my tataphoton -datacard no is-[protected].last time i recharged with Rs.100 &no usage was done as some error occured and now again i recharged with Rs.100 again some error occured .not at all able to use the facility .have called up customer care executive several time but not yet my query has resolved.

    Myself Chandra Sekhar from Bangalore,

    I have a problem with TATA DOCOMO, pls find the Description below,

    TATA DOCOMO NO: [protected]
    Account Number :[protected].

    With this account no. I was using the data card for Internet connection, after May i was not using the same regularly and two moths I have not paid the bills o[censored]sage, I got a call from TATA DOCOMO for the bill payments, I realised and informed them that I do want to close this account, they come back with the total due of Rs.2874 to close the account, they promised me once I will pay this amount immediately the account will be deactivated, I have done the online Payment for the same( This time my account was blocked)

    Again I got the next month bill due of Rs.964, after some days I got call from TATA DOCOMO for the bill payment, I explained them very clearly that what I written above, they said that they would come back to me, the same exercise has happened next 3 months,

    Now the people threatening me that legally they would recover the money of 7 months ( nearly Rs.7000), from Delhi somebody calling me and threatening me to pay money else asking me to attend me in court at Delhi.

    I am ready to pay the money if they clear the below points to me,

    1. After paying the overdue, who has given the permission to unblock the account
    2. From August onwards my Internet usage
    3. In July I have paid of Rs.2874/- which is not for 2 months or 3 months. This is for 2 and ½ months to settle the account closure.

      Hi,

      My name is nitin Thakur from raipur and i am using tata dokomo No. [protected]. I am using 899 unlimited plan with 1 GB 3G plan. So many time i called to Customer care and asked about my data usage but they told me that they can not tell me data usage. i asked that if i used more than 1 GB data than who will responsible for the same so they told me that my credit limit is 1600/- . and when your usage reached this limit your data service will stop automaticaly and you have to make payment for the same.
      Now they created a bill of 3475/- and tell me to pay. now they tell me that your limit is 2100 and you have to pay 3475. Please help me in this matters.

        Complain (Issue): I am not getting even average speed in Tata Photon, so I want my money back as Photon Engineer is not able to resolve the issue. Tata Photon is not doing the same.

        History:

        I have applied for "Tata Photon +" (photon no - [protected]) on 22nd Jan and it got activated on 24th Jan. I live in Thuraipakkam (Chennai). Here network is not good so speed is too slow. I complained for the same[protected]. Technician came and intimated that, there is no solution for the same.


        I complained to give me my money back. From then Tata Photon guys are just raising Service request for me and they are not providing solution for the same.


        When I called on customer care, they said the guy who sold this tata photon will give you back your money.


        Since then I am in contact to Mr. Pradeep, but after 3-4 mail communication he routed me to "[protected]@tatadocomo.com" mail id, bt body is responding from this email id.


        I want my money back as tata photon speed is very slow here.

        I am not getting, why it will take 20 business days. You provide tata photon in 24 hrs and you cant stop it in 2-3 days.


        I am not satisfied with it, even I am afraid that after 20 business days, you may say as you have already used photon for 1 month so now we will return only half money to you.

        Yesterday I received a call from Tata Photon, the person who called me, wanted Mr Pradeep's phone no. It is already mentioned in trail mail i.e. ([protected]).

        Even the guy was saying why you have not contacted to "[protected]@tatadocomo.com", while in the trail mail it is cleary mentioned that i have tried to contact them also.

        Complain (Issue): I have never scene such mismanagement as Tata Photon. I dont now how this company is serviving as they are not providing customers good service. I am not getting even average speed in Tata Photon, so I want my money back as Photon Engineer is not able to resolve the issue. Tata Photon is not doing the same. I have already raised a complain for the same in this forum and again tata people had made a complain "[protected]" as they always do on 26 Feb and today (9th march) they have closed it, without providing me any solution. I told them that call me in night (between 7 pm to 7 am) as I am working in night and in day I sleep. May be they are calling me in day. So they closed the request in 11 days, which is ridiculous without providing any solution. I specially call them on [protected] (2nd march) to tell them that call me in night.

        Here I request all people who are reading this complain, Please never go for tata photon beacuse people who even cant talk to customer, what service they can provide.

        I have applied for "Tata Photon +" on 22nd Jan and it got activated on 24th Jan. I live in Thuraipakkam (Chennai). Here network is not good. I complained for the same. Technician came and intimated that, there is no solution for the same. So I need my money back, Please let me know when I will get my money back. Please also tell me what amount I will get back.

          I am POST paid customer of TATA DOCOMO.
          I was using 2G Plans from DOCOMO. 6GB/99 Rs per month plan. In January 2013 first week i informed the customer care that i want to use 3G plan “also along with existing 2G Plan”. During the call to customer care (121), i informed Tata DoCoMo representative many times to continue my old plan. (2G plan) and also activate new 3G plan (1GB/200Rs) per month.
          But the Tata DoCoMo representative cancelled my 2G plan without informing me during entire call. (Even though I have informed many times to continue 2G plans during the call)
          When I received bill I received huge bill for 2G usage. I have registered the complaint to Tata DoCoMo for this. (Complaint No[protected]
          The Tata Docomo representative called me and informed me that even though I have requested for both plans to be activated they have cancelled 2G Plan. And they have done nothing wrong in this and I need to pay entire bill.
          This is very strange they informed me that they listed to the conversion between me and there agent and they also informed me that I had requested to continue both the plans. (Call on Sunday 17/02/2013)
          But still I am at fault and I need to pay the money…..
          Sr. People at Tata Docomo -> Please check this issue seriously. Request not to spoil “Tata” name for such funny things.

            Hi,

            I had recharged online my tata docomo number - [protected] with amount Rs199/- as listed in their website. As per tatadocomo.com, the offer listed was :

            Local/STD Tariff Voucher 199 0 177.11 12.36 30000 STD/ Local secs. (500 mins.). Validity : 28 Days

            However, after recharging with the said amount, I got a local talktime offer of 2500 mins valid for 15 days instead of STD as mentioned in their website. Please find screenshot of the same.

            After repeated calls to the customer care, they inform that the recharge values in their system is different from website offers and they are in no position to revert my loss. Moreover, they ask us to confirm with customer care before recharging with offers online.

            This amounts to cheating the customer from tatadocomo.com and they should inform the customer appropriately of their offers.

                I buy new Tata Docomo SIM mobile number [protected] few days before, in this I got plan of 1.2 paise per 2 seconds for STD & Loc for 90 days
                I got this facility 4 days only & Now they charging for each call diffrent call rate
                for 84 seconds they charged 1.68 rupees but It's real charged is 0.42 paise only.
                for 93 seconds they charged 1.01 rupees rupees but It's real charged is 0.47 paise only.
                I called in 198 and 121 but they not responding.
                Please correct my call rate as soon as possible.

                    hello sir/madam
                    i am using tata docomo i have internet unlimited 3g plan of rs 250. My balance has been deducted on 13th feb 2013 near about 5 pm. deduction was due to some tom service. but i did not activate any service i only use facebook on my pc. every time i call customer care they say that i will get my refund but i did not get my refund yet. i was having more than 60 rs in my account but after deduction only 1rs left.

                      Tata Docomo is the worst customer care service providers. when ever i call customer care they always tell me that all the executives are busy in other calls and cut my call. I am continuously trying to cal them from morning till evening but the response is same.. if they are really busy with other customers then when will they attend my call... every time they do this.. I have never come across such a worse service..

                          I have been using Tata Docomo Mobile service since July2012, I activated full DND on my number and it was confirmed the activation only on September 2012. For past few weeks I started getting Marketing calls from +91140.... numbers, some of them says activate your caller tune. I made a complaint to the 1909 customer service, they registered the complaint and no remedies. Whenever I call them and request to connect to a Senior/Manager to know the status on the complaint, they pretend they are connecting to a Senior/Manager and I keep holding the line for 10-15 minutes and call gets disconnected automatically. I presume this is a deliberate act by Tata Docomo 1909 customer service, because it happened few times exactly the same way. I would like to go with a legal action against the following:

                          1) After activating full DND I started receiving marketing calls. As per TRAI regulation each first call/message after full DND Rs: 5000 and following calls/message Rs: 20000 has to be paid. As per the marketing calls I received it will be about 1 x 5000 + 15 x 20000 (Rs: 3,05000).

                          2) Being a full paid customer of the Tata Docomo Mobile Network, I am not receiving a proper customer service from the Network Provider, who deliberately ignores the customers calls/requests or even shown courtesy to call back to acknowledge the status of the complaint.

                          Please get back to me at the earliest to find a solution for this problem.

                            I made recharge of 1 Gb(2G)data pack of internet having 1 month validity on 15 Jan.2013 and when I was using internet on 11 Feb. 2013 , and at that time I had 40 MB of data remaining on my sim, but Docomo has deducted a sum of 120 Rupees from my sim.
                            On asking to refund the said amount through mail as well as customer care they are saying that you had no data pack on your sim.
                            While I even have the proof of data pack available on my sim as I am getting the SMS from company that,”The validity of your 2G data pack will end in two days,if you want to reactivate kindly visit *141#”.
                            I have already put 8 e-mails on “[protected]@tatadocomo.com” but they are not refunding the said amount.

                              It has been quite a while that I have been using Tata Docomo sim on my GSM mobile and the customer care response sucks to the core.
                              You call them up and it keeps singing the docomo song till your head actually bursts up and i doubt will there at least be any person on the other end to actually handle calls.You call up again and suddenly "all customer care representatives are busy on other calls"!!! They send in some useless messages to activate this and that and without my knowledge some pack gets activated and the balance goes down to zero in a flick... After calling them up several times some lazy bugger picks up the call and puts me on hold for a continuous half an hour.. What do you expect us to do? sit and listen to your useless stories on our busy schedules?Is this the way to handle customers??!! on calling back again, the call gets cut abruptly! I tried registering my complaint on Docomo's register your complaint portal... thank God for the speed of the page!! Each field you enter and the page gets refreshed! It is the worst customer-care you are providing!!

                                  My husband bought tata photan for me in 2011 and later i gave it to my brother as i went back to bangalore. My brother is facing big issue with tata photan's cheating.

                                  He closed the account last year march and reopened it last year may and then again closed last year november. whatever he closed it, tata photan claimed to pay more. for eg. my brother closed last nov and paid all due. this month tata photan sent legal notice to pay 1k. it happened 2-3 times. so how much do tata photan want more money from cheating my brother?

                                  also my brother had receipt but that is made up of oil type paper which provided by tata photoan which printing become fade after some days. is that way how tata photan cheated us?

                                        I am Devenda Karde . i am tata docomo customer of prepaid plan. my mobile no is .([protected]). on date 14.02.2013 . time 12: 44 hrs without any request hello tune activated & in my mobile account 100 RS deducted and massage came from this no 543211 & hello tune activated . . which is no fair . without any request how it can possible . so request to tatadocomo kindly refund my 100 RS on my mobile account ( mobile no [protected] )as soon as possible.

                                        today i have suffer this problem i want no any customer suffer this type of problem . 100 rs is not matter but main thing is blindly faith in docomo service.
