I am using Tata Docomo GSM Mobile No.[protected] since last 4-5 years. Earlier it was used as CDMA and since last year it is used as Docomo GSM. My credit limit was Rs.8000/- in CDMA. I am running bussiness thats why my number is spread all over india. I had paid my last bill on 22.01.2013 for Rs.3600/- approx, even then my number is barred since last 10 days. I had contacted all the sources like customer care, telephonically talk with your officers, personal visits to your store and all the possibilities i know, even then till date i am unable to use my number. I had decided to port my number with another network and for that also TATA DOCOMO is causing problem and didnt allow to port.

I am facing lot of problem due to this and also suffering daily loss about 1-2 lacs per day. I am not getting any satisfied answer from any end not even my number is unbarred.

Therefore you are requested to kindly help me out and tell me the way to get RID of this DOCOMO.
Otherwise i will be forced to take some legal steps against DOCOMO

    I have been shocked to know that my billed amount was Rs 2100 approx and the very next day my bill has risen to Rs 8428. Without any service used by me. Which seems that there was some technical error in DoCoMo bill generation process. ([protected])

      My 3G dongle is no longer active because the address verification status is negative. This has happened due to the sheer incompetence of the person who was sent to do the verification. I have been informed that his name is Sumit.

      Initially I got a call saying that the verification had turned out to be negative.The person told me that it was set to happen again. So this time I requested to be called before the visit to make sure that I was available at home.

      I did not receive any calls but started getting messages stating that the verification had failed again. This time I called the call center to understand why this was happening and how I could help. I was in for a rude shock. I spoke to a girl name Rupal who actually started shouting at me. She said that how could there be a verification problem if my connection was active. She asked me to ignore the smses.

      However, after this I received one more message stating that unless I visited the point of activation within 24 hours I would not enjoy 'uninterruppted services'. So I went to the F.C. Road (Pune) office yesterday where they assured me that they would apply for re-verification and that this time I would definitely get a call in advance. Again I got no call today and no verification happened. And now my dongle is no longer active.

      I upgraded from photon to 3G only because I got call from your end. I have been a customer for over 3 years during which time my address has remained the same. I should not have to suffer for the incompetence of their executives.

            I had purchased a photon connection ob 1st Jan 2013, for the whole month they did not support me as my laptop was not supportin the photon device they provided, they were not even ready to replace the device. Anyhow the problem was resolved, later my device started working and again the services are stop as on today 7th Feb 2013 due to CV not cleared, i had provided all the documents and still from last one month I am facing problem with Tata photon services. They are not helping me in any kind, i called their employee at F C road pune branch from were i purchased the device, they are very rude and not helping. Hope here my problem will be resolved.               "My TATA DOCOMO number is [protected] and my relationship account number is[protected].

              I am very disappointed with TATA DOCOMO service. They have suddenly sent me a message that my unbilled postpay amount is 3880.85 on 22 January 2013 and 23 January 2013 and it is just increasing with every passing day.

              I have been using TATA DOCOMO postpay service since more than one and a half years at least. Every month my postpay bill amount has been around 300-600. But suddenly for the month of January 2013 I received a message that my unbilled amount is 3880.85. On calling customer care, they say they have no idea for what purpose this has been charged.

              I request TATA DOCOMO to immediately take the wrong charges off my number and notify me through a message."

              This was posted on last week but still no action has been taken. I have now received a message saying my bill is Rs.6040. If no immediate action is taken from TATA DOCOMO's end, I will be faced to take stricter action.

              Dear sir/madam,
              my name is bhavarth bhatt(surat,gujarat).my mobile no: is [protected].i had already face this same matter 2 times and this is the 3rd time.this is hammering me.

              on 31st may my main balance was 48.50 rs.,after subscribed to rs.5 gprs pack(50 mb free)my bal. was 43.50. i used the internet and my gprs bal left was 5 m.b. though the company charged my 39 rs. for internet usage. when i called customer care,the person refused to launged a complain for wrong cut of balance.

              TELL ME WHAT IS THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER CARE IF THEY DONEST ABLE TO HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS?
              HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE TO FACE THE COMPANY'S MISTAKE AND PUT ME IN THE TROUBLE/PROBLEM?

              No action taken yet from TATA DOCOMO for my above complaint. Tata docomo acknowledged my complaint on January 31, 2013 but still the problem persists. I have now received message of my bill due is Rs.6040. Please take immediate action or I would be forced to take stricter action.

                  My number is [protected], i have recharged with rs 250 internet pack on 31 jan 2013, but suddenly on 6th feb midnight 2013 the company have deactivated my internet pack, saying the foolish reason that ur validity is over, but it not possible, because the pack validity is of 30 days, but the company and customercare executives not giving the proper reason, just keep on saying ur validity is over, and u have recharged with other internet pack, but they not telling when i did that,they just trying to make customer fool....

                      Hello,

                      Wrong bill is generated for my Tata photon no.: [protected] for the duration 03/01/13 to 02/02/13.

                      According to the complaint no:[protected], I have no need to pay 540 RS of previous month.

                      Though RS 540 is included in my current bill. Also the late payment of RS 84.27 is included in my current month bill.

                      Now I am having following issue:

                      1. My current month bill (duration 03/01/13 to 02/02/13 ) should be of RS 1,011.24.
                      Though it become 1,636.00 in my generated bill.
                      Please correct my bill statement and re-send it on my mail id.

                      2. My due date of payment is “Pay Immediate” and after this bill be Rs. 1,736.00.
                      What is this? What kind of customer relationship could tata photon want to maintain with customers?

                      Please regenerate my correct bill with correct due date. Please update the same on my online tataphoton account and send on my mail ID.

                      3. My tata photon connection is not working since morning. I got the reason that connection is closed due to non-payment of 540 RS. But as per complaint no.[protected] I have no need to pay any money.

                      Please re-continue my connection as soon as possible.

                      I am really facing horrible customer service experience from Tataphoton side.

                      I am really looking for a quick and early resolution of all my queries.

                        To say that I am mentally harassed by Tata DOCOMO would be an understatement. I am utterly disgusted by the company and its so called representatives! I think the main business of the company is not to provide broadband services or telecom services but it is to extort money by threats for services that has not been delivered.

                        Think I am overreacting? Hear my story:


                        The TATA docomo service has not been working since 26/10/2012. I have made numerous complaints, which were not resolved by your company. The complaint numbers and dates are listed below. After numerous complaints and no satisfactory resolution I made a cancellation request on 13th December 2012. However, the company ignored my request and instead promised me to resolve the issue. Till date, the issue is not resolved which means I did not get the service from the date 26th October 2012.

                        In the above period, I had to suffer losses financially because o[censored]navailability of Internet since its was a corporate connection I was unable to use internet for my business which led to losses for my business. In addition, I had to go through a lot of mental harassment by the company as they blatantly ignored my more than 20 complaints to resolve the issue.

                        In spite of the problems caused by your company, I still paid the bill for the period 14th Oct 2012 to 14th Nov 2012.

                        Please see below the records of complaints made by me in last 3 months for your reference.

                        Since, the service was disrupted for 2 months without any resolution of the issue I requested termination of the service as I was fed up making repeated complaints!

                        Now, I have started receiving threats from your company asking me to pay Nov-Dec for a service I never received.

                        FIrst I received a email with threats to extort money from me to which I replied back explaining the situation. These guys ignored my reply and today I received another email threatening me of criminal action for not paying bills!! Plus they are accusing me of not responding to their communications! SUCH BLATANT LIARS!

                        As you can see I have been trying to communicate with the company for last 3-4 months to resolve the service issues but these guys ignored my complaints and now they want me to pay and are using these methods to extort money!

                        This is nothing but extortion using threats and other methods to scare consumers!

                        Would you ever buy services from Tata DOCOMO after hearing my experience? Please let me know in your feedback/comments

                          2 years ago i brought a Tata Docomo Sim card with valid identity proof. Few days ago My Mobile was stolen from my room. For security purpose I was blocked the Sim card. After one day, when i went for duplicate Sim at Tata Docomo Shop in Maratha Halli, Bangalore branch ; they told me that Sim card isn’t in my name & address. That time I was shoked & shows the Sim card envelop & My Aadhar Card where clearly mentioned that no. , but the shop lady told me “Your Aadhar Card is Fake” & also told me “you can do anything”.

                          What am I do now tell me friends. Can I go for lodge a FIR or Consumer Complain in Consumer Court against Tata Docomo ?

                              tata docomo has always been consistently deducting balances from main account
                              and when i try to complaint the customer care executives disconnect cals.
                              this is really cheap which must be brought to notice of every tata customers.this is really absurd

                                But since last 2 days Tata Docomo Discontinue My Service. i am trying continually but company did not response my complaint. not activated my sim.

                                my tatadocomo pre paid mob no [protected] since nov 2009 from hisar cantt due to communication problem i apply to change ser provider to airtel all neccesory document given to vendor my port code is TH899664 val up[protected]from 12530 rec dt[protected] req for port rec by airtel[protected] from 59109,Req valid by donorport time 2012 -1 16 T2300 dt[protected] from 1901 my mob comm stoped not potd till date .i face so many problems in my all document mantion this mob no please take action immadiately thankyou

                                I had applied for MNP from TATA to AIRTEL as prepaid customer on 9 MAR. Same day I submitted the required documetns and got n new sim and assured by the concerning person for activation of sim within 7 days. But tilL 20 MAR date my sim not activate.Then call in TATA tell your request had been rejected by TATA two times without any reason, Please give me solution so that I can port my number successfully! My new port code :-TE828486 and number [protected] .Pls call me new numder [protected] Thank you

                                    I took a new docomo sim as the mobile shop keeper mentioned me that docomo is giving 500MB internet balance for 3 months for new sim...Now my sim is activated and I got 3600 secs balance and 500 MB internet data...I have the internet settings in my mobile...But internet is not loading...It always mentions " Connection failed " ...I didn't see at least a google page even If I spent 2 hours time by pressing homepage... I called to customer care many times..It responds " our executives are busy so please after some time"...But there is no use of it as it responds as usual...I want to know whether it is real data or it is possible to connect internet with docomo....Try to solve this problems...

                                      My Name is Umesh H K, My No. is [protected], I received a message from 56660, towards their offer of the day Flat 10% off min billing of Rs.500/- at 69 Seconds, Valit 13 feb. SMS a to 5660 and get code free. TNC

                                      for the next second , I received one more message from 56660 saying "hi!, you have successfully subscribed to offer of the day service on tata at Rs.30/- 30 days till 07-Mar. To stop diall 155223 (toll free) or dial *660*9# to unsubscribe .

                                      afterwards I checked my balance, it is reduced by 30 Rs. This type "hajamat" these Tata Docomo people are doing, This is not the fist time I am experiencing this type of Harassment. Now I am going to change my service provider. Sir, Please do the needful, and stop this type harassment from this bloody company.

                                        Hi I am using Ta Ta Docomo Sim. I have activates 3G on my number.
                                        Now i have reacharged with Rs 255. But internet is not working on my number. I have raised 3 complaints on DOCOMO site but no resolution.
                                        I tried APN as "TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNETHVC" and "TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET" but it is still not working.

                                        And there is no support from helpline number 121, and other listen, help email ids.
