    My no.[protected], I have recharged on 10nov of rs.66 with talk time of 66. On 13nov balance was deducted of rs.55, i have called customer care spoke to Rupali Salunke (malad) she said your amount deducted bcoz you called vodafone pax. I have not done any international call, just spoke for 30 sec and my balance is nill. Not satisfy with ur service

      I have been using Tata Photon dongle for Internet connection and I have informed them about disconnecting in July '15 due to poor customer care services and Net connection. In spite of this, I have been getting bills due up to Sep'15 for which I have not been using their services. Now I have received a court notice for appearing in court based on the complaint from Tata Tele Services. Find attached mail which has been sent to Tata Tele services and also their mails stating that the connection has been disconnected from July.

        Hi, Tata Photon No. [protected] Mob. [protected] I had register my request at 25 Sep 2015 to tata docomo to disconnect connection permanently.Then at 1 Oct i received email regarding my cancellation request is in process. Then around 15-17 Oct i received SMS 770 Rs, so i called customer care regarding this bill so he said Your connection has been restart at 8 Oct... I was shocked i did not register any request to restart my connection... even i didn't received any email regarding connection has been restart.. then again at 24 Oct this problem has been solved by Mehul & Aakash from priority department he said it was our mistake and again he took my cancellation request & said u will receive cancellation request email within 24-48 hours & said now you pay this 770 Rs LAST BILL then u don't need to pay anything this would be your last bill. ... But Now today is 12 NOV and yet i have not received E mail from Tata Docomo that My Connection Has been permanently Cancel... again yesterday again i got email of 359 RS bill... Just had word with Yogesh from priority department he said Madam your connection has been permanently disconnected but we cant sent that kind of mail...This is your last bill after this u will not receive any bill... Really very disgusting service from Tata... These people only take money from you... Poor service Tata Docomo But still hope u will solve my problem !!!

          From last few months, unnecessary deductions are done from my account for some chulbuli chat & superstore like useless services. Its a fraud done by docomo. How can they assign services to my account without my consent. I have not activated any such kind of services. I want my deductions to be reflected back into my account.

            Hi I am getting an additional amount of Rs 230 in the bill. I checked in the bill and it shows content subscription charges. I never activated or used any subscriptions in my phone. I complained about the same to the customer service and they replied back like I have used it. And in the bill the usage time in 1 sec. I think I clicked on some popups while I was using my phone. It is disappointing that, while using the phone we accidentally click on some popups and it cost us Rs 230 and not even customer service team cant help us to get our money back. Please help

              Hi, my number is [protected] and I am from Chennai. I receive te calls but not able to talk to te other side.. Likewise I dial calls but it does not get connected..                 Hi Sir,
                I did not change my temporary password of my tata photon account within 48 hrs. When I click forgotten password, it always sends the same reset password '2979' and when I login it says " Your temporary password has expired and click here to reset. " and the moment I click "click here" it says "your password may not be reset. click here to re-login." and the same thing keeps repeating. It would be nice if you can reset the password and send it to my mobile no. [protected]

                  i had requested company many time but no response...In my area major of customer is belong to docomo...


                  Due to non availabilty of voucher etopup...So customer are porting into another network...

                  I m facing huge loss because of docomo...

                    I did the recharge of RC 93= 1GB 3G for 30 days validity on10th nov 2015 through *123# but after recharge it shows the recharge is only for 7days when I call the customer care they don't respond properly. I have the screen shots of the offer and the recording of the call with the customer car executive

                      Dear Sir, I have taken Tata Photon connection [protected]. In the begining, I was said that the plan is Rs 200 PM but later on I started getting bill of Rs 450.. I used your services for one month and paid the bill and asked for disconnection. In spite of several request, no disconnection happened and they keep on sending me the bill in spite of me not using their services. I tried their customer care number several but failed to request for disconnection as they deliberately disconnect the call . Please cancel this connection and waive off the bill as I have not used your services. Warm regards...Atal.

                        Im not receiving any messages from Banks from September 22nd. I have called customer care several times. They are saying it is been resolved and it will get reflected in 24hrs or 48hrs. But the problem is not resolved. Im totally frustrated.

                          Sir, I am Mr Biswajit Pattanaik, having mobile no [protected].On dt 10th Nov 2015 morning I saw my balance unexpectedly deducted.I call customer care but I heard a base less answer.They have cheated with me.They cut my balances around Rs 80.I won't sit calmly, I would file case at the nearest police station to get back my money.

                            i have got a msg from your end that regards RC14=10p/Min LON + 30p/min LOF&STD calls, 28 days . (Xtra Benifit credits in 48Hr)..and so am recharge with 14rs.but i couldn‘t get the offer.
                            so am called your customer care no 198 on today( 10/11/15)and a lady attend ma call and tell me that we will contact u on 13/11/15 abd resolve your issue.this is totaly very bad. i need the benefit today after 4 days i dnt want the offer.

                              I have always had Docomo. In Chandigarh, my 3G worked fine. But ever since I moved to Bangalore and got it transferred to Karnataka circle the 3G services went down and so bad. I hardly see 3G sign ... I only see E, that too when my 3G isn't consumed.
                              And even 3G isn't fast. It was good on roaming but it's now.

                                i was used photon and disconected due to moved to other state and paid on april 15 th, full and final settlement amount as per there advised ... After 6 months they send due list ... I send every thing recorded ( i have not used single mb. Of internet)
                                amount due as per they record 3411 ... Along with legalnotice

                                tata feel like customer is 420, he cant' do any thing

                                  Hello, I am resident of Bangalore, I have recharged for Rs:447 with Tata docomo on 4th october 2015. Number: [protected] And as per the 3G plan i should receive 1.5 GB 3G data every month, for the next 3 months. Similarly i have received 1.5 GB 3G data on 4th october 2015, and the next 1.5 GB should be recived on 5th November 2015. But however i have not recived the 1.5 GB 3G data on 5th November to till date, I have raised this issue with Tata docome customer care, they advised me that there was an delay in the process and hence my issue would be resolved and i will be getting my quota of 1.5GB 3G Data in next 24 hours. But I didnt get any data after 24 hours, and i have called customer care again, and the representative said the same thing that i would receive data in next 24 hours, but again i ddint get, similarly i have requested again, but again no data. Its been more than 96 hours now. Infact they are refusing to take a complaint for this issue, saying complaint is not required we can fix it. But no action has been taken yet. i request all to please get me the 3G data of 1.5GB for the 2nd month as per the plan.

                                  Hi Tata DoCoMo Customer care-

                                  I have not received any resolution yet.

                                  I supposed to be received with 1.5GB 3G data on 5th November but now its almost been 10 days no action taken yet.

                                  The Complaint reference number logged with Tata DoCoMo is
                                  PSMR12163518.

                                  This is an act of negligence, I have lost my money and also my data.

                                  Kindly atleast update me that you are not able to provide the data.

                                  So that we can port our number to other networks.

                                    I got charged Rs.99 for the local call as a data call, no idea how they are fooling the customers very silly...

                                    I want my money back.. Don't make us fool. Also don't reply it's based on my confirmation, I have never been asked for the confirmation for any kinda activation.. Really frustrating.. In the last few months so many cases like this.

                                      I am sick and tired o[censored]sing Tata DoCoMo and paying for the services which I have not at all used, request no. 80035 I was charged late payment charges 50 INR for making the payment after due date but the payment which was due had billing issues and the issue was resolved in more than 20 days instead of the promised time of 48 hours and I was informed that I can make the payment only after issue is resolved, then why am I supposed to bear the late payment charges when your billing department is not able to resolve the problem on time, for the waiver of this 50 INR+ tax attached with it. I had to call thrice at your customer care at first time the CCE refused to take the complaint and providing me the request number saying that it will be adjusted in 48 hours and I will get a call back from their end but he can't take the complaint regarding this matter, nothing happened no response and waiver was provided even after 10 days also, so I had to call again on 7th November 2015 then after speaking to floor manager Ms Srilatha she assured me that the waiver will be provided and gave me the reference number 80035, today I got a message that the waiver is provided when I checked, I was surprised to see that the waiver is provided for only INR 50 and not the tax attached to it. when I called your customer care the CCE again said that it will be adjusted in 48 hours and he can't provide me the reference number related to this conversation and issue raised and when I requested to speak with the Sr. manager my call was transferred to Mr Santosh and he kept on telling that we cannot provide the waiver on tax amount as we have already adjusted the late payment amount and after that on my request he transferred the call to the floor manager and he also kept on insisting that 7 INR which is the Tax part of 50 INR late payment charges will be again adjusted in next month bill and said that we can't provide you waiver again and again every month, as if I am begging for the waiver every month, it's your company's fault and why am I supposed to pay the amount for services which I have not at all used. How is this possible that I am not paying INR 50 late payment charges but I am liable to make the payment of the Tax amount attached to the 50 INR, is this amount going into companies pocket in spite of going to government and why am I supposed to pay tax on late payment if I am not paying the late payment charges only, your CCE is really pathetic and I am tired of explain this to them, I really want to get rid of your services and find a better service provider for me and I can't really take all this nonsense every now and then the way your CCE talks if feels as if I am begging them for my own money. Any which way I do not get tata docomo signals at my home most of the time when I am at home my number is in no service mode or emergency mode and I am liable to make the payment for the rental without able to use your services as no signals at all how can I make the calls, I have already raised the complaint related to this matter which is still pending for more than 1.5 months over and above I have to face all this crap every month.

                                      Kindly help me with this issue to be resolved; I am not going to make the payment for the tax attached to the late payment charges. Kindly let me know about the resolution before the due date so that I can make the payment on time, otherwise again next month I will be facing the same crap from your CCE's.

                                        I raised the request for converting my datacard from POSTPAID to PREPAID with required documents in their showroom but after 20 days they are asking to submit the documents again.

                                        Very worst service from the TataDocomo.
