Dear Sir,
I had raised account closure request(Service Request No.[protected] for my Tata Docomo 3G Dongle (Photon No. [protected]) on 22/10/2012. On the first place, 21 days were taken to process this request. Finally, got a confirmation that my account is closed on 12/11/2012. While making account closure request, I asked them to settle my refundable security deposit Rs.1000 which was not done. Even after that, they kept on sending bills and continously calls were made to me. I explained my scenario to each and every customer care executive and in response got assurance that my matter will be resolved in 1-2 days. Nothing happened.
Finally on 11/02/2013, I got call from Tata Docomo Legal Department - which asked me to pay Rs. 705 for matter closure. I asked about the details for remaining amount but they didn't provide any explanation on that. When I told him that I won't be paying this amount, he asked me to come to court near Majestic,Bangalore. As I have migrated from Bangalore and going back to bangalore was not a possible option for me, so finally I agreed to pay Rs.705 with the assurance that I won't be receiving any further calls and bills from Tata Docomo.
And today, I got another bill from them.
What sort-of disgusting service is this. I hold high regards for brand like TATA but DOCOMO is a black spot on it. I'm seeking advice on filing a legal case against them. Trust me, this will be done. What they want me to do - pay for a closed account. Are you running your organization using pen and paper ? No Database record ?
