      Hi , My name is Arun Prasad and my Tata Docomo number is [protected] and use it on my 3G stick . I have recharged my SIM with 450 INR on 8/01/2013 after seeing the benefit plan from Tata Docomo website. According to their website 450 recharge yields 2 GB of 3G data. After the recharge , i was able to surf internet for few days using my Huawei 3G stick , suddenly the services were interrupted and i came to know that my main balance is 0.08 and recharged my mobile for 50 in order to maintain the minimum balance.The amount is again deducted, without knowing what is happening i recharged again and the amount was repeatedly deducted from my main balance. When i tried to reach their customer care executives , they are irresponsible and not even listening to my problem. Everyone knows how poor is the customer service of Tata Docomo. They hardly attend our calls and many times we will be receiving and annoying IVR recording saying"All our CC executives are currently busy attending other customers please mail us at [protected]@tatadocomo.com" (TATA DOCOMO SHOULD KNOW THAT PEOPLE WITH OUT INTERNET FACILITY ALSO EXIST IN INDIA). After so much of struggle i got a chance to speak to a CC executive , he told that 450 recharge is not meant for Data and it is a full TT recharge. I was shocked hearing that and told him to escalate the call to his supervisor. He put me on hold for more than 1 hour and disconnected the call. I was so annoyed by the behavior of the CC executives of Tata Docomo. I am writing her not for justice. If i get justice i ll be happy but i write here to aware people about the BIGGEST FRAUDULENT COMPANY OF INDIA, TATA DOCOMO.

      Tata Docomo — Big Frauds

      These docomo people r big frauds, they say me al the time that the gprs speed will be around 35 to 40kbps but i had complained many times that the speed am getting is just in bytes per sec, but they r not taking any steps to solve it.. All the time they say to restart my cell else network congestion And try later & by that time my gprs pack will be finished.. Really they r taking the money from customers... THEY R BIG FRAUDS....

      Tata Docomo — Annoyed with Tata Docomo Promotional Calls

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I recently ported my number from Vodafone to Tata DOCOMO.

      I am satisfied with the service and quality. I registered for DND (Do Not Disturb) with 1909 by sending START 0. It's been more than a month when I did that.

      But I am really frustrated to get too many calls from Tata DOCOMO. Can something be done for this please?

      We are unable to get any recharge of Rs.450/- for 2GB 3G data. Hence, the browsing was charged from main balance. Kindly revert with the recharge details or else screen-shot of the recharge information to get better assistance.

          Already I complained here, about the day looting of Tata DOCOMO few months before. Again they started cheating me with the chilly automatic service activation without customer's knowledge. Yes, today they detected some 10 Rs for some Attractive Models. I deactivated it immediately. But, that 10 Rs is not refunded yet :( And for the past few days they keep detecting some 2 Rs five times (i.e) 10 Rs for some stupid services. It's totally frustrating me. So 10+10, Rs. 20 they suppose to refund me.

          I have had a similar bitter experience with this fraudulent company. I have lost more than 500 with them. They hardly bothers about customer and all the bother is how to fill their cash stack.

          After struggling a lot with their CC executives i came to an conclusion. I feel like i gave that 500 INR to some beggar(Biggest beggar in India)on street. Choosing Tata Docomo is the biggest mistake i ever did. I advise you to switch the network(For that too TD will make you feel like a clown)

THEY SAID U WILL FIND GOOD SIGNAL IN UR HOME PLACE BHILAI HUDCO AREA PARTICULARLY, BUT JUST AFTER SIM HAS BEEN ACTIVATED BY COMPANY I INFORMED I COULD NO'T GET SIGNAL AT ALL, SO PLEASE CONVERT THE PLAN POST PAID TO PRE PAID. THEY SAID WE SHALL DO IT, BUT THEY HAVE NOT DONE TILL THREE MONTHS OVER AND CONTINUOUSLY SENT POST PAID BILLS WITH FINE EVERY MONTH RS.50/-.             Hi,

            Recently i have migrated from Airtel to Tata Docomo,
            My No [protected]

            The fist month bill came correct. But in the second month's bill they have charged me with 6 messages i never sent (each charging Rs.3/- comes to Rs. 18 total). When i called the customer care they are saying i have sent premium messages. and the fuuny fact is i do no have the sent messages in my handset's message history.

            the message no is 56767661. this is neither a land-line no or mobile or international no.

            Please resolve the issue or unvillingly i have to pay 18/- to Docomo.

            After resistring this conplaint also, i called back the customer care they are pretending that they are correct in billing.
            i have already given tree complaints to customer care, every time the complaint is raised they say it will be resolved in two working days and with customer clarification, but no body is calling from customer care and the complaint is closed. this is very bad as they are ignoring the customer.

NOW WE CANT ADJUST YOUR BILLING AMOUNT. ALSO, IN LAST MONTH MY COMPANY STARTED 3G SERVICE WITHOUT ANY MY REQUEST. I CALLED THEM FOR REACTIVE THIS SERVICE BUT STILL 3G SERVICE IS ACTIVE. I SHOW THIS TO DOCOMO STORES REPRESENTATIVE FOR PROOF. THEY ALSO GET SURPRISE AFTER SEEING . NOW I DELETE ALL NETWORK SETTING FROM MY HANDSET BUT STILL COMPANY CHARGE ME FOR INTERNET USAGE.

                I m using my tata docomo no.

                asansol,
                west bengal.
                On 22/01/13 i have done a special recharge of Rs 69 for 1GB gprs, but i
                m unable to use it. Customer care told
                me that i can not use it. There
                is some problem since 20th december
                2011. Now u tell me is it my
                problem? If their service is not working then recharge should not be
                done successfully, don't u think so?
                Their service is fail whatever be
                the reason, and still recharges are done
                and main thing is that
                customer are not getting the benefit for what they are paying. It means
                they are looting the customeres.
                Sir plz help me. Its not about my Rs 69 only, its about how many customers are being looted daily.

                  Hello All,

                  In now days tata working on other ways . this is totally expected from tata services. couple of months ago i adopt tata photon for internet. on every month i'll pay time to time because i use it . two months ago i due to low net connectivity i not prefer tata photon and call to customer care to shut my service down and they give me a complaint num. that show my connection not activate yet. but last month i got bill from tata and call from recoevery agent he was very rude with my family . then he used to say that your bill is so and so and you just pay 75% of actual amount and your connection will be disconnected. so i pay the amount which i was not used and then again i recived a message from tata with complaint number that again show my connection is deactivated . but now few days ago i got a new bill from tata with Rs.1200 and call from recovery agent . now tell me what i do :( :( its very ridiculas my number is [protected]

                    Even any i tried from so many tata docomo no of my friend same problem happens .But if i try with other operator like Reliance,Vodafone i can make a cal and i can talk . So many time i raised complain customer care but the response is from different city and from those city they can make a call on my home land line no . The problem is with Mumbai tata docomo network only ......................

                    Even I am also facing the same problem with my DOCOMO([protected]) when I tried calling to Landline no from Karnataka to Andhra Pradesh.

                    I tried calling from Airtel no and it is working fine. If it is working with all other networks other than DOCOMO how can you say it is aproblem in BSNL network? Try to resolve the issue.

                      I have been receiving lot of messages from 57775 every day since 15 days.I think i didn't active any offer to get"MILESTONES and DEBUTE" messages which are making me irritate daily.

                      I don't know whether the money has been deducted to avail of this.If money is deducted please refund to me.

                      Tata Docomo — unwanted message

                      Hi

                      I am kovalan using mobile service of Tata Docomo past from they launch. I receive unwanted message and call frequently,so i activate DND service on[protected] and after that i didnot receive few month.

                      Now past month onwards i receive message from 57272, [protected] & 54321194. I call to customercare and give my complaint but that person this message are come from third party so we cant do any thing.
                      From Troy inform few days before that no message will come after this service activate and the advertisement can come from only 700 service but still i receive from other number.

                      From my service provider cant give right response to me. ie they inform third party can do the message after DND service activated means why this Tata ie mobile service provider and customer inbetween why they allow this third party.
                      So i want correct response and i dont like this type of message.

                      Thanks for your promt response, But still i have been recieving the updates of the ballywood actors and their acted movies(don't know whether it is VAS or some other service).Please deactivated the existing service and makesure that no unwanted service is geeting activated with out my notice.

                      I am also very proude of being an TATA employee and i have so much respect at TATA brand.So please do not degrade and degarce the reputation of our prestagious indian brand name due to silly things which can't come under complaints at all.

                        I had tata phone and broadband connection where I was staying in rent. When I moved out, I asked them to disconnect all connection.
                        Me and my wife is getting fake calls from people claiming to advocate of delhi court or subinspector from delhi police station regarding a tata pending bill 2390/- Rs.

                          I would like to share my complaint balance amount theft Tata DoCoMo.

                          This is my number [protected] TATA DOCOMO mobile no. I recharged Rs. 250/- , full talk time, as per their plan for Rs. 250/- recharge to get full talk time and 3G unlimited data plan, But I am used internet data cable through internet connection, I have recharged and used past 3 months Rs. 250 Plan. Every day my balance amount detected Rs.1. Rs. 2, Rs. 5, Rs. 60.57 etc… like this.

                          The amount has been detection happening every day in mid night. Sometimes detection happening in day also. My balance amount slowly was reduced. I monitor the detection amount past week and I called up on customer care department. The customer care people said that you subscribe some plan. But I am not subscribe any plan in mid night and day also.

                          I am not subscribe any plan. I am not download any game. But my balance amount always detection.

                          The Tata Domo people without any intimation detected my balance amount Rs.1. Rs. 2, Rs. 5, Rs. 7, Rs. 10 like this. But they are not sending any message for detection amount. I don’t know how much amount detected past 3 months. I am not checking the balance amount past 3 months. They have stolen from my prepaid account balance amount.

                          Suddenly one week monitor my balance amount. The Tata Docomo people detected my amount slowly. Beware the Tata Docomo really cheating Rs. 250 and free internet connection. They really detect our balance amount.

                          Again I called up on DOCOMO customer care department for my detection amount. But they are not response. Now I am not able to contact customer care. They are lock my customer care contact. Now I am unable to contact the customer care department.

                          Now I have recharged 2G data internet connection. Now I am using 2G data connection and monitoring balance amount.

                          I am going to log the complaint against Tata Docomo as per TRAI rules.

                          I have been complaining the company about this act. But the company is ignoring it. Every day five rupees is been deducted from my account balance. Please take some serious actions against it.

                          Same happened with me!
                          First they used to automatically subscribe something and my 30 or 60 rs used reduce! When I complained they gave me my balance back but this was repeated many times.
                          And now balance gets reduced 1 rupee every mid night due to some rental charging!
                          I don't even have internet pack.

                            I have taken a connection on September, My number was activated on October after repeated complaints. The person who came for Address verification asked for Bribe and I made a written Complaint in Tata Docomo Saibaba Colony outlet. They asked me to give a fresh set of Address proof and the same person came for re verification. Again the same thing happened. Now I have given the address proof 6 times, verification has been done 3 times. The phone is not still activated because the Av team have not entered AV report for 2nd and 3rd visits. They are taking revenge on this.As per the request of tata docomo Saibaba Colony outlet I have deposited my phone there before 1 month (2nd week of December 2012.) Neither I have phone with me , nor it is activated. On the contrary I continue receive bill every month. And about customer care , They call me once I have filed the complaint, then I have to explain everything for about 1hr. The next day some other person calls me and the story continues. Now even the CC is asking for afresh set of address proof. This is ridiculous, I am ready to cancel my connection. Am I liable for some refund? If not, kindly convey your Saibaba colony outlet to through my phone in Garbage.

                            I am buy a photon plus broadband of 1500/- in Pattanagere, Rajarajeshwari nagar, Bangalore. Retailer will told activation takes 2 days but after 2 days it will not activate and I am told to retailer he will told wait today but it will not activate from 16 days. If I am ask to return the amount he will act like a rude.

I had given the documents and some money to Mr Hari (Executive ) on[protected] and he had told me it will take 4 working day get connection . On the 5 th day he said need a additional document , An HR letter about my address proof . I had provided him the same . Then he told me he will provide connection by next day.Daily i am hearing this . On[protected] , i went to his office to find whether he is genuine tatadocomo executive .                                       In Dec'12 billing cycle, within 25 days I received a SMS from Docomo saying that my credit limit Rs. 5600 is crossing and asking me to pay the amount. I didn't pay that and tried not to use the device for rest of the period as I thought there is something wrong with the way they caculate my data usage. I called customer care to know the details, they said I can see the details only in the next month bill. I got the bill. By then my due has crossed Rs. 9000! The bill detail says I consumed 17 GB!!!

                                      I am not hardcore internet surfer and don't download/upload anything heavy. My primary use is office mails. In many years of my internet usage with different service providers, I have never crossed few GB in size. I strongly believe there is some mess up with their device at my home or the way they calculate usage.

                                      Everyday it shows that I consumed 700MB, 800 MB, 900MB in morning, evening and night. I had been calling customer care and sending lot of mails to Nodal (nodal.[protected]@tatadocomo.com) and appellate (appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com). I didn't receive proper response. My connection was deactivated due to credit limi exceed and I am not able to use or disconnect the connection. Nodal never respond and appellate has responsed only once after several mails. This is how their customer care is from day one.

                                      First of all, they should have informed me when the limit crossed my tarrif plan 10GB, NOT when credit limit is exceeded. Rs. 5600 is not the credit limit they ever informed me and I never agreed for any such credit limit. If I know this is how it works, I would have preferred to set my credit limit as my monthly plan 1450.

                                      Why do I need to pay 9500 rupees for an unjustified bill for a simple home use of internet? Can Dococmo provide VERY detailed report of what data was consumed on every day and prove me their usage report is valid? I need nodal person from Docomo to talk to me and look at this issue.

                                      I've subscribed and activated 10GB data package on 8/3/2012 at 09:35. On 08th,9th and 10th I've received the data usage details. after that today I;ve received a message which shows the remaining data bal is 334 MB only. I'm surprised because I belive hardly I've used 1.5 or 2 GB only. I've called idea customer care. they have not given me any details of the data usage.

                                        I am using Tata Docomo sim card having mobile number [protected]. When I am playing game or using applications on my android phone, this company is sending unwanted phishing advertisement on screen with Dive-In tag for subscribing to their paid service. Unfortunately when my finger touches on this advertisement, the are instantly deducting my balance and activating the unwanted service like news, movies, song etc. They have deducted near about 100 rs. balance from my account in last two months.

                                        I can't imagine how much money they have earned by this technique. I request Tata docomo to stop this type of advertisement messages on android phones otherwise strict action is require against this type of telecom operator.

                                        Hope this will help me and other Tata docomo users.

                                        Yes you are correct they make huge money. Its their business, so wht.(otherwise how can they mention on ad "charges apply on click" they are not fool). Don't you know Operating cost is very high!
                                        I lost 200 (99+99(i think it was a multiple touch at a time)+2) rupees without receiving any service by accidental click on this ad. I am very tensed now while I am using apps. Can't predict when tis rober apear. I can't imagine, if my finger accidently touch on the ad while using gprs 10 times, for that i will be charged 10 times. But i don't have any reasoning with cus care, because I know cc is only for a formality. Espesially for postpaid. They don't know anything. Because they dont have any details. But after generating bill i can enquire about that. at that time they have an answer, "yes sir, deducted the amout for the same, are you happy now. Thank you." Grrrrrr... If I request to block all divein servise forever for my account, they will say " dont ask. We dont have any option for the same, for you ". if so how can they make money without give a service. may be they count it as a best service for their customers.
