My number is [protected] .only today i have changed my network from airtel to docomo. The company had made publicity of 222 full talktime with no validity and 1p/2s. i just made Rc 222 .but after i came to know that their is validity limitation ..my call usage is low so how could i spend...their are many who are suffering like me...pls pls do justice for me ...thank u

Tata Docomo — Full talk time not getting on Re-Charges

i am having a number in TATA docomo GSM service my no is:[protected].on Dt.6/11/2009 i have recd a SMS from call centre stating that Rs.100/-&above recharges cust will get full T-T.on the sameday i recharged with Rs.100/- voucher.But my account was credited with Rs.88.66/-.For the same i called the customer center.company executives is stating that Rs.100/- will get only on E-recharges and not on Vouchers & they are saying that when recharging a new product cust need to ask toll free every time & they are criticised me that for that day they have got 2000 enquiries form other customers for the same and why cont i do the same..But the SMS i was recd for call center is not specified the same as the female executive answered me.hence i refused the statement of the Executive and i put a mail to the authority on Dt.6/11/2009 for the same. they have given me the SR NO:M612124 but till the issue was not solved.hence i am requesting you to pls do the needful.

in the morning I received an sms on my docomo that we can recharge docomo online
without any extra fees or payment gateway. yaa its true www.babuchak.com is
marvellous. It also provides daily prizes to be won worth Rs.30, 000 daily just
to recharge our mobiles.

we want such sites like www.babuchak.com

& it also has a very good scheme to win mobile phones at rs.10 only.

Now in the market there are 2 players to recharge tata-docomo online

2. www.ezrecharge.in (takes Rs.6 for recharging Rs.100 & takes Rs.18 extra if you recharge your cell in night)

I think www.babuchak.com is the right choice without any extra fees & it also has a 24hrs call-center

      I am using TATA DOCOMO sim (NO : +91 [protected]), and my outgoing calls are barred. I talked with customer care representative and he said that your outgoing service is shown activated in our system but i am not able to make calls. so please give me proper solution to make this service deactivate as soon as possible.

      i am using docomo number [protected] which is in barring. I called customer care, they said that my barring status is in active in my mobile and told me to deactivate. I did it but i still have that problem. If i don't attend the call, just use my alternative number which is [protected].

      My phone was working fine till yesterday evening and suddenly I am not able to make any calls or receive any calls from anyone and also my internet pack is not working .I am extremely disappointed because I have not activated any call barring service still it has happened .My number is [protected] .Please suggest what should I do ?         Dear Sir/Mam,
        I have using docomo for communicating and net purpose only, in last 15 days I have been deducted 210rs. Every time i call customer care they are saying you have been deducted for activating some services but actually i dint. I dont want any kind for service other than calling and internet. I have complained many time but they are not giving any solution, not even filing my complaint. I am using internet for my personal use not to activate any silly services. Seriously i am suffering lot due to these deductions. I wish to take this matter to court but as i am middle class i couldnt, please help me to get my money back and not to activate any kind of service to my number. I request you to take serious action.

          I am having TATA DOCOMO Postpaid connection. In Bangalore, TATA DOCOMO is having a very worst Network support.
          Most of the time, my sim has no network coverage.
          So, I decided to port my number to VODAFONE and I went to Vodafone store and submitted my proof and photo to them.
          After one week I got a message saying Your Unique porting Code is not matched,
          So, I went to vodafone store again and ask them to resent request with correct UPC.
          After that also my number not get ported, When I Inquire about it to TATA DOCOMO, they said like Your UPC validation expires before processing.
          So, I approached Vodafone again and ask them, They said like, Our side we raised request at right time, DOCOMO people only purposely delayed it to expiry date and then processed.
          Then, I requested new UPC and again submitted proof and photo for the fresh request.
          I waited for a week, its not ported,
          Then I called DOCOMO ppl, and I ask them, please process it soon , and dont tell It crosses expiry date.
          They told Our escalation team will available only in morning.
          So, I went to vodafone store and asked them about status, They showed their screen and told we have processed, DOCOMO ppl only has to release the number.
          So, I went to DOCOMO store at the moment and I asked them, they told like "There is nothing to release, everything is automated, If they have submitted correctly it will be done automatically".
          So, I went back again to vodafone store, they told again the same story.
          So, I asked them to take new request and they did.
          After that, I am caaling Docomo ppl, to make it process within in expiry date for the last 3 days,
          They are keep on saying their server is down.
          I don't know whether the mistake is with DOCOMO ppl, or Vodafone ppl.
          But a guy from vodafone only asked me to raise consumer complaint.
          I want my number to get ported.

          If you are in Bangalore, this is the WORST WORST network provider.
          My calls get disconnected without any reason. Many times, I won’t even be able to reach anybody. I call them and it just disconnects after few seconds. Initially I thought my mobile phone, Google Nexus 5, could be creating the problem, but it wasn’t. I verified it by using Airtel Sim and it worked just fine.
          Also I am not reachable many times. My friends call mean and say.. hey I called you twice, thrice and you were not reachable. Where had you been? … But all the time, I was in Bangalore only, either in house or if office.
          This problem is not specific to me, I searched in google and found that so many people are facing this problem.
          It has been nightmare since I ported my phone number to TATA Docomo, that is 20 days back. I don’t know why the govt is allowing such a company to operate. I don’t have any option now, but to bear this network for two and half more months, as I can’t port my number to other service provider before completing 3 months here
          I wonder if TATA Docomo has a proper customer care. I called the customer care 4 times, nobody picked it. It just disconnected. The fifth and sixth time, somebody picked it, but it disconnected soon after they said hello.
          I didn’t quit, I tried for the seventh time!!! Somehow it got connected and had a chat with the customer care guy who was operating from Hyderabad. But the thing is I don’t know where the hell he was sitting, it seemed as if he was in
          a fish market.
          I called the customer care again to complain about this network issue, they said they have some frequency problem, it will take a month to solve it !!!... Come on, If that is the case, why the hell are you selling the SIM cards?

          It is difficult to believe that this company is a TATA company.

            Hi,
            As of now the prepaid account is not yet activated. These are definitely false promises. For the guys who are reading this, I am making calls to the customer service number and its like listening to prerecorded tape. They say the exact same sentence again and again. It seems, these guys had training to repeat certain words irrespective of the number of followups you do. When i wanted to escalate to a manager and talk to him to get this issue resolved, they said they will arrange call back. (this was yesterday). As expected, nobody calls back. Today also i spoke to them, they are saying same thing. The customer service guy put me on hold for few minutes and then told me that the managers are very busy. I don't know if he made any attempt to escalate to the manager.

            Their site is also like them, whenever we need to log a complaint it takes us back to the log in page. This way they are ensuring that nobody can register a complaint. Beautiful strategy. we should appreciate the excellent process. The reply above is very satisfactory but the problem is that it ends there and no action is required. The other service provider should learn this too, just put/give some reply and don't take
            any action about it. They will achieve the best customer satisfaction level.

            The dealer is saying its not with them, they have sent the documents long back. The customer service guy is saying, the entry is not made
            and they can't do anything about it. If you want to talk to some manager they will say they will arrange for callback but nobody will call back. If you put the issue in some forum they will say that they will address this but no action will be taken to resolve this. This is the path to the achieving differentiation in customer orientation. The money i put for this total waste.

            At Least today they gave complaint number : [protected] - lets see what happens

            Tata Docomo staff are full of liars and is a company which is not aware of consumer rights and can do whatever they think is right. and all the Customer service team make false promises. it happened to me as well. donot trust them

              I am using TATA DOCOMO prepaid connection, [protected] for more than 4 years. Since than many times I faced unfair deduction from my balance. Now again on[protected] my account balance slashed by Rs. 196 and when I called customer care, executive informed me that my account information is not yet updated, call after 6 hours but When I called later next day same lamb excuse was given. Since then I called many times, spoke to senior authorities even but no result. During this I asked them to register my complaint & provide Ref. number but customer care executive refused to register & when I insisted he dropped my call.they are trying to fool me. they are not able to give me any satisfactory reason of why , they deducted Rs.196 from my account balance and they are not ready to refund my deducted balance of mobile number [protected]. they also block my sim so that i an not make complain further to customer care. after all i managed a docomo sim from my friend and called docomo they said that i visited some site during surfing internet but i am firm sure that i have not used any such website which are chargeable .i do not know why do they make us trouble Unnecessarily. i am firm sure that my balance is not deducted for surfing the net , i have already gprs pack subscribed which is under validity till 2nd feb 2013.they have Unnecessarily deducted my balance themself When I claimed my money, executive replied that money refund claims should make within 48 Hrs from deduction where as they did not provided me the information in that time.again i called next day customer care , they listened my complain and realised their mistake and assured me that they will refund my balance within 24 hours but i am still waitin for their refund and today 5 day days have passed since they have made the commitment to refund my balance , i have not got any kind of refund. then i again talked with him but now they are saying that it is to late to inform about deduction of balance , you should complain within 24 hours and dropped my call without giving me any satisfactory answer
              .such excuses have made me helpless what to do with such worst service provider.they have already given.me so much mental tension and deducted my hardly earned money . i belongs to a poor family , Rs.196 is a big amount for me, so i will fight until i will get my balance refunded .
              Now this time I want to take this seriously & want to go for legal procedure. I have enough proof in support of my claim also have recorded all the conversations with customer case executives & with senior ones. (If authorities on this forum requires these proof & recordings before making judgement, i can provide all.)
              Go for VODAFONE, same this happened here with me and i wrote to them as follows

              Hi All,
              This is to inform all the users of TATA DOCOMO prepaid services that, these Tata Docomo Employees are deducting balance of many innocent people everytime without any reason.
              This is before one month, when i was travelling in a train, and suddenly got an SMS that i was been charged for some VAS (Value Added Services) 'Keeda' Services and 30 Rupees were deducted from my balance.
              I was so depressed with this SMS that I told the customer service that it was just mistake from your side that the service I have not taken it and didn't want to. Then the employee called me again and said that we cannot put the balance back and I then told her that this is from your end some technical problem that you deducted my balance. After next day they re-filled the amount and said that it was there system problem which let the balance cut from my mobile.
              Again after 22 days, same thing happened, 42 Rupees were deducted from my mobile for some 'VuclipValue site', How in heaven i know what this site is about? I just got an SMS for the deduction. I was so horrified that I called the customer care again and she told they cannot re-fill the balance that i have used this site and they have charged accordingly. Then after so many abusive talks to the customer care, they rechared my balance and returned 42 Rupees again.
              I appeal to bring your voice to stop all the VAS (Value Added Services) which they offer and without any reason they deduct our balance amount from mobile with treathening people that we have used their services. They should know that they can do this but they cant do it when all are against it and don't want it any way...
              Pls forward these message by email to your fellow workers and friends to stop using TATA DOCOMO mobile services. This service will ruin your life and will make you sleepless. I am the victim and know what it's like...

              Nothing can be done now, I have taken another VODAFONE prepaid number, its working very nice and appreciate the customer center guy who told that when i start activating VAS service, i will be getting a notification, if i really want that service or not wanted...this is a nice option to stop automatic VAS service activation...unlike TATA DOCOMO, it starts anytime anywhere without awareness of the customer and we get SMS for the charges...
              go for VODAFONE, same thing happened here...

                Respected Sir,
                I Aankush S.Kurhade, I have Samsung Duos Dual Sim mobile. Sim 1-[protected] i.e. Postpaid, Sim 2- [protected] i.e. PREPAID.

                I received your notice to pay of Rs:-4237/- But according to me, I had not used any application on mobile then why I should pay such amount. According to me on 29th Oct 2012 I paid Rs 250/- for Special 3G Internet recharge on my prepaid no [protected].After that I got a message, 'Your handset does not support automatic settings. To save Manual settings for your handset, please contact customer support' so on 5th of Nov.2012 I activated 3G internet on my Sim 2 i.e. prepaid no [protected] with the help of Mr.Vinayak ( Related on Tata Docomo Outlet Bajirao Road Pune) But he activated 3G internet settings on my Sim 1- i.e. Postpaid no [protected] & I was unknown to this, Because I had Confidence on Mr.Vinayak. After one month I got the message 'Hi! Your current 3G pack has successfully deactivated today. After that again on 5th of Dec 2012 I recharged of Rs- 250/-for Special 3G Internet. And that time again internet was on only for two days, & was automatically deactivated. So again I received the same message I visited sinhadgad Road's Tata Docomo outlet to activation 3G in my sim 2 & pay my postpaid bill Because I got the message the amount to pay is Rs-412/- on my postpaid mobile no [protected], but their I came to know that instead of Rs.412 the actual bill is of Rs.4237/-So I asked him that what is the cause of such bill & at that time I came to know that Mr.Vinayak had activated internet on my postpaid no [protected] rather than activating it on my prepaid no. after that their I told Mr. Omkaar that I have to registered a complaint about my bill. In few seconds only I got a message that 'Your faced on billing at 12/13 2012 16:28:47 hours. Your request will be resolved by 12/14/2012 16:28:35 And ref.No. is[protected] & after that I didn't have any message or call from Tata Docomo. So I went Tata Do Como’s Bajirao road's outlet and met executive Mr.Sandip & Branch manager Mr.Pratap Chavan He listened to all my problem’s he also agreed that the fault was of Mr.Vinayak then to I got your notice to pay RS-4237/- Sir Please look into this matter and solve my problem as soon as possible As my Financial condition is little problematic waiting for Your response

                  I got a new postpaid connection of Tata Docomo( [protected]) with serial number [protected] on 26th January 2013 from their outlet in South City Mall in kolkata. It was promised to me that it will be activated latest by Monday i.e. 28th January 2013 but it couldn`t be due to some reasons. I went there and inquired but i was promised that it will be activated by the next day but again it couldn`t be. Now when i go to their office I am not entertained and when i say that refund my security of Rs.850 and take the connection back then they say `sir, it is under process.we cant return it`. I have asked to activate the plan of Rs899. Please see into the matter and see that it gets activated by tomorrow and if not they should take their connection back and refund me my security deposit.

                    I found Rs 99 deducted from the balance for my tata docomo no. [protected] on account of subscription to Mobile TV which I had never asked for. their rep(+[protected] saying that the amount deducted will be refunded, however I only see a refund of 30+15 = 45. WHERE is the remaining Rs 54 ? I am taking this VERY seriously. I can't waste my time following up with you guys over something which is not my fault from the start.
                    I am using your 3G service and may be that's my fault. I should not be using it at all or I will have to suffer like this every other day. I will take this to TRAI and consumer forum. Enough is enough.
                    Mark a PERMANENT block on my tata docomo connection for subscription to your WAP services. I WOULD never want and agree to such services. STOP also the Mobile TV service which I never intended to subscribe and use. REFUND my remaining Rs 54 NOW.

                    after posting my complaint here someone from Tata Docomo called to inform the amount would be credited to my acct. They did that actually from what I recall within a short span of time

                    deducted for Fusion Lounge(Re 1) on Jan 21, 2013, Women

                    Health Pack(Rs 30) on Jan 19, 2013, GameDestnation(Rs 49) on

                    Jan 19, 2013, and Data Usage (50 paise) on Jan 19, 2013. To

                    complain about this I called your customer care number 121,

                    but the associate I spoke with was totally un-cooperative and

                    he disconnected my call. And to my utter disbelief my balance

                    was again deducted for 50 paise, just to speak to a useless

                    customer care person.

                    When you charged my balance again today (Jan 21), I called

                    121 again and spoke to a lady who promised she will stop all

                    these services but she did not refund the amount deducted.

                    Again 50 paise were deducted because Tata is playing a fraud

                    on me and I have to call their 121 number to get it resolved.

                    Tata, I have faith in your name, but if you don't refund and

                    stop these cheap antics I will soon have to switch to another

                    operator.

                    I found Rs 99 deducted from the balance for my tata docomo no. [protected] on account of subscription to Mobile TV which I never asked for.
                    When I complained to their customer care through email I was refunded 45 rs as "Goodwill". This is downright insulting. They rob me of Rs 99 and refund Rs 45 and that too with an attitude as if they are doing a favour to me. I want my remaining Rs 54 to be refunded immediately or else I intend to drag them to consumer forum THIS TIME. Enough is enough !!
                    Without my expilict authorization my balance (mobile[protected] has been deducted for Rs 30. I got an SMS about some subscription to Women Health Pack. I immediately called 155223 number given in the SMS to stop this service. You can verify that. I want that 30 refunded to my account.

                    Also put a bar on subscription to these services as I am never going to use these services being offered by you.

                    I have called your customer service guys ample number of times regarding the same uissue and i dont have enough time to keep followng up with you guys. You guys activate any subscription without my knowledge and you charge me for it. Every time i call your rep has to say they cant do anything about this and only after lot of probing they will refund it. You guys have charged me Rs. 66 for some service called All Channels. I HAVENT CLICKED ON ANY LINK TO ACTIVATE THIS. This has happened on the 16th of April. I had time today and i called the customer service number. Now they tell me that they cant refund the amopnt no matter what because i havent called with in 48 hours. This is ridiculous that you treat your customers like this. I dont have time to keep calling you setting up alarms to make sure I am call you with in 48 hours. More than that I have better work to do. My number is [protected]. If I dont get a response on this, I will start posting this message on all my social networking sites ensuring that it gets maximum number of hits.                       I am using Tata Docomo GPRS 149 plan, facing disconnection very frequently. Takes time to reconnect. Getting 6 Kbps on an average speed. Please do the needful to boost up the signal strength in my area. My number is [protected]. I am staying in Whitefield, Bangalore.

                      When the signal is weaker it deducts the amount from main balance even though the data validity is available and exhausts the balance in few seconds.

                        I use the phone wifi to connect to my router and connect to the internet through a different service provider. I use this router and service for my laptop. I CANNOT connect to the internet from the phone when the router is off. IT WILL SAY NO INTERNET CONNECTION. One representative called Krishan said that if you remove the SIM and connect to the internet, I will pay your money, I was able to as it has nothing to do with Docomo. However the docomo wants to charge for using the internet through someother service provider. I explained them several times to several people, no one connects me to the manager or even understand the problem. It seems there is a problem with the software and they DONT LISTEN.

                          Hi,
                          Recently i purchased a new TataPhoton Plus connection. It has been weeks since i am trying to activate this new connection and still they were not able to activate. I have called the customer severice and the distributor who sold this useless piece of hardware to me, but nobody seems to be worried about it and really doubt they are willing to take any action about it also. Everybody says some reason but end of the day nobody works here and they don't know what is the meaning of customer service. I have never encountred any telecom company with worst customer serverice and that too at the start of new connection. I submitted the documents when i bought this USB dongle. It has been more than a week now and they were still not able to activate a new connection itself. All the commitments from this company is in advertisements only and they donot have any customer orientation. Maybe the seniors had vision but with such useless process, vision can be renamed to unacheivable dream.

                          My company was planning to buy bulk connections but i would personnaly make sure that they don't go for this useless service provider.

                          Worst experience and that too for activating a new connection. There was one guy called Hari ([protected]) who works at this store. When i visited this store so that i can get it activated there itself, his reply was that "there are no laptops in the store and he can't install the program to activate" he asked to enter *228 for the activation box not knowing that the box won't accept any special characters like * (it accepts only number).
                          Worst guys lead to worst experience. Perfect example . To experience first had vist this useless place.

                          As of now the prepaid account is not yet activated. These are definitely false promises. For the guys who are reading this, I am making calls to the customer service number and its like listening to prerecorded tape. They say the exact same sentence again and again. It seems, these guys had training to repeat certain words irrespective of the number of followups you do. When i wanted to escalate to a manager and talk to him to get this issue resolved, they said they will arrange call back. (this was yesterday). As expected, nobody calls back. Today also i spoke to them, they are saying same thing. The customer service guy put me on hold for few minutes and then told me that the managers are very busy. I don't know if he made any attempt to escalate to the manager.

                          Their site is also like them, whenever we need to log a complaint it takes us back to the log in page. This way they are ensuring that nobody can register a complaint. Beautiful strategy. we should appreciate the excellent process. The reply above is very satisfactory but the problem is that it ends there and no action is required. The other service provider should learn this too, just put/give some reply and don't take
                          any action about it. They will achieve the best customer satisfaction level.

                          The dealer is saying its not with them, they have sent the documents long back. The customer service guy is saying, the entry is not made
                          and they can't do anything about it. If you want to talk to some manager they will say they will arrange for callback but nobody will call back. If you put the issue in some forum they will say that they will address this but no action will be taken to resolve this. This is the path to the achieving differentiation in customer orientation. The money i put for this total waste.

                          At Least today they gave complaint number : [protected] - lets see what happens

                              My number is [protected], which is postpaid connection under the rental plan of 99/ month.
                              I have already registerd my complain at tata docomo office in lucknow and writing to you as the problem is not solved even after three months.

                              I was given this number under CUG scheme around six months back,but due to the mistale of the retailer,he didnot included any of the number under CUG and i was charged accordingly even when calling to CUG numbers.When noticed about the same, I complained about the to the docomo office,where they resolved the matter about CUG Scheme and included all the number in CUG, since then i am not charged when i call to any of my CUG number, which is perfectly fine.
                              But they said that they will provide me with the waiver for all the amount which i was wronlgly charged (on calling CUG numbers) for all the previous months and will be reimbursed in my next bill.
                              its been three months till then, and every time i call at your office they say it will be reimbursed in the next bill.

                              Kindly look into the matter ASAP or i will be forced to discontinue the service.

                                  My name is Anjan Chatterjee and my contact number is [protected]. This is not the first time I got charged for something I didn't download. TATA DOCOMO charged me Rs 10/- for an auto-renewing subscription which I NEVER SUBSCRIBED. I was contacted by an advisor Shweta and was redirected by that advisor to a superior which didn't WORK because NEVER HEARD from anyone later and as it is a charged service, again I got CHARGED for NOTHING. THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING. Very poor customer service from TATA DOCOMO and I'm VERY DISSATISFIED. This is a SERIOUS matter and needs to be resolved ASAP.

                                    I have raised a request to disconnect my postpaid number in the month of Dec 2012. Even then their executive put me on safe custody service and promised that their wont be any rental charges for this.

                                    I had paid my bill till Dec 2012 and after this request my mobile service got discontinue from 5th Dec 12. After all this, they send me a bill for the month of Jan 13.

                                      I had requested for temporary suspension of my tata docomo wifi account no.[protected].this hub is with two sims,3G and tata photon with no.s [protected] and [protected] respectively. I was confirmed on phone in dec 2012 that my request has beebread accepted and the same will be resumed on my request.this was in dec 2012. Yesterday I get a SMS that bill Jan has been sent to my email. I am surprised how this can be so and called tata docomo at their customer care [protected] and they inform that only the 3G has been disconnected and not the tata photon.I had filled one application for above device and have one account no. And get one bill only. I had also Intimated in my email that I will not be using the system for next 6 months and will not be paying any bills after dec2012.

                                      I have emailed [protected]@ tatadocomo.com whose device this is and awaiting their reply.

                                      How can they do this.
