My tata photon number is [protected]. On 28th jan 13 i have done recharge to my data card for rs.499 unlimited data plan as adviced by the customer care. The next day my data card was not working, I made call to the Customer care and informed. They informed that the balance is expired. i was shocked and asked. They said its the Misinformation given by their side to me. They took a complaint and gave me a call back date as 6th feb 13. But i explained them that internet is the only source which pays me,.so i want the call back tomorrow.But obviously they called me on 6th. i have told them that the misinformation is given by them, so i need a payback or the data usage. they said one of their concern will call me in 24hrs. till date i didnt receive any call from them and the issue is not yet resolved. I have lost my daily online pay because of this issue. somedays i have borrowed data card from friend. Later he too got angry and refused to give me next day. Till date i would have called to the customer care more than 30 times.Everytime they use to give this following Pre documented scripts.

I asked escalation and spoked to one of the Team lead.Her name is swathi she said we close this issue to get the resolution for u.u will be getting the call back with in 12hrs. but nothing moved. Then i spoked with Sandeep Kumar after two days. He Promised me that i ll b getting the call with in 4 hrs,.nothing happened. One representative raised his voice over and argued with me, but his good time. i forgot his name,.Two days back Imran said this will be last call i doing to the customer care,.Tomorrow u will definetly getting a call within 9am to 12pm.Again no response. Today i spoked with Abhi. I asked him the concern team.He got tensed and gave me this no - [protected]. he said its the no of development team.i was supposed to cal this number. but no one representative gave me earlier.i asked for the reason. he said sorry and cut the call. I called this no. the Computer voice gave me another no - [protected]. I spoked with a tamil customer support, he said its a Marketing team. i was shocked again a misinformation provided to me.and also i lost Rs.10 for that call.he told its a toll free number. but its not. Earlier i have also lodged a complaint stating that i didnt receive any call from the concern team.there is no response for that too. They are cheating me. Now i spoked with vijay, i told him to escalate the call. again the same dialog that they were busy on other call. i told him to wait that i am going lodge complaint in this link. earlier all the representative i spoked said ok for lodging the complaint in this link. i m doing this with prior information provided to them.
Admin please take necessary steps to resolve my issue as soon as possible. I trust this will complaint will get back money that i have lost.
