im tatadocomo 899 post paid user and my cell out going has been closed. i already cleared all out standing. and when i purchased the sim [protected] that time a paid cash 850/- to tata docomo executive sushil pal [protected]. i m in trouble because of tatadocomo's poor service tariff plan : gsm_899_unl_lacal_STD I had purchased a mobile no. [protected] from Tata Docomo two month before. Company executive come to my office and ask abt connection. I provided them all documents, which they had asked from me. Mr. sushil pal 420 (Marketing Executive ) gave me new SIM card, filled the application form and collected the documents from me. He also activated STD pack on my new connection. Company Representative confirmed everything, what Mr. sushilpal bhopal told me. He also committed to me to cash back my security amount of 500/-Rs in next bills, but now its not working. when i called to customer support they to provided email id [protected]@tatadocomo.com and appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com i drop the mail may time but they didn't reply and still not resolved the issue. i lost my business bcz of tatadocomo's poor service plz anyone assist me how i can file case againt him. and how to back my money and fill my losses thanks damodar singh

    Dear Sir, This is THEIVA RAJ.A. I'm using Tata Docomo pospaid mobile Network. My number is [protected]. i use 2GB Internet pack. i'm getting very low speed Internet connection when i use. Initially they assured me Internet speed of 30 t0 40 kbps for this pack. but after using this pack i get only 5 to 8 kbps. Even i can't open home page. In last month After this issue i complaint to the TATA DOCOMO customer care and tata docomo.listen.com. There is no proper response.After that again i have complaint for this issue on 15'th June. That time one floor supervisor attend my complaint. But she scold me bad words. Still now i did n't get any solution for this issue.

      My mob num [protected], I got a post paid connection and due to official transfer i wanted to change it as prepaid so i ve submmited my documents on 9:06:2014 to ekaduthangal docomo center, chennai and initiated my num into prepaid service .. they said within 7 working days it will convert automatically as a prepaid num ... today is 17.06.2014 my outgoing and incoming has barred and i tried to recharge my mobile but it showed as :INVALID NUM" and i tried calling the customer service : NO PROPER RESPONSE FROM THEM " ... i spoke to one executive finally and she said pls call 59059 to verify ur address proof bcoz ur num has a pending verification problem .. after that i called that 59059 to complete my verification but i couldnt make it bcoz they barred my outgoing and incoming services .. again i called customer service exective named NISHA who attended my call abruptly discontinued the conversation without answering my questions .. Finally i called ekaduthangal docomo store [phone num : [protected], [protected], [protected] ] not at all attending the calls ...

      Note : PLS DONT USE DOCOMO AT ANY COST... COMPLETE CHEATERS

        Hi, I purchased Tata Photon Max in May, however the connectivity is very bad. I have called your customer care lot of times and once an engineer also came. Still the connection is either too slow or down( Like on 16th June, no network for entire day) . I have all my work dependant on internet connection. Please look into this asap, and ask your customer care to be more efficient in terms of query resolution. My tata number is [protected].

          Hi, I am using a docomo unlimited 899 plan for more than 2 yrs now, Till date there was no problem with my number. All of a sudden I received a SMS saying " your number [protected] has been used for commercial purpose inspite of several reminders and it will be disconnected" on 13th June 2014 at 1:16 pm. I called the customer support and they suggested me to write a mail to [protected]@tatadocomo.com and I did the same. I simply received below mail, Hello!Greetings from Tata Docomo We have received your e-mail regarding unlimited plan misuse dated:13-06-14 for Tata Docomo number: [protected].We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused for the same and also for the delay in responding to your mail. we assure you that the problem is being addressed.As per your mail, you have expressed your dissatisfaction towards the inconvenience caused due to unlimited plan misuse alerts. In this regards, we would like to inform you that, your usage pattern is matching with the defined criteria of commercial usage set in the system, and as per this plan any commercial usage by any individual customer, who has taken the connection for person use, is not allowed.Kindly note that, your number has been barred as per the below mentioned points1. Customers with > 300 uniquely called numbers in a week.2. Customers with < 15 minutes of incoming usage in a week.3. 95% of outgoing calls originating from one cell id continuously for a week.4. Customers with off net outgoing minutes o[censored]sage > 700 in a week.If there is anything else that you want to share with us, we are all ears.You can call us at[protected] or write to us at [protected]@tatadocomo.com. They say application is down and ask to callback after 1 hour and shared a Email ID appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com, I complained on the email ID as well. But there is no reply from TATA. They have disconnected my number and also not sharing the requested data. I want to know why my number was not used for commercial use from last 2 years and Whether TATA has any complaint against my number for using it for telemarketing ?           Can some one tell me how to file complaint against TATA docomo, they are unnecessarily harassing me asking money for the period for which my sim was already de-activated by them and flooding mails to my mail box.

          My issue is still not resolved and its almost 3 years now and I am getting continuous Email saying my bill is pending. And charging me a bomb for the duration where I have not even used the services.

          If you guys cannot resolve my issue, at least stop sending me email and begging for money everyday like beggars.

          Hello,

          Please tell me, how to file case against TATA. Its almost 1 year and there is no response from them.

          Every day they are flooding my mail box with emails asking to pay 3400 bill and when I respond to that mail it bounces back. They give some numbers to contact and most of the time that numbers are switched off. Only once the number got connected but the lady Nidha who answered my call had no clue about my case.

          I am waiting for the data I requested from 9 months and till date they have not responded, but unnecessarily flooding my mail box.

          Please tell me the procedure I want to file case against these guys for disconnecting my phone connection and not responding and also for sending SPAM mails everyday to my mailbox.

Many calls and complaints were made and another service request #[protected] was given and closed again WITHOUT the issue being resolved. 4. I gave my number to many customer service agents and also called while on roaming but a proper call back from the right team at right number at right time couldnt be arranged even after many reminders from my side. 5. Please note that none of the bill cycles were missed by us and we always paid our dues on time, HOWEVER BESIDES THAT THERE IS NO SERVICE PROVIDED TO US WHEN WE ACTUALLY NEED IT. 6. keeping this unfortunate scenario and series of event in mind I asked for a cancellation request which the agent proactively submitted with number[protected] and further complain service request number[protected]. Now please advise on the following points: 1. Why didn't we get service or support in kerala or from delhi Tata teams? 2. Why there is constant follow up required by us and no direct process? 3. Why the service requests were closed without customer consent ? Why do you want it to NOT impact your service quality scores and why proper escalation matrix denied? 4. Why should I pay for this month? 5. Why should I stay with Tata photon? 6. How can I escalate as there was major loss of TIME, MONEY and PEACE OF MIND in this entire episode?                   I am very much surprised and frighten by the way Tata Docomo ethics and procedures at work. I have not opted for any services from tata docomo anytime. I wonder why I have received this email for bill payments. In fact the address mentioned on the bill is not mine. I am really surprised to see the bills for services which I have never used. I have instructed Tata Docomo to please check it immediately as its been a fraud matter to me. But after 5 days also I didn't receive any calls or email from any customer agent. I clearly instructed in my email to stop any corresponded regarding this matter. Stop all connections and take immediate actions on the person who provided you this information. I also asked for immediate action on this matter and clarification for such a big mistake. I also like to know why things were not confirmed before giving any connections. Every morning I have received 2 emails for the payment. Its frustrating for me. Despite several intimations no actions has been taken till now. Please help.

                  When we dont pay bills we have to pay hefty charges, so its same either side. You have to be prompt in showing me the documents.
                  I have already mentioned that i am in mumbai uptil 11th july 2014 and i have provided my mobile no also.
                  Today Received a call from tata docomo at 11:38am. Person name was chetan.
                  I was not able to talk with him as i was in hospital for
                  Emergency case.
                  I informed chetan to call me after 2 hours.
                  Waiting for call.
                  Infact tried calling on same no. but was not availaible.

                  I did told the guy to call me back after 2 hrs.
                  I[censored]r company is professional u must be having track of all call records.
                  Dont try to mess up the things, when your wrong.

                  But i was called on the last day, when i was suppose to depart the country.

                  Try to be professional and Stop fooling consumer court with all this useless reply.

                  It was informed to me by tata that they have updated the incorrect email id. But it has not been done yet. Its very shamefull for company like tata gets a bad reputation because few of the useless employees does mistakes and dont turn up with answers...

                  I hope now consumer court must have got clear picture how tata docomo is fooling me and giving useless answers.

                  My request to view the documents of the customer and the form filled by the customer at the time of applying for connection has yet not been answered.
                  No reply
                  I think tata docomo is taking it easily.
                  Its been 9 months now tata docomo has not shown me the documents used for opening the account by the customer.

                  Strict action has to be taken for using details of individuals without permission

                    Few years back i have used tata docomo but last year itself i have closed my account.Few months back i have received a bill with outstanding amount and when i check the bill it is in another name but my contact number and email id. I was shocked so i have register complaint against this and i asked them to check and close the things, daily im getting more than 5 calls and sms it was irritating me i have raised complaint many times but no action but they have put my name in the credit history so it is affecting me lot due to this i got many problems like if i apply credit cards, loan then they are checking credit history and rejecting my application.. I dont know what to do? they asked me to pay the outstanding amount and then close. How could i do this? it is not in my name and im not using then how could i pay ?

                      I had called customer care and selected an offer given by Customer care executive and later when i dint get the benefit, i again called them and inquired them why am i not able to receive the benefit, then DoCoMo replied that you were already having benefit so some other offer .
                      If that is so then the customer care executive should have mentioned the I wont be able to get benefit from the offer..
                      They Didnt even give me back my money nor they gave me the service ..
                      And on top of it they didnt even recorded my complaint..
                      WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER..
                      THEY ARE WHITE COLLAR THEIVES..

                        I have 1 gb internet data on 13/06/14.I have used net for 10 minutes on that day.they deducted 800 mb data without any usage.I am complaining since last 3 days.they are not giving any status regarding that and ignoring me without giving me any genuine reason or any proper evidence.please help me for that.

                            Hello sir/madam This complain is regarding the senseless policies i have come across in your service.On 12-06-14 i had recharged my number with RC149 and was told that i will receive 1.5GB of 2G data-tranc ID [protected]. the same evening, i had to download something important and subscribed to the daily 3G pack for RS 8. the next day, to my surprise i see that my account is only allowed a free download of 20MB. On talking to the customer care executive on 13-06-14 i was told that this would be rectified and 1.5GB would be debited to my account. It still hasn't happened and is frustrating to notice that i am unable to talk to your customer care either. resolve this issue at the earliest.

                              Today morning I recharge my another Tata Docomo Mobile No.[protected] with RC 14 for Incoming Free Call while on roaming as my family is on Rajasthan Jaipur Tour so that I can call to my family without roaming incoming call charges.. But the Tata Docomo misleading the General Public by giving false advertisement or without complete information. Though I have recharge with Rc 14 my family getting charged eith incoming charges while on roaming, where as the advertisement pamplet clearly shows that incoming free on roaming.                                         The sales team (call center guys) called me on 5th June'14 with the details of the new Photon 3G+ wifi device which can give speed up to 21.1 MBPS and support up to 10 devices at one time. I purchased the same on 7th June'14 (Saturday) for Rs.2250/- and they promised me that this will be activated by 9th June'14 (Monday). As i work for IT company and need the Internet facility 24X7 hence started feeling jittery when the services were not started by Monday 2 PM. I called the same sales team (Nethra, Monika, Latha ) but they either continued to disconnect or did not pick up. The worst part was when one of the sales team picked up the phone and then after realizing who i am started to act as if i am not audible. I have been calling these guys almost every 3 hours daily till today (11th June) but shameless people dont have courtesey to keep customer informed.
