *The case is in High priority.

                *We have forwarded the mail to the concern team.

                I asked escalation and spoked to one of the Team lead.Her name is swathi she said we close this issue to get the resolution for u.u will be getting the call back with in 12hrs. but nothing moved. Then i spoked with Sandeep Kumar after two days. He Promised me that i ll b getting the call with in 4 hrs,.nothing happened. One representative raised his voice over and argued with me, but his good time. i forgot his name,.Two days back Imran said this will be last call i doing to the customer care,.Tomorrow u will definetly getting a call within 9am to 12pm.Again no response. Today i spoked with Abhi. I asked him the concern team.He got tensed and gave me this no - [protected]. he said its the no of development team.i was supposed to cal this number. but no one representative gave me earlier.i asked for the reason. he said sorry and cut the call. I called this no. the Computer voice gave me another no - [protected]. I spoked with a tamil customer support, he said its a Marketing team. i was shocked again a misinformation provided to me.and also i lost Rs.10 for that call.he told its a toll free number. but its not. Earlier i have also lodged a complaint stating that i didnt receive any call from the concern team.there is no response for that too. They are cheating me. Now i spoked with vijay, i told him to escalate the call. again the same dialog that they were busy on other call. i told him to wait that i am going lodge complaint in this link. earlier all the representative i spoked said ok for lodging the complaint in this link. i m doing this with prior information provided to them.

                Admin please take necessary steps to resolve my issue as soon as possible. I trust this will complaint will get back money that i have lost.

                  Hi,

                  Below are few of my numbers which are barred due to many reasons.

                  I was initially not attempted to have access to ISD facility towards my number, some how I got it activated to one of my numbers [protected].

                  I have requested plans with 299 roam free for [protected] and [protected] but unfortunately I were not able to access my phone outside my state.

                  Now, all my numbers are being barred stating that, I have tried to activate and de-activate ISD facility from online by fraudulent measures, why should I do this when Internet website allows me to do the access of getting this done.

                  Some how I wanted my numbers to be active and running, but I didn’t. For god sake I even tried to make the SIM cards from post paid to prepaid plan now that again is not happening.

                  I have spent more than 12K of money for not getting activated my CUG connections within these numbers and lost almost 2K as missed calls for which they say Chennai OMR is complete coverage but it won’t work in my office located in 6th floor on the same area.

                  I had to call 121 (or) 198 which all customers are busy attending other customers and I am not a customer to attend and call will disconnect.

                  I had to call [protected] for which every second is payable will ask you to enter your phone number will take some money and then will vanish saying the same statement.

                  Please let me know, what should I do in order to get my numbers back and how to reach out this message to higher level of escalation.

                    have complained to cc, he stopped this service and refunded my
                    bal, , but after half an hour once again this service automatically
                    started at 1, 52 pm, so i again called cc they said me that this is a
                    auto renewal so they cant refund my balance, , but ihave never started
                    this service, so where the hell autorenew is come,
                    cc cut my call without giving me full assistance, ,

                    they said me that this service is started from internet
                    but i havnt use internet from this no at this day

                        Hi All,
                        This is to inform all the users of TATA DOCOMO prepaid services that, these Tata Docomo Employees are deducting balance of many innocent people everytime without any reason.
                        This is before one month, when i was travelling in a train, and suddenly got an SMS that i was been charged for some VAS (Value Added Services) 'Keeda' Services and 30 Rupees were deducted from my balance.
                        I was so depressed with this SMS that I told the customer service that it was just mistake from your side that the service I have not taken it and didn't want to. Then the employee called me again and said that we cannot put the balance back and I then told her that this is from your end some technical problem that you deducted my balance. After next day they re-filled the amount and said that it was there system problem which let the balance cut from my mobile.
                        Again after 22 days, same thing happened, 42 Rupees were deducted from my mobile for some 'VuclipValue site', How in heaven i know what this site is about? I just got an SMS for the deduction. I was so horrified that I called the customer care again and she told they cannot re-fill the balance that i have used this site and they have charged accordingly. Then after so many abusive talks to the customer care, they rechared my balance and returned 42 Rupees again.
                        I appeal to bring your voice to stop all the VAS (Value Added Services) which they offer and without any reason they deduct our balance amount from mobile with treathening people that we have used their services. They should know that they can do this but they cant do it when all are against it and don't want it any way...
                        Pls forward these message by email to your fellow workers and friends to stop using TATA DOCOMO mobile services. This service will ruin your life and will make you sleepless. I am the victim and know what it's like...

                        Tata Docomo — Charged for value added service

                        I have been charged Rs.16/- for some value added service from Tata Docomo which i never subscribed. I got a message saying "You have been charged Rs.16/- for this service". And really my balance was deducted. This is not a sign of good service provider.
                        Please help me.

                        Hi,
                        Nothing can be done now, I have taken another VODAFONE prepaid number, its working very nice and appreciate the customer center guy who told that when i start activating VAS service, i will be getting a notification, if i really want that service or not wanted...this is a nice option to stop automatic VAS service activation...unlike TATA DOCOMO, it starts anytime anywhere without awareness of the customer and we get SMS for the charges...

                          On 14th feb my bal of `240Rs get deducted without any reason
                          since when i talked with customer care they told me its deducted for the internet usage
                          but i activated 250rs offers of 1gb 3g and unlimited 2g for 30 days and i activated it on 15th January 2013 so its valid upto 14th feb 2013
                          i told to this to customer care they said that your balance will get refunded but upto today i doesnt get any kind of refund

                            I'm using TATA DOCOMO GSM service. Yesterday night I got a sms. It shows Your No have activated Bolly Beauty Video zone for that Rs.99 charged.
                            But I haven't activate anything. after that I called to customer care they said today is strike so please call tomorrow. I called again next day morning. The customer case picked without asking my side what I'm saying simply she told I am not convenient with Hindi I'll transfer to some the representative, actually I don't know Hindi. I was waiting nearly 20 min. no one pick the call....

                            After I cut the call and again I make a call but no one picks the call & says the IVR make compliant in internet.
                            But The internet site is also very worst. The complaint registration form shows filled all details & when submit ask login. When I login after that go to Complaint registration form fill & submit again asks login.... it continues again and again........ very worst. TATA DOCOM service...

                            internet charging without service — CUstomer care without customer care?

                            Dear Sir,
                            Please I use internet facility through my Nokia N72 mobile and my Airtel number is [protected].
                            I had activated the internet facility for last 2 weeks and Rs.15 is getting deducted from prepaid card on daily basis.
                            It is sorry say that the following dates your internet was out of order and still you charged Rs.15/day for not providing services.
                            The dates for which service not provided is 17/9/2008, 18/9/2008 and 19/9/2008.I had been trying to contact the customer care for last 3 –days and the response is your standard message with mentioning “ THANK YOU FOR CALLING AIRTEL”. Now I am forced to stop calling to avoid increasing my blood pressure. My humble request to you, is that please do not give any standard dialogue and thanks for operator query, please specify service is available or not

                            Even I had send the SMS for discontinuing the internet service and got deducted Rs.3 for the same and still the scenario continues.
                            I am very much concerned that you are debiting the charges without checking the same.

                                myself kiran using tata docomo no.[protected], iI have very bad experience at docomo customer care at malad east..from last 3-4 month daily rental was deducting from my balance..i have checked and confirm at customer care that iam not availing any VAS..i had given complaint 1.5 month ago and 3 time iI have visited at customer care malad..he replied we are taking complaint we cant do anything.they told me to call 121 or 198, and when iI call this no they said visit nearest customer care.dnt knw what to do..they have internal problem and customer also affecting.pleasehelp

                                This is to inform all the users of TATA DOCOMO prepaid services that, these Tata Docomo Employees are deducting balance of many innocent people everytime without any reason.
                                This is before one month, when i was travelling in a train, and suddenly got an SMS that i was been charged for some VAS (Value Added Services) 'Keeda' Services and 30 Rupees were deducted from my balance.
                                I was so depressed with this SMS that I told the customer service that it was just mistake from your side that the service I have not taken it and didn't want to. Then the employee called me again and said that we cannot put the balance back and I then told her that this is from your end some technical problem that you deducted my balance. After next day they re-filled the amount and said that it was there system problem which let the balance cut from my mobile.
                                Again after 22 days, same thing happened, 42 Rupees were deducted from my mobile for some 'VuclipValue site', How in heaven i know what this site is about? I just got an SMS for the deduction. I was so horrified that I called the customer care again and she told they cannot re-fill the balance that i have used this site and they have charged accordingly. Then after so many abusive talks to the customer care, they rechared my balance and returned 42 Rupees again.
                                I appeal to bring your voice to stop all the VAS (Value Added Services) which they offer and without any reason they deduct our balance amount from mobile with treathening people that we have used their services. They should know that they can do this but they cant do it when all are against it and don't want it any way...
                                Pls forward these message by email to your fellow workers and friends to stop using TATA DOCOMO mobile services. This service will ruin your life and will make you sleepless. I am the victim and know what it's like...

                                    I am a user of tata docomo.my mobile no. is [protected].
                                    I am fed up o[censored]nfair balance deductions in my number.its just a way of stealing public money.
                                    Today at 21st feb 2013 rs 149 was deducted from my balance and when i contact my customer care i dont get any support from there and the cal automatically gets disconnect while talking to the customer care agent.
                                    These balance deductions has often occured in past also but this time the balance amount is too high and is not tolerable.
                                    I want to deactivate the pack whateever it may be which i have not activated myself and refund my money as soon as possible.
                                    I would highly be obliged to tata docomo if any customer care representative would cal me and talk 2 me in personal as i am not able to reach customer care representative through my phone.

                                      I have done the tariff voucher of Rs. 14/- on 08/02/2013, the detail of voucher is (1p/2sec. for all local mobile from home tower. validity 90 days). The voucher did not work properly the balance deducted according to 1p/1sec. even calling from home tower. After assuming not proper service of this voucher I have done tariff voucher of Rs. 66/- on 21/02/2013 the detail of voucher is (All local and STD Mob. 1.2p/2 sec. validity 90 days) but it is surprising that the voucher is still not working on my number and when contacting to customer care executive they told me that once Rs. 14/- will be finished then only Rs. 66/- voucher will be activated and both voucher is connected. That is ridicules.

                                      The universal rules is if, any new plan voucher activated the previous plan will automatically deactivated and there is no connectivity on above both voucher done by me. 1st one is only for local call i.e. 1p/2sec. and another is for both local and STD 1.2p/2sec. so where is connection in both voucher. Hence the company is making fool to their customers.

                                      They also denied to refund the voucher amount. That is improper. I am their old customer but not satisfied with their services I made many of complaints about balance deduction previously. So, the services are not proper from the company and the network is very very bad and low. And 3g services are also not provided.

                                      Kindly refund my voucher amount as soon as possible or activate the Rs. 66/- voucher soon.

                                        hello, i am nitin kothari. my mobile no. [protected]. i am having trouble with tata docomo's network. i am using internet plan worth rs 250 for 1gb 3g data with 7.2mbps and unlimited 3g with 64kbps for one month in addition 225 rs balance,but as the 1gb 3g data used the link problem and low speed upto 5 kbps happens. i am also getting rude behaviour from customer service of tata docomo. so please help me.

                                        I had purchased Tata photan+ Data Card before 4 months for using Iteranate but from the day of purchase I am facing verry slow speed problem and low signal strength. and they wrere saying that it will solve in next week or next few Days and the site engineer has also visit on my home but he could not solved the issue., After that he said for PPA installation but till now there is no any installation of PPA and till now I am facing the same problem. I have also pay the first bill amount. but till now they did not solve my problem. and When i ask for return the Data Card then they were not return the Data card .they are Sending the bill but not solve my problem. I want to return my Data Card Amount. I am unable to use Data Card due to disconnectivity and verry Slow speed. I have attached Site Engineer Complaint Report. Please see it
