With reference to my relationship no.[protected],
Earlier Tata Docomo had charged me for 3G data usage although, I had conveyed that I donot need 3G usage.
On 17/10/2012 I received a warning sms about reaching credit level. On closer interrogation, i found out that the same is because o[censored]sage of 3G data.
In reference to the same, following were the points to provide clarification on:
1> I never activated the 3G data on my number, why was same used on 3G?
2> I had activated the 2GB pack by sending an sms on 23/9/12 which doesn't seem to be activated as yet.
3> I never asked for a credit limit of Rs. 2500/- on this number. I had asked for Rs. 500/- limit.
Tata Docomo reversed the data usage charges, kept approx 2300/- in the account and never paid that back in cash inspite of mails regarding the same, and also never worked upon data pack and credit limit
On 21/1/13, i received warning that i have used 7000 rs. on data.
Again i mailed them for the credit limit not set and data pack not activated.
They worked on the credit limit, made it 600, on 25/1/13, but did not reverse the amount and because of high outstanding and low credit limit currently, my outgoing services have been barred. Hence, in addition to bill correction and waiver, I now a also asked for an inconvenience amount of Rs. 100/- per day for the no. of days for which the outgoing is barred.

Updated by montytheonly Althought Tata DOCOMO on this forum says there was no error, but in reality, there was an error which they eventually resolved.
