Network strength is very very low in my office and home as well. I am planning to again port my number to some other telecom company.

    I did a special recharge on my tata docomo number [protected] on 02.03.2013 with the following details as per the display on website tatadocomo.com/online-recharge.

    Voucher Name - Plan Voucher
    Amount (Rs.) - 129
    Talk Time (Rs.) - 0
    Processing Fee (Rs.)-114.81
    Service Tax(%) -12.36
    Benefits / Description - All India calls @ 1p/ 2secs. (30p/ min.). Validity : 180 Days

    But I got a confirmation SMS as follows:
    Validity - 120 days
    All local calls at 1p/2sec
    tranc id 741104228810000043009865

    Please recharge my number as per the display on the website.

      I have tata docomo sim no[protected] ^mob nokia 311,ipurchase 3g plan of 250 rs in jan 30days ^feb 30days
      but it does not activated by tata docomo, in place of tata if 6yrs child get some food ^ don't pay to owner he will be punished,but no budy can do
      anything against tata .I suggest to indians please dont purchase tata docomo 250 3G plans ,I will post this mail daily to all web sites .

And they was so many time with out my permission active any scream and balance cut. Them network and Internet facility Also so poor. They advertise unlimited net then after they are not provide service. Their network was so poor after 1 gb net plan poor.

          On 18 Feb 2013, I recharged with 90 rupees 600 MB 3G data for 30 days as they offered me in the message.
          But I used only 200 MB and pack expired even its not been a month and 600 MB benifit.
          I called DOCOMO care at the most 4 times.
          when their executives denied my request I requested to transfer call to immediate senior level and still not getting any response.
          Please look forward to it.

            4 Different Value Added Services got activated from DOCOMO on my no.[protected]. I was just surfing the net and 3 times some unnecessary service got activated.
            Balance of around Rs. 180/- got deducted, which is a Wrong Deduction.

                that on Bhatti road there are three shops selling mobiles without bills and nobody is taking any action. police is involved in matter. for recharging the sim the shopkeepers take overcharge and use abusive language. i am an advocate and serving this representation for cancellation of sale certificate of these shops. without checking ID proof these are allowing sims.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I had raised account closure request(Service Request No.[protected] for my Tata Docomo 3G Dongle (Photon No. [protected]) on 22/10/2012. On the first place, 21 days were taken to process this request. Finally, got a confirmation that my account is closed on 12/11/2012. While making account closure request, I asked them to settle my refundable security deposit Rs.1000 which was not done. Even after that, they kept on sending bills and continously calls were made to me. I explained my scenario to each and every customer care executive and in response got assurance that my matter will be resolved in 1-2 days. Nothing happened.

                        Finally on 11/02/2013, I got call from Tata Docomo Legal Department - which asked me to pay Rs. 705 for matter closure. I asked about the details for remaining amount but they didn't provide any explanation on that. When I told him that I won't be paying this amount, he asked me to come to court near Majestic,Bangalore. As I have migrated from Bangalore and going back to bangalore was not a possible option for me, so finally I agreed to pay Rs.705 with the assurance that I won't be receiving any further calls and bills from Tata Docomo.

                        And today, I got another bill from them.

                        What sort-of disgusting service is this. I hold high regards for brand like TATA but DOCOMO is a black spot on it. I'm seeking advice on filing a legal case against them. Trust me, this will be done. What they want me to do - pay for a closed account. Are you running your organization using pen and paper ? No Database record ?

                              Thanks for responding.

                              My Usage:
                              1. Voice: Well withing the 249/- plan usage free minutes.

                              2. Data: Fee Data usage of 300mb on 2G network within the 249/- plan.

                              My Complaint:

                              I). No intimation and disconnection on exceeding 300mb usage limit to customer.

                              ii). Inspite of my repeated calls to customer care for disconnection, no one is willing to issue ticket to that effect.

                              iii). I have had similar cases with BSNL, Punjab(Chandigarh) Broadband connection (which never got installed on time) and I ended up using Net-Connect with similar consequences. Result, Fault on their part to deliver services on time, consequentially disconnection with apology.

                              Also, Vodafone, Gurgaon. Thinking they are professionally sound network.(Turns out they are as worse). Consequently disconnection with apology from network for the inconvenience caused to customer.

                              Now, this is the third time I have opted for a post-paid connection, as sold by one of you salespersons for being cost effective, considering options, I opted for one pre-paid( which I am still using) and One Post-paid, in question.

                              iii). Let me bring to your notice that a 2G data pack costs Rs. 51/- (2GB download Post Paid) and Rs. 69 /- (2GB in pre-paid) in TataDoCoMo postpaid, please correct me if I am wrong. On what basis is tata-docomo post-paid charging customers such exuberant charges for data usage, knowing very well that the customer will not pay.

                              This seems to me big tele-com scam to extort money from post-paid customers.

                              My response:

                              Please adjust data usage as per market packages to commensurate bill data usage exceeding 300mb limit. which in no case should exceed 69/-
                              That makes my bill Rs. 249/- +69 /- (2GB data 2G spectrum) = 318/-

                              I have already paid advance of 500 /- as security deposit. kindly deduct 318/- and refund 500-318 = 182/- to my [protected] pre-paid account of Tata-DoCoMo. kindly intimate by mail or sms to that effect.

                              And subsequent disconnection, As there is no point in continuing it further, I am happy with Post-paid connection, lot less headache and unsolicited court notices.

                                Today I've called Tata Docomo customer care and inquired about Free Roaming Plan, but they told me that no plan is available right now and you will be charged 1rupee/min.But I've heard about plan 46 for free roaming.Can any one tell me whether the plan is there or not?

                                  Hi,
                                  MY Tata docomo no is [protected]. Tata Docomo is activated some services on my mobile without my knowledge and cut the balance as a change for that.
                                  Services which is activated on my mobile is below hoppers and must buy(Rs 9 each)
                                  Eventhough i didn't send any message and didn't call any number but they activated the services.

                                  I want my money back.

                                    I have TATA DOCOMO number:- [protected].
                                    I am getting unwanted flash ads, and even if I click on 'cancel' on that ad, Rs. 30 get deducted from my account. This has been happening from few days. I have even complaint about it to docomo customer care and also enabled the DND service, but still getting these flash massages and they are deducting huge amount from my account. 1st time they have returned my money, but after that they have been refusing to revert my money back. I have even emailed tata docomo about my issue but I have not recieved any mail back. Please let me know what should I do.

                                      am a customer of Tata Docomo. My mobile No. is [protected] (Andhra pradesh-hyderabad). It is very difficult to contact their customer care. This company has activated a Parde ke peeche pack and deducted Rs.30.00/- from my balance. I received their message only today - 27.02.13. They said that I activated it on 27.02.13.This they have done without my consent. They have automatically activated the pack. I have not activated this pack. I could not get their customer care to deactivate this pack. Earlier also, this company has activated a pack and deducted Rs.60/- from my balance. Once I have told them to stop sending all company messages/packs. Could you help me to get back my balance ?

                                      I mostly unanswer docomo calls for same reason and I never replied to their messages.

                                      am a customer of Tata Docomo. My mobile No. is [protected] (Andhra pradesh-hyderabad). It is very difficult to contact their customer care. This company has activated a news pack Rs.30.00/- from my balance. I received their message day before yesterday. They said that I activated .This they have done without my consent. They have automatically activated the pack. I have not activated this pack. I could not get their customer care to deactivate this pack. Earlier also, this company has activated a pack and deducted Rs.60/- from my balance. Once I have told them to stop sending all company messages/packs. Could you help me to get back my balance ?

                                      I am karthik mobile no:-[protected] from Hyderabad Andhra Pradesh.There was an activation done by the company(docomo) about weight loss pack and 30 rs was cut from my balance.Though i immediately called customer support[protected], they said the servers are down/busy and try again.So the next day[protected] i tried calling there was no connection to customer support.On the third day[protected] when i called they are saying you can only complain before 48 hrs after activating the pack and are not going to resolve my issue.Though i haven't activated the pack, the customer support is saying i activated the pack through some dive-in option, which i haven't done.Please resolve this issue.

                                        Sir i have not applied any type of request to Tata docomo company to give me such services but company is cheating me and deducted my money.

                                        Company automatically added Value Added Services on 03.02.2013 and deducted Rs. 14/- from my account and sent messages as below:

                                        "Hi! You have successfully subscribed to ENDLESS MUSIC at Rs.14/- for 7 days through WEB. Auto renewal on[protected] To Stop, Dial 155223 (Toll free) from TD-59090.
                                        Then after I will unsubscribe the offer due to avoid auto renewal, by dialing 155223 they will unsubscribed on[protected] at 08.40 PM

                                        Sir i have not applied any type of request to Tata docomo company to give me such services but company is cheating me and deducted my money.
