    hi,

    This is to inform you that SMS incoming and outgoing has been blocked in my mobile number [protected]. i have contacted many Tata Docomo call centre executives who have no answer to my problem. After setting the msg centre number and various other settings including changing the phone and putting sim in their mobile, they were unable to come to a solution. i have registered the complaint with tata docomo a number of times, wherein i was informed that the company executives will call me and would solve my problem. It has been three months and i have never received any call. i would kindly request the forum to do the needful and solve my problem. Thanks ShreeKumar

      The recharge offer of Rs.25 gives 60 local on net seconds for night usage which is valid for 3 days and its validity has been expired. Once the recharge is done the amount will not be credited back.

        Hi,

        My number is [protected] and I am in Pune.

        There is a lot of network problem for most part of the day/night. I had called the customer complaint a couple of times few days back to register a complaint but nothing seems to have happened.

        To talk to somebody, I atleast have to call 2-3 times before connecting the call. Then also, the call gets dropped most of the times. I am really getting frustrated with Tata Docomo Network now.

        Please do not ask me to use Aircel network as the same thing is happening with it also.

        Please look into it or I will have to change my service provider.

        I have also sent a mail to tata docomo customer care 2 times but still there is no contact from them regarding this.

        Please look into it.

        I have got stuck in a stupid cycle.I will file a complaint, they will call me twice or thrice but each time a new person will call and ask about the problem or questions like where do you stay but none of them will come and solve the problem.And to add to the agony they will close your complaint on their own.I have reprted this problem to even Nodal Officer Sheela Sara Abraham.But my problem is still unresolved.

        I don't want to use Photon any more. i am attaching the mail conversation between me and Nodal officer.

        I reside at vazakkala area in kochi and i have subscribed for two photon plus devices. My satisfaction level with the services
        photon team is providing has never been close to satisfactory. While purchasing photon devices 3Mbps speed was promised but
        i am getting speed of 3KBps.Please believe me i am not kidding.i am experienced software programmer. i know about computers.Earlier i raised a complaint and an antenna was installed in my vicinity but again the speed never showed up . I feel the problem is with infrastructure and devices installed in my area.They are not working fine .May be others are getting fine speed but my area people are really frustrated. You can see my internet usage, i have enrolled for 10GB plan but all i managed to use was 3MB .I have paid thousand of bucks but they don't seem worth.

        I don't want to trouble photon team anymore. I have decided to discontinue.If possible please reimburse the amount i paid for
        the devices. I don't want to but i am forced to move to other service provider.

        Today network engineer visited my home and they are conforming that there is problem with network infrastructure in my area (vazakkala) . They are telling
        they can't offer any solution at this time and they have plans to set up new direction antenna in this area. Please help me with this problem. Same
        thing was told to me earlier also and i have been patient enough. If this is the case then i feel i should get some waiver in my plan or i be happy to
        surrender my instrument.i tried reaching you through mobile so that i can let you know what network engineers have to say but phone was busy.

        This is Phanindra. I have been using tata docomo prepaid service. Unfortunately i was unable to make the calls in the evenings after 6 PM even i can see full signal.

        And also sometimes i cant find signal at all...I have checked with my handset thinking that the problem is with but confirmed that problem is not on my side..its with the network..!

        Its very disappointing to see these kind of happenings with docomo..! Hope the issue will get resolved soon..!

        Hi,

        I stay in N.S Palya, BTM 2nd Stage Bangalore.
        Recently I moved to that place. after moving to the new house i found that my handset is having problem getting the network.
        Some times i am getting 1 stick and some times 2 sticks of network. With that network the call gets drooped and so many breaks while on conversation. I gave a complain to tata docomo customer care on 30th june 2012 regarding this. complain # is PNR[protected].
        they said that it will be resolved by 8PM on 3rd july 2012.

        I called them on 4th july morning to know the status of my complain.
        they said that your problem has been resolved. I am really surprised to hear this. I have given the complain,with out my knowledge how could they close the complain. I am still facing the issue. I asked that customer care executive(poornima) to connect to her senior.
        She put me on hold for 1Hr but no one responded to me. after that i disconnected the call and them again and but i believe they did something on my number so that after that when ever i am calling its saying all the representative are busy attending other customers please drop an email to "[protected]@tatadocomo.com".

        This kind of service is not expected from a company that holds tata brand.

        I am using Tata Docomo prepaid card from last 6 months i.e. April 2012. I am living in Ghatlodiya, Ahmedabad. Pin code - 380061.

        Generally i am using this card for internet usage. Its giving good speed with good network and working fine till last week of December2012. From 25th Dec 2012, as soon as i reach in ghatlodiya area, network go down. And after some time its started as a roaming on its network signal. However, in this case, calling is working but internet is not working. Its just showing No internet connection.

        There is no issue of any setting. As soon as i leave Ghatlodiya area, its working fine. This is network related issue only.

        -I have logged a complaint (Complaint Reference No.[protected] on 8th Dec 2013 and ticket got closed on 20th Dec 2012
        we don't know what is the action tacken.
        - I have logged one more complaint(Complaint Reference No.[protected] on 26th Dec 2012, till now no update for that complaint.
        On "http://www.tatadocomo.com/myaccount.aspx", I see it will take 860.8 hours to resolve my complaint.

        My Plan details is KA-3G Dongle 1250 - 11GB UNL

        As a post paid customer your engineer is not understanding my concern, please explain how can I proceed my connection.

        If you are not interested to know my (post paid customer's) concern. I am not interested in continuing these type of worst services. Kindly update me the ETA/SLA for my ticket.

        Please note that, Last month I go ahead with the payment, but now I will hold my payment till my ticket closure.

        I am having a Photon Plus dongle [protected]. I am using this dongle from last 4-5 years. from last 1 year I am having network issue. I have complained the same many times

        with the customer care and every time I get the same reply that "Sir your area is a high usage area and our team is working on it, it will be resolved soon" ypur complaint is

        open. every month i am paying a bill of 730 Rs but i am not getting the solution non of the service engineer have never visited to resolve the issue.I even ask them to cut my

        connection but every time they promise that i will get the solution with in 2 3 days I tried filing a complaint through online form but that form doesn't seems to be working. I am going to Lodge a complaint against tata photon at consumer court at dehradun .

        i dont want use pathatic service further pls take back your dongle and give back my 2000 Rs (Dongle Price) and the recovery of bill which i made from last one year.

        I have been an airtel subscriber. Earlier i was a Tata docomo user. I switched to airtel because of Network issues. I raised complaints but they said there is no surety o[censored]gradation of network.
        Since the time i switched to airtel, i have been recieving calls from Tata Docomo that they have improved the network and offered me to join Tata Docomo.

        I have now again switched back to Tata Docomo, but there is no network in the area. Please let me know what should i do... I cant even change my number nor even use portability as i have to wait for 3 months.
        There is a severe network loss in Kherva (gozaria highway, Mehsana) since last two months.
        Please sort out this matter as soon as possible otherwise we have to change our operator if it is going as it is. Everyone is suffering this major issue even after many complaints.

        Don't know what are your customer care executives are doing?

        I am using tata Docomo prepaid no of Karnataka [protected] from last one year.
        Presently I am tamilnadu, puddukottai district and I am unable to search my network.
        My Sim has a balance of 80 rs and 3g data of 1.2 GB which I have made recharge on 11 jun when I was in Kolkata.
        The main issue is that my data is expiring on 10 July and I could not use the data due to unavailibilty of network.

        I have called customer care number [protected] from another mobile and explain the problem to him but he simply answered NO.I requested him that if we use the data and recharge before expiry the unused data is carried forward.
        But the customer care replied no way.

        I am facing financial hardship as in this case I am not finding any mistake of mine.

        It is therefore requested that the matter be closely look forward and resolutuon be provided that I can use my unused data or recharge to carry forward my data and use when coming to network.

          i have been having problems with my connection to internet i have called the customer care centers thousands of times they instruct me to alll sorts of settings.... i am stilll not able to get my connection...i am really fed with this problem....i really hope the tata docomo people would look in to this matter... i have done every settings you people have said;.... i recharged my phone with rs 250 pack i had rd recharged it on 3 jan...it was fine till 18 th jan from then i am not able use my 3g or 2g....

          the phone i am usign lg e 400..

          I HOPE A SERIOUS SOLUTION CAN BE FOUND...I HOPE TO HEARING BACK ON THIS PROBLEM..

            I have applied for a new Tata Docomo connection from thier outlet at Sarjapur signal and submitted all the documents on 21st January 2013. During submission of the document they have taken around Rs 899 + tax as a deposit amount and told that it would be activated within 3 days.

            After 1 week alss it is not activated and whenever I call them they tell it would be activated within next 1 hour. I am frustrated with their service
            and attitude. Now I am asking for my money abck and that also they are telling "It is not possible".

              I've just got a message that 10 Rs has been deducted without any consent. And this kind of rubbish deduction has been happening since past days. Everytime when I recharge prepaid topup. They deduct some amount and while complaining they are not registering nor refund it back.

                  tata docomo i dont want to give money for the service you forcefully give and deduct money ,i am paying money for the services i want to get.

                  MONEY IS NOT FOR FREE

                  if tatadocomo users in india are around 42.34 million users (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tata_DoCoMo) then if you are doing to all users the same way charging RS 2 for each user then per day your illeal income is 84 million+.

                          So i started using the internet to download angry birds and right in the middle to my astonishment my balance finished Rs.130/-

                          So i did the thing which i always want to avoid "calling customer care service" and guess what a drunk guy answered my call and he straight away said you dont have any internet data pack, you never received any message etc and said OK Naaaa.... and disconnected.

                          Tata Docomo are you going to refund my money or my words will fall on deaf ears.

                          I have received the same message today as well
                          hi! the validity of your 2g data pack will end in 2 days. If you wish to reactivate any data packs, dial *141
                          but today it was stating that I have 2 days left.
                          What kind of a monarchy is this, that these big corporates can take our money according to there whims and fancy and don't have to bother about any consequences.
                          This whole thing disgusts me I have seen tons on complaints in this web site and others about cellular companies deducting money accordind to there likings but never saw any change.

                          Recently I got message saying "You have been subsrcibed to some XXX alerts" and dedcuted Rs.30. Was tried to unsubscribe through toll free number. But you computer system didn't detected something is subscribed to my mobile. Somehow I managed to reverse the amount after calling to helpdesk assuring next time it wont happen, after next two days again I got same sms "u hv been subscribed.." and deducted Rs20. When checked and tried to cancell the subscription TATA DOCOMO system fail to detect subscriptions made on my cell number. I am not lucky this time bcoz no amount is reversed but got assurence that it wont happen again :). Whose fault it is and who is paying for that?.

                              . Thank you for refunding my balance on 31/4/2012 with Rs 17..but i will
                              like to notify you. This is problem faced frequently by me and all tata
                              docomo customers which may lead to downfall of company goodwill. As all
                              my friends and family are facing same balance deduction problem
                              frequently.it will leave customer with no option other than stooping
                              recharging number if they cant change there number..As a concern

                                With reference to my relationship no.[protected],
                                Earlier Tata Docomo had charged me for 3G data usage although, I had conveyed that I donot need 3G usage.
                                On 17/10/2012 I received a warning sms about reaching credit level. On closer interrogation, i found out that the same is because o[censored]sage of 3G data.
                                In reference to the same, following were the points to provide clarification on:
                                1> I never activated the 3G data on my number, why was same used on 3G?
                                2> I had activated the 2GB pack by sending an sms on 23/9/12 which doesn't seem to be activated as yet.
                                3> I never asked for a credit limit of Rs. 2500/- on this number. I had asked for Rs. 500/- limit.

                                Tata Docomo reversed the data usage charges, kept approx 2300/- in the account and never paid that back in cash inspite of mails regarding the same, and also never worked upon data pack and credit limit
                                On 21/1/13, i received warning that i have used 7000 rs. on data.
                                Again i mailed them for the credit limit not set and data pack not activated.
                                They worked on the credit limit, made it 600, on 25/1/13, but did not reverse the amount and because of high outstanding and low credit limit currently, my outgoing services have been barred. Hence, in addition to bill correction and waiver, I now a also asked for an inconvenience amount of Rs. 100/- per day for the no. of days for which the outgoing is barred.

                                      I had faced issue regarding the incorrect bill. I had requested for Bill Plan details various times via mail and calls to TATATEL. But never got apt response. Till date I haven't received any plan details from them. The first month bill after the new plan was activated came to whooping 1500+. When inquired, the reply i get is OVER USAGE CHARGES above dedicated limit. When the details about plan were asked no one bothered to reply with same and now the same absurd bill was slapped for next month too. The details were asked during 2nd bill cycle and was very well mentioned that the amount if again absurd won't be paid. Now I get threats of legal actions, since talks with some senior officials didn't work. My last mail before having talks with senior management is as below.
                                      Requesting kind help in resolving the concern.

                                      Dear TATATEL Team,
                                      May I kindly request you to refer the trailing mails and my complaints registered with your call centre executives? It’s been a month I had raised a concern and still no resolution. Neither till date, anyone had even bothered to send the details of the plan currently active. I am very sure even this month bill would be absurd for which I again intimate that it won’t be paid till time they include irrational charges. I still get bill intimation and threats to service restriction. Once in a while some new executive calls me up, to whom I need to AGAIN explain everything from start. And finally the person tells me, “Sir, you need to pay the charges.” , and hangs up the call. Are you people really joking with me?
                                      Let me be very clear and to the point.
                                      1. No bill of Dec’12 would be paid till the time the concern is resolved and charges are rectified.
                                      2. If the same concern in Jan’13‘s bill is observed, even it won’t be paid.
                                      3. I need details about bill plan currently active.
                                      4. If still wish to threaten me of service restriction, show some guts to have a face to face talk and cancel the connection.
                                      5. Hereafter NO CALL CENTRE EXECUTIVE should call me for understanding the concern. Call won’t be entertained. Anybody does wish to talk for same can be of the four listed in ‘To Mail’ list. TATATEL personal is free to meet me any day evening after 7 with prior call.

                                      Hope you won’t disappoint me, because we can very well understand what brand TATA is.

                                      Tata Docomo — Second pulse billing is Cheating

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I took a Tata Docomo prepaid connection before 2 weeks.its in second pulse plan also.Now the problem is if i make a call 10second call some times they will deduct 12 paise some times 11 paise for 10 seconds ie as per their wish.
                                      One day i make a call abot 16 minutes call for that they deducted about 10rupees and 21 paise.I am sure that the company is deducting more paise per second and they are not following TRAI rules and regulations.They are cheating customers..

                                      Tata Docomo — Excess billing in International calls

                                      I have subscribed to DOCOMO number only 4 days back and am surprised with the declarations of the Company and the actual charges being made from every international call. I call everyday more than once on a mobile number in Australia, thats my brother's number and every time, the bucks are deducted for one excess second (pulse), than the actual call time. (Like if I talk for 39 seconds, the charges are for 40 seconds)

                                      Its not the matter of 17 paisa but the Company is cheating by charging for an extra pulse.
                                      I fully agree with the aboce concern...same thing is goin on .
                                      I am a tata docomo prepaid card holder in maharastra.In october i received a SMS from tata docomo mentioning about a special recharage of Rs 59 which will make international calls to USA and Canada 1paisa/second.So i did the special recharge and it was successful.

                                      On the same day i made a call to USA and i was charged around Rs 9/min.I had a long talk with the customer care officials 4 times and they said that your call was made from Odisa(my native state) which is true.

                                      However my concerns are
                                      1.In the SMS, nowhere it was mentioned that on roaming, the special charges(i.e 1paisa/second) is not applicable for ISD calls.
                                      2.In tata docomo site, nowhere it was mentioned that on roaming, the special charges(i.e 1paisa/second is not applicable) for ISD calls.
                                      3.Please note that tatadocomo has no extra charges for outgoing calls even in roaming for Local and STD calls.They charge the same 1paise/second inside subscriber's home network and outside subscriber's home network .
                                      4.If they don't want to provide special rate(i.e 1paisa/second) for ISD calls then why the special recharge of Rs 59 was successful while i was in roaming.

                                      After talking to the top most customer care official of tatadocomo, i found their response quite disheartening and irresponsible.Even they told me that they cann't mention everything in their website and they can do anything they want as they always mention *terms and condition apply in their website.

                                      For reference, below are my details:-

                                      From the above mssage
                                      1.There are no sign that this offer is valid in local network only.
                                      2.Nither this message says, for more details call customer care or TnC apply.
                                      3.The service provider felt it important to advertise "Unlimited [protected]@1p/sec for 30days.Unlimited [protected]@Rs10, Dial [protected]@5p/sec.Best [protected]@52222(TollFree)" rather than mentioning the important terms and conditions or call customer care for more details.
                                      4.During my last call with custome care officials, they told me that there is not enough space to specify that this offer is valid only in home network not on roaming.

                                      tata do co mo — Incorrect charges

                                      This is to bring to your notice that i am one of the customer with Tata DO CO MO and has 2 a/c's with them.
                                      On numer - [protected] (used by my Mother) i activated a price plan where the charge was 25paisa for calls less than 1 min and from 1min to 5min its 1 rupee (1rupee charge per day for the plan). Without our knowledge they changes the price plan to 1 rupee per min calling due to which it has impacted my balance from 13th Nov till date and still charging me the charge of 1 rupee per day for old package. Now due to this there was an immergance with my mom and she was not able to call anyone as there was no balance. And today when i called the cusotmer service they were not of any helpand after waiting on hold for 15 min to talk to a supervisor name Shankar he disconneceted the call saying he cannot help me and i will have to call the nodal officer or go to the outlet.
                                      I am very unhappy with the overall experience that i had with them.

                                      Also this is one company where the time starts the moment you call someone (call ringing) which is again a financial impact.Eg - if i call my friend and he answers the call after 30 sec and we spoke for 40 sec which means that i should be charged only 25p as my call was for less tahn 1 min however i get charged 1 rupee.

                                      I am lloing for compensation for the company for all the charges till date.

                                      We would like to complain about the Harrassment, Misinformation & Inconvenience Caused by various departments of TATA Docomo to us-
                                      • In Dec 2012 we have applied for a connection ( Landline and Data Plan), and requested a speed on 10 Mbps
                                      • But the Ground Sales Agent told us that in this particular locality(Office No. 30|Aditya Shagun Mall|N.D.A. - Pashan Link Road|Bavdhan|Pune|411021|India) this speed is not feasible, so better you take a 1.5 mbps plan for which we said ok and signed and stamped the new plan sheet.
                                      • But when we got the first month bill--- we were charged for 10 mbps
                                      • After lot of mail communication and escalation, we find ourselves in one of their Interdepartmental mail from their area sales manager(MR. Alok Baronia) stating very clearly about the change in plan( form 10 mbps to 1.5 mbps) before connection was made.
                                      • Even after this the customer care department( email id—[protected]@tatatel.co.in[protected] does not understand the same.
                                      • Now Today--- They have disconnected our services.
                                      • Every time we call them—they misbehave with our employees.

                                      I was a Tata Docomo broadband customer in year 2013. I deactivated my account in November 2013. By December 2013 I had completed all the final settlements with Tata Docomo and my deactivation was complete. All dues paid. However, in March 2014, I received a bill for February 2014. This was inaccurate since my account had been discontinued few months back. I wrote to Tata Docomo customer care about the issue. I received a reply saying that their record show that my account was suspended and no dues were pending. However, few months later the bills started coming again. Since, I already had a written confirmation from the company, I assumed an error and ignored the emails. From November 2014, collection agents of Tata Docomo started calling asking me to pay the dues. I clarified with them that I did not have any dues pending. They asked me to email the copy of the Tata Docomo's email to them. I did email them the copy of the email. The calls stopped for a few days and then started again. The procedure of sending them email of Tata Docomo acknowledgement was repeated a few times. On 4th December 2014, I got a court notice from Tata for non payment of the dues. I went to the local Tata Docomo office and checked why the notice was sent in spite of the fact that I did not have any dues pending. I showed the print outs of the email communication I had with Tata. He checked their system and found that although the deactivation request was sent in November 2013, due to some system error deactivation was done in November 2014. The customer service assured me that they will sort the issue by 9th Dec 2014, 16:59. However, the issue is still not reseolved. Repeated calls to the customer service executives are met with reply that my complaint is under process. The date of court notice is 13th December 2014. If the issue is not resolved before that then I have to fight this in court and bear the cost of lawyers fees and all the pressure for no fault of mine.

                                        I am a user of Tata Docomo.
                                        Inspite of having 100 free SMS for the entire day after the first SMS of 1 Re, I am being charged 1 Re for every SMS I send since 22nd Jan 11:00 pm. Hence I am not able to send any more SMS.
                                        Please understand that I have been using the free SMSes for more than a year now. I was granted the scheme of 100 free daily SMS the day when I bought your card.
                                        I suggest you see my SMS records for the past year to confirm this.
                                        ALL I DID WAS A RECHARGE WHICH HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH SMS PACKS

                                        Also, I renewed my RC 27 scheme for 1p/2sec on ALL Local nos. Still I am being charged with 1.2 p/s for on-net local, 1.2p/s for off-net and 2p/s for landline. My RC 27 scheme is not applied at all.
                                        This is completely outrageous. You are cutting off my schemes when i opt for a special recharge. Then you accept 2nd special recharge of RC27 and dont give me the scheme for the same. It is like you
                                        looted and conned me for 27 Rs, simply not giving me anything for it.
                                        I am a IIT - Bombay student and have been using services in contacting Foreign Professors for my research. One can imagine the kind of MENTAL TORMENT AND HARASSMENT that this activity is imposing?

                                        I called customer care (121) yesterday night, but they paid no heed. I tried to call them again and I am getting 'check the number you dialled' message. NO Representative is answering. AND THE HOTLINE NO. MENTIONED GIVES AN AUTOMATED REPLY AND NO REPRESENTATIVE EVER SPEAKS. NO REPLY FROM APPELLATE AUTHORITY
